Jack In The Box Dodger special

I went to my local Jack In The Box for 2 Dodger Specials. My wife stayed at home. I ordered 2 Dodger Specials + large Fries + Onion Rings. The manager asked how many people were in the car. I responded one, but the other special was for my wife at home. The manager would not take the order and stated policy the Dodger Special is limited to the number of occupants in the car. I asked to see the policy which he did not have... but said I could find it online. I checked online and could not find the Special was limited to the people in the car. I understand the need to control the Dodger Special, but I only ordered 2 Specials plus additional items. I would think the manager could have been more accommodating. I guess I could have driven around twice to get my 2 specials.

This is not a good way to treat customers

Jack In The Box F'd up customer service

I've been going to this store for years. Mostly, I go in the morning or early afternoon. I never have a problem during those hours, but the evening crew just sucks!

I order a lot, the 2 tacos on the app. You don't have an option for onions and tomatoes, just sauce, lettuce and cheese. Please add tomatoes and onions on your customize window.

The morning crew gets it. They know me. I go there a minimum of 2 to 4 times a week. They sometimes don't charge me for the tomatoes, and sometimes, they charge me anywhere from 10 to 35 cents for the tomatoes. Night crew, would charge me all kinds of different amount. Last time, they charged me.54 cents. I didn't want to argue. I noticed, they charged me for a slice of cheese. Tonight, this punk [censored] kid asked me for.87 cents. I asked for what? He had an attitude and said, this is what we charged you before. I told him they didn't, and he wanted to argue with me. I told him, I'm not going to argue with him. So they brought a manager and I told her what the morning crew does, and by then, there were four of your employees at the window. One girl, shut the window on me. I told the manager, she charged me.54 cents for a piece of cheese. I asked her to charge me for the tomatoes and onions, since you don't charge for onions, I should only be charged for the tomatoes. The manager told me to hold on. She got the manager on the phone, and the manager on the phone, told them how to do it. So now, I was charged.16 cents. I should not of had been at the window for about 15 minutes. A line of cars were forming behind me. I'm sorry, I was in the drive thru. This crew, is not organized. The car in front of me took about 12 minutes for them to get their food. I was in that drive thru close to a half hour. There was no excuse for the piss poor management. I drove home and my food was cold and the tacos were soggy. I am furious, this is why I'm writing.

Jack In The Box Online order lost

On July 30, 2023 I placed an online order at 2840 Hwy 365 port arthur texas in the amount of $26.15. When we got there they said they did not have the order and sent us to a different store on Hwy 365. The second store said they did not have the order either. Then it was discovered that ot was ordered at the first store we went to. So back to the 1st store. They again said they did not have it. I offered the order # [protected] but they said it was not there and asked me to pay for it again. I'm not paying for something I did not get. Please help me with this.

Desired outcome: I got no food. I want my money back. It did hit my bank.

Jack In The Box no service waiting over 10 min. not even my drink was ready food on floor soda all around on floor

I went in one of your stores odered when I tried to get my soda there was soda all over the floor and no ice so I asked for some ice and fill it with rootbeer also told them about the floor in dinning room and the mng started talking bery rude said I was to dumb to know how fastfood work is and she right I have bever worked fastfood before I asked for my money back would go to next satore for my food she said no not giving me my money back I was just wasting her time so I told her to call cops her mng/. or give me my money back and also the receit so I could have store # and time and date she sait no to quit wasting her time I asked again she said same thing I got mad and knoted over some trys then knew I was to mad to talk anymore so I left as she was still calling me names I'm sure you have camrias in dinning room and service room The store was at 2221 panama ln. bakersfield ca. 93307 don't know her name or her bosses name as she wouldn't give them to me

Jack In The Box Drive through closed- multiple times

On June 29th at 430 am i pulled into the parking lot of store # 1525 located at 2141 W. Deer Valley, Phx Az 85029. There was a thing blocking the entrance to the drive through and a paper that said the " the drived through " is closed. I then pulled up and saw 2 people at the back door of the business wide open and one " employee" talking with a guy on a motorcycle who was just parked there. I used to manage a jib and the doors were never tobe open unless a delievery was there.

Then today I pulled in at 440 am the drive through was not blocked and when i placed my order i could barely hear the employee who was talking, i told him i wanted 2 tacos. I "assumed " the business to be opened. I pulled to the drive through window and noticed one employee come in from the dining room area and then another employee came to the window and said they were closed.

Desired outcome: The employee told me they were always closed at 430 am to close out the registers??? When we closed out the registers we used a register from the lobby area- does all JIB close at 430am if so THEY NEED to post a sign.

