Haha yeah that's funny... i guess it could stand for "stop walking" - but nah, its still very confusing.. it reminds me of when me and my friends back in high school were waiting for the "walk" signal on a street sign like in the picture. it never fails to go to "dont walk" within seconds either. I joked to my friends "wouldn't that be funny if the sign flashed "RUN!, RUN!" haha...
