I ordered online and was going to pick up. It was ready when I got there, however, this was ABSOLUTELY ...THE WORST TASTING food I've ever had at pizza hut! Pizza looked like or was cooked last week and green peppers looked like they could have been old before they even started cooking wings for disgusting. This was 2nd time at this location & I will NOT be back!

Pizza Hut 120 Entrance Rd Ste 2 Pensacola FL: This store gets a NEGATIVE RATING! It doesn't take a PHD to answer a phone and take an order... but in this case, IT MUST! Guy took my order, asked for my address, and said that it is their delivery area. So I tell him my address, and he repeats it back. After placing the order, he said it will take 45 to 55 minutes. So I go to the store, and 70 minutes later, no pizza. My spouse said she saw a pizza hut delivery guy go by, and kept on going. So I call the store, the female manager said that they tried calling me, for address verification. I called the delivery driver back BEFORE I call the store. First call, he did not answer, and after 5 rings, it went to voicemail. So 15 seconds later, I call the delivery guy back again, and it rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang, and rang... no voicemail, no nothing. So when I called the store, the manager said "I should have answered my phone"...So after informing her what a DIPSTICK she is, the bottom line figured out, was that THEY had the wrong address. WTF! How can YOU have the wrong address, when YOUR worker repeated my address back to me? Perhaps pizza hut needs to hire people with a 6th grade education, don't bother hiring anyone with a higher education than that, cause seems like higher education CAN'T COMPREHEND ANYTHING SIMPLE! I ordered from a competitor, and they had no issue at all. WTF pizza hut! Thanks for pointing me into direction of reliable competitor! **OH, JUST TO ADD...THE MANAGER HAD NO CLUE AS TO WHERE TO SUBMIT A REVIEW**

I placed an order over the phone for pickup on 03/04/2023 @ 10:34 AM for my wife and 89 year old mother. This is the Pizza Hut on George Dieter & Trawood in El Paso, TX 79936.

I ordered a meat lovers Pizza Melt and a pepperoni Pizza Melt. The order was picked up by my brother because he lives in the vicinity of that Pizza Hut. He brought it to my mother who lives 15 miles away and come to find out that the pepperoni melt only had cheese and no pepperoni!

When I called to complain, the manager would not come to the phone to speak with me and told the employee to advise me to bring back the uneaten portion and they would exchange it for a pepperoni melt. This would have been fine if I wasn't my mother's caretaker and I could leave her alone for an hour to resolve this issue. That was not possible. There was absolutely no empathy on their part and since they already had my money, they did not care to correct their mistake to accommodate my situation. This is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and the worse customer service I've experienced! I will no longer frequent that Pizza Hut and possibly none other.

Friday the 3rd did online order two hours later no food tried to call can get no answer so I went up there they said that they did not process it there was nothing they can do besides return my money they could not make me no food because it was too late and now I had to go to Domino's so I could get pizza for my kids birthday party just wanted to say that This is why I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time because I had the same issue and it didn't resolve then

The McMinnville, Tn Pizza Hut store (Unit 004374) does not have creamer for coffee, but they do have coffee. We were told that "corporate" had removed coffee creamer from the supplies they could order while coffee remained orderable.

Customers have to supply their own coffee creamer. That should be unacceptable for any restaurant.

We have experienced this several times this year, 01/13/23 @ about 16:00, and 02/27/23 @15:00 (ticket #68, reg 4). Coffee is something your older customers appreciate with a meal.

i placed an order around 6:50 pm Saturday night at the sylacauga location on the pizza hut website. It gave me an estimate of 55-65 mins. i received order out for delivery by 8:02. By 8:30 still no pizza guy. I call the store & was informed they was just making the order. No apology no confirmation. I was just told usually delivers are 90 minutes. Like it was completely over 90 minutes and me and my family were left in the dark, completely lost. Very unprofessional.

On [protected] around 8.20pm I was having dinner with my family at one of your outlet at Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur.

Around 8.30 all of a sudden your restaurant manager named Nur (manage to get the name from your staff ) with no respect shouting towards your staffs. I and my family were supposed to enjoy a good meal but the chaos created by your manager really unbearable and can't be tolerated.

How could pizza employ such a person with such character who doesn't value and appreciate the presence of customers around. Hasn't Pizza Malaysia gave proper training for a manager to respond respect every customers?

Kindly take today's incident very seriously as this was seen by my childrens as well and how would they judge?

Your action eventually have to be lesson for other managers as well.

I ordered a new Yorker and was disappointed in the quality of the pizza. the crust was terrible almost seemed uncooked, the pepperoni was 1/2 of what it was suppose to be, like it was a frozen pizza.

