McDonald's Spilled coffee

While on our way to church we stopped and purchased a sausage biscuit and a senior coffee. When the coffee was given to us through the drive up window the lid popped open, spilling coffee on my wife, myself and all over the interior of our car. While we did not seek medical attention, we did proceed back home to put burn cream on our hands and arms. It also took a while to clean up the mess in our care. I did speak to a supervisor at the Westlake La location where this happened at the time. She apologized, but that was it - sorry we have untrained people handing out items you purchased. Would like to hear from someone higher up in the organization.

McDonald's Waiting on food that was not available at the time I placed my order (at drive-thru window)

Was told by drive-thru attendant that fries without salt was not available so could I wait in a parking spot until ready. Said ok. After pulling in slot, it starting to rain a few minutes later. I waited 5 minutes then got out in the rain to inquire, told fries were not ready. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes after rain slacked up went to inquire about order was given a bag with the fries, that was there on the counter. Asked what took so long and was told that it was raining! I said so if it rained for an hour would I woold have had to wait that long. The attendant said yes cause it was raining. That's unacceptable. Manager was standing right next to him. No apologies for the wait just that it was raining outside, in the meantime my other food got cold/lukewarm. Nobody cared

Desired outcome: I would like and apology and a refund cause that's unacceptable. Don't they know that fast food is supposed to be fast service and what happen to having an umbrella for the rain.

McDonald's Customer services

I was in the drive thru line at McDonalds, once the cashier swiped my card - she stated can I pull up. - No explanation to why just pull up. Once I pulled up to the door - the casher had a stick to bang on the wall to tell me (not ask me) to pull up some more. The issue is that why do I need to pull up anyway? It's drive thru - I didn't have a big order. (See attached). The car behind me was able to drive around me. At this point I ask for a refund due to disrespect. I left this McDonald's to go to the one literally down the street - no ask if I could pull up. My order was ready.

I understand if they were under staff - I learned that I was asked to pull up to get me off their Drive-Thru clock. When I ask for a refund - the manager just came out like - HERE - almost throwing me my money (Even though I used my Debit card for the transaction). - The manager literally said, "let's just keep this [censored] moving".

Note - Not able to add receipt - stating to large - KS#13 - SIdel - 9/18/23 @0834pm - Order 00

Desired outcome: 1st - Customer Services is essential. - Maybe training once a month with staff on speaking to customers.2nd - Let the customer know why they need to pull up (ex - we are waiting for fresh fries.)3rd - have the manager trained also!!

McDonald's Very poor service

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal n an extra small fries. No other customers were inside McDonald’s. The employee that waited on me was putting together my order n placed the nuggets in the happy meal box, after waiting about 5 minutes the mgr who was busy taking orders from the drive up line, decided to reach into my happy meal box n remove the chicken nuggets. The happy meal box had a sticker on it #139 that matched my receipt #139. Now I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for another employee to get my nuggets. after getting my order I noticed McDonald’s forgot my small fries n had to go back to the counter n ask for them.

Basically I feel I was treated very badly n felt 2nd rate since the mgr took food out of my order to fill the drive up order.

So the mgr figured I can wait longer for my Oder n the drive up customer was more important.

This is poor customer relationship n I’m very offended.

McDonald's Not getting paid

After calling to have my card activated, which was giving to the GM before I left and she knew the reason. She refused to activate the card. Then once pay day came, I was told a story about how she had the check at the desk and it was being mailed the same day called which was Sat. A week went by after calling multiple times and ignoring my phone calls still no check. Ignoring my phone call by not picking up my number but answer from other numbers I call from.

McDonald's Bring back Cinnamon Melts

If anyone high up there in the McDonald’s company is reading this just bring back the cinnamon melts, Covid is over now I don’t understand why it’s still an issue and I can’t believe you guys decided to take cinnamon melts off the menu permanently, you replaced it with something even worse. You replaced your highest selling product cinnamon melts with an original cinnamon roll that you can get anywhere else in the entire country. Please bring them back we are bagging you!

McDonald's Employee closing store down during operating hours

September 17, 2023 9:47-10:38

The employees inside decided to hide in the back and close down 1 hour and 12 minutes before closing. The employees at this locations take it upon themselves to close up whenever the so choose! The management knows and colludes with them. After all McDonalds corporation is paying them until closing assuming their employees are upholding their responsibilities as trustworthy adults! This early closing happens ALL the time! Both myself and another “Dasher” were here to pick our customer’s paid for orders up. Needless to say, the employees had no regard for anyone other than themselves! In the time I have been here I have seen 43 customers sit at this speaker and finally drive off! McDonald’s this is a disgusting and I hope they are punished to the absolute full intent of the law!

Desired outcome: I would like this to NEVER happen again and ALL management and employees be fired and legally held responsible and accountable for this negligence to their bosses, the proud owners of this location.

McDonald's Offer to take the Survey.

Restaurant number 5811 presented me with a receipt that states at the bottom.

