Pizza Hut Customer service and horrible food

I called in for pickup order the lady was rude when asked questions then my boy pickup order brings home to find that the pizza I ordered with extra sauce was not applied and was like it was made days ago and the Supreme pizza ordered with extra cheese no extra cheese applied and 2 orders of tradional wing and they was awful over cooked hard as a rock for 10.99 per order and had to throw away not the night to eat pizza hut when I called the store they just said they were sorry and couldn't do nothing about it because management wasn't there and very rude about it

Desired outcome: Anything you can do to make this right perfurred refund sending picture of of reciept and the chicken wings

Pizza Hut Lack of customer service

On the 21st of November I called your Kaysville location 4 times to order your pizza melts. Each time the phone was answered and then hung up. What is the problem with your employees? Did they not get trained on answering a phone for customers orders? We have ordered from this establishment before with no problems. What is the problem with your employees.

Desired outcome: Train your employees on better customer service. They need to answer the phone when customers call in orders. These people either need more training or they need to be replaced with people who want to do the job.

Pizza Hut Opening time of Pizza Hutt Botany Downs

On the door there is a sign saying that the opening time is 11am.

I was standing outside prior to 11am waiting for someone to open the door and they opened the door and started serving at 11.20am.

Another customer standing since 11am turned around and went opposite to Noodle canteen because Pizza Hutt door was closed.

My order number was 44296.

I don't believe it's acceptable to open 20mins late.

I normally go to the Highland park branch and the service there is very good. This is the first time I have got pizza from your Botany branch

Desired outcome: A couple of free large Pizzas would be appreciated for the time spent waiting outside to get my family's lunch

Pizza Hut pizza

ordered meat lovers and got barely any meat.. this location on 81st and Biscayne is the worst.. they are always giving little to no toppings. i provided side by side images that show 2 or more slices with little to no meat, barely had pepperoni or the other meats listed on a meat lovers. the image you guys provided doesn't match the images of what i received , i even tipped this is crazy. i need a new meat lovers pizza made the right way.

Desired outcome: failed, i want a real meat lovers pizza. why doesnt my pizza look like the advertised picture on the website.. i had 6 pepperonis and barely sausauge i paid 18$ for 8 slices of some [censored]

Pizza Hut Customer service / location

Last night 11/4/22 at about 8:20, I placed an order at the Beaver Dam, WI location. Once i completed the order it prompted me for payment and I opted to pay at the store which since it was a convenient option since I was about to drive. It stated that my order would be ready in about 20 minutes which was about how far I was from the store so it seemed PERFECT! When I arrive there are 2 gentlemen at the counter and they ask me if I had placed an order online to which I h "yes I did". They look at each other and then one asks for my name, then one tells the other there is no order. Then they tell me Oh the store is closed and our manager had us cancel all the online orders. I then ask them if "so you can just cancel orders because you decide to close early?" to which one replies yes we can our manager said we could. I reply that it is wrong to do that and just cancel a families dinner just as a convenience to close early and that I would like there names as well as their managers. The 1st worker in front of register says I don't have to give you my name if I don't want to. I look to see if he is wearing a name tag and ask so you are not going to give me your name? He replies no and even flips me the bird. At this point I ask for his managers name and phone number and he tosses me a pizza hut card and says my managers name is whatever whatever and good luck calling the number they will answer you from India and not give a [censored]. The corporate office isn't even in the United states of Texas it's in India. I am obviously upset and in shock with his behavior so I ask the other worker for his name and he says I don't have to give you my name either and you have to leave. I reply that I will leave but I will place a corporate complaint which they both find funny again as I am being "escorted" out by the 2nd no named worker I decide to pull out my phone and start to video record I say I am being kicked out for placing an order and getting cussed at by employees and the worker decides he too would like to introduce me to the bird as he flips me off too. In shock of their behavior, I stop my video and just drive away. I drove to the nearby Dominos Pizza , placed an order and was on my way still in disbelief of the Pizza Hut employees behavior. I wish I would've thought about video recording earlier but didn't, yet with what I was able to record, it is very disturbing and I do not intend to put it on social media as long as this situation is addressed and there is some sort of disciplinary action imposed on these cowards who shouldn't be in the service industry if they are not customer service material.

Pizza Hut Customer service

On 11/03/22 at 1025pm I was heading to work. At 1027 pm I started to call Pizza Hut [protected]) to order food for my shift that would be starting at 11pm. When I first called it went directly to music playing. I stayed on hold a few minutes and then called back. And I kept calling back. Many times. Two of the times I called I was place on hold for 5-6 minutes. I would then hang up and keep calling. As I got closer to work I came upon the Pizza Hut and attempted to go in and ask for a manager. This was at 1050pm. The doors were locked. The business was open until 11pm. I saw a driver entering through a side door and briefly told him about my bad experience attempting to call and recall the store. He told me to drive up and that someone would talk to me thru the drive up window. I drove around. No one came to the drive up window. I sensed that the person who answered the phone and kept putting me on hold was doing so because I was not the same race as he was. I just wanted to get dinner. I have looked online for awhile to enter my complaint but that wasnt an easy task either. I never knew Pizza Huts to be racist. Until now. Awful experience.

