I bought this product on April 2019. It never arrived although I fulfilled every step required to me (import tax payment, etc). According to attached tracking search, it returned to Germany on May 20. Can you please deliver it again to me?

Since I can't sign in I can't get access to a training video I purchased years ago.

When I shoot the same target 4 times in a row, I get 4 different distances. Moreover, when I compare the distance I read with the Tasco to my buddies' range finders, it gives me a different reading, sometimea 7-8 yards different. I cannot feel confident about my club selection using the Tasco T2G, and don't trust it.
Revolution Golf will not do the right thing and let me return this product that I paid $200 for. They clearly do not stand behind this product.

Watch turned out to be very slow and difficult to use PLUS it kept freezing up on the course. I only used it for two rounds since it was over the holidays and too cold to golf. I finally got in touch with them (no contact numbers on any paperwork I got) and the only sheet of paper I got was their return policy which said nothing and it did not even have a ship date on it. I bought it on Dec 8th and I received it on Dec 13th. I called this morning (Dec 15th) and requested a RMA to send it back to get my money back but I was told it was over 30 days and that I was SOL. I would like to get a refund for the obviously defective item (used twice and doesn't work.)

I did not want membership. They did not have autherization to charge my credit card. Once again I did not apply for membership so please cancel membership. Please refund my credit card as i did not want membership. I wrote several times that I did not want a membership but they ignored my request. Donnie G. on order number 1658200, Purchased 2 dozen OnCore Avant golf balls as advertised with a "Rock-solid 100% guarantee" if not completely totally delighted. Sent back one unopened dozen and have not received a 100% refund of $27.00. shipped out 5/20/19 -- UPS tracking No. 1Z6594560354051920, from Franklin Park, IL should have received 5/22 or 5/23... Have not received refund. ? Should not have taken over 1 month!

Have been a member of rg since it was formed. Over these years I have purchased many videos. Until recently this was no problem but now is impossible. This is my complaint. I ordered the Teeless Driver on January 14. I was told delivery would be within a week. It has been two weeks and I have not received my Teeless Driver!

What is going on?

IF you buy from these people, make sure you have copies of the return time for the product you purchase. I bought a driver, the "ad page" showed a try it for 90 days, if you don't love it, send it back...the 90 days is now 30 days and I have a driver that sucks. I also sent them emails asking to return it within the 30 days but somehow they never received them, so out of luck there too. I should have known better and from now on will stick to buying clubs locally.

Was told by your representative that I was put on a preferred list, by text! Called in and was told you're sold out! This is the same day I was to call! Some nerve! THEN was told you were getting a shipment the next day and it may be on there? TODAY, checking on the order, I'm told six to eight weeks! What crap is this! If the manufacturer can't supply, YOU PEOPLE shouldn't advertise! AND LIE to your PREFERRED CUSTOMERS!

I received the subject item and followed the instructions for setting up the application for golf.
The issue I have is that when I went to attach the clip to my golf glove at the range, the velcro strip fell off the clip, and was unable to use. I have tried re-gluing the velcro to the clip, but no luck.

I am requesting a replacement clip for the golf glove sent to my shipping address at 1711 Cuddaback AVe, Niagara Falls, NY 14303 ASAP.

The above item has not been to delivered ref:_00D301Dn7._5008014pa4Q:ref. RG told me in a letter that the customs refused it due to invalid address, although my address was correct.
I wrote to RG telling them that I was still interested in the item and they answered 2017-13-12 that I should allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be processed. Since then I have written 3 mails which remained unanswered and I didn't get the money either.
Can somebody recommend what to do?

Dear Sirs

On 21 October 2017 I placed an order for 3 Tour Edge Hot Launch golf clubs Order Number 1450648 which was accepted and I received an email telling me that if I placed another order it will be shipped free. Accprdingly I placed another order for a Tour Hot Launch 11 Wood Club. This club was not sent to me. I did receive the 3 clubs but not the 11 Wood.

I received two separate Order confirmations from Revolution Golf but both had the same order number and shipment number !

I checked with UPS and was told to contact Revolution golf to find out if they sent two shipments. However, the company do not answer the phone I call on the number is [protected] and this is costong me lot of money calling from the UK

I asked Rev Golf for a return authorization to return Cobra Max hybrid. Adam Rachid provided the required info. I returned the item Sept 11...and verified it was successfully received. I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to check on my refund. To date (Sept 19) I have heard nothing.

Ordered the clubhub early in June after swapping emails regarding international delivery (Australia). Delivery is not free internatioanlly, costs US$30. There was no suggestion I would be still waiting a month later, with no firm idea of when it might be delivered from the freight carrier, and what seems like the usual "we are busy, back to you in 3-5 days" messagefrom their website. It's a shame because I think generally the site is great and I've wanted to spend some money with them.

Ordered 4 and 6 Hybrid tour edge clubs May 29 at 10:30 PM. Called and emailed 9:00 AM the next morning to change to 3 and 5 hybrids. Talked to Jeff, he said oh I have your order here no problem. $ days later got the 4 and 6 I had canceled. Contacted re getting an RMA. Sent clubs in on 6/6, they were received on 6/7. Called and told them I'd like a credit and don't send me any replacements. Called back on 6/15 to check on my credit. IT was like they never heard of it. After waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, the rep came back to say that he had gotten it approved and I would be seeing my credit in 7 to 10 days. It is now 7 days later and still no credit. Very hard to contact these people. If you email them you get an auto response saying they are very busy and you will get a response in 3-5 days!”

This company is completely messed up. They can't seem to stream a video to my login account. It took me 3 days to figure out where my video link was. Finally, I asked them to refund my money --- which is now going to take 7 to 10 days. Unbelievable. I ordered from this company because the ads displayed people that could be counted on to deliver a quality product. Just goes to show you that it's a large gap between advertising and performance. I had previously purchased a training aid which I think I will now return before they go out of business. A company with this many complaints can't survive long.

I recently joined and took advantage of an equipment offer. I almost immediately requested they cancel the order, but it shipped a day or so later anyway.

When the order arrived, it was wrong. One of the clubs shipped as just a clubhead, without the shaft that was clearly specified. Upon further review, the Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation and Packing Slip all list the products differently. It was pretty much a complete failure from an order fulfillment perspective.

I'm trying to return the order, yet they still won't cover the return shipping...despite having charged for shipping upfront AND fulfilling the order wrong.
