Nissan Nissan Rogue

I received my vehicle again on August 8, 2023, and it's still not repaired. I cannot afford to continue bring my vehicle, to your shop with no results. I said before that I'm a 70-year-old lady, with medical challenge. I don't understand why they cannot find the problem, it's not fair that I'm making car payments and paying insurance on a vehicle, I'm not get satisfaction from.

Desired outcome: I want my vehicle fix and want to be reimburse from having to use an Uber for a doctor appointment, returning to your shop to pick up my vehicle It cost me $20.64 for trip to the doctor and $12.92 to go pick up my vehicle at your shop.

Nissan Purchased defective 2023 nissan rogue

HUGE MISTAKE purchasing my 2023 Rogue from them. After running my credit to many times and lowering my credit score, when I have excellent credit, their finance rate almost doubled from what I was told it would be by salesman Dorian, so he was dishonest. No one gave them permission to put 'Nissan of Queens' lettering on the back of my vehicle which cannot be removed unless I go to a professional. I wont, nor want to advertise for them. Perhaps, they should pay owners to advertise for them, since advertising is not free. Can I go to the dealership and put advertisement on their property? My brother noticed when I brought my car home that the trunk liftgate is not aligned properly, so now I need to make a trip to a service center, and not this dealership's service center, since I was informed by a few people not to go there.

To add insult to injury, my vehicle has a disturbing, loud ticking noise. It literally sounds like an old vehicle.

Then, A man comes out of the dealership with a razor blade, A RAZOR BLADE to remove the lettering and tells me he won't be responsible if they scratch my paint. THE AUDACITY!

Lastly, The Manager who was there this past Saturday (Paul) wouldn't give me 2 minutes to explain my situation or explain why I was unhappy, he kept rushing me, cutting me off and attempted to walk away. I agree with the many bad reviews about this dealership (check other sites for their bad reviews) This dealership is full of Liars and very unprofessional people.

Update: 7/312023, Their advertisement lettering cannot be removed without damaging the paint as per a very reputable body shop I have dealt with for years, yet Nissan states they will take it off with a razor and if they damage the paint, they will fix it. I should have a new vehicle touched up and repainted? ABSOLUTELY NOT! They had no right to put advertisement on MY PURCHASED VEHICLE. I also called two other Nissan dealership and they dont put unremovable advertisement on purchased vehicles, and they both stated I never should have been sold a defective vehicle.

Also, the liftgate cannot be adjusted, it's a manufacturer defect, and if Nissan thinks they are going to attempt to fix it, by taking my car apart, they are delusional. Won't happen!

I guess I will be heading to Court. Stay clear of this dealership!

Update 8/2/2023: called the dealership and asked for the name of upper management and/or the owners name, and was denied. The nasty woman on the phone wouldn't give me her name as well. It's unbelievable how they treat people. The owner of this dealership should be ashamed of himself for hiding behind the dishonest, unprofessional people he employs at his dealership.

To the owner... This is not over, by far. I've been an advocate my entire life and I guarantee you, I will win this unessary battle you and your employees have created.

You should also be ashamed of yourself, but I'll let KARMA handle that.

PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS ON YELP AND OTHER SITES BEFORE HEADING TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE NIGHTMARE YOU WILL ENDURE!

1.9 RATING ON YELP.

We should start a class action lawsuit.

8/8/23: Spoke with their Executive Team member at their Corporate Office and she was useless as well.

Nissan is a despicable company! They scam people, they lie, and they will regret selling me a defective vehicle.

Anyone willing to start a class action lawsuit?

I will be starting an Online Petition and will update with the link.

PLEASE SEE THEIR REVIEWS ON YELP & see the BBB for the thousands of complaints.

Desired outcome: Take my defective vehicle back!

Nissan Nissan Rogue

I have been taking my truck in for service and it has been 4 times. I was strand in Ocean City because they said it was the battery, so I purchase a battery. I'm 70-year-old and do not have time to keep going back and forth to your shop. I paid a service fee only to find out it's not the battery, again, the malfunction light came on. So today its back in the shop, I'm a small business owner and I'm losing money by having to continue. taking my truck in. I was thinking about getting another vehicle for my business but after continuing having this problem I will have to really consider. I don't understand why it cannot get fix, it was in the shop about a year and half ago for 3 weeks. I have to continue making car payments and insurance for something I not getting the proper use out of.

Desired outcome: I want my truck fix and my service fee return and help with my payments because of my age and my business, I cannot afford to be without my vehicle.

