Pizza Hut Insects on pizza

What happened is I had made the delivery order as shown in the file I added . When it was delivered after further inspection I came to realize that the pizza had what appeared to bugs deliberately put on the pizzas as a topping . Note one of the pizzas was a Meat lover's pizza . So the ideal that it was olives is ruled out immediately . Plus although they shared a resemblance to olives they were about 3x's larger in size . To give a visual take a black olive cut it in half place it on top of the sauce open end up , not mixed into the sauce to indicate an accidental occurrence . Now picture that olive with legs the same as an adult sized cockroach Then covered with cheese and toppings . Luckily for at least I dig through my food before eating . Due to a similar prior event where I was eating a salad and halfway through I noticed gnats flying around the salad and spoiled ingredients in the salad from a different restaurant . So I threw the pizzas in the trash and vomited for about an hour . I tried calling only for whoever would answer if at all would put me on indefinite hold for them to claim they were fetching the manager . So I then tried contacting them on the Facebook page . I messaged and the person asked for a copy of my receipt with the order number . Then they never responded . I gave extra time due to things like Covid . Even more extra time because my previous laptop crashed . Then I reached out again and again . No response ever . Then about 11 weeks ago I sent a message asking about them resolving this issue with a copy of the receipt . No response again . Then I find that they have deleted any record of me being signed up on the online app . So therefore the order number is not going to show up in there system . So I messaged them today as well by mentioning the topic on one of there posts opposed to privately in a message . Still no response . So I tried the contact us thing but it sent me to a page for the New Zealand Pizza Hut and the message sent there instead . My theory is that it has something to do with either the whole thing that was in several articles about wanting us to eat bugs . Or the Doordash thing that happened around the same time . Sounds logical push me away with bad service . Then try to reel me back in with new doordash delivery . Or force others to eat bugs for you to save the planet . Which one is it ?

Desired outcome: At this point I don't care to much about an apology . I mean if it has took 3 years to even respond . Then the apology would be fake . What I do want is a refund . Not a store credit

Pizza Hut The driver and the food

On the 5/7/2023 I ordered some chicken from pizza hut at rouse hill, I paid $36.00 for my food it was supposed arrive at 9.40 I left instructions to come to the first driveway. The driver said he called me several times but there is only one call on my phone from him. I live on 5 acres anyway I fell asleep after waiting for a while the next morning my boyfriends friend found my food outside on the ground in our paddock why didnt the driver go to the front door of the house and leave it with someone in the house. The next day I rang the manager to complain she said she would speak to the driver and get back to me, she didnt get back to me so I called back, to find out the outcome she wasnt interested so that is why I am writing this complaint I gave that chicken to my dogs I think this is disgusting service. I have been getting my food from that pizza hut for months and they treat me like that, thats not right. Why would you leave somebody's food in a paddock.

Desired outcome: An apology and they should replace my order.

Pizza Hut Delivery driver was abusive using foul language

I would like to report an incident stating that Pizza Driver was Abusive and using foul when asked to move his bike from non designated parking area.

He tried to abuse and used foul language and said you can do whatever you want and complaint against me.

Pizza Hut Pizza medium size

I live in india, kolkata, westbengal, order #[protected] which cost me rs 750/- but when I received my order it was totally messeup at the packet. I wasted totally my food my money. Delivery boy was a local guy not wear pizzahut tshirt even not came with pizzahut bike he was wearing a local tshirt along with scooty. Please take a nessary action against it.

Note : I called customer complaint as well 4 time but they just put me on a hold and hang the call, I recorded all the calls. I am going to for consumer forums for my wrights along with suppored documents I had.

Desired outcome: Required my money back Rs 750/-

Pizza Hut Delivery driver

In West Wendover NV 89883. The delivery driver ran several stop signs and was driving at a high rate of speed through several neighborhoods, he almost hit a car that had the right of way. There are several children that play outside. Also, from my understanding the driver was smoking weed while driving on deliveries.

It was in the evening about 7:15pm Mountain time.

Desired outcome: Driver needs to be reprimanded. This is not the first time this has happened.

Pizza Hut Pizza

Worst thing ever ordered a meat lovers and not hardly any meat and the supreme only had onions, mushrooms and a few peppers. Pizza Hut Cheating by pizza hut of rs 905.64/-

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that Pizzahut has cheated me my money of Rs 905/64 where there was a double deduction and you placed the order once.

I have called your customer care a number of times around 10 times every time they said they are looking into it however actually none take care of it.

I visited your Pizza hut outlet 5 times every time your pizza hut manager and executive neelam never took care of my issue.

I had been in touch with your area manager for the last 14 days. He was very arrogant and started fighting with me and still he has not given a resolution yet.

