Pizza Hut Order No: [protected] - Not delivered after waiting for 2 hours

Hi Team,

I placed an order on pizza hut website at 9:40 pm to AL Khaleez Center Outlet after waiting for one and half hours the order didn't deliver, I called to customer care from they told order will be delivered in 10min and even after waiting for 20 min the order didn't get delivered I again called back to customer care they told this outlet is not operational. May I know why false information was provided by customer care. Why the outlet is listed on website if it is not operational . Why I am not able to track the order on website.

Please refund the deducted amount and let me know how this be compensated.

Pizza Hut Online order

I made an online order number [protected] dokki branch ( mesaha ) and they replied it will be ready in 15 minutes but when i arrived after 30 minutes they told me there is no order at all and no one bothered himself to check the order noting that i have ordered before with the same method with exactly the same steps 3 times, attached their reply to me

Pizza Hut Did not cut the breadstick product into actual breadstick

I order some breadsticks online at the Lindell Blvd location in Saint Louis MO. 63108. I consider myself to be a very good customer order at least 3 times a month at pizza hut, has good food at reasonable prices. On March 1, 2020, I order 1 cheese breadsticks and 2 garlic breadsticks, went to go pick up the order and I opened the box and asked the young lady behind the counter in the evening shift you guys don't cut the bread product into actual breadsticks? The young lady replied, "We don't cut the breadsticks "with a straight face and didn't offer to cut them. I really hope this gets resolved a.s.a.p. without any distastefulness I will still be a continuous customer thank you.

Pizza Hut Not receiving all my orders

I ordered Pizza and breadsticks to be delivered and I only got pizza. When I called they told me I was lying. I told them I had a receipt, so they rudely told me they would make them and deliver them. My place of empolyment and I order her several times a month. I really dont appreciate being called a liar..

Pizza Hut Pizza Hut carry out/delivery

I placed my order for delivery at 6 pm today (Thursday, Feb. 27). At 8:50 pm the girl FINALLY arrived. All I had was 2 $20 bills (which I'd told them WHEN I'D PLACED THE ORDER at 6pm! and they said, "No problem")... but the delivery girl said she couldn't give me any change. So I was supposed to give her $40 for a medium pizza and 6 wings?!?!?! ESPECIALLY after waiting ALMOST 3 HOURS FOR IT?!?!?!? I THINK NOT! I should have just fixed myself a bowl of soup and waited for the weekend when my regular delivery man Kevin, an efficient, nice, HONEST man was working!

Pizza Hut Management

I witnessed one of the workers name krystal Revels working hard and she is sick and about to pass out and she was told by management that she could not leave she does not need to be there being sick and risking making everyone else sick as well and another person name Dustin Black is making pizzas in the back throwing up everywhere so hes having to run to the bathroom because he is sick also I come in to contact with both because they are good at there job I wont see no one else but them. Something needs to be done and done fast them two do not need to be there being sick and working and possibly making someone else sick as well. Can someone please call or something and make sure they get the medical attention they need they are sick as crap. I witnessed the communication with the manager saying they could not leave. Pizza Hut So unsanitary

I had ordered two large pizza's and when i went to pick them up i was waiting for them to get done.
I seen the lady that was making the pizza's cough in her hand and not wash them she did that a few times and then go back to making pizza's.
That is so unsanitary with all the sickness that is going around.
She was not even wearing gloves.
I choose not to eat the pizza because that was sick to see.
I have always ordered pizza from there so if i'm not dinning in to watch them make it i will not be ordering online again.
Something needs to be done about this i have complained three times now
and have heard nothing from them.

Pizza Hut service and timing what i’m complaining about

The operator on the phone was aggressive and wasn't helpful at all, and my I ordered my phone and I waited 1:45 min for it and then when I called the operator was saying no I was wrong but clearly I wasn't I even have the time I ordered in! They didn't even ask me why I'm canceling my order the operator said in a very mean way "ok enough I canceled your order, anything else?"
Please fix these issues and have a better customer service

I just want to say that I am a new employee to Pizza Hut have not worked there a long time. I am learning new skills on how to have better customer service. And all this fee talk there is a delivery fee on all deliveries because of gas costs! Also sometimes we go through extremely busy rushes and the time typically is 20 minutes for carry out and 30 minutes for delivery. The tax brackets are set by governments and voters... cost of living in the United States changes so does the prices. As a customer service representative in training it’s hard sometimes to adapt from one customer to the next because they all have different personalities some customers are very understanding and kind and patient some are not! I will say I will try to provide more information and be a non aggressive customer service representative! Sincerely Jacyln Marie Ford

Pizza Hut hotel referral sheet.