Jack In The Box Drive thru service

June 26, [protected]:40pm

It took about a solid 10 mins waiting at drive thru for someone to take my order. Pulled up to window and waited another 10 mins for my order. They forgot about my strawberry shake and when a team member asked another member about it she said she forgot to make and the team member that asked just laughed about it.

Fries came out stale and tacos with VERY little meat.

This has got to be the worst Jack in the box ever. I mobile ordered a ultimate cheeseburger combo. I get to the store the girl barely speaks English at the window. Pull up to the window tell her I have a mobile order she has me my drink or so I think and then I'm sitting there and she has me a munchy meal box I'm like this isn't my order. I finally get my order go over to where I'm going and sit there to eat it onion rings are overcooked badly and they're cold The burger I only ask for mustard and they put enough mustard on it for four burgers so I had to wipe half of that off and it was also cold. Jack in the box isn't supposed to make your food until you order it but yet this food had to be sitting for a while. I ate the food only because I was hungry and I didn't want to go back and complain cuz I'm not that kind of person. But seriously you need to up your game because I've been to Jack in the boxes where I order onion rings they come out nice and soft the way they're supposed to and they're hot and they taste good these taste like they were put back in the fryer to warm them up. You owe me my money back but I know that's not going to happen. But really if you're looking for Jack in the box don't go to this one it's the worst out there the worst one I have ever ever ever ever ever been to. I would have post a picture of those horrible onion rings but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

Jack In The Box Unfriendly staff at window

Your staff at the window got my order wrong 2xs, rolled her eyes when I gave her my intended order. Staff acted immature, defensive and rude by her body language, talking over me, speaking in spanish and blaming me to the manager. It took 24mins from start to finish. The staff appeared to be a child/teen/youth and if she wasnt she acted like it. There was a truck in front of me who was asked to park on the side and they were still there when I left which means they were there at least 30min waiting for their food.

Desired outcome: Train this staff to be friendly, not defensive and smile with EVERY CUSTOMER. ESPECIALLY WHEN STAFF GOT THE ORDER WRONG. Also this store was super super slow. Hire more people and retrain the ones you already have.

Jack In The Box Cold tacos

I got an order of tacos this morning and these tacos were very cold. This is the third time I got very cold tacos. Something needs to be done about this Jack n the Box on Atlantic Ave. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the city of Lynwood, CA. I feel the money I spend there we should get good quality food. Jack In The Box Chicken fajita pita

I ordered a chicken fajita pita and an order of onion rings on the drive thru. The pita is too hard to bite and there are 3 pieces of chicken in it that are old stale and too hard to chew. I discovered the food is inedible when I arrived home. I am ill and needed food to take my medication and unable to go back due to the extreme heat. Things are much to stressed economically for Jack in the Box to take their customers money and in turn give them inedible food. I only gave this store a try today because it’s very close to my home and I need something to eat. They have to know no one can eat this chicken fajita pita.

Desired outcome: Money back. Treat your patrons like you need them because you do. I normally drive to other locations because this one is terrible. The food is only good when the store manager is there

Jack In The Box Ordered food via drive-thru

My name is Merissa Miranda. On 06/11/2023 around 7:30-7:45pm I placed an order via drive-thru and ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, but the chicken was cold and kind of raw. The rice also tasted horrible and it tasted so bad I couldn't even enjoy it. The Fajita Pita that I ordered didn't have the ingredients that it usually comes with. Not to mention it was very cold. Jack in the Box is usually very consistent with the quality of their food and I was surprised that this time it was the complete opposite. I don't think I got my money's worth. It left me very unsatisfied. I think the reasonable solution is for me to receive either a refund, a re-order that has the quality that I always get, or a gift card of equal value. Jack In The Box Drive through/inside customer service

I visited Jack in the Box in Santa Clarita, located at 26547 Bouquet Canyon Road, to place my order. As a Jewish person, I do not consume any pork products. I ordered only hash browns and an eggs platter, customized to my preferences.
The server named Diana insisted that I personally give her my PIN number for my debit card. I adamantly refused to provide her with my personal banking information.
Diana became extremely angry and started yelling at me. She said that if I wasn't going to give her my PIN number, she wouldn't give me my food or make the order without including sausage and bacon.
I explained to her that it wasn't the correct order, but she didn't care. She threatened that if I wanted my food cooked correctly, I would have to give her my PIN number "or else...!"
I felt threatened, traumatized, and scared for my life.
Diana started flashing gang signs to the other Mexican people who were surrounding her, including a heavy-set male worker who seemed like he had been in prison.
I asked for the manager, but Diana claimed to be the manager herself. She said there was nothing I could do about it and that her word was final.
The anti-Semitism and Mexican hatred towards Jews is atrocious. Requesting PIN numbers from customers' debit cards is completely out of control.
Diana refused to give me back my debit card, and I was in fear for my life, not knowing if I would live or die.
Something needs to be done about hiring employees with gang affiliations, engaging in this type of rhetoric and behavior.
This isn't the only Jack in the Box where servers request customers to provide their PIN numbers. This practice is out of control, and swift action must be taken to address this issue.