I even told them if you are not able to refund my m,oney at least place the same order one more time however everyone denied.

I am tired of following up with my cheated money by Pizza hut.

I am really shocked how a brand like pizza hit treated their customer and they said and argues if you place a order then only you nare my customer otherwise you are not our customer.

I will never order anything with Pizzahut with my worst experience and will not allow others to go to Pizza Hut.

There was hair in my

Pizza Hut Service

Was at pizza hut oppeluses lousiana on 6/23/23 about 10pm and they don't close til midnight but when we got there all employees was out side smoking and we asked if they was still open we was told yes after we came in set down and ordered the other two came in from. outside and out waiter came told us that the manager said we had to put our food in Togo boxes and leave... that they was not taking any more dine in customers.. but they are open til midnignt

Pizza Hut Burnt bread sticks/burnt pizza with very little cheese.. Several times-the situation not mad right.

I've been a Pizza Hut customer for 35 plus years in Fairborn. All of a sudden, I'm getting burnt bread sticks and, burned pizzas with almost no cheese on the pizza. This has happened 5 different times. I end up throwing the food out. The recook comes out the same. There is a new manager that was brought in to the Fairborn location. He's very rude/condescending when you explain his re-cook is coming out the same. Mentioned that I've been a long-time customer never had any food quality issues until now. Mentioned a lot of Fairborn friends have stopped eating at Pizza Hut for this reason.. food quality is not there. The new manager's response was I've been brought into this store to make things better. Lots of problems with employees. This is how long the instructions say to cook the food. I'm doing my job correctly. Tried to explain to the manager that food quality is not better.. that I was told by a long time employee they have had to take out breadsticks a some pizzas a little early due to over cooking over issues. They have been doing this for a while now. He dismissed it saying they are wrong. He kept wanting to take about office politics regarding the employees' behavior basically. Honesty don't care about the problem employees. I'm only concerned that his new instructions are giving me burnt bread sticks and pizza's where you see sauce instead of any cheese on the pizza. I tried to be kind and give constructive criticism. Manager refused to re-cook food without it being burnt or to basically even care that the customer is unhappy. He's always right. I stated I guess that I will need to stop coming to Pizza Hut. He could care less was rude and hung up on me. I've never talked to a manger that arrogant before. Pizza Hut may have need new structure for their store with their employees but, they didn't need their food quality to go downhill. It didn't matter what I tried to say.. it was like a script. no apology. just I'm doing my job correctly. sorry about your luck attitude. This isn't what Fairborn needs. Pizza Hut Customer service

I'm following a complaint against pizza hut in edinville kentucky on saturday the 10th of June 2023 my husband and myself came in to place a order. There where two ladies working that day. I first went through drive-thru n Noone answered us so we went into the store.

We wanted to place the 3 topping pizza and was trying to place the $5 add wings to our order. We couldn't use the app as it wasn't working. There was a group of people who came in 20 .min after we were there trying to place our order and the lady just walked away n took There order ahead of us. She went and made There order n still hadn't placed our order. It had been 35 min at this point and she finally placed our order.

This is very Unacceptable of customer service to treat a customer this way. I tried to call today Monday June 12th to tell somebody what had happened and asked for the phone number to the franchise and they told me they refused to give. It to me that they couldn't give it to me and then hung up on me. If something is not done to resolve this issue I will be reporting this to the news media as well as the local paper. I am very good at investigating things and I will find how to get ahold of the franchise. I want these people reprimanded for the way they treated us as customers and I want a full refund but I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com thank you

Pizza Hut Ordered 2 pizzas 1 was as expected 2nd was missing 3 items on a 5item pizza

Pizza Hit on Spenard Road, Anchorage, Alaska

Called I'm and made a complaint to a woman after. Explaining the problem she put me on a brief hold, some gentleman answered and ask what's wrong with the pizza 1st problem why did I have to explain all over again? So I explained the problem and he said he would refund me. For pizza i. Told him I want the [censored]ing pizza not a refund, he got upset told. Me to stop cussing at him, I explained I wasn't cussing him I just wanted the pizza he said he couldn't do that I asked why he said they were too busy I said I want the [censored]ing pizza he hung up on me! I called Pizza Hut direct and complained and was told someone from upper management would be in touch! That was two weeks ago, haven't heard a word from. Anyone at Pizza Hut was offered a free 3 topping pizza for compensation. Turned it down that's not compensation, I ordered a 5 item pizza, added 3 items to its compensation would be a free 8 item pizza!

And I. was never issued a refund for the pizza that was. Made incorrectly! So is anyone going to help me. Out from cooperate, anyone going to call me? Make this right?

Two weeks and nothing! Unbelievable!

