KFC Services

I have a problem with Jane furse kfc drive through (located in Limpopo ,Skhukhune)

Every time in the morning they always tell us we should buy in the store the drive through start operating at 9 where the store opened at 7, this has happened in multi times and they don’t do anything about it…..please can something be done about this issue because the drive through nolonger serve its purpose

I have attached the slip I got inside after i was told the drive through works after 9

KFC Service and conduct of your counter staff

Now 10:35 pm my family and I were in que to place order. In my turn your counter staff favored his friend who was behind in que and served him.

When I objected he said sorry. Then I was about to place order. I told him it is not for that even complaints can be registered online. He dared me to complain online. So I returned without placing order and now forwarding this complaint.

Please take necessary action and Provide training in customer relations.

KFC Double Payment at KFC

Please note that I made a transaction at KFC restaurant Bangalore at Phenix Mall on 15.07.23 for an amount of Rs 1560.70

However after completing the transaction it was informed to me by the shop representative that the transaction got declined on the machine and they gave a reversed slip (attached) for the same.

However the declined amount has not been credited to my credit card account.

Many times I discussed this issue with the shop for a resolution. Everytime I am getting a response stating that they will take up with finance team and come back. Till now there is no proper response from KFC.

Details of the transaction attached for your reference.

Request you to check and refund the amount to me.

KFC All service

Heya,

On the 15th of august this month me and my mum visited the feilding kfc. We visited via drive thru. The costumer service was absolutely poor, we got sworn at numerous times and there was lack of politeness and key costumer service skills.

When we got our order my mum asked the lady at the window if it was everything, she said it was so we drove off home. When we got home we were missing a large chips and potato and gravy. We live in palmerston north and had sick kids at home so we couldn't go back and fix it up as easy it we would have liked it to be.

This is not the first time we have had lack of customer service skills and missing items from our orders.

I hope we can find a resolution to this.

KFC Chicken tenders

I’m thoroughly disappointed in the quality of the chicken tenders. They were the smallest tenders that I’ve ever seen! They barely covered the bottom of the box. The 4 biscuits were hard, as if they had set under the heat lamp too long. Luckily the slaw and mashed potatoes were good. I’ve been enjoying KFC for years, but I’m not sure when I’ll go back. There are so many other restaurants in the area that offer chicken tenders. KFC was once an American icon, but I’m afraid those days are over. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I paid $29.18 for this meal. I would appreciate at least half that amount back as a refund.

KFC Drive thru derry

44 minutes in a queue for drive thru when there was only 7 cars in front of me. When I finally got to order, it was incorrect. No drink and no mini fillet burger. Went back to the hatch and was told I was wrong and didn't order, despite having paid and showing my recent. I then had to stand in the drive thru queue. Quite embarassing. I ended up leaving as it took so long. After spending £23 on cold food. Absolutely appalling service. And the staff were extremely unhelpful. I will not be returning.

Husband wanted to go get dinner from Mcdonalds but i insisted on KFC. He returned home with cold and hard original recipe chicken which was missing 2 pieces and he didn't get a receipt.. KFC Told there would be a 20 min wait this happens all the time

went to the KFC in Lexxington Tenn as my wife craved some chicken I told her there so slow and she defended them ordering up a meal and was told right away there would be a 20 min wait, this happens all the time there, my ex wife was a manager in jax fla and she was top dog winning all sorts of awards something this store will never get it has left such a bad taste that now I will not stop at any KFC anymore something has to be done before you loose more customers as it is now I will gladly drive 30 miles away to go to popeyes and this shouldnt be this way dont you agree. will you at least look into this before I swear off your chicken for good the date was today 8/11/23 at 1:27 pm no cars in drive thru or anyone inside now I know why hope to here from you but if not then know this one less customer and how long before you have no one just saying thank you for you time and trouble yours jim risher

KFC Urban square kfc branch

So I ordered Classic chicken roll and popcorn regular

So in the kiosk it was showing one popcorn for 46rs and other for 99rs so I though 99 one is the larger than than 46rs that how we customer think right ?

But at the end I got small popcorn which is extremely frustrated me and when I asked the branch they are like both or regular popcorn how come both regular popcorn can come with same size

KFC Food and pricing

Restaurant #J625205 Drive thru service. Prices for the 2pc meals were $7.99 Each. We ordered one 2pm breast & wing and one 2pc thigh and leg. On line those prices were NOT $7.99. Plus the dark meat is always less expensive than the white meat. When I disputed she said that’s the price. I tried showing her their posted menu and she said move along. So I went to go inside to show her and doors locked. Then we went ahead and ate our meal in the car. All chicken totally dried out. Biscuits hard. Ticket # 1664. Date 08-02-2023. Time 5:25 pm.
