My husband borrowed some money from private moneylender and he was regular all this time in paying their EMI. now, due to loosing his job from past 6 months he could not pay the amount. Now they are harrasing him for full payment which is not possible for him to pay at once and more over I came to know the rate of interest is too much. so can I go for complaint against him in my city where I am staying now or I have to give where he borrowed his money from? please tell. Also can can one can guide me where I can get loan apart from bank at lower rate of interest.
