Sleep Outfitters Sealy island magic firm queen

Box springs & mattress delivered 6-10-16, box springs was out of square and 1" to 1 1/2" wider than the mattress. Asked for replacement.
Replacement BS delivered 6-20-16, delivery crew noticed the mattress had already started to sink within 10 days.
6-26-16 new mattress and 2nd replacement box springs delivered. BS still too big-larger than mattress on 2 edges only. line up the head of both and the foot is out of wack, line up the foot and the head is out of alignment. Seems Sealy cannot make a box springs to fit their mattresses.
Sleep Outfitters delivered a 3rd box springs, 2nd mattress and a new frame.(they blamed my frame for causing the box springs to be out of square)
Box springs still too large on 2 corners, and now less than 3 months in the mattress is sinking again in two places-under shoulders and under hips.
Got a lot of double talk and half effort from Sleep Outfitters customer No service rep Paula. She had the audacity to tell me I would have to keep the box springs and pay delivery charge for a new mattress. Give me a break, you thieves have my money and I have a defective piece of garbage that SEALY probably knew or knows now is a manufacturing defect based on the number of complaints I have read on different sites. I have ask for my money back-still waiting.
I implore you to not buy from Sleep Outfitters nor Sealy! unless you like inferior customer reps and defective products...I am all for joining a class action suit against both the vendor and the mfg.

Sleep Outfitters Terrible Bed & Worst Customer Service

This company is the worst company that I have ever worked with in my life time. The bed was uneven, too thick to be on a adjusting platform, doesn't adjust properly, and caused my husband to fall out of several times. When trying to return the bed, they were rude, inconsiderate, and treated my like I was a child. To top it off, after trying to inform the company of the treatment I experienced, they refused to return my calls after several attempts. I finally received a call back from the Director of Customer Service, who told me that I was an adult and should have read all the fine print, regardless of what the bed had done to my family. So now, I will return a mattress and will be stuck with a mechanical bed frame at which cost me well over $1, 000 and it will not work with the bed I want to purchase. Wow, thanks Sleep Outfitters for a bed that causes harm and not will to treat me like a human. If considering purchasing from them, reconsider.

Sleep Outfitters Sales Associate

I bought a tepurpedic matress set from the Somerset Kentucky store from an associate named Brian William. He seemed helpful at the time. But come to find out he was very dishonest and later disrespectful to my wife. He even tried using my military service in a man of honor speech when I went to the store to speak with him. I DO NOT recommend the Somerset store. I'm sure Sleep outfitters has quality products, just poor and dishonest service in Somerset Kentucky. If you live in the Somerset area, it would be worth your time to go to a salesman in
another city. Because now I'm stuck with a mattress that hurts my back.

Sleep Outfitters Terrible mattress

I am so disappointed with this company. Having purchased a faulty mattress which was very expensive, I tried numerous times to contact customer service to resolve this issue. MY PROBLEM WAS NEVER RESOLVED AND THE COMPANY WILL NO LONGER RETURN MY CALL. Sleep Outfitters will not stand behind their product. Please consider other vendors as you will surely regret a purchase from this company!

Walked into your store with good intentions until your salesperson ripped me over asking about one of your competitors...I ended up leaving and buying from the store across the street. you should really learn to be truthful and sell your features and benefits instead of bad mouthing your competition.

Sleep Outfitters Poor return policy

I purchased a very expensie S&F mattress this week. The return policy states you must leave the plastic on the bed. However, we found it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on with this thick plastic. So no choice but to remove. This bed has literally crippled my back in days. It sinks in much more than the floor model. It is not the same mattress. Eithe way, they will not return cause platic off. Even though I purchased the $80 protector. very upset !

Saving a couple hundred bucks but ending up a several thousand dollar washboard is not a good deal. We purchased a Stern’s & Foster Governor's Palace pillow top mattress with Smart Latex. It was as comfortable as the sales representative claimed. At 6 weeks, there were noticeable depressions 1.3 inches. We contacted customer service. Response: Sorry, you took the plastic off and the depression are not greater than Manufactures (Sealy) specification (greater than 1.5) please contact the manufacture in 6 months. We appealed; they said they took it up with the manufacture Sealy. 3 Weeks later not a word. They say bedding is their business and no one does it better. My recommendation is don’t buy Stern’s and Foster and buy from a company that will stand behind the products they sell.

Sleep Outfitters Do not buy from them

After seeing advertisments for Sleep Outfitters we decided to purchase 2 mattresses from one of their stores 4 months ago...we have tried for 1 month to get someone to come inspect our mattress. Visually it is higher on the right hand corner than the middle or even the other side. It did not sleep well and we rolled to the middle. It is terribly uncomfortable. Finally a man came to "inspect" & measure the mattress. He was the "delivery guy" that had actually delivered our mattress in the first place. I received a call today from the Customer service man, He said that our mattress was only 1 inch off...it had to be 1 1/2 inches off before the warranty would cover it. He was not willing at all to try to make me happy as a customer. I was even willing to give them my business again and buy a Tempurpedic from them if they would take it back. They will NOT back up the quality of their product, nor do they sell quality merchandise. They DO NOT stand behind it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Purchased a $2000 set from Sleep Outfitters and turned out it was used! they said it was an exchange a customer did and they gave me their old one! WTH! THIS AIN'T WALMART! They said they would exchange it out but wanted to charge me $50! I filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General...BEWARE!

I had the inspector come to my house today very professional got the inspection, Talk about a big surprise when I found out the warranty Sleep outfitters and
Simmons ComforPedic Jada Plush/Firm 20 Year Limited Warranty had “E” on the warranty tag “E” on it means 15 year Limited warranty and 1/15 off the price of the selling price for each year owned now this is out, out fraud. Has this happen to anyone else. Please email me at clc530@yahoo.com if this is the case own you're mattress. I do not think a company as big as Simmons would use these tacked if this was a mistake I can understand but if not shame on you.

Uhh, the quality of the mattress is not the stores issue.. it's manufacturing defect and you deal direct with them. 1 and half inches is the industry standard for bedding on all warranty cards. Your beef is with the manufacturer not sleep outfitters. The same thing would have happenned at every sleep shop in America.

The founder’s (Kim Knof) and the companies moto is name brand bedding at the lowest price and great customer service. They also offer a comfort guarantee. However, they don’t stand behind the quality of the products they sell. We purchased a Stern’s & Foster Govener’s Palace pillow top mattress with Smart Latex.
