This is a terrible practice of PCH. We are not able to redeem tokens, the game closes half way through, you have to go back to last screen to continue game
and lose that hand. Up until now I have enjoyed playing but as of now I am
done. It is too frustrating. You should be ashamed. If you can't do your job
you should shut down the games until you get it right.

Whom ever it may concern, I would like too file a complaint on what my neighbors have plotted trying to hack into my account and other conspiracies. They put sensors all over my home, my fathers home, my brothers home with these same sensors trying time make me go crazy so they can hack into my account wanting to steal my momentum. They put sensors all over their A/C's so I can hear this day in and day out, saying that I won with pch with they sensors having your name on it. They used these these devices to plot something really bad wanting to make a movie. There are others involved In which I will disclose once contacted. They have gone as far as not letting play my games this week because they hacked my account again and changing my password. Please contact me as soon as possible my email is [protected]@yahoo.com

I see no reaction to my email below, and the product is still being sold. The plates are fine for use as plates only, but are NOT microwaveable. Please correct this false advertising if you continue to sell them. Someone could get sick from the little chips of plastic that flake off when you microwave these. Your name "CustomerCare" doesn't ring true.

Unfortunately, I have a complaint about this product. After using a plate twice for a couple of minutes (to reheat some precooked food), I noticed that the plate was getting pitted. When I ran my finger over the pitted areas it felt like tiny fragments of plastic were rubbing off. I tried with another plate and the same thing happened. I don't feel this is safe to use in the microwave. I see from an email promotion I received today that this product is still being sold. Please register my complaint with the manufacturer and stop selling this. Please advise.

I made the mistake of responding to a Publishers Clearing House sweepstakes email solicitation. Ever since my email has been bombarded with additional PCH solicitations. Numerous Publishers Clearing emails have come on a nearly daily basis, oftentimes four or five in a day. Over the course of several months on two occasions I tried to enter the sweepstakes but I could never get through all of the screens. There were always too many and I would give up. Finally, one day, I was so irritated by the unrelenting PCH emails I opened one and started to select the products. I selected the max number of a product allowed and it was my intent to do this for every product on the page. I was just going to, in effect, fill up a shopping cart and then just walk out of the store. I did not intend to buy nor did I actually order or authorize the purchase of any of these products. As it turned out I quickly reached a max order amount of products, approximately 12-15 and at that point I just left the site. I did not order anything or give payment information. But, consistent with what seems to me to be your business motto of "abuse your customer", my wife has told that the products have recently been sent. I did not order these products and do not want them. I cannot understand how you can claim that an order has taken place. I had taken initial step but did not finalize any order, anymore than when someone on Ebay or Amazon or any other online store places things in a their cart. There is always a final step to officially order the products. No such step was taken with PCH. But it is consistent with other abusive practices that you would act this way and send the products.

I will not give up on this and just pay for the products to protect my credit or get you out of my hair. I will fight this to the full extent that I can.

Now I simply want to hear from you that the products are not being sent or if it's too late for that - that we can return them free of charge. And that this matter is over and that we will not be billed for these products that I did not order and do not want. Also, I want to be taken off your emailing list.

Somewhere in your company you have people who are convinced these business practices are going to increase your revenue. No doubt they will for a time. But the utter disdain I now have for you company means that I will never do business with you again ( whereas for many years I entered your sweepstakes and occasionally ordered subscriptions).

I expect a prompt reply. But frankly, based on my experience with your company so far, I'll be surprised if I get one.

I can play first card and that's it It keeps saying I play and I can play again

I have been receiving calls from persons claiming to be from your company. I have been a customer since 2003. I am hoping to win something. When I receive calls. Then they ask for money, then I know it is a fraud. I have been getting this type of letters & calls since 2003. Is your company a fraud? I am going to call a lawyer and check. This company sounds like a joke to get people to buy your products. People do not win anything. Just buy your products. Which are overpriced & not that good & poor quality..

I have been playing pch for many years. But when I play the 7,000.00 a week for life when the game gets close to the pay out date and I don't order anything from pch I can't finish the game. I can play into the came a little but because I haven't order from them I will get a notice that I made a bad request. This happens all time when I get to the end of the 1,000.00 a week pay out date

I have been entering PCH sweepstakes for years and know I will never win. Everything I have bought from PCH has mostly been junk, but I still ordered two more items yesterday and then today it was posted that you were offering both a $25 and $30 free gift if I ordered something. That was definitely just using customers. PCH businesses are nothing but a sham, using people for your own gain who will never win anything no matter what you say. It's disgusting.

