I have been a Nike product buyer since Air Jordan. I have a family of 13 we all buy Nike shoes, shirts, pants and even socks.
With Nike taking the Woke agenda and now having a transgender involved in their product advertising we are not purchasing products now or in the future.
You most likely will not miss our monies and I hope other families will follow the path of not buying Nike products. You have chosen your path and we have chosen ours.

Customer service and product
On Friday March 31, 2023 at 2:20 pm ; I called Barstow Nike Outlet, to see if they can reimbursed me with store credit or Gift Card for a pair of blazer shoes that I bought at the Barstow Outlet on August 2022. (Check my email: [protected]@gmail.com so you can see the items I have bought thruout the years, and the Blazers are the last time I shopped) (DA4087-100)
So, I call the number [protected] and an employee answered the phone and I proceeded to ask about the warranty on the shoes, if after 8 months of use, is the store able to proceed with a credit so I can buy another pair of shoes, and I told her I saw your warranty policy on the website.
She proceeded to tell me that If the shoes weren't worn and if they were just 60 days old from the purchase date, then she could give me store credit, I told her that she confused me because the website said I could come to nearest store to claim my warranty.
After that, I finished that call with Nike Barstow Outlet, I called Nike customer service at [protected], I explained to the agent that I Just called the outlet and they told me to call the 1800 number so I could get a gift card or credit store, so I could get another pair of shoes for my son, unfortunately the blazer tennis shoes has a hole in the side of the shoe where the sole has just glue. He is an active boy and the glue on the side of the shoe is not resistant.
Agent took my information and asked for the date of purchasing, what happened to the shoes, and he told me yes, you are elegible for a store credit or gift card and told me that in 24-48 hours I will be receiving an email with a Pre-paid label so I can send the shoes back and when the shoes arrive to warehouse; they will send me the credit to buy a new pair of shoes. So, from there I waited for the email.
Yesterday, April 2, 2023 I received an email from Rolando for my order S00C000010D4E8X, and he said to go back to the outlet because they have to give me the credit in store or a gift card; I had to go back there because the shoes are just Months old (8 months).
Today April 3, 2023 I called the Outlet again so I talked to Tammy the manager and I told her that I called Friday, and then I call Nike customer service, and they told me to contact the outlet so I could get my warranty on the shoes that I bought on August 2022, She told me that at the store they don't do any warranty, if I want a pair of shoes I could go buy one, I told her that I read the website policy on the shoes warranty, but she says she was not going to discuss anything with me, if I wanted I could go buy another pair of shoes.
I then ask her if she can give me her name again, she said Tammy, then I asked her what was her employee ID; Tammy responded for what I wanted to know that information, if I can give her my name; so I told her my names is Flor James.
After having a really bad moment with the Manager of Nike Store at Barstow, I come to the conclusion that she does not know what's her job as Manager, She is a very unprofessional "Manager", she should not be around that store where millions of Tourists stop before going to Las Vegas, me as a local I am very disappointed for her lack of knowledge and very low education towards the public that are the customers that love Nike like, like my family loves Nike.
I still haven't gotten my issue fixed and the only reason I am doing this claim is because those are the only shoes for my son, and I am having financial hardships so I can't afford what Tammy the "manager" suggested, I can't buy another pair of shoes just because she says so.
I can't go back to Barstow Outlet because basically Tammy is not going to help me because she does not know the policy of her own Job when it comes to the warranty. So going back to Barstow will be a waste of money (gas) and my time and overall my mental health that I try my best to take care of; and Tammy will interrupt my peace of mind.
So please do something about Tammy because with her attitude Nike can lose many international customers, and local as well; I really dont know if I ever going to go back to any Nike store because I have been mistreated.
I hope I can get a credit soon, so my son can have a better pair of shoes that can be more resistant because he is an active 8 year old boy.
After talking to Tammy I called customer service and they took my information again so they can create the label, but they couldn't create label because the item is just 8 months old so basically the outlet should've helped me, so I dont know who is going to help.