Desired outcome: I would like to speak to the manager. If the person who was prejudice against me IS the manager then maybe have someone from corporate call me. Thanks. Ken at [protected]

Pizza Hut online ordering system

I order 2 pizzas on Monday, Oct 24th at 6:10 pm online. 1 was a hawaiian and 1 was a Canadian pizza plus delivery and tip. The total $30.24 came out of my bank account immediately but seconds later I received an error message that it had not gone through. So I was without my order, but you had already taken the money out of my bank account.

I tried to put in a complaint on the evening via online feedback/complaint and it is Feedback ID [protected] and I have not heard anything. I want my $30.24 back as my order did not go through. If this does not result in my receiving my money back, I will continue to escalate this at Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut Taco pizza / customer service

On 10/24 at approx 4:30 I called in a taco pizza. I went thru the drive thru to pickup. I asked before pulling away if their was salsa and sour cream in the box. The young lady told me their was. I got back to work, set down to eat and their was neither salsa or sour cream. I went and purchased and sat down to eat. Had not even taken a bite when I noticed rotten slimy lettuce on it.. I decided after 17.23 for the pizza and another $5 on the condiments. I wasn’t gonna be able to eat it. I returned to the restaurant and asked for my money back. The gentlemen informed me that he was not going to return my money and that I was being childish. He was up in my face. I started getting loud. He told me to leave his restaurant. I told him not until I get my money. He continued belittling me and then a another guy came over and he started in. His response was that pizza is going away anyway. I ask him what that had to do with my situation. Finally they got the mgr. She returned my money. While she was taking care of that the 2 guys continued to point and talk about me from the back. She never once apologized. I work for the 3 largest co. In the world and have for 40 years. I know all about customer service. That is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. I have been eating at the Pittsfield, Il Pizza Hut since it opened in the 80’s. I will never step foot in there again. I told the mgr she needs to keep her employees in check. She just looked at me. She should of been front and center taking care of this. Not letting her worthless help belittle customers. I had to tell him multiple times to get out of my face. WTH kind of people are you letting run your businesses?

Desired outcome: Someone owes me an apology. Those 2 guys need to be fired. I will never return as long as they are there. Honestly they would spit on your food.

Pizza Hut Order that was not received

I made an order through 19000 two hours ago for one large super-supreme pizza stuffed crust. After more than one hour I received a call from Pizza Hut claiming that the delivery man fall because of the rain and they will have to repeat the order.

I don’t believe this story because it’s the second time I get the same exercise. Please investigate this story and get back to me. If you don’t have professional motorcycle drivers just let us know.

Pizza Hut did not receive order that I paid for online

I ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings online. I paid for the order online as well. I set up the order to be ready at 11:15am during my 35-minute lunch break. I arrived at the store at 11:10am and the doors were locked. There was no movement inside the restaurant. I knocked on the door, no answer. I heard a person say that no one was in the store. It was an employee waiting for their manger, who was late, to let them in. I never heard from the manger. I called at 12:25 and the manager said, "Oh yea, your order is ready now." How was I supposed to know that they went ahead and made the order after I was already there to pick it up and no one was there. I am appalled by the lack of service, not to mention that I have already paid for an order that I can not pick up because my lunch break is over. Another thing, how long was the food sitting there "ready" getting cold. Again, how was I supposed to know that the order was ready. So very disappointed. I am in need of a refund please, as soon as possible.

Pizza Hut PizzaHut

Got a code for a free pizza due to a negative experience with an order. We used it for a delivered online order. It was not free. There were no delivery orders allowed for less than $15. so we had to order and pay to get the free pizza. This is a poor way to treat people you may want to come back and buy more. Pizza Hut Very poor quality pizza.

My wife ordrdered this Pizza Hut for deliveryat 05:11pm on 10/08/22.

When it arrived, there was no protective cover to keep the pizza warm or hot. It was on the colder side of warm. The pizza arrived within the cardboard pizza box. The items listed on the receipt were not, or did not appear to be the menu items that were requested to be on this pizza i.e. extra cheese not there, pepperoni not there.

Note: until today, I have never given an unfavorable review for food delivery.

Pizza Hut General Complaint

Pizza Hut,

Many of your stores are not partnering with other companies like Door Dash and Uber Eats for delivery. You are missing out on a lot of new and classic pizza styles and ingredients. One example is the Mexican Pizza that is served in Southwestern Kansas and the Oklahoma panhandle. It’s so amazing, we all go back there when we can just to have some. And you aren’t taking advantage of it in Austin Texas for example, the Taco capital of the US. You aren’t accepting new payment types in most stores like Apple Pay. I grew up in Kansas near the headquarters and experienced all the different eras of Pizza Hut. The good (introduction of pan), the bad (buffet style restaurants) and the ugly and we are now in the ugly. I have stuck with Pizza Hut through the last 48 years but it’s been hard lately. I believe in the brand. The nostalgia we all have is incredible and enough to save your company if you will fix these issues. Pizza Hut can be great again!

