Wedding dress - fraudulent activity
Ordered my dress, paid $500 au dollars for it. They sent me a dress that was made incorrectly. Completely wrong! I contacted them and they agreed that they would refund, but I had to send the dress back at my own expense ($70 au). They received the dress then said they would give me only a partial refund ($275 au) as the dress was custom made, although on their refund policy it states 'refund if style is incorrect'. They now have the dress and half of my money. Ultimately they have stolen from me as I have nothing to show for it. I have proof and am happy to email it through to anyone who wants to see it for themselves. I am currently seeking to mark the transaction on my credit card as fraudulent activity.
They sent me wrong and dirty dress
I was completely disappointed in the company www.lightindreaming.com. I bought dress from them, but it arrived already dirty. As well as big problem was the measurement. I checked it before I ordered from them, but the size was completely wrong. And the description of the dress didn’t match what was mentioned on the website. Terrible, because they didn’t reply to my emails and phone calls. Avoid this awful company.

Looked up the website online and ordered a beautiful dress, or so I thought. When the dress was shipped to me it did not match what I had ordered. The lace and the beading we're not the same and they even forgot the buttons on the back of the dress. I had sent several emails asking for a new dress or to return the dress. They are an online company and a scam.I shipped the dress back to the address on the shipping package within 48 hours on their return policy and have received nothing. And they still kept my money. All of it. Do not order from them. I paid 345.90$ for nothing.

Took money for the order and never sent it to me
Don’t buy from the scamming website www.lightindreaming.com. I ordered wedding dress, but they charged me and never sent the order or any info regarding my order. I sent them emails and left messages, but these jerks ignored. I have no idea how to attack their attention. I just want my money back. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
ordered a ball gown style wedding dress from lightindreaming.com even after reading the horrible reviews because the price was fantastic, not to mention the dress was beautiful; and I must say, I was extremely afraid of what I would find when it arrived at my doorstep... HOWEVER! When it arrived, the dress was GORGEOUS! And it was almost EXACTLY how the picture showed it. Thank you lightindreaming!