Desired outcome: I would like the gift card so I can purchase another pair of shoes for my son. If Nike can help with extra pair of shoes because all the inconvenience, it will be nice and appreciated.
The return of faulty nike sneakers
I brought my pair of Nike sneakers into the retail store for return or exchange , the sales manger and an employee both inspected the sneakers and it’s faulty west is obvious ( inner heel plastic on both shoes are coming through the sides.

My family and I have been Nike consumers for over 2 decades, we have always enjoyed and respected our brand relationship. My daughter is a ranked tennis player at the age of 12.
I have had a problem with a pair of sneakers purchased at a Nike store on Long Island New York within the last year. I went back to the store, the manager reviewed as well as my sales associate and they advised I return them, they were nice enough to send to me a shipping label via e mail.
Upon receiving the e mail, boxing the sneakers, going to UPS and spending $15.00 to ship them, Nike said they are not returning them, with no explanation or compensation. I will not getting a credit or anything. Here is the case and claim #’s

Upon receipt I called Nike to further discuss and I was dismissed after a lengthy conversation and told to call customer relations, Customer relations, advised me to e mail to you for escalation of this unfortunate situation.
The sneakers in question have plastic popping out of the side and scratching my inner ankle, there has to be a faulty production because in all my years I have never had a problem or returned ANYTHING EVER to Nike . I have been a proud customer for decades, and would like you to investigate and either send me a new pair or a credit for another Nike product.
Please advise me as to what you can do for me

Squeaking shoes
I purchased a pair of Nike at famous footwear. They squeak so much when you walk. They are new. I haven't wore them very much. After sending them to nike claims on March 8, 2023 they sent them back and said they it was not a flaw. I purchased them on 12/17/2023 at Famous Footwear for around 90 dollars. The problem with the shoes is the fact they hold air in the sole.

Product warranty with no customer support

I am writing with disgust and regret with the purchase of a Nike golf shoe from the Proshop
I had purchased a Air Max 270 G Nike golf shoe from the pro shop late August 2021. The sho does not have any wear and tear however believe there is a manufaturing default as both left and right shoes are breaking off at the bottom between the shoe and the air max bubble.
I used this pair of shoes for one season and already seems to be breaking, again I reiterate that there is not wear and tear currently on the product. I note that Nike boasts a 2 year warranty on their products and indicate that if there are any challenges with their items in this regard one should log a return at the store purchased. On the 11th January 2023 I went into the Proshop (Lynwood) and took in the shoes for a claim. One month later I was contacted by the Proshop indicating that they were unable to provide a claim as the supplier indicated that it is out of warranty.
The Pro shop also did not provide any report from the Nike supplier as indicated at the time of logging the shoes in for a claim. I believe that there is no responsibility and accountability by both Nike and Proshop with regards to honoring the claim, defect and assisting the customer. I have lost faith in the Nike shoes as I spent R3699 on a pair of gold shoes which has lasted me one season of use (equating to wearing them for maximum of 30 times in that season. I have since been trying to contact Nike however they indicate that they only deal with returns of items purchased directly from Nike stores and online.
Desired outcome: Ideally i would like a refund on these pair of shoes and if not a return or exchange to the same value
Nike Air Max Squeeky Shoes
I have purchased 2 different pairs of Nike Air Max women's running shoes & both only lasted a month before they started squeeking so badly when I walk I can no longer stand them. These are very expensive shoes & it's not like I'm abusing them. I'm just wearing them for walking & to the gym. I buy tons of Nike products but this is ridiculous & unaffordable to keep having to replace my shoes this often.
Desired outcome: Return/ replacement of my 2 defective pairs w equivalent priced pairs or 1 higher priced pair of my choice. They were about $85 retail ea. Either that or can they be fixed? They are in good condition otherwise.

I waited in line for an hour to make the below sale, after leaving the store it was apparent that I was overcharged. I was not able to go back to the store for a refund due to the hours that they were open. So I chatted with Customer Service and they informed me that they can't help. So I have attached my photos and receipt, as the customer service representative via chat has informed me that I need to go back to the store. I advised that my house is over 2 hours away from all store locations. I am expected to drive 4+ hours to get a refund of $10 that I was overcharged. Ridiculous, appalling customer service.