Desired outcome: I Am Requesting An Immediate Callback From The Corporate Office, & District Manager Regarding This Matter, & Other Complaint Submitted Regarding Another Jack In The Box Serving Me “Pork” Before I Began Legal Action.

Jack In The Box Extremely rude employees

I ordered a “side salad” and David who took my order asked me what kind of chicken. I said no chicken, just a side salad and I looked on the board and David has charged me for a chicken salad w no chicken $8.49. I told him no I just want a side salad and he said that he had to charge me for the chicken salad with no chicken I said but it’s on your menu right here for $3.49

We went back and forth I was so confused

(I have ordered a side salad for years on a weekly basis so I knew they made them there and it was on the menu in front of me) so David says you need to leave I’m not gonna help you anymore. I said your kidding right and he says, I’m not I’m refusing service to you. So when I went up to the window (I have this part on video) he says I’m not serving you. I asked his name and David gave it to me and then I told him you know it’s on the menu and he said he was told to ring it up like that. I then said so you’re telling me if I want to buy a salad and David stops me and said, oh no you’re not getting anything here and you need to go and I told him I’m still asking you questions and he said I’m gonna call the cops which I said I don’t care and he proceeded to pick up the phone and call 911 then the cook or the other person/male says “ tell her to f_k off“ I asked David if he was gonna answer my questions and David walks away from the window on the phone with 911, I said David’s a piece of s… and then David yells at me “Get the F_k out of here” as the cooks yells f_k off.

I would really appreciate a response of what actions were taken and just to know that you did receive this complaint.

Jack In The Box Safety of drive thru clearance bar

The drive through metal clearance bar located at the Jack In The Box (JIB), 301 Enfrente Rd., Novato, CA 94949, has been bent over, and is lower than the posted 8' 6", for several years. My van height clears 8' 2" and over. This end of this bar is clearly below 8' 2" because it has scratched the top of my van multiple times. As a result, I quit going to that particular restaurant. I have notified the managers on duty multiple times about this situation. But the bar has never been repaired. To repair/repaint the top of my van is going to cost me at least $1,400. However, I am not asking JIB to reimburse me. I just want them to fix the problem. It has been years and I am a loyal customer. Please see the attached picture. And please take care of this.

Jack In The Box Order incorrect - refund

Hi,

I am emailing because I had a very bad experience at the Jack in the Box location in my area (740 NW Gilman Blvd, Issaquah, WA 98027). I have never emailed with a negative review before, nor have I ever had an experience like this.

I ordered the “Grilled Sourdough Swiss Breakfast Sandwich” meal. This came with the sandwich, a hashbrown, and a drink. I also ordered a “Value Fries” for $1.

When I drove up to the window to pay, they charged me extra money for fries and excluded the hashbrown (they did not give me the hashbrown). I said that there was a mistake, and they took my debit card, and charged me over $3 more for a hashbrown on top of my order. I tried to explain that this was a mistake. I ordered the “Grilled Sourdough Swiss Breakfast Sandwich” meal, and it came with a hashbrown.

They recognized they make a mistake, and took my card, and charged me again. After they realized they charged me more than they should’ve, they offered to give me a refund. I said “yes please,” that I would like a refund for their mistake. I gave them my receipt, and they told me they would refund me for their mistake.

Then, they came back, and said they apologized for over-charging me, it was their mistake, but the manager said I could NOT get a refund. They offered me a coupon instead. It was a coupon for a dollar off a sandwich. That is not acceptable. I was overcharged, and did not get what I ordered.

Not only this, but they got my order completely wrong. The sandwich they gave me was not what I ordered. The drive-thru line was piling up. They told me there was nothing they could do. It was their mistake for overcharging me, but there was nothing they could do to fix it.

I was overcharged, they got my order wrong, and offered me a refund (and then said they actually couldn’t give me one). I would like my money back, as I did not get what I ordered. They also never gave me a receipt back.

I am hoping you can help fix this issue. I am extremely unhappy with the service I was provided. They not only got my order wrong, but they overcharged me, offered me a refund, and could not give me a proper refund. AND never gave me a receipt back. I will take this further if needed, but I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue.

