I live with my Blind Husband and neither one of us made these payments to you for anything. Can you please refund my monies of $14.99 and $20 overdraft fee? I have mo need to ask anyone outside my home about this matter. No one had access to my card but my Husband and I, so my card us now considered stolen. Please help me with this matter.

Google Play Cards that can not be redeemed, I submitted through the Customer Service page and was expecting an answer back but the company does not care how long they take I guess. I see many people complain on there web page but get not help or answers. I had $300.00 in Gift cards that could not be redeemed and I can not get new cards or my money and it has been 60 days with no answer in sight.

Upon checking, the payment was from fox plus. I was charged the US rate of 13.99 us dollars because my google play account was set to US by default. My supposed bill should only be 249 pesos which is only about a third of what I was charged. Please look into this. Thank you.

I have tried to contact google a number of time to try and get help with getting my website on the search engine. They have supplied no phone numbers and no way to contact them for any reason. I have paid alot of money to get all of my website and listing stuff taken care of but google has really let me down. Franklley at this point im about to switch to another browser or other for of search like yahoo because I have lost all faith in google. I put my business on Google my business, somehow I was signed up for an ad, I received an email stating I owed $350 for the ad. I have gotten zero customers or inquiries. When I looked at the ad, after getting the email, it's not even for my business type, it's listed with human massage businesses.
I have another home business that I tried google ads with, it and as a massive fail, so there is no way I would voluntarily sign up my new business. In addition I have talked to several "customer service people", disconnected twice, the last agent I could barely understand because her accent was so pronounced. I told her to make sure it was cancelled, checked today and it was still active. Now today you stole money from my bank account for the bill. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen after scamming me by signing me up for an ad.

I bought Pixel 3 phone more than 2 1/2 months ago and from the begining I had so much problem with the phone (heating up and alos issue with speaker). after talking to their support team for almost 3 weeks they asked me to send the device back to them. which I did and they recieved the device on 11th September. since then I am waiting for replacement device. sometimes they say they do not have the phone any more in stock and sometimes they say we are looking into this. it is been escalated dozen times but till today no resolution means no money and no phone. the most disgusting support I have ever seen in my entire life. I work for support too and when we have escalation specially when something gone terribely wrong we resolve it asap but Google only send me email and no resoltion. I got high blood pressure and gone through a lot of stress. thinking of getting a medical note and suing the company. they have all my conversation but if you want I can provide you all documents so you know what kind of miserable support they have.

Starting from 10/8/2019 to 10/17/2019 I have been charged daily or multiple times a day for something I have not authorized. The vendor is GOOGLE *Pixe Mountain View CA. Bought a game for $21.34 on 10/6/19. But everyday after that I got charged for either $2.12 or $5.32 or a combination of them. I have already alerted my bank. I have also read accounts of the same complaint from about 30 people.

My resolution is you or someone in your name is defrauding people. YOU NEED TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS AND GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Can't get any real person on phone to help. Automated system hangs up on you. I feel this is an attempt to give customers the run around in order to keep collecting money. Will be filing an unauthorized charged with my bank since can't get any help on the phone. Not sure how you're supposed to cancel a service if you can't get anyone on the phone and I tried on the YouTube tv website and no luck.

Ever since you guys have separated Google Drive from Google Photos so they don't sink, I believe this has made it harder for us instead of easier. Now we have to download our picture in two places instead of one. Also, when you guys did the switch and put our pictures in the Google Photo, I've lost all the dates when the pictures were taken and it's very hard to find the pictures that you are looking for. My wife has a Pixel 3Xl. She has regularly been getting Group Porn. I've blocked the originating message but they send a new message under a different number. The source sends their message as a Group. I thought of blocking every number on the list but I'm unable to see the 11 other numbers to delete them as they are hidden.

Why does google do this. Take money from bank accounts that they have no business taking. This same thing happened to my brother only for alot more money. On Oct 8, 2019 a debit of $10.78 was taken from my American express bluebird card. I have not nor ever purchased anything from Google *Warner bros. This was taken from my account without my permission and without cause. Please refund $10.78 to my account. My debit card number is [protected]. My name is Cheryl dennis.

On October 5th, 2019 two charges went through my bank debit card that is attached to my Google account. The card is now closed to prevent any further charges and that means no more paying anything google so we need to get this resolved ASAP and I cant afford 70.00 extra ..this money is for bills.

On Saturday July 20th I deposited the amount of $180.00 on my Walmart prepaid credit card, then on July 22nd I deposited another $20.00 on same card. On July 23rd I called my car insurance co. in an attempt to pay my insurance bill that was due for the amount of $187.00 My agent from the insurance company said my card was declined. I called Walmart Money Card to check balance. Automated system claimed I only had a standing balance of .50 cents. So immediately I optioned to talk to account rep from Walmart Money Card to find out what was going on. They informed me that I had several charges which were pending on my account and when I deposited the two amounts previously mentioned these charges were paid with those deposits. All charges were from Google ranging in the amount of $.99 to $14.99 totalling in the amount of $200.14. Rep mentioned that there were several charges still pending that were not paid due to insufficient funds. They recommended that they do an investigation on my behalf, this process would take about 45 days in total. I figured they would get to bottom of this mess because being that I'm a card holder and every time I deposit money on their card I pay a fee and they also charge an additional charge monthly for using their card and services. Was I wrong, after 45 days they credited my account for $15.88 out of the $200.14 of the fraudulent Google charges. After telling Walmart what a terrible job they did, i took it upon myself to make a claim with Google myself. I filed the claim with them which they would not allow 1st 6 charges to be included in the claim because by this time they were over 120 days old. So I filled out claim for the other 80 charges that occurred over a 3 day span, waited the 4 to 7 days for their reply. To my suprise I was denied the reimbursement from Google. Their reply was " make sure my friends, family or children didn't make these charges without my knowledge". A couple years ago I would play Clash of Clans, I would occasionally make a few charges here and there with Google but never again. I had Wamart send me a new card with new number . This is not over until I get full reimbursement for every penny which was stolen from me. I will take this to BBB, NBC responds, I will relay my experience on every media source I can, who ever is willing to listen to me and perhaps they had similiar experience like mine. Maybe we can turn this into a class action lawsuit. What ever it takes. See pic below for itemized deposit and charges

Hello, despite the GDPR laws and personal protection of data, the website is not responding to any emails directed to them o. their "contact us".

A false accusation was made on a comment thread, which I cannot as an account owner remove from the site.

The comment is defamimng someone and is attached to a Google listing.

I personally feel Google should do something about websites that refuse to remove data when requested.

Kindly advise me accordingly.
