Hi Everyone, My husband and I just called GreenDot MoneyPak (800) 473-3636 and asked them to look up our money pack numbers and tell us what transactions had been done with them. Lucky for us, they had not been cashed and still had the original amounts loaded on them. You can request a refund mailed to your home address. I'm sure this is how Liquidation Depot folks are cashing the money off of them. You should call the GreenDot people, tell them the situation and find out who requested a refund of your cards and what address it went to. If the funds have not been used, you should tell them about this company, instruct them to refund you the money, and have them write in the notes that no one else has permission to change the mailing address, etc on these moneyPak numbers. We have informed MoneyPak of this company, and told them that others who have been taken advantage of are on this website. They are sending it to their Corporate offices for investigation, as this company is clearly targeting MoneyPak to conduct their fraud. If you have any questions, you can email me through this site. I tried calling GreenDot Money pak. They could give me no help on who received the money or an address. They told me all I can do is file a police report. I doubt this will do any good. I am glad you were able to get a refund. You are one of the lucky ones or only one probably. I will keep working on this.