Pizza Hut Staff attitude

I came to order pizza for a take away at Pizza Hut Taman Anggerik Emas, Johor Bahru, Johor. The staff did not entertain me with a welcome smile and made me to wait without acknowledging me. He packed the food orders for the grab drivers. He didn't even look at me and came over to the counter after a while. Then, he stood and took out his handphone, checked it slowly and then only started taking my food order and that to in a super rude tone. I realised that he was sick with a bad flu and cough and yet came to work. He coughed so badly until the customers behind me walked out of the shop.

I conclude this complain as the staff that took my order as lack of customer service approach, rude and unhygienic. This incident happened on 28/5/2023 between 07:28 pm to 07:35 pm.

I was visiting Pizza Hut Al Ghurair center
They're boldly advertising in the counter they are accepting American Express credit card
After ordering, they Refused to take Amex
Which was very embarrassing.
But in counter it’s clearly mentioned they are taking Amex photo attached what if I didn’t have cash I have to walk all the way to bring cash again

Pizza Hut False advertising

On 5/20/23 around 9:15 pm I called the local PizzaHut (after seeing adverts for the new "Melts" for $6.99 pretty much throughout the day and for the past week) and ordered 2/ea of the Philly chz Steak Melts. The employee did not know at first what I talking about. After inquiring with a coworker who confirmed it, the young man took my order. OK - he's new, no problem! Upon asking for the total it was over $17.00! I asked how much they were & was shocked when he stated they were $7.99and knew nothing about the advert (when I mentioned it) and that's what it wrang up as. Said it's take out only and it'll be ready in @ 45min.

Being frustrated, when my roommate went to pick it up, he asked the individual about the discrepancy and he said it was probably a corporate thing and that $6.99 was perhaps the introductory price for when it 1st came out.

All the online checking I did said nothing about anything except it was $6.99 at all pizzahuts. Not "starting at" or anything. Totally duped by the advert.

Pizza Hut Shorted 1 weeks worth of pay.

Not paid for 1 week of work after putting my 2 week notice in. I contacted the Piqua Ohio Pizza Hut store and I was told a general manager wasn’t available but he would contact me. I called again a few days later because the general manager hadn’t called me and I was left on hold for 25 minutes waiting to speak to the manager and I finally hung up. They knew it was me calling again because of caller ID. I have a super work ethic at 17 and I was the only employee to fulfill the 2 weeks notice. All the employees at this store quit. I went above and beyond as an employee. It’s very concerning that they won’t help me or give me a phone number to inquire where my missing paycheck is! I am also locked out of the website to get my paystubs.

Desired outcome: I want to get paid for my labor! I worked 2 weeks and should receive my paycheck!

Pizza Hut Service

I went to Pizza Hut to pick up an order and the store manager look me in my face and turned her back keep in mind this wasn’t the first time she did this. The service sucks really bad only when she’s working. Grenada need a new store manager with a better attitude. No wonder they can’t keep anybody there her nasty attitude is out of control and something need to be did about that.

Desired outcome: It took the store manager so long to come I had leave the order.

Pizza Hut Customer service and reimbursement

On May 5, 2023, my daughter ordered pizza online, and after she pushed the submit button, she realized the pizza hut the order was placed at was over 3 hours away.

She immediately attempted to cancel the order, but everytime she called they hung up on her. After the 3rd time calling back she asked to speak with a manager, but got hung up on again. We attempted to call 6 times and everytime they would put us on hold then hang up. The order total was $103.00 and she just wants to be reimbursed. They should have called her when they saw that they would not have been able to deliver it due to the distance.

The store is located in Columbia SC, and we are located near Atlanta, Georgia.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement. And I think workers at that store need training in customer service.

First of all, octagon, you're a rude POS, she is 21 and she ordered from the first place that showed to be closest to us. She was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention. It happens, mistakes happen. Poor customer service is the issue, and if they didn't hang up on her 6 times, the issue could've been resolved.

This was meant for Pizza Hut and not some schmuck with nothing to do but read posts on here that have nothing to do with you.

Pizza Hut Waited for an hour at Pizza Hut Gurney Mall KL

Ordered for dine in a personal pan pizza, classic tomato spaghetti, mushroom soup, wedges, crispy fries, soybean and sprite drinks at 7.16pm, 28th April 2023. Order number T-[protected]. Until 8pm, I just got pan pizza, drinks (the sprite was tasteless, no sugar - didn't order for sugar free sprite). At 8.15pm, I need to go for Maghrib prayer, paid and asked the staffs to pack the balance for takeaway. Haven't got the spaghetti, mushroom soup, wedges and fries even at 8.30pm.

Desired outcome: Compensation and apologies.
