National Football League [NFL] NFL punishment of refs for Dallas-Detroit game

The Refs should NOT be punished for making a correct call. Detroit lined up in an ILLEAGAL formation! The NFL rules are the problem because even though there is an offensive penalty the play is allowed to continue. THAT is the problem- not the refs, As soon as the ball was snapped the play should have been whistled dead. Roger Goddell is blaming the refs instead of blaming the STUPID NFL RULES BOOK! Study the video--- ILLEGAL FORMATION! Also, Detroit was guilty of offensive lineman clearly HOLDING the Dallas defenders. IF THERE IS AN OFFENSIVE PENALTY, THEN WHISTLE THE PLAY DEAD!

National Football League [NFL] Streaming Only Games

Why is the NFL broadcasting games only through streaming services? Why do we need to pay money to join a streaming service just to watch a football game. This is outrageous and makes no sense. The NFL needs to re-think this decision as the loyal fans dislike this move so very much! I'm quite sure this is just a money making move by the NFL, but it turns most fans away.

Desired outcome: Re-think this bad idea.

National Football League [NFL] Suspensions and fixed games

I do not agree with the suspension of players for hard hits. For years, the fans celebrated huge hits by defensive players. Are you planning on making the NFL a flag football league? If so, I am done with the NFL.

Since betting has become normal in this country, many of the games being played look like they are fixed. A couple this past weekend that looked fixed were the Denver Broncos and Dallas Cowboys games. No calls by the refs for either team even when there were aggresious fouls against them. There were many questionable and non calls against them It looked like some players on the losing teams just quit playing.

After 65 years of watching NFL games in person and on television, I am done. Football is still a contact sport. I personally believe no one is trying to hurt another player. I only mentioned 2 games, but this year it seems like the whole season is rigged.

National Football League [NFL] Referees

I am a long time fan of the NFL and football as a sport, but after watching several football games today I will not be wasting any more money or time on these games if this football league won’t do anything about the refereeing of the game. These refs will eventually get a player hurt by only calling flags for some quarterbacks and no other defensive players to protect them. Only showing favoritism for some teams. It’s a shame that the personal feelings of the refs can be seen in their calls. If as a Commissioner and organization/league you can’t be fair then as a fan should just watch wrestling for the same fake fairness.

Desired outcome: Fire these unfair referees

National Football League [NFL] NFL charging players for complaining about plays.

The NFL has fined both Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes for complaing, how about when Will Levis gave the thumb down to the refs when it was clear by replay, they made a good call, and he did not like the call and gave a giant thumbs down to them. Should it not be that he gets a fine also.

The Texan and Dolphin game.

National Football League [NFL] Saturday night game between detroit and denver

The saturday night game between detroit and denver on 12/16/2023 at 6:20 pm was a game that was called so horrible by your supposable professional referee's was both horrible and disgusting the way it was called! I like both teams and hold no grudge against either team. But the referee's calling the game made you feel like someone was getting paid to make one team win and the other loose, or someone or someone's is getting threatened by the mob! No running back from detroit or any other team breaks open that many times without a tackle or guard holding somewhere. I saw at least five holds that weren't called. Also I thought all touch downs were reviewed and the denver bronco's had to do it twice never being reviewed and had to settle for three points. I don't blame anybody for being upset. Those referee's better get it together soon or the playoff's and superbowl will be laughable.

National Football League [NFL] No personal foul calls for unnecessary roughness against Justin Fields

Nfl you have a defenseless man, gave his self up trying to hold on to the football and time after time for over 3 years now and defenders Hits him, lands on him with their body weight trying to not tackle him but to hurt him. In this video you have a defensive player seeing Justin Fields giving his self up and the defensive player going down aiming his body at Justin ON THE GROUND. And you are supposed to be cleaning the game up.

You have to flag the defender or even warn him.

What about CTE (I hope I'm saying it right). You have to protect your QBs, Justin Fields included.

Desired outcome: Personal foul calls against the defenses that commit unnecessary roughness against Justin Fields.

National Football League [NFL] NFL Officiating

Good morning,

I would like to place a complaint against the NFL officiating from the KC v. Buffalo game. First of all, I completely understand that Kadarius Toney was offsides on the last play. However, recent footage has demonstrated that Toney lined up in the same position AT LEAST 5 times throughout the game and no warning/flag was called. If the refs had let Toney, or Coach Reid, know earlier in the game then we wouldn't have seen one of the most spectacular plays in history removed. Even calling an offsides flag on one of Toney's earlier infractions would have decreased the likelihood of lining up offsides on a game deciding play. Not to mention the fact that an OBVIOUS pass interference was not called the previous week when the Packers safety tackled MVS before the ball arrived. Fans are not going to keep watching the NFL if the officiating continues to determine the outcome of games with inconsistent and penalties.