I work at a hotel. Every time we refer a guest to order from Pizza Hut, the delivery driver signs our referral sheet. Once we get 10 signatures we earn a free medium specialty pizza and an order of breadsticks. We have always had these delivered and was only charged the delivery fee and a tip. Today February 6th, 2020 the manager told me they don't deliver free pizzas. We will now only refer our guests to other pizza companies who do deliver our earned pizzas. I will also personally make sure I let my friends who work at other hotels know about this new [policy.

Pizza Hut national false advertising scam

I tried to order your advertised $10.00 meat lovers Pizza. I was required to order on line. When it came time to pay the amount due it was $12.00. When I asked the reason why it said I had ordered extra cheese, a crust that was extra plus another topping. I had not ordered them so I went back to the original order screen to try to order the special again and pay attention that I did not click on additional items. I only clicked on (regular). Again there was a $2.00 charge for extra items. I tried it again with the same results. I have read similar complaints on your web page. This is a scam of the worst kind. I will try again at another time and if it does it again you have lost a customer and I will put this on face book so you have lost my business plus I hope others. Do not send me a sorry you had problems letter, just fix it. I feel this is on purpose

Pizza Hut false advertising

I sent and email about how the pizza hut in Fresno CA was not honering your commerical for meaters pizza for $10. I was charged $12. It's upsetting that when your email Feburary 1, 2020 from your customer service department. Went on to put the blame on me. I did not use any other coupon or was it attached to any other discount offer. You Pizza Hut are doing false commericals. Shame on you.

Pizza Hut customer service

I ordered pizza from here, called to see how long the order would take because it was over the time. Talked to the maanger Ivan and he said that the driver called when he was down stairs in the lobby, I let the manager know that I did not recieve a phone call from him. His tone was very rude as if he was trying to rush me off the phone. In the process of me getting ready to ask him a question he hung up the phone saying the driver will be back. When I called back to speak to the manager Ivan he informed me that it was him and he repeated what he said about the driver, I then told him that I was in the process of asking him a question and he hung up, his response was oh.

You may want to speed up your process of getting ready to as a question. Perhaps look up an instructional video on conversation skills or on having confidence on Youtube?

Pizza Hut was charged but never received my pizza

tried to order a few times, waited then called the store they said they never received the online order. that was on 1/24/2020.again on 1/25/2020 i tried to order and received nothing. so i went in and paid cash. looking at my credit card statement it says it was posted on 1/27/2020 ref# 2443106dablwv691

Pizza Hut meal for 4. super family

This is Complaints against order No. [protected].
I ordered at about 12:00 PM on telephone No. [protected]. The customer care representative assure me that, this order will be delivered in 45 minutes or maximum by 1 hour. At about 1 hour at 01:00 PM I called again. But the person received my call told me that your order is on the way & will be delivered soon.
After that I was busy in my office. At about 2:00 PM I called again to the same number. Someone told me that I will call the store & told me to hold.
Then after 2 - 3 minutes she told me nobody is answering the call from store.
This time I become fed-up because my guest who came from Finland told me that its very shameful act happened. We are waiting for last 2 hours but your PIzza is still on the way. I forgot to tell that on my 1st or second call some lady from your office told me lame excuse that the delivery guy caught by Police so he is late. But still she assure me that your order will be delivered soon. I thought that she was playing to make me calm.

I will not leave this matter because its on our reputation that our behaviour is very bad with our guest.

I need clarification & the penalty from your side otherwise I am planning to submit this case more strongly to the higher authorities .

