PokerStars.com Fixed hands

You know I play just for something to do but when you start fixing hands in cash games it becomes a bit much. You have totally taken all the joy out of playing poker for me.

I have marked down all the times I have gone all in with AA's Or KK's or QQ's and it has been many times. When you have a smaller stack of chips the larger stack will win 87% of the time. if they have a 3 and 4 off suit guarantee they get either a flush or a full house with the 3 and 4. a couple friends and myself have been monitoring the hands and no fail it happens that often. If you want to speed up the game find another way rather then fixing the hands. You should be ashamed of yourself but why would you you make way to much money doing what you do.

Thank-You for taking away one of my only things I really enjoy doing.

I totally agree. I only play play money and its so obvious how rigged it is. I get constant bad beats and lose majority of coolers ever since the migration. Total bs site. Stop fixing hands!

PokerStars.com Pokerstars will not allow me to close my account

Pokerstars will not allow me to withdraw my money from my account. I have been using Pokerstars for over 10 years and made numerous withdrawals over that time. When I asked to close my account and send my money they forced me to send proof from my bank of my account details. After doing that they told me my account was frozen because they needed specific personal info including job description and workplace info. This has been dragging on since June 2022.

PokerStars.com freezing my game play

my user name is maorishaft, im just so annoyed this time. I was on a 6 man cash table (owning everyone), and next thing i know, ive been frozen out of my account...this to me is not a experience i like happenning multiple times...(which it has)... this is very alarming and i have taken notice...( you should too).. or resolve the situation.. thursday 6 october 2022.. between [protected] NZtime

They said they give a 100% bonus of your initial deposit. I deposited $100 and played on and off for over a month. I started to wonder where my bonus was. I contacted their customer support and learned of how they run the scam.They say, you can only get it $5 at a time. Then they tell me you can't get it on their mobile app, only on desktop. Then they tell me you have to go inside the menu and accept the bonus? Then when I spent 20 minutes on customer service the they tell me my bonus is not their due to technical difficulties. This is totally false advertising and they make it so difficult to get the bonuses one $5 drip at a time to make it virtually unclaimable.

PokerStars.com technical and loss

hello my player name is matrafox26,yesterday i was playing in a tournament that started at 5:00 pm...and around 10:00 pm the site was not working due to technical isuess ...i had 264.000 chips and i was close to win a ticket for the last 9 players to the sunday-storm 100.000 $ tournament...now it's morning...no mesage that the game will start from the stoping point of last night ..and my chips and my playing time are now gone...

the date is 25.09.2022...the game started at 5 pm and was manually paused around 10 pm. i have waited hours after ...and nothing was changed ...i tried to make screenshots...but it did no let me .

please do something about it

PokerStars.com system fail

Good evening!As I was playing a 7.5 $ turnament to quallify for a 22 turnament,the aplication stopped working and I coudn't connect anytime soon.WE WERE 3 IN THE TURNAMNET AND THE LAST 2 GET TO QUALLIFY.BECAUSE OF THE APPLICATION FAIL UNTIL I COULD ENTER AGIAN I LOST ALL MY MONEY DURING INACTIVITY.please take note and verify that what i said is true.this is not my fault,internet was working great,the laptop is top!Give me my money back,this is not fair!

PokerStars.com Rigged Hands

I have never been so upset to stop something I really enjoy playing. You have taken the joy out of playing poker totally. you rig hands where all the higher chips win 88% of the hands. a couple of my friends have monitored 250 hands and 88% of the higher chips win every time to move the game along. do not tell me the computer is not programmed when it is . You should be totally embarrassed to call yourself a rep of Pokerstars. You can have pocket aces and the other hand with more chips will get a 2 and 3 off suit and low and behold if another 2 and a 3 comes up. It is disgusting that you get away with this on real money games. I can see play money to move things along but real money, You guys make me puke !

PokerStars.com Player timing out

Hello. I wish to complain about a player with the name Grandpa Fog playing in game number [protected]. He times out just about every time it is his turn. He then goes to automatic sit out but come right back in. This is very annoying and takes all the fun out of playing. Other players are upset as well and commented on the chat line.

