Description:Greyhound has been around for years. When Greyhound started, there weren't nearly as many problems as they have today. Why? Because it's not "Greyhound" but the "people" they have working for Greyhound. Greyhound has very poor customer service, poor supervisors, poor drivers, very poor, dirty buses, and poor "on-time performance". With all of these "poor" qualities, Greyhound continues to operate, believing that they just can't be touched. That's because too many people "give up" when it seems they don't get anywhere. Well don't. They aren't God, they can be touched, it just takes a whole lot of persistance and dedication......they will go down.