Very poor quality. I like Pizza hut but this was not good at all. I don't know if its just this location and the staff don't care. What is going on Pizza Hut! :(

I just quit my job as a delivery driver in Stephenville for the following reasons. The general manager, Franklin Brandenburg, had caused me many issues while working there. He constantly yells at the CSR’s causing them to cry at work, changes the schedule the morning of a shift without telling anyone which causes issues with school work since most of the employees are college students, has anger issues such as yelling at employees, throwing stuff, or punching stuff inside the store. He also uses write ups as a threat to get what he wants and even got me in trouble for not doing chores on days I wasn’t even scheduled to work as well as multiple occasions where he told me I would have off the days that I requested and then proceeding to only schedule me for the days I had asked off. After I talked to the manager working today about quitting I received this very unprofessional text message from Franklin that I thought Pizza Hut should know about.

Order on line, have to wait 15 minutes with a lobby full of others waiting, employee keep opening up boxes at the counter trying to figure out what is what. The pizza is all most all crust, where is the topping? This is the worst experience ever. No one cares just want their money. They got what they want but you got a client that is done with PizzaHut. This experience should be outlawed. I hope the one that keep opening the boxes was not sick. I'll throw what is known by you as a pizza away!, as well as your contact info to your store. I'm not usually a bad client but this experience is overwhelming. Very bad customer relationship, other clients in lobby stating this place is never a good experience.

I'm complaining HERE because my receipt didn't give me "the code" that their "tellpizzahut.com" needs for me to complain TO THEM! Filling out the "min" character-count, I mention that I ordered a Big New Yorker (Ticket # 0028, ENTERED BY Website, 014145 (is that the store number?)), indicating that I wanted toppings on it (a few meats, a few vegetables); I got a Cheese Pizza on Big New Yorker crust...

I just want to say that Pizza Hut was by far my favorite pizza place. The crust, the seasoning, the sauce, the cheese and the toppings were just amazing... Then it all changed. Suddenly, there is hardly any sauce, even when we ask for extra, and a lot less toppings. We commonly don't even get all the toppings we ask for. Worst of all though, what really made this place go from being my favorite to my least favorite, was when they got rid of seasoned crust. Why would you do that!?! The delicious flavoring the seasoning added to the pizza is just gone. It's plain, boring crust now and the pizza all together just didn't taste as good anymore. Seasoning shouldn't cost much, so why cut out that option? Their pizzas are now plain bread, sprinkled with sauce, covered in cheese, and maybe some toppings... I don't know about others, but you have definitely lost my love for you.

the manager that was on duty on January 24th, 2023, was very rude and disrespectful. She had poor customer service. She was screaming on the phone at me calling me the B word and saying F me. I am a very regular/loyal customer at pizza hut. I need someone to contact me asap about this situation [protected] Lashon Moore is my name and I will not be satisfied until her actions has been handled properly.

My name is Tracy I was an employee at the downtown Pikeville location and I was due to be paid on this past Wednesdays and today is Sunday and somehow I still don't have my pay! I am filing a lawsuit if it's not on my card tomorrow! Larry Webster will be handling this get rid of all the druggies working there you might have a chance at staying in business

When ordering from the Pizza Hut website, I'd checked my card to have a balance of $36 and decided to order from their Deals menu. The order's total cost added up to $32, including tip, and with my card information properly being put in, I clicked Proceed with Payment.

The website had then sent a popup saying that my card did not have the correct balance, and to try again on the confirm payment screen. While I had alternate payment methods, I was confused and called my card to check its balance - The balance was now at a complete $0.

I promptly cancelled the order and checked my card a third time to see that its balance was back to the proper $36, but this is a major red flag nonetheless: The website had pre-emptively drained my card of all its money beyond what the order itself was for, and then attempted to convince me to put in another card's information to do what I can only assume would be to drain it as well.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut here in Vernal Utah on 12/2382022. There was NO ONE sitting in the restaurant so it was easy to be seated right away. Our waitress brought the menus right away and everything was great. We ordered drinks - she brought only half of them and had to be reminded of the other missing drinks. She took our order - it was frustrating when trying to order because there were out of regular crust, they were out of numberous toppings, and the only option was stuffed crust. but we decided on a supreme with pepperoni and then we waited. The cheese bread arrived within 10-12 minutes. Fine. Then we began to wait again for the pizza. We did have 3 little children with us and they were anxious too - the wait continued - and no one came to tell us anything. I finally went to the counter and asked why it was taking so long - I was told that they had alot of call in's and they were taking are of them. When I asked for a supervisior (by chance) she had just come in the back. She came over to talk with me and was very rude and short with me. She told me the same thing - they were busy with the walk-in's. I explained that we should have been "in that line" also - right along with the walk-ins. It didn't matter that were we sitting down... she corrected me and that we just needed to sit down and wait. It had been approx 45 mins - she corrected me and let me know that it had ONLY been 35 at the most. I was upset, the whole family was upset and felt like we were treated with very poor customer service. The pizza arrived - we ate and went to pay. They acted like nothing had happened and never apologized about anything. I also questioned why the lg pizza cost $27! Seemed high to me but I didn't want to complain anymore. My family and I will NEVER go back there again. The code on my receipt is rlcj gpjx 223.