Nissan Extended warranty cancellation

On may 26, 2023 I wen to the dealer and cancelled my extended warrany, then on may 27 did nto realize the road side wasnt cancelled went back - I was tolf to wait up to 8 weeks and should have refund, intially I was told I would get the check for the cancellation but to my surpirse the warranty division send the check to the dealer then the dealer sends to nissand to apply to my loan. Well july 27 th I call to find out what is going on, I was told prior by the waranty brach my policy was cancelled and check was sent. I call the dealer nissan od deland fl, and ask.. Don't know they say, I call nissan and dealer 3 way call that did not over go very well. Long story short dealer went to the accounting department looked up my account, I said the check was sent to nissan finance, not applied to my account, got a copy of the check called nissan finance told them they got the check and it cleared their account on june 9- so why isnt it applied to my account? I sent them a copy of the check they dont know where it was applied to but not my account. Now I have to wait for them to fgure out what they did as of taoday still nothing applied to my account. This is shdy sloppy accounting and I the customer have to do all the footwork to get this straightened out.

Not even sure how the roadside is going ot ake.

Desired outcome: want warranty check applied to my account so I can trade this vehicle in.

Nissan Tire jack

We own a 2013 nissan rogue. This car is a great car! The only complaint I have is the car jack that came with the car is a nissan issued jack. My boyfriend, a nascar racing series crewman of over 25 years was changing out the tire. When he got the jack high enough in the air for the tire to clear the ground, the jack folded on him and the car fell off the jack. The jack actually collapsed. This is a serious safety issue! He could have gotten seriously injured. Nissan needs to look at these jacks and send out a recall, before someone gets seriously hurt or killee...

Desired outcome: Recall notice sent to all Nissan Rogue car owners

Nissan Coil spring unavailability

June21 1015am I booked appointment for my vehicle 2 weeks before this date and it was changed on me already knew the issue and it was confirmed at Nissan several certified garages told me that part should not break in the 4 years as I did purchase new. So part is not available no aftermarket either ok I was quickly told the price and recommended not to drive although my appointment was changed by them and had to drive during that period dealer wanted to keep at the dealership until part becomes available offered me a $15 voucher to get home that wouldn't get me out of parking lot no offer of vehicle or rental even to drive very disappointing. Rentals are a over $1000 a week.I have to get back and forth to work, making payments, insurance, parking at work for a vehicle I can't drive. I ordered it the part vehicles like mine are on the road so they must be made with the part it's been a month now and no response so I'm assuming nothing has come in as I was told I would get a call people ask me all the time how I like the vehicle and they like the color I had nothing but good things to say but this experience has drastically changed my point of view hoping this stressful situation changes very soon

Desired outcome: Have the person who let me use their vehicle reinbursed for the wear, tear and milage I put on their vehicle

Nissan Transmission failed of nissan rogue/unprofessional customer service

Not sure if you will seriously take this complains and support the customers but still want to bring into your attention that me and my family's life was at stake due to out of a bloom, failure of the transmission on the highway and it takes more than 5 hours for me to reach home safely with my two girls who were panicking and so scared...

The worst part was when we went to the GO NOSSAN NORTH dealership, they simply said that they DON'YT KNOW why tis happened and didn't even support and help to find the solution...

According to the manager, we are NOT REGULAR CUSTOMERS, although it's our third Car in 10 years from the same dealership...which was very shocking to hear and that's why they even don't talk to the high authorities...

She was just focused on herself and enjoying the food...Doesn't care of any feelings or even don't want to talk...

Nissan unauthorized charge and overpricing

On June 30, 2023, my wife contacted Crown Nissan of Greensboro to discuss an issue with a 2017 Armada with erroneous audible alerts indicating vehicles/objects too close. She was told there would be a $169 fee for diagnostics but then was charged an additional unexpected $25 "shop fee". She was quoted a four figure repair bill to replace front end sensors but they could not guarantee that the issue would be fixed. A phone call to a nearby Nissan dealership gave a quote of less than half of Crown Nissan's quote. We had stopped using this dealership years ago due to expensive and unnecessary repair/maintenance recommendations.

Nissan Faulty trip computer

I have a 3-year lease of a 2023 Rogue with Greg Vann Nissan, Cambridge Ontario, Canada. The lease took effect March 5 of this year. I have been monitoring the Trip Computer (TC) since March 10 and have found that it consistently overrestimates the mileage, that is it shows considerably better mileage than actually obtained. This obviously looks good for Nissan, but is clearly unacceptable to me. For example, for my latest fill-up, covering a distance of 708 km, the TC indicated 6.5 l/100 km versus an actual 7.2 l/100 km, a discrepancy of almost 10%. The dscrepancies in favour of better mileage than actually obtained ranges from 7% to 11% over a distance of more than 4500 km since March 10. I set up an appointment with Greg Vann Nissan but they told me that I would be charged $150 if their diagnostics showed nothing wrong. Because I was worried that the diagnostics would not pick up this significant discrepancy and I would have to pay $150 for a problem that is clearly there, I cancelled the appointment. This is unacceptable as the Rogue is still under warranty. Errors of 7% to 11% indicating better mileage than actualy obtained efrectively make the Trip Computer a useless gadget that appears to be there to give a false sense of fuel efficiency.