Desired outcome: Please suspend the player or put him on notice. If people are allowed to get away with this it is wrong. Thank you.

pokerstars account anthonyo365 played four games as it would show your end hopefully having connection issues this is so frustrating I would like a refund back as you would think a billion dollar company would be on there game lol.

this information should show up on your side games played today on the 25/08/2022 i played around 12 am today i have files pslogzip

PokerStars.com PokerStars online - unable to withdrawl

They migrated me to the Ontario platform and I have not been happy with the play so I want to withdraw my funds. They have my account on file and want me to upload pictures of my account to prove it's mine. That is not happening. They have it on file, send it to me. They tell you top chat in for help, there is never a chat option available, so you can't actually get any help.

My user name is MrMullers and my email is [protected]@hotmail.com

Desired outcome: I want the funds sent to my bank account.

i am having the exact same problem. they want me to jump threw hoops to prove who i am . been on the site for years and the have my credit card on file. i live common law for 30yrs and everything they want for proof is in my partners name. this has been going on ever since the new ontario regs.

this has been way to long. and forget about ever talking to a actual person, it just cant be done.

if they were helpful i would be spending money on there site right now, very bad public relations

PokerStars.com Withdrawal is never possible, i am trying since 1 year and more.

Deposit is available but when comes to withdrawal from the app is seems like a impossible task. i had provided my all needed documents (like pan card, bank statement) several times but after 1 year also the withdrawal facility is still showing pending. i can't withdraw my earning money and it seems like impossible. It seems really frustrating.

And also all 3 attachment options of withdrawal verification forum (screenshot attached below) will accept only the .jpg (or image) format. Uploading for .pdf format is not supported. How can anyone share bank statement with .jpeg (image) format, it seems like you people are joking on us, you people are making the process so complicated.

Desired outcome: Withdrawal verification procedure should be easier, that's my only request from you guys.

I am Subhajit Mandal, an Indian POKERSTARS user. I installed POKERSTARS mobile application about more than 1 yr ago, I deposited 100 rupees as my first recharge at that time. I had earned a few amount, but at the time of withdrawal they asked for kyc verification, I provided all the documents (pan card, bank statement) but from my android there was only .jpeg (image) format allowed to upload, I never managed my bank account statement as a image(.jpeg) format for uploading, that's why I had uploaded screenshot of my bank statement front page all the time and not surprisingly my account never got verified. That's why I had frustrated enough about them. I never actually tried to reach out their customer care facilities for help and that's why due to extreme anger I lodge this complaint about them JULY 13, 2022 | 10:39 AM EDT and the headline was : "PokerStars.com - Withdrawal is never possible, i am trying since 1 year and more". After lodging the complaint I felt I should contact POKERSTARS customer support once and I found out their email id support@starsaccount.in by web search and discussed my problem in detail, after that all magical things happened to me. Their customer support team is just excellent. They replied in very less time and provided me all the necessary detail for my account verification, they guide me to upload my details through their website so that I can upload .pdf format also. That was very helpful for me, and after that I upload all the details and within half an hour my account got verified and I withdrawn my winning balance to my bank account very easily and quickly. Their customer support team is very fast and awesome. I realised my mistakes and that's why I am writing so lengthy, it's a kind of gratitude or thankfulness to them. I am very glad and now I have no complain about them so I am marking my complaint as resolved. Thank you.

PokerStars.com Account Frozen (Routine Security Check)

i got an email that they needed to do Routine Security Check which is all right. But then after i provided them all the informations except the iban of my bank which they arent able to provide (the bank), pokerstars froze my account and i am unable to witdraw my funds. How could i provide them the card with which i witdrawed money if the bank is not allowed to give me their iban away? I already sent them proof from neteller account when i withdraw the funds there and from my card transactions history, but they still dont want to accept this documents because the iban is missing which i am unable to provide because my bank is not allowed to give their iban away freely. I dont know what to do, please help. I just want my account unfrozen.