Go to mcdvoice and rate us highly satisfied and receive a free sandwich. That's buying votes. What if I'm not highly satisfied I don't get a prize?

Date Sep.17 at approximately 10:30 AM.

Now I'm told my complaint is too short and most likely will not receive very much attention. Is there such a thing as unimportant complaints A little wrong is just as bad as a big one if you don't catch it before it becomes a high one. I hope I have now written enough to get someone's attention. It's just to help you, it won't affect my bottom line at all.

Desired outcome: I think you should give the free sandwich to everyone with a code for taking the survey.

McDonald's Service

This location is pure garbage since it's reopening every time you go there your order is incorrect you can no longer get refills it's hard enough to get your order right let alone get all the essentials to your meal like syrup ketchup Etc or even napkins for that matter I used to stop at that McDonald's every morning on my way to work when this location reopened 5 days in a row my plain coffee was incorrect how that's possible I'm not sure they have literally never gotten any of my orders correct at all mine or my daughters at this current location since reopening the manager gave me a free coffee card and signed it on the front I went in today to utilize that card instead of just hanging on to it I waited in line 15 to 20 minutes because the self-order screens were down and no one wanted to take orders from the customers the managers just stare at you and leave one lonely person up front fending for himself when I finally got to the front of the line I was told they would not accept the card that I was given for a free coffee and that hot coffee plain is not part of the McCafe selection and that I needed to go somewhere else I have been coming to this McDonald's for 20 years now you literally stand in line and watch them do nothing then correct incorrect orders over and over and over if you order a coffee it's 20 to 30 minutes if you order a meal good luck with that one day they literally had to make my coffee four times because there was no coffee in the machine they were just dumping hot water how does that even take place that many times in a row

McDonald's Moped parked on the sidewalk in front of the handicap parking

This is happening at the lenoir nc Morganton Blvd location every morning there’s a blue moped parked on the sidewalk and my elderly parents have to walk around it and almost trip over it he’s almost ran us over a couple of times just to park on the sidewalk when confronted he replies that he’s been parking there for 20 years I’ve reported it to the management but nothing has been done to resolve this issue it is a safety hazard and should be investigated. McDonald's Security guard

Security guard is very unprofessional. He is very rude /aggressive with the kids that comes in there to buy food afterschool Also my daughter and niece has been harass by him, and I went to McDonald to ask him what happen and he was very rude soo spoke with one of the other managers and she understood what I was trying to explain to her also I inform her that with his rudeness and no respect wouldn’t get him far and is very unprofessional and need to be replace. And that they should have better protocol. for when the kids get out of school, also he stopped the kids from comin in to buy food. and he also assaulted a young male. He need to be remove or investigated.. on 9/11/2023 my Daugther friend was assaulted by the security guard and they have the incident. on citizens app showing child assaulted by security guard and I have footage.

McDonald's Customer service skills and the food was not fresh

My name is Andrea Johnson I am a customer walked in at the store #11707.I waited for almost ten mins or more to be served,but no one asked me for help didn't use the kiosk for my reasons.There were two female employees eating on their break it took a few times to get the young ladies attention no response.I ask the one on break if she were new or what's the issue drive thru were busy but to whereas she could not help us.She was rude not friendly I wish her to have better day for her the time of this visit was at 4:10pm eastern time.on top of that my food was cold the Big Mac old everything as well as the Quarter Cheese and my grand son's 6pc nugget dried out ni freshness at all.Im very disappointed with the service on today.My order #282 order 82.Yall need to seek better ways to make sure that the people that you're hiring are people pleasure or have customers service skills in being nice.

I went through drive through. I ask for both of my 10 pc nuggets and large fryto be cook fresh. I ask the young man twice because I didn’t see (well done) on the screen. As I payed for my order I told him again make sure they are fresh. He looked at the screen and said “yes they are” as I received my food I asked again was my food made fresh. The woman answered yes. MY FOOD WAS NOT MADE FRESH TO ORDER. My nuggets were cold. I still have the receipt. I ordered 9/7/23

McDonald's Burnt buy coffee

Went through the drive through and ordered a coffee and when the cashier passed it to me the cover came off and coffee went all over me and my car. The female at the window handed me a bunch of napkins and told me that I wasn't holding the cup right that is why the lid came off, didn't ask me if I was alright or even give me an other cup of coffee, I just looked at her in disbelief, my hand and leg is burning not to mention the coffee is all over my car and me.

I went to order a 6 pieces happy meal for my kids and they said they doesn’t have it.

They are super rude and mean the woman Jessica and the whole stuff were mean.

I had to complaint about the situation even the manager (she said she’s the store manager) was meant. I told them that I don’t care if the prices changes or how work their own company the client doesn’t need to know what’s going on.

The client needs to get what they are asking.

I caused a problem in the line too because they worked are very rude to answer and fighting over the client.

I said that’s not okay how they treat and I want to company and the workers behind been telling “still she’s fighting” like am I crazy?

They should be better taking care of clients.

Horrible costumer services horrible people.

Worse Mc Donald’s even they didn’t want to provide the corporate number.