Desired outcome: The Trip Computer should be recalibrated to give the correct mileage.

Nissan Finance department at Mike Rizi Nissan straight out lied to me

I purchased a used 2020 Infinity QX60 from Mike Rizi Nissan in Atlanta Georgia on 11/29/2022. During the process of completing the loan paperwork, and without even asking, the man doing my loan application looked me square in the eye and said, "This is a simple interest loan.". I was surprised to find that out as most car loans these days are not simple interest.

I made my first payment and that was that. When going to make myvsecond, I noticed that 95% of the first payment was applied to interest. When I questioned Grow Financial, all ahecsaid was, "Well dealerships lie.". I was absolutely luvid and asked her "Aren't they your representative?", of course she said "no".

Let's talk as angry as I've ever been in my life! I went into that dealership, asked for that finance manager and they said he wasn't there. I had called ahead to make sure he was there. They told me he was. I then asked to speak to Mike Rizi and was told he wasn't there either. ...he's always there! Some guy came up to me and asked if he could help me. I told him why I was there and he straight out lied to me as well, telling me his finance manager would never lie like that and to read my contract.

Now my voice got very loud and I started yelling at him that they are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves.

That finance manager lied straight to my face, telling me my loan was simple interest without me even asking the question. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE LOW LIFE! I can not believe the dishonesty of this MIKE RIZI dealership and what is apparently promoted and encouraged for their employees to do just to make a sale. I was grossly taken advantage of in other ways, now that I look back on the entire experience, and I'm committed to filing complaints in as many places that I can find to destroy this dealership.

This world is filled with greedy lying subhuman robots who will do anything to make a buck. I'm sickened by it.

Susan McCaffrey Kohr

Atlanta GA

Desired outcome: Ruin that dealership. Pay back the interest I have paid thus far, 6 months worth, that I should not have had to pay in such a excessive amount. I want acknowledgment from them and an apology for lying through their ef'in teeth.

Nissan Nissan Sentra 2014 Car

I have this Nissan Sentra 2014 Car it has lot of issues, its Engine Fan stopped working, I replaced it. The AC fan was continuously running and I fixed it. Next one day while driving it suddenly stopped in the traffic. The service center said bad connectors I changed that. Now again while driving it suddenly stopped in the traffic. And this time CV Axle and Catalytic Converter gone. I have already spent lot money and now I dont want to spend money because this car keep breaking up. I call up the Nissan Consumers Affair and they call up and have standard answers the vehicle is old out of warranty blah blah and will not help.

And they just lifted their hand. They sound so pathetic, they literally saying we

are not responsible for the older vehicle on the road. And it is just 75 K miles in the vehicle. Nissan is so pathetic. Now I am left with the car which I can not drive and dont want to drive. So be careful while buying any of the Nissan vehicles in future.

Desired outcome: I need a swap to my Nissan vehicle.

Nissan 2023 Pathfinder

We bought a new Pathfinder about a month ago. It started squeeling. Called purchasing dealer they told us to go to a closer one. Took them 7 days to get the car seen. Faulty fuel pump part. It’s on back order. No rental car offered. Mom of 5 under 8…told them this. Was told car could stall at any time but it’s safe to drive. Called main Nissan number. They won’t guarantee reimbursement for rental car. Told they can’t help me. Today - car starts to stall while driving. We communicated this is the only car our family has to fit everyone - they don’t care. In my opinion this is a safety concern. I am appalled that Nissan would tell us to drive with young children and offer no support. They got their money - now they don’t care. Run from Nissan mamas.

Desired outcome: Rental Car. Car repaired.

Nissan Unprofessional behaviour

We bought Crown Nissan Rouge SV from Waverley on May 26/2023. We asked them that we need Certificate of Inspection for Uber. The sales man said, yes we will give it to you. We also asked from finance girl and she said, we will take care of that. The paper they gave us Uber rejected. We went today and asked them again for the certificate of inspection. The Manager Steve came and said, we can’t give you the certificate. You need to pay for that. When we asked, the sales man and the girl agreed to give us certificate. He said, “I am the Boss.” Whatever they are saying doesn’t matter because it approves from me. His behaviour was very rude. He loudly said, go outside. I am not talking to you here and he left. I feel ashamed. This never happened to us before. We almost paid $50,000 and he treated us like we are beggars. There should be a charge against him for his unprofessional behaviour. Not recommending to anyone.

