Sony capital one sony credit card offer false advertising

I have enrolled in the sony credit card and received an email with instructions on how to redeem my offer for the $50.00 psn card. When I began to follow the instructions I noticed you guys pulled the rewards website for over a week and I am not able to redeem my offer. I spoke with someone in customer service and they were no help. Why would you send an offer to redeem now and not have a way to deliver that reward with or without the site being live. Your customer service team should be able to handle this issue over the phone and generate the code based on the account. It is false advertisement to tell a consumer the offer is available now with not having a way to actually rectify the situation. I have never been a more disappointing sony customer of my many years dating back to the original playstation. I have spent more money than I can remember and it disappointing to be treated this way. I have copied the email portion with timeline verbatim to what was sent to me.

Sony remote control

Hi guys,
Have a nice week, greetings from turkey.
I need to complain about a product and turkey sony eurasia support. My home theather systems remote has several buttons that do not work even though it has not been used a lot nor roughly. Volume buttons and on/off is completely useless so I need to use sony app for iphone for remote because sony turkey support does not find the new remote nor fix it. Remote need to be changed to new one (serial : rm - adp074) which we cannot find anywhere and I cannot get any help at least they should send me a new remote because my system is only 4 years and works great! My bravia tvs remote also works great although its been used more than the home systems remote!? Also digital in optical output is loose and cannot instert my optical sound cable properly from the year later I bought and sony support also said its out of guarantee and did nothing
I just need a solution guys: (

Sony damage of the tv panel during servicing at the service centre

TV set delivered on 27.8.18 Repaired set with damaged panel received on 1.9.18. Service Centre denies at their end. It was certainly not done at our end. CC TV footage at Centre for all these 6-7 days not available. Several Mails sent to service Head & Regional Office at New Delhi to ascertain the place of fault remains unattended. Sony headphones

My 12 year old son saved his money (about $75) to buy a pair of the Sony MDR-XB550. He had them approximately two months when the plastic pice that holds the ear piece on broke. I took them back to the store, they no longer sold them so they sent me to the Sony customer service who said, sorry, there is nothing we can do. They were only about 2 months old. That's not right.

Sony playstation store

Sony has the absolute worst customer service of any company that I have every dealt with. I purchased a video game from the Playstation store and believed I was purchasing the CD but found out only after the transaction completed that I only purchased a digital license to download a soft copy of the game. I immediately contacted customer service and expected a refund since the game was not downloaded by me, and not even available yet until the next month (it was a pre-order). They refused to provide a refund even though the game was not even available yet and I contacted them right after the erroneous purchase. I spoke to at least 6 different call centre (all of them are in El Salvador) representatives and numerous supervisors, and they all recited the same lines like robots and would not help.
It is not clear at the time of the purchase from the Playstation store that a CD is not being purchased. It is mentioned in fine print that it is for a digital license, but it should be more apparent in the title or description.
I could not believe how much the supervisors would not help refund an item that has not even been released yet!

Sony service centre complaint by kamal khetan - mobile software issue

Hello,

I am Kamal Khetan working as a software developer. I am sharing with you one of my bad experiences with the Sony Services Center. My mobile having some software issue, so I decide to visit service center. They checked and declared that software problem and told me that Kamal Khetan you should have to upgrade the software so the problem will be resolved so I submit my mobile and get back mobile with upgraded software but after few days again same problem. It was a new mobile and was in warranty. I visit again, they did again whole process and sadly to say again same software issue in my mobile after a few days. I did format did everything whatever I can but no results, and what I notice staff behaved strange and they didn't provide any help. It's really bad manners. I am humbly requesting to all service centers not only SONY you should have to take care of your every single customer. Don't think you have lot's of customers. Every customer is important.

Sony sony power bank

Dear Concern,
Blast happened in power bank purchased in...have done severe damage. It has damaged one LED TV, one Sofa set and False ceiling. Approx cost of the same is rs. 5, 00, 000.
Being one of the best reputed company, I expect a revert at earliest else I need to take this matter through consumer court.
Kindly arrange to reimbursement the damage expenses at earliest.

Sony tv service

For the last 2 years Sony had not brodcast NFL games on it's India channels. As an American expat, I and many of many friends were saddened when Sony stopped brodcating the NFL games, but still continues with ecellent NBA coverage. Which I am more than satisfied with. If they could review policies and consider the feedback of one Ameircan that speaks for hundreds of Expats, and Indian's who will go to Ameirca and have to eventually embrace the sport as cricket is not brodcast. I would be pleased if the NFL [protected] season be brodcast on the sony channels.

Sony ps4 controller (red)

I received the controller 2 days ago. It was a faulty and a fake one. The box itself was in a bad condition. Anyway I connected the controller it worked for the first time but was showing problems. It was malfunctioning. I continued but it didnt worked. I have packed the controller as it was. Need some serious assistance from. Your side cause the product is quiet expensive.

Sony sony customer relations

We have been trying to contact someone from Sony about our issue every day for a week. We continue to get people who could careless what our issue is much less want to fix the issue. We have been laughed at by your so called lead technician of your television department with your on site tech here to witness the event. The on site tech did not understand why the tech on the phone was not fixing the issue. When I first called Sony the tech argued over the fact he knew what was wrong with the television without seeing. Because I asked how long will this take to fix the television if he has the wrong part. I was told to be home Thursday, no one showed up, I was told be home Friday no one showed up. I contacted the company who was coming to fix and they did not come because Sony didn't send the part.

