Hi there, cardgift, thanks for answering me. guess there are quite a few of us out there who were ripped off by the "debt to wealth" crap. the only wealth I see it his own. My story is: I called the 800 number from the radio ad that played over and over and over (no lie) again, that sent a "free powerful cd" that I gave my cc#
for shipping and handling. a hugh box arrives with crap I didn't order and then my cc starts being charged $119.00/mo. no packing list, no invoice, just a card with an 800 # for "customer service". - which turned out to be a closer for their grossly overpriced "coaching
program" that he manipulatedcoerced me into buying by typing my name on some contract that I have no copy of, nor can I retrieve from the website. the price was $11000. shut the front door... After 2 sessions, I realized I had made a huge mistake, couldn't afford it, couldn't navigate thru the website with my antique computer, and lacked the computer skills to do so. So begins the nightmare... they refused to cancel my program! I paid $896 charged to my cc for 2 sessions, and now have a debt collector coming after me for the
current balance which is now $13000 for that contract loan I typed my name on. this is WRONG! don't we have
rights to cancel something that was misrepresented and totally pushed upon me because I was under emotional duress after seeing my life savings and home equity evaporate.? I need more people like you, and the other ones who have contacted me thru this website so we can band together and sue the crap out of this ripoff-scam artist cummuta a**h*** and his bs program.

Susan,

You want to go after Prosper learning. They are the ones that sold and coached you.We were subjected to two people giving us the hard sell to sign up with Prosper. Basically I was naive and believed that John Cummuta was a good Christian to be involved in a scam. You need to scream bloody murder to the Utah Attorney General and your local Attorney General and call every day until action is taken v. this Mormon owned company.