Pizza Hut trying to make me pay double pay for a soda

I ate lunch at the afore mentioned pizza hut today. I ordered the buffet and a diet soda. When I got ready to leave I had my nephew go up and ask for a to go cup for my unfinished soda. He was informed that it would cost $2.19. I told no I didn't need soda in it just the empty cup. He said"I told her that." I went up and explained I had already paid for the soda but didn't finish it and want a to go cup. She also told me I had to me I had to pay for the cup. I told her "I already paid $2.19 for the soda I was not buying another one or paying a second time for the one I had. The"manager"told her that I could get a small cup for free. I said"fine as long as it holds the soda I have left." she came over with a very small, cup and I told her it wouldn't be large enough that she would have to give me 2 cups. So after talking to manager again I did get 2 to go cups to hold the soda that I already paid for. This is the most ridiculus thing I have heard of!

Pizza Hut terrible manager, crap food

I wouldn't even give you 1 star, if there was a minus star available. I went in to order my pizza because your app never works correctly. I tried calling but they never answer. So i went in, got over charged for my pizza. Took it home and we started eating. It tasted like a microwaved, over cooked piece of [censored]. I took it back, waited for the manager, who was about 5'5" female, black, in her30's, about 270 lbs. Told her what I thought was wrong and wanted a replacement. She said "You've eaten some".Duh, hell yes. how does one know it ain't worth eating unless you try to eat it. Anyway, I told I wanted my money back, or credit. She just looked at me then walked away. That woman is a useless [censored]. I will find other ways complain unless I get my money back or a replacement. If she is still there, I want money back. That useless person has screwed your reputation for me. And I will post this on social media in hopes others won't eat there. The location is 2400 W. Berry, Fort Worth, TX. That is a [censored] place with that woman there. It used to be kinda nice

Pizza Hut service

On January 22, 2020, I ordered french fries and
8 Piece - Buffalo Medium - Breaded Bone-Out Wing for lunch at 12:18 p.m I went to pick up my lunch at 12:35. No one was at the counter, I yelled hello twice and no one responded. I opened the door to look inside to see if someone was there and a guy said I'll be with you. I waited 10 minutes 8 minutes and no one came to the counter. I had to leave without my lunch as I had a meeting with a client at 12:50 and could not longer wait. Every single time, and it has never failed, every time I order lunch online from Pizza Hut at the above location, I am sitting there waiting at least 10+ minutes with the music blasting and no one at the counter so you have to yell or go to the back before someone comes to the counter. When I get my food, its never hot and french fries are cold and not edible. One time I went there another customer was there and she said she had been waiting 15 minutes and no one came to the counter. I go to pizza hut at the above location because it's very close to my office. I don't even know what made me think my food would be warm or edible since the last three times it wasn't and I wasted my money. I want a full refund. Pizza Hut the pizza was cold and we found a hair.

My husband and I ordered lunch and when they brought it to our house, it was cold. And the driver was rude. We ordered a regular cheese pizza because our grandkids where coming over to visit. Our oven is broken so we could not re-heat it in the oven. When our grandkids arrived we took them to "Gold Star Chili". When we got our new oven delivered the next day, we went to re-heat the pizza and we found a semi-long blond hair mixed in with the sauce. We will never order Pizza Hut again!

Pizza Hut dine inn's closing

We in Tennesee are upset that so many of the Dine Inn Pizza Huts are closing We have always enjoyed taking our kids now our grandchildren to dine in and eat By far Pizza Hut has the best pizza ever and most places will only deliver within 5 miles leaving much of us to not be able to enjoy that as well and once you put a hot pizza in cardboard box and carry home it is not as good as the dine in experience wish you guys would reconsider closing the dine in locations

Pizza Hut rude delivery driver

I manage a commercial store and order usually once a week online from the local pizza hut here.

While i do understand that delivery drivers count on tips from their customers as part of their wage, i wont tip them.

Pizza hut already charges for a delivery charge, i am not paying twice for this service as long as pizza hut charges me this fee.

So i spend anywhere between $60.00 to $100.00 a week on lunch for my employees only to be treated rudely by your driver because i didn't tip him.

This will be my last order, and coming from a location that sits empty with the exception of lunch time i would figure they cant afford to lose business. Well there goes my 60 to 100 @ week.

What ever happened to service with a smile ?