Appaling customer service & availability of product
I am a loyal customer of Nike from Australia for over 50 years I have been disgusted with the appalling & unprofessional customer service by Nike.com (which I believe is based in the Philippines)
The staff are not courteous & cannot speak proper English, are not able to expressly answer questions. I am shocked by the service level of a global company like Nike.
• I have been trying to buy 2 Pairs of shoes Nike Go FlyEase shoes US sizes 9.5 & 10 Black & White & Gray colours.
• This is only sold through Nike.com website & not available/not sold through any retail stores.
I have been wasting considerable amount of time by repeatedly contacting Nike by phone over the last few months re the availability & ETA of this product. The response I get every time is try our website regularly & when I want to talk to a supervisor or manager the call is terminated by the agent.
After this sickening customer experience I am contemplating switching to / buying one of several other brands which are equally good or even better and are freely available in any retail store in Australia, where I will be welcome with greetings and treated with professionalism, warmth & above all with respect.
This is not Russia or a third world experience in wasting my time surfing the Nike.com website periodically to find product availability & ETA. Whereas Nike.com should be informing that the product is available.
Any decent global company in this modern age should be able to tell me the ETA of a product in advance.
Is this a marketing or consumerism practiced by Global company Nike.com which in my opinion disgraceful!
I trust some action will be taken to preserve the image of a leading global brand & respect years of brand & customer loyalty by me.

Nike running
I bought a pair of all black Nike Running shoes in the wide foot variety Back in December 2022 and within 2 weeks of wearing, the left one started squeaking from inside. Now the right one is just barely starting to squeak. SUPER annoying! I have several pairs of older (2-5 year) Nikes and non of them have a squeaking problem. Several forums are suggesting removing the insole and either spraying WD-40 or putting baby powder on/in the sole but mine are glued in. I don't think I should have to rip the insole out of a new pair of shoes and add a lubricant to keep them from squeaking. Is there a better way or am I out of luck?

I purchased Nike running shoes - Model NIKE QUEST 6453/78378 (in November. I used it a few times (exaclty 6 times) and I noticed that the sole is coming loose. I went to the store but I couldn't exchange it because the date of purchase is over 60 days.
I would like to complain about the poor quality of the purchased product and get my money back. I may sent pictures of receip and the sole.

Personalized name Chelsea youth football shirt
My sister in law ordered the above with my son's name on the back of the football shirt and number 9, the R in his name Jarvis came off and the yellow section stripes in the middle on the sides of the shirts started fraying and has run up the material, like a ladder in the yellow section and it looks terrible.
She said the shirt was more than £50 to order and personalised, I think she mentions £75, this was for his B Day roughly 6 months ago and he only wear the shirt once a week for football practice. Sneakers Air Jordans
Purchased Nike Air Jordans after 4 months they are coming apart not what I expect from a 200$ pair of sneakers. After contacting Nike they sent me email info to return the sneakers for a voucher (not what I want after having issues with a 200$ pair of sneakers). I understand no receipt but at least replace them with same ones. After reading terms and condition there are too many factors out of my control that make me hesitate to send shoes back. Like if denied they destroy them, and no sneakers or credit sent. Not to mention I have to now pay for shipping so you can receive your defective product? Nike not a good way to promote your business what a disappointment.
I had an issue with Merrill work boots, I contacted company they asked for pictures I sent then and within 2 weeks I received a brand-new pair. Now that's a company that stands behind their products. Mind you they are 175$ boots.

football boots return invalid gift card sent
Hi i bought football boots for my son and they became faulty after a year i contacted nike assist at the end of october had to send them back for inspection on the 8th november i received a gift card to purchase some more ,so i put them in my shopping basket as there was a discount voucher of twenty five per cent off i tried to use the gift card to buy them and some shin pads and pay extra but the gift card said there was zero balance on it and said error , for one month i have been trying to get this sorted out to no avail so you have £108.00 of my money and my son is having to miss football as he has no boots, and to top it off my husband suffered a heart attack weeks ago tommorow and hes off work with just basic sick pay , they should be replacing this gift card immediatly not fobbing me off for weeks and ignoring my emails . im in the uk thanks from johanne read [protected]

Now it’s been about a year or more but the left shoe the last string holder tore off now I have to use the last whole and it causes me to not tighten them up properly!
