LoveCulture I am so upset :(

Never buy anything from this website. You will regret.
Their return and refund policies are ridiculous and are against customers.
I returned several items because they were terribly made hoping to get a refund. They confirmed they received the clothes and offered to refund 25% and the rest will be on my store credit. They didn't wait for me to answer and did what they offered. Why the hell do I need your store credit if I'm not going to buy anything from you at all?

LoveCulture Return policy! They did not allow me to return only one item.

I wasn't able to return one item. I have purchased several items from LoveCulture and one shirt was too small and I contacted their customer service and asked for a replacement. They said that they did not have my size in stock and suggested me to keep the shirt. Then I asked for a refund and they said that if I wanted to get a refund I had to sent everything back. I actually liked everything else so decided to keep the wrong size shirt.
In my opinion their return policy is absolutely ridiculous and they need to make some changes! Why can't I return only one item?
I was not satisfied with LoveCulture and will not buy from them again!

LoveCulture Completely ridiculous!!

Placed an order with LoveCulture and was supposed to get my stuff on a certain date, but nothing arrived. I contacted LoveCulture customer service and they said that they had some difficulties and that they'll ship my order soon. So it actually means that when the estimated date came my order was not even shipped! I did not want to wait any longer so I asked them to cancel my order (I knew that according to their policy I was still able to do that). Rep said that he needs to discuss it with someone and promised to wait. I was put on hold and when he finally came back I was told that refund was not possible because my order was already shipped! What? Like 10 minutes ago the same rep said that my order was not shipped and 10 minutes later he told me the opposite! These people are ridiculous! I hate this company!

LoveCulture Stole my money!

I purchased three items from LoveCulture. When I received my order I was extremely disappointed with the quality! The quality were embarrassing. I contacted customer service and they told that need to send everything back in order to get a refund. I sent them all back immediately and received my return confirmation email. But these thieves issued only a partial refund. So I contacted them again and was told that they received only two items back. Now I'm out of both the product and the money! Save your hard earned money and stay away from this horrible scam company!

LoveCulture They refused to take skirt back even it has labels

People, before you order from the company www.loveculture.com, read their policy. I bought two skirts and the sizes were different. One skirt was too large for me (but it has label on it) and I decided to return it, but the seller refused and told me that the skirt was on sale, but they didn’t take such clothes back. I told that the skirt hasn’t been on sale and they needed to take it back, but the seller stopped to respond. Read the policy before!

LoveCulture They didn't take items, which were on sale and worn

I ordered skirt from www.loveculture.com. But the size didn’t fit me, so I contacted the customer services and asked if they could change the size. The response was negative and the rep told me that they didn’t accept items, which have been used and it turned out that these items were on sale and they didn’t take them back because of final sale. I searched for this information on the website, but there was no info at all So, be aware and share in order to inform other people.

LoveCulture Seller states that they haven't received the order back

I bought jumper for my girl from the website www.loveculture.com. When I placed the order, I asked the rep if it was possible to return the order back. The rep told me ‘yes’. I got the jumper, but it was large, so I returned it back, but after 3 weeks the agent contacted me and told that they didn’t receive the order back. I was in shocked, and of course they refused to provide money back. I told them that I had proof that I sent the order back, but no one listened to me. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

LoveCulture Still no delivery of my order

I ordered some clothes for my daughter from the website www.loveculture.com.I paid through PayPal and the payment was clear. After that I got the confirmation email from the seller and the tracking number. I waited 4 weeks, but my order never arrived. Also the seller provided fake tracking number and didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

LoveCulture Discrimination

I would like to make this complaint on the manger staff at FairLane Love Culture in Dearborn, MI. I was currently hired in as a part-time employee. Well without notice, my tax form was changed by my manager, my hours were cut completely and during which, she hired other employees of whom are the same race as herself. They are allowing all the others to be laid off or quit and replacing them with Arabic Woman. I am currently making a file of complaints to send to corporate. I really have no idea what else to do to justify this situation..

LoveCulture Dissatisfied customer

I am a customer of the Love Culture store located in Fresno at the Fresno Fashion Fair. I want to write to you today in regards to a manager named Monica. I have overheard her talking to her employees in a rude fashion and sound very unappreciated telling them to stop standing around and work when clearly it was early morning and everything was set up right already. Another time I went, I had a casual conversation with an employee about possibly working there and she said she would not recommend it one bit because you do not get any breaks, and this is against the law. I am concerned for the employees sake, and I hope something is done about this Manager named Monica.

LoveCulture Fitting Rooms/Staff

Walked in with my sister 20 minutes prior to closing. Staff announced customers to bring items to register, as store would be closing. Went to fitting rooms to quickly try items before purchasing. Staff member asked if we knew rooms were closed, which I did not. She continued, telling me they close fitting rooms thirty minutes before store closes. Also, expressed how she "doesn't know why people think they can just walk into the fitting rooms when it is clearly closed". It was not. But the other side with rows of rooms were blocked off by chairs. The girl proceeded to hassle me about the rooms being closed, so I finally explained that my sister was getting dressed, and would she rather she walk out in her underwear? She still hovered, and groaned to me while hanging on an empty rack about how tired she was. Also, that she just wanted to go to bed. I find it really unprofessional to complain to your customers about how exhausted you are, and that you can't wait to leave. I have two infants at home, and explained that as a mother, I get little to no sleep. So, I had little sympathy for this teenager regarding her lack of rest. Feeling rushed, we made our purchases. Upon leaving, we were yelled to sarcastically with a "YOU'RE WELCOME, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT". I WILL be returning to this store tomorrow to speak to a manager, and my sister will be returning her items. Wish I had gotten the employees name. She has zero manners and professionalism.

I am returning them because my sister will give me a hard time if I don't. I really want the clothes I bought. I just hope she does not use profanity against the manager. She was very rude to the fitting room lady. I don't blame her the ### asked for it and my sister told her they would settle this in the parking lot after work. The coward fitting room lady refused to fight her after work. As for the infant they are twins and they are now in foster care so she does not have them at home. That was just an excuse to show the fitting room lady what a ### she was being.

I don't want to return my items. I love the clothes I bought, but Kiki told me if I did not return the items she would beat me up. Also before you go jumping to conclusions. She did not leave the infants at home unattended. They are in a foster home. She only denies that her children are in foster care.

LoveCulture Rude employee to say the least

I was discussing options to an employee just when all of a sudden she hung up the phone on me without saying a word.

I have tried calling the store manager to voice my complaint but it seems that her co-qorkers are defending her by screening calls or not helping me with this issue. Therefore not getting through has prompted me to write this complaint.

I feel that any executive of a brand store must adhere to compliance for courtesy and should be capable to conduct themselves in a professional manner during their employment hours. If the managers are aware that this kind of behavior is happening, then perhaps someone higher up should be told.

LoveCulture Love Culture hung up on me while talking

I received a call from an employee of Love Culture on July 28, about 7:00 HNL time to inquire and perhaps order flowers.

The caller was a soft spoken female who wanted to order flowers for someone staying at the Trump Towers International. I had said that she may want to visit our website (which she had already visited) but still unsure of what to order. She wanted us to send her different images of actual arrangements in the store which she could choose from. It was explained that we cannot do this, but if she was interested in a particular look, we can accommodate something in her price range.

While I was discussing possible options, she rudely dropped and hung up the phone, without any passing dialogue of disinterest.

I do not believe this is the sort of behavior that LOVE Culture inspires in their products

I Was also at the pacific beach store in San Diego, Ca and the employees spoke with fowl language about a previous customer that had just walked out and to my disbelief it was the manager speaking so badly coursing. I left my stuff and walked away!