Also, there’s a large section near my home where there is no pizza company and a million people just moved in during the last year.

ordered my food online made the orders. First one was oven baked cheese alfredo was to be 6.50 charged 8.99 n large 3 topping pizza was to be 10.00 charged 13.19 .Total was 17.89 said ready in 14 minutes. Time 7 :37pm 09/30/2022

Second order 1 dinnerbox pepperioni med pizza breadsticks n cinnstix should of been 13.99 charged breadstixs 5.39 cinnistix 5.89 n dinner box 15.29 plus 1 large 3 topping pizza should of been 10.00 was 14.29 Total = 31.31 Time was 7:53pm received food at 8:20pm Serves was loudsy n food cold ...Everyone else was getting there orders...

Pizza Hut Food and service

Tonight I ordered food and waited over 2 hours to be delivered trash. When I reported this I was hung up on several times and the bank was on the line and witnessed everything I will be filing a lawsuit if I don't get my money back. This is unacceptable and I will never spend my money here ever. What respectful business hangs up in your face? I have a pic of the nasty dried-up food and will prove of the hang-up calls I also have proof of food sitting out.

Pizza Hut No response to my request concerning a refund.

On September 8, 2022 @4:47 p.m., I placed an online order — order number 3220908164702001431039572 for tow pizzas, pasta and wings. My son went to the Pizza Hut at 501 West Town Plaza, only to find no one at the store. I got back online to call the store when he called me back saying the store was closed, but this w as not showing online.

He called the corporate office to report this and as we were on three-way with a young lady from corporate, she informed me that a refund request/report would be filed on my behalf.

I have not received any refund, phone call, email or text message concerning this. I have been calling cash management and have left messages.

Desired outcome: I would like for someone to respond to this matter and issue my refund immediately.

Pizza Hut Pizzahut- canceling an order

I ordered 1 dinner box meal online on (September 18 2022) around 3pm but was also charged an extra chesse pizza that i didn’t want. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the store for customer service and just to cancel that 1 pizza and nobody has picked up after almost an hour straight of me calling. I just want that pizza refunded that’s literally ALL I want.

Pizza Hut Terrible pizzas and management that didn't care that I was unhappy.

About 10 days ago I purchased 2 medium pizzas from the only Pizza Hut in Catoosa, OK, 74015. I paid extra for extra peperoni and mushrooms on one, the other was sausage. They immediately tried to charge me extra for grate parmesan cheese which I declined. When I returned home and opened the boxes I was furious! There was very little pepperoni and hardly any mushrooms on the pizza I had paid extra for. As for the pork sausage pizza, there wasn't crumbled sausage, it was large chunks of sausage, and very few of those. It looked disgusting! I called them back to complain. I asked them if they knew that I had paid extra for double pepperoni and mushrooms and they said they did. I asked them why I didn't get double pepperoni and I was told that when there was three toppings the one topping that was a duplicate was left off, even though I had paid for it. I told them that they had just cheated me and that I would never go to Pizza Hut again and his only response was " well, I'm sorry to hear that", and he hung up.

I live about three minutes from the store so it's very convenient for me to run up there and pick up something for lunch or dinner. Their pizzas have gradually gone down hill but I've never seen anything this bad, with such a terrible attitude for a business person. There's a pizza place just across the highway from my addition but their pizzas are a little spicey for my taste. Guess I'll just have to get used to it! There is also a Mazzios in town. Pizza hut is no competition for the other two pizza places in Catoosa, OK

Pizza Hut Pizza

I have ordered twice in the last 2 weeks from Pizza Hut Narangba. I have ordered the chicken bacon with alfredo sauce -exact same pizza each time had asked for extra sauce because there is never any in it, I left feedback. I have ordered again today asked and paid for extra sauce today after my last order was not up to standard. Today my pizza had no chicken and only a couple of pieces of bacon and a couple of slices of mushrooms. This is totally not acceptable for a $27 pizza. So far I have spent over $80 on my ordered and what I received was absolutely disgusting. .

Pizza Hut Overcharged and poor service order number 3220910170143001334037631

Today I ordered the pizza that I usually order from the same Pizza Hut store my order number that you can re-search as above. My order on the website showed it was 1699 as it always is and that was a total with tax. When I went to the store it was extremely hectic and there were several customers in the lobby of the small Pizza Hut restaurant attempting to pick up their orders. When my order finally came I was told instead of 1699 which is what it always has for my order and what it should’ve been according to the website I ordered from the manager told me it was $19.77. I questioned him and he said that’s what it is with tax it’s 1977 to the fact that the restaurant was so hectic hectic and there was so many customers in there I wasn’t in the mood to argue with him so I just paid this I think this is very unprofessional and the store seem to be in total chaos.

Desired outcome: I don’t really know what to say 2.77 isn’t gonna break me I just wanted to let you know how unorganized this restaurant was today.