Pokerstars closed my account yesterday for no reason at all

Please help me

They first emailed saying i cant play on there casino games but can play all there other producs including poker then they email saying account closed

They wont let me speak with a manager or help in any way shape or form

I have been playing on pokerstars for over 10 years and they close my account, they wont even give me an explanation, as there is not one

Please help me

This is totally unfair, and feel discriminated against, what company does this and treats there players this way?

PokerStars.com Account Froze

Most useless Customer Suport from all gambling sites in the world. I expressed my concern regarding my deposit limits and i told them that i will close the accounts if my issue is not fixed. So they acted in my name and closed the account. Who does that? Useless pieces of...brownies. Will leave negative reviews after negative reviews on all sites online, untill i bring this app down.

PokerStars.com Account Frozen (Routine Security Check) After Successful Deposit

On March 13th I decided to open an account on PokerStars, easy enough I deposited $60 CAD what immediately followed was my account being frozen due to security check - Couldn't play any games, funds are still there.

So far I have sent in:

Government Issued I.D (Front & Back)

Government Certified Letter to confirm my address - An alternative to utility bills because that's all included in my rent. They gave me a list of other acceptable letters

A void check with my banking information & address

A screenshot of my online banking to confirm the account belongs to me which shows the very last transaction was with PokerStars.

A picture of my Visa/Debit Card first 6 numbers & last 4 numbers visible as they requested.

I'm not sure what else I can do to prove at this point & I will not be sending them my D.N.A.

Desired outcome: If for some reason they cannot unfreeze my account - I would like a refund and my account closed since I can't even access it.

Something similar happened to me. They freezed my account due to "security check" and now i am unable to log in and withdraw my funds. Basically i sent them all my documents but i am unable to provide them iban of my bank because the bank is not allowed to give me their iban away. I even went to the bank and gave them the document with the bank logo where is seen my card account but they still dont want to unfreeze my account. i dont know what to do i just want to get my funds back. Plese help.

im still currently a member but not for long for 1 ive been playing poker for years and im good at it but pokerstars is rigged for example lets say i have 3000 chips and im playing against someone with 5000 chips 9 time out of ten that player will win because he has the most chips its rigged so that you get put out and have to buy back in not to mention before yesterday if you were head to head against a russian that player would allways win now they have been kicked off ... not to mention the slots all they do is take i noticed a few days ago i was playing tomb of ra and my brother was on his account playing 3 witches theres jackpots and u can watch them go up the jackpot on 3 witches and tomb of ra came up saying a player has just won the jackpot at the exact same time i believe in coincidence but come on really ill be leaving pokerstars after all my football bets are clear ... im really dissapointedt i love gambling i spend a lot of money doing it its supposed to be fun not stressfull poker cards are supposed to be drfawn from the deck randomly but not on pokerstars im guessing the computer picks the winner before hand

Desired outcome: i would like a refund on some of my money but i know thats not happening then id like pokerstars to stop using whaatever algirithm they are using poker cards are ment to be random not fixed

PokerStars.com accout playing prividges blocked

dec 23rd i made a withdrawl with direct bank transfer for 300$...the next day i was sure i put in the wrong info because they ask for a sort number on the direct bank transfer page...i told them to cancle it and they wouldnt made me wait until jan 2nd then told me 5 more days ill get my money returned to my pokerstars account i sure enough woke up and read that and lost it...used profanity and got playing privldges banned...at the same time i was emailing them back to apoligise too them for it...i over read the email and it says if i continue to use profanity ill get banned...i already aoligised i also went on since then too apoligise each day they tell me they got my account on urgent to get this straighten out and my player privlidges returned...today i talked to chat same thing they say ill get a response from the team that handles it then i come home from a long day of cutting wood and nothing yet again...i go too talk to live chat its disabled? no email support has emailed me i have no clue how i can withdrawal my 300$ with direct bank transfer giving me a sort number instead of bank transit number instution number and account number and bank im with? i have no clue if they are reopening my player account ive waited a since dec 23rd for my 300$ its now of course back in my pokerstars account but what good is it with false info to withdrawal and banned player privlidges...i continue to be nice too them the nicer i am the worse they treat me in return...not really fair at all.

Desired outcome: have my account reopen player providges returned or just update the direct bank transfer info so i can atleast get my 300$ been waiting since dec 23rd.