I purchases the tomato rockets and they are advertised to grow up to 25 lbs. of tomatoes, grow virtually anywhere, anytime, hand selected premium grade seeds, perfect for indoors or outdoors, the new way to grow tomatoes and create your own factory. I planted the rockets and watered the plants exactly as the instructions Indicated. I ordered plants last year and had so many buds but this year one plant had no buds at all and the other one had lots of buds but only five have tomatoes.
I think Publishers Clearing house should send me two more Tomato Rockets or refund my money including shipping and handling.
Attach is the order form and pictures of the two tomato plants.

Purchased 2 flower rocket seed rolls and neither one grew. Spent over $20.00. Waste of money.

I'm sorry but I have always been a fan of PCH, Just on of those things that give you something good to think about even of chances are better to be struck by lightning while being attacked by Great White Shark in the forest !
But it's getting Ridiculous, Nothing but recurring adds over and over, and waisted time to win tokens to try to win something else !
Now is the time to prove that your legit and you care about your Customers!
Give some of these people something to be happy about please !
So much heartache and sadness, I would donate if I ever did win, But I have seen Any Great whites in my woods !

I purchased some goods through your company. I also paid in full and I paid for delivery to my address here in Australia. Now I b have received an email from your company saying I must pay for more shipping. Otherwise I will not get my goods that I have already paid for.
Please explain. And also there is no PayPal option anyway.
Please explain and sort this confusion.

Somewhere about 2 years ago a major change happened at PCH. That is when they shifted from making pages entertaining enough to keep users on line to programming delays into all pages to keep us on line 2 or 3 times longer than needed. Evidently this was done so they can make more money from add agencies. All these major delays are doing more to push me away than the almost 30 years of entering with no major win! And now they decided to add 4 scratch cards you MUST play and loose before you can use Search and Win! Add another 15 to 20 minute delay in my day thanks to PCH! Why are they trying to chase us away? Are they about to fail?

I received items I didn't order, I was looking at the things, but I never ordered the items.
I have a blow= up air leg elevation I didn't order, I can't blow it up to even use it. It wasn't something I wanted. I have a bill, I didn't know about and for items I didn't order.
I don't want to pay money to send these things back, not worth the postage, I don't feel I should be charged for these items.
I was looking but I never went through with the order.

I have been playing this game for at least 20 years and never ever won anything. One time they mailed me a check for $10 but it was sent to my old address and by the time it got to me it was too late to cash it. Biggest scam ever! I cant believe they promise these big payouts and I dont believe they are real people who are winning anything. I wish I would know someone who had won.

I am going to have to give up on the sweepstakes thing because I cannot be scrolling down and scrolling down and scrolling down over objects I have no money to buy because now I really have almost no income. I need to pay my bills. I am high risk so I can't even get a job that would pay me something working with people because I can't be around anyone

This is a telescoping cheap plastic stick that holds two rollers at the one end. It is poorly made, and such cheap plastic that it broke the first time that I used it. Order # [protected] Cust ID [protected]. Not at all worth the total cost, tax and S&H total of $16.90. Most of the timeI stick to plant orders...and I may never stray again, with the cheap products being offered. You should protect your customers better.

This page does not change or go anywhere. So because I oredered nothing it won't submit my entry?

This morning I had a man call my office to tell me that I had won the grand prize of 21 million dollars and a brand new 2020 Mercedes convertible. I was like in my head, yeah right...so I let him keep talking . He told me his name is James Holness and his phone number is 876-481-7198. He gave me a ticket # and also a confirmation to claim my proze. He asked if I can go to Las Vegas to the claim center or should they present my prize to me at home. He mentioned that my taxes for the win had to be paid on November 5th, 2020. The best part is that I had to go to a Western Union and pay a fee of $170.00 dollars so that I could get the documentaion to claim my prize. He asked me to call him back in a few minutes, I DID NOT.. but he did call me back within 25 minutes and I told him he was a SCAM and to not call me again.

Several hours later, , another phone caller arrived this time it was Robert. I asked him what happened to James and he said he works with him . I told him I called PCH and told them of their scam...and I said do not call me anymore...! I hung up...people please be aware.

token games won't play because of ads over riding games with or without ad blockers it gets worse every day and nobody will even reply to my many complaints. you claim to provide a fair game but I can't see where that is true . you don't pay out when I won 100 dollars over a month ago. that looks like so many ways to lose not win.i would like to think this all something of a mistake. could you at least send me some kind of answer.