Jack In The Box Male drive through window clerk

Approximate Time: 10:30 AM California Time

Jack in The Box 

Young male Hispanic employee working at the drive through window was rude discourteous and unprofessional. This location has a history of making white people just set in line for extended periods before taking their orders.

Even though the workers are standing there looking at your car Often Times you have to drive to the window to place your order. Then the employee mouths off. This morning employee followed the same script today!

My girlfriend is Hispanic and wanted to go to this Jack in The Box and I tried to share with her why I did not want to go there, especially the drive trough. I parked to walk inside and she insisted we go through the drive through as there was NOT one other vehicle in the lane.

We waited at the sign and no one came on the speaker. I pulled up to the window. The clerk as I expected became mouthy! Demanding that I just wait until he comes on at the speaker. NOTE: We were the ONLY vehicle in the lane. The clerk was just staring at me for a few minutes.

I did not feel like putting up with it. I said "You never came on the speaker." He replied "Most people just wait." I have seen these employees make people wait ten or more minutes at this location until the cars back up and leave or drive forward without ordering and leave.

I have as others have noticed they Only do this to White people.

I replied "I am not most people." I asked him where is the speaker?"He said At the second sign." I said, "You should post a sign stating such. Of course he was offended by this. I replied,"You never came on the speaker or said anything. You just kept standing there so were slacking off." Which he was and in my opinion deliberately.

He continued to mouth off and my girlfriend was asking me not to say anything in return. She was worried he or the other employees might do something to the food,

After we paid for the food I refused to eat any of it because I did not trust him and even if my girlfriend wants to go back to this Anti White Racists Jack in The Box location I am NOT going to go there. She can go on her own. Even though I have been going to this location for many years I am not spending another cent at this store.

If this was just me having these issues at this location I might believe it was my own doing. Unfortunately many of my friends and neighbors have been refusing to go back to this location and I too have no plans of doing so.

Desired outcome: Kill your employee or send them in for Racial Diversity Training.

Jack In The Box Drive thru worker/asst manager

On 05/29/2023 I went to Jack n Box on John T White Rd in Fort Worth Texas in the drive thru and I made my order got to the window and I didn’t get what I order and the Mexican lady tried to argue me down stating that I didn’t order that but I had my order written down on a piece of paper but she act like she didn’t understand n want to see my order so she gave me cold food n didn’t make my son Oreo shake like I requested it and told me they can’t put Oreo toppings on my son shake n then half filled it like she didn’t want to make it I had a very upsetting visit cause I wanted my food I order n I didn’t get it very satisfied customer so I didn’t get my 2 Ulimate Cheeseburger 1 with grilled onions and the other just plain and add mayo n ketchup I will report them until I get my refund back! Angry and unsatisfactory about my customer service order there pleas reach me at [protected] Ziannia

Jack In The Box Taco's with cabbage

I ordered 8 regular tacos at your
1451 De Anza blvd location and they are putting Cabbage instead of lettuce in your tacos! Also order value fries that were luke warm. Worst experience Ever at this location that I've been coming to for years now... They didn't provide a receipt but here is a copy/paste from my credit card-

Jack In The Box Rude service

I was at the South Post Oak location #391 on [protected] at 6:14pm.

When I pulled up to the drive thru I told the guy I wanted a plain Jumbo Jack with cheese only and 4 tacos. He asked me 3 times what I wanted and then asked was it right on the screen. I told him the screen was only showing my that the store was hiring. So he told me the price and I drove around. I handed him my card he gave it back but no receipt I didn't say anything because he asked me to pull to the front door and he would bring me the food. Which I thought he would bring it then. I sat at the front door for over 5 mins waiting, he finally comes and gives me the food no receipt. I looked in the bag no Jumbo Jack. He asked me am I sure I told him that it's no burger in the bag. I waited another 5 mins so I walk in the store and asked him how long will it be. He gave me the burger. I walked out the door I get out of the parking lot my child say mom there is no cheese. I turned around an went back in the store. I told the young man this was wrong a lady that was cooking in the back yells to the front you have to pay for cheese. I told her I did an that I want the order right. She was very out of line for yelling and talking to me that way. I have been a manager for over 11 years and I would never allow any of my employees to speak to a customer that way she did. I truly hope you retrain her because she truly need it. I have been going to this location for 8 years no problem but I will not be going back to this location ever.

Desired outcome: The cook needs to be retrain to never speak to a customer that way and the manager needs to learn to take leadership . Because she said nothing just kept working like nothing was happening . I think the manager name is Blanca.