Nissan Nissan rogue 2019

am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the poor treatment I received at the 1567 NJ-23, Butler, NJ 07405 Nissan Dealership. After my recent experience, I feel compelled to share my concerns and provide feedback on the subpar service I encountered.

Over the past two years, I have brought my vehicle to the Nissan Dealership located at 1567 NJ-23, Butler, NJ 07405 for service on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, my interactions with their staff have consistently left me feeling neglected and unimportant. I sensed a lack of genuine care and concern, as if my financial situation played a role in how I was treated. The suggestion that I had to go back to where I purchased the vehicle, despite the affiliation between Enterprise and Nissan, was both disheartening and discouraging.

During my visits, I frequently brought up the issue of the check engine light, and I was consistently provided with explanations that seemed dismissive and insufficient. The Nissan Dealership service team often led me to believe that the check engine light was simply due to an air filter or an oil change. I trusted their expertise and acted upon their recommendations, only to find myself facing the same issue repeatedly. It begs the question of why my concerns were not addressed effectively, especially given the number of times I brought it up.

As my vehicle's warranty expired, the check engine light illuminated once again. This time, I expressed my concerns regarding the lack of response to my previous complaints and the fact that the vehicle's performance was significantly affected. However, instead of offering assistance or investigating the root cause of the problem, the team over at Nissan located on

1567 NJ-23, Butler, NJ team simply reset the light. This response left me feeling unheard and disregarded.

Furthermore, the transmission issue that eventually arose was not promptly addressed, resulting in a significant inconvenience for me. I was left without a vehicle for an extended period, unable to carry out essential tasks such as working, shopping, and attending important appointments. I even missed a job interview due to this setback.

When the service director finally contacted me on April 11th and offered a loaner vehicle, I hoped that the situation would be resolved satisfactorily. I was informed that the transmission would be ordered and installed, and that there would be no charge to me due to the dealership's failure to address the issue earlier. However, the subsequent communication from your dealership left much to be desired.

Upon inquiring about the progress of the transmission installation, I was met with an unprofessional response. Instead of providing an update on the repair, I was told that I needed new tires by a sales technician and a receptionist. This diversion from the main issue was both confusing and frustrating. When I attempted to clarify the situation, I was met with further delays and inadequate explanations.

To my astonishment, I received a rude notice from your service director, accusing me of costing his technician time and money. I was taken aback by the unprofessional and disrespectful nature of the communication. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of where I purchased my vehicle. The behavior exhibited by your staff left me feeling undervalued and degraded.

Additionally, the high turnover of your service teams raises concerns about the overall quality of service provided at your dealership. It is disheartening to witness such a frequent change in personnel, as it suggests underlying issues within the organization. I implore you to reflect upon the reviews that customers have left for your dealership, as they consistently highlight the lack of care and poor customer service experienced.

In light of my experience and the treatment I have received, I feel compelled to share my feedback and caution potential customers against choosing your dealership. It is evident that your establishment lacks a genuine commitment

Desired outcome: I want my vehicle repaired as promised

Nissan 10 years old nissan x-trail engine parts that cannot be supplied

Dear NİSSAN

I and my family are Nissan lovers. Nowadays we have NISSAN X-TRAIL but previously we used to have Nissan Primera. We have been really enjoyed to used these two cars. We bought our Nissan X-TRAIL in 2011 from the Nissan Service and authorized dealer in İstanbul, Türkiye). Since then we have used my car happily and had no serious problems at all.

We had no problems and it never sorry us until January 2023. Then some problems appeared. We brought our Nissan to the Authomotive's service. They checked it very carefully and they said that about a broken piece in the engine and they took permission from me to order a broken piece from Japan. Of course, I gave permission. After ordering the broken piece, there has been any reply from the main headquarter in Japan. Then I wrote an e-mail to the headquarter ([protected]@mail.nissan.co.jp ). They have written about sending our request to the related office with this sentence" Your message has been forwarded to our office for attention and response as a delegation of tasks".

So, For almost three months we had no car. We are actively working and we have two children. We need our car every day and all time time in İSTANBUL .

NİSSAN Service company in İstanbul said to us that, the broken engine piece may not be produced anymore. I really don't want to believe this excuse.

I want to be sure about solving my problem as soon as possible at least I want to wait for any response from headquarters or from someone,

I believe Nissan company is producing very good quality cars and I want to continue with Nissan.

Would you please send me a message about my problem and the solution options?

Thank you very much

My best wishes

F.K.

Desired outcome: I need help.