Claimed loss: Lost the greatest play of the decade for a Hall of Fame tight end, and a storybook ending to a game. Fans were totally robbed by not correcting Toney (even through a flag) on an earlier offsides infraction.

Desired outcome: For referees to publicly admit that they failed to be consistent on the offside calling, and should have warned/flagged Toney on a previous infraction.

National Football League [NFL] Monday night announcers Troy Aikman and Joe Buck

Week after week these 2 announcers are horrible with injecting their biased opinions. They do not even hide what team is their favorite. While I understand they are entitled to have their favorites. It is their job as professional announcers to not let it show.

I grew up watching and listening to Joe’s father Jack Buck announcing the baseball Cardinals. In my opinion he was a great announcer.

I wish I could say my complaint is limited to these 2 announcers but I am seeing it more and more on the broadcasts.

As a fan I do not care what their opinion is. Just report what is happening on the field and keep their opinion to themselves.

Claimed loss: No loss. Just frustrated.

Desired outcome: Replace or control the broadcasts better.

National Football League [NFL] Thursday Night Football

I’m a retired fan making less than $25,000 per year. Why is it going to cost me to watch my team (Steelers) on Thursday Night Football. I can not afford $14.99/month. Why are you doing this to fans. I live in Florida and can only see my team a few times a season. It’s NOT fair. Please revisit this decision for next season.

National Football League [NFL] - Bad commentators

The commentators for the broncos vs texans game was just terrible through the nfl app. I would have rather watch the game than listen to those 2 getting over excited when the Texans were making big plays. But the game was out of market. Ugh! They were obviously favoring the texans so it was so dam hard to listen the way they were showing favoritism toward...

National Football League [NFL] Officiating

Your officials need either glasses or be terminated. Officiating has sucked this year, and you, the nfl, have done nothing to correct this. I am starting a petition to get rid of the current officials, as they seem to only be on the field just for the money. The current crop of 'officials' seem to be making calls that are for the team the want to win. Look at the third TD New Orleans made, called back because supposedly the runners knee was down, yet officials in the booth said there was not a clear view, which means, by your own rules, the play should have been deemed good. TEACH YOUR DAMN OFFICIALS THE RULES, OR FIRE THEIR [censored], and Roger Badmouth should be fired too for NOT DOING HIS DAMN JOB!

National Football League [NFL] The way the game is officiated

I’m tired of seeing the officiating determine outcomes of games. I just like the way the games are called. The new rule changes are ridiculous. Just go ahead and make it to hand touch. Save us a lot of time. There’s no reason to watch anymore football the game is dead the officials killed it nobody wants to see 20 flags a game 200 yards and penalties. And if you’re going to Tikki tack call passing interference. Every chance you get and holding every chance you get, you should start making holding a 5 yard penalty and passenger Ference a 10 yard penalty cause it’s unwatchable I never watch an NFL game again.

National Football League [NFL] NFL and Gambling

Why do you have a contract with Gambling companies? When you know no has never won with Gambling why would you encourage it. It sickens me that you guys already make a lot of money and teach 20 year olds how to manage their money when they sign huge contract. How are you teaching that Gambling is ok, when the only thing it does is that it eventually will take your money.

Desired outcome: Stop contracting with Gambling companies so you become a legitimate organization. Makes me very sad that money is what your bottom line is and not making men work for one of your organizations and have a productive life.

National Football League [NFL] Officials

Review the buffalo bills vs. Philadelphia eagles game and watch how the bills were robbed by the paid for officials. The nfl will be losing a lot of fans and viewers due to the officiating. I will make it my all out mission to protest the nfl through all media outlets unless something is done.I am including one picture of the horsecollar on allen in which he recieved a penalty for intentional grounding. This is only one example and i guarantee that i have many many people willing to join me in my quest to show how the nfl is rigged.

National Football League [NFL] Poor officiating

Poor officials. To say that the officiating was poor is being nice .

I’m referring to the Buffalo Bills/ Philadelphia Eagles game.

This whole game should be reviewed and fines be levied.

When a QB is horse collared right if front of the head ref and no flag is thrown is just wrong and maybe the ref should be fired.

Another game lost to poor officiating.