Everyone we have spoken with from Sony has had the " I don't give a [censored] attitude". Today was the last straw. Your technician laughed at the problems we had and did not care about fixing. This tv was brand new. We just turned it on to be told tough luck

Sony sony 4k tv xbr65x900c faulty back led panel

Sony refuses to replace a recurring problem 4K-TV.

I purchased the TV from best buy without any warranty - knowing that a brand like sony wouldn't have any problems and would last years as they have built their reputation.

Within the 1st 3 months white light started to bleed from the edges, the remote control would need to be continuously paired

Within the 1st year the TV back LED went out and it started to show lines and bleeding white light along the edges. After significant deliverance and hours of explaining my situation and providing multiple proofs of the fault they finally exchanged the TV with another refurbished TV.

Upon receipt of the replacement TV - I assured with customer service that they will stand by their product and provide any support if the same problems occur. Just as I feared the same problems and bigger faults with the back LED panel started to emerge. This time their customer service mentioned that the TV is out of warranty and cannot be replaced. They suggest to go to one of their authorized service centres. Upon checking with them - they suggested that nothing can be done and I might as well go and buy another TV! I am regretting every penny of my $4000 that i spent for this TV. I probably would have been better off with an LG or a SAMSUNG!

Sony sony xbr55x930d tv

I bought a Sony XBR55X930D tv. It worked great for the first year. I went to turn on the TV one day and it was completely dead. I was 3 months past the Limited Warranty. Called Customer Service at Sony. They assured me that everything would be taken care of. In August 2017, Sony put out a statement on their website that the power circuit boards in some of the 930D tvs were defective. They would replace the boards at no cost to the consumer. That being said, the customer service representatives were very helpful at first. Little did I know that it was all a scam. I have been calling everyday for two months to inquire about the status of my request. Yesterday I was told that my request was put on hold because I never specified what my problem was with the television. Not true. Shame on Sony for not standing behind their products. Shame on the customer service representatives for working for such a [censor] company. I won't buy sony again.

Sony sony alpha a6300 - cosmetic issue

I bought the unit supposedly as a birthday gift for the husband.
I was well aware that the unit was the last piece, and that it was a display unit.
I was in a hurry so I did not bother checking the details of the camera which I admit was my mistake. Apparently, the camera has some cosmetic issue (tainted paint in the aperture button) which we only discovered a few days after my husband unboxed the cam.
We went to the store to ask for a replacement but there was no available unit.
So they escalated to Sony Philippines for a request for a replacement but I have been denied. Saying this is not covered by your warranty. As a consumer I feel helpless, I chose Sony because of its quality and I trusted I made the right choice until this happened that is why I am escalating this to Sony International hoping I could get a better response.

Sony sony tv

we bought this tv may 2014. Model # is KDL-40W600B. serial # is 5007846. According to the data plate, it was manufactured in Feb 2014. It has been to the local tv repair shop two times. The second time, the tech said the screen needed replacing. He then said if could even get a screen, it would certainly cost more than the tv was worth. It seems to me that a tv should last more than 3 years without a failure. A check for replacement value would be nice.

Sony 4k sony tv. 65x930d model

Reference #=E65501913.

Called Sony on 8/12 to report that my TV was dead. Wouldn't turn on at all. Took until the following Friday 8/18 to get someone onsite. They replaced an LED switch on the motherboard, it briefly came on, and then within 5 minutes died again. Talked to someone named Henry at customer support and requested a new replacement as my TV was not even 11 months old. I was told my warranty only allowed for a refurbished TV, that they needed a credit card #, and that while the TV would be delivered, it would NOT be setup.

I told Henry that this was not acceptable, as I don't want a used TV. I want a like for like, my TV is new, I want a new TV. I also want someone to set it up. I currently have 8 Sony TVs in my house and I have been a lifelong Sony consumer. No more. This is not customer service. I don't care about your policies. Henry said he was sorry at least 20 times, but obviously didn't mean it because he didn't address my needs. I am furious. I have sent complaints to multiple contacts at Sony with no responses.

Not surprised. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will become a Samsung customer immediately.

Sony regarding non-delivery

I haven’t received a Sony TV yet that was bought 3 weeks ago through their official store. I called a corporate to request an express delivery to finally get the tv. But all I heard was no, that’s impossible…
So then I requested a phone number, again she said I can’t get it. Ok, then I asked for an email to leave my complaint, and the answer was negative.
All I eventually got was a simple mail.
I hope one day me and my tv will see each other, but I used to think that a large company like this never let their clients go through situations like that.

Sony not working some function

I have reserved my order number [protected] (Sony Experia Z2)8th 07/17. But some of the mandatory function is not working like WiFi. I tried to connect efferent WiFi but non of them got connected, I believe the product that i received is a defective one, I request you to replace my product as soon as possible. Thank you.

Sony sony bravia television

I bought Sony Bravia tv four years ago and for the last 6 months it has lines on the screen, the pictures stops and freezes and it takes a long to be normalised again. I asked the store where i bought it and their answer was that the quarantee has expired...this is unecceptable. Sony a brand so large and respectful, being customers so many years...
