I clearly scheduled a meeting to speak with someone about getting my google ads account set up for October 11, 2023 , and well low and behold the meeting gets canceled for no reason by the google ads expert with a message stating that I would get a call instead. I never got a call so now I can not set up my account. I never knew that google would hire people to be so unprofessional, and negligent towards helping people do business with them. It's now going on 10/14,2023 and no one from the google ads expert team has reached out to me.

I bought a $25.00 google play card on oct 8 2023 12:36 pm at a local CVS pharmacy in lady lake Fl 32159. When I went to scratch the code off the back it got obliterated and i could not see any code. I scanned the card and receipt to send to you and also sent an email to you. I went on the chat line and your customer service rep referred it to a specialist and he denied it. [ ID [protected] and email o [protected]] I have the original receipt and play card i made copies of to send to you but so far I have not heard anything back from you. Please assist me on this so I dont have to further to get my code or dollar refund.

I just learned that this recurring charge that has been appearing in my First Bank of Colorado statements is actually fraudulent according to the results of a web search.

This has been going on for months although I could Google could not, or would not, provide any assistance in the matter.

I receive notifications repeatedly that I have so many viruses on my computer. This is a false notification and I would like it to stop. This type of email is a scare tactic to purchase a product from google. This needs to stop!

I also attempted to contact your corporate headquarters and failed to make any contact. While I waited on the phone, the corporate end of the call hung up on me. This is unacceptable.

I would like to get a reply from someone who can actually accomplish in changing your tactics. This means someone who is at the vice president level.

My next complaint is to the better business office.

I get up to 5 or 7 google. trackers after me constantly while i am using Safari with Duck Duck Go, there is also AI or Alterations of my browsing sites. This has been going on for some time now. I remove the tracker and they just come back. I would like to know what i can do my privacy isn’t anymore.also adobe, double click.cloud front, bootstrap type kits etc. tired of it

This has nothing to do with me i never set this up and yet every time i go on Paypal and check activity there is google inc £1.99 all the time i have no account contract with google what so ever and never intend to this is FRAUD ! , So stop it now and give me refund of what has been taken without my consent .

I cancelled my Google domain subscription.i.e.: "mindrestgrp.com" but shockingly my account was still debited for the month of August on 1st of August despite I have cancelled the subscription 31st of July.

Bought Pixel6 pro in october 2021 on google store, Took the insurance with my purchase. Few months ago my speaker start to not working properly but they refused my claim. Now my screen is broken after my phone fall 2 weeks ago and I'm bouncing between Google and the assurance, since they have issues with UbreakIfix store the only option they offer is to buy a refurbish phone for 220$. I paid more than 360$ for this useless insurance and even I took the insurance through google store they tell me it's the responsability of the insurance, Very disppointed with google ! I may switch back to Apple on y next phone

I have been working with my credit card company, but they suggested I try and figure out what is going on first.

Google blocked my account, and demands I submit verification information they have on file. I suspect they are using and selling customers' private information because my ID is the same only it may expire, but not until a few years, and my card is a new debit card. However, the only thing that has changed is my debit card. Google should be asking for an updated card not blocking an account for disputing charges. They get ridiculous every passing year. Instead, Google should focus on the bullying, cyber bullying, misusing a person's information, giving out private and confidential contact info, aexuL harassment, pornography, using children to entice the older generation, and abuse.

I have had a recurring charge of $12.71 from 11/22/2022 to the present date, each month since I signed up for Google YouTube TV. The charges are separate from the recurring charge I pay each month for You Tube TV.

I do not understand why my statement has to be more wordy than what I have expressed above. I am trying to resolve a situation that has cleary been raised by other individuals as well.

Issue is that web site addmefast.com is not opened at my Google browser because I have download addmefast.com app from play store and try to attached my face book,Instagram, tweeter and also YouTube accounts with addmefast.com mobile app. Now mobile app and google web site addmefast.com both are not working please help it out and resolve the problem. Your recent update makes it far more difficult to view inbox, sent and draft emails To find a specific email, unless it's on the first page, I need to go to the oldest one generated and page forward until I get to the one I want. I'm hoping someone can help or steer me in the right direction.

On June 14th I had contacted Xfinity through their chat messaging trying to find out the different packages they have to offer because I was trying to get our monthly rate reduced since I am unemployed at the moment.

I have my internet, cable, and mobile through Xfinity and was told that if I purchase another phone through them that my rate would increase to $60 but my internet and cable would go from $193 to $157 per month. Well, a few weeks later I received my mobile bill, and it went up to $60 a month but my cable/ internet stayed the same. I took screenshots of the conversations I had through the chat, so I had all this information with the confirmation number. When I called Xfinity, I was told the confirmation number was only for mobile and not the internet/ cable and they don't offer those rates.

Per one of the Xfinity Supervisor’s, I was told to take the phone to the Xfinity retailer store to return the phone and was denied since it was past the 14-day return policy - this was on day 15.

I have tried to contact the Executives with Xfinity with no help and feel I was scammed into signing up for a new service, but they could not hold up their end of the deal with reducing my internet / cable so instead of reducing they both have increased.

I even tried to contact someone at the Comcast offices here in Denver and they were all vacant or only handled the business part of Xfinity.

I have two complaints one is having to pay to esolve and issue you created. Second, i am hearing impaired and use my cell phone with different apps to contact and converse withe people. Google assistant has been rejected yet i still get assistant message and verbal notices to turn it on. These contacts disconnect my hearing programs, and come in the middle of conversations. On the 05th of July 2023 at 23H22:18 the said company took R849.99 rands form my account without my authorization. I have only signed up for google play to take R60. I never signed up for GOOGLE FLO LONDON GBR to take my money, or even the R849.99 it took and I have even checked my emails thinking i could get clarity on it but there is nothing. All that happened was that I received a message telling me that the said company has took money. I did not permit this payment.
