Glasses USA Very happy with my new eyeglasses

Just got my first eyeglasses by glassesUSA and have to say I am super satisfied.
After I read the comments I had ambivalent feelings,
But it's turned out great! This is my best glasses what I ever had!
The purchase and the order was super easy
Was really worried because I need progressive lenses, and previously had bad experience with optical stores, but GlassesUSA made an amazing job!

Glassesusa.com has been so easy, convenient and money saving, I cannot recommend the site enough. The only downside to ordering glasses here is the inability to have the framed adjusted, which would have come in handy since my very expensive Ray-Ban's are too big, however with a few minutes online I was able to learn some hacks to fix this issue. Also, way cool that I can finally afford some Ray-Ban's. Great option and MUCH cheaper than ordering through your eye doctor.

Glasses USA Great glasses, Great prices

For years I had been going to the eye doctor authorized by my insurance, even with the insurance I ended up paying over $150 out of pocket for a pair of glasses. I read about Glasses USA and decided to try them. I had my exam, opted not to buy glasses and went online to Glasses USA. The web site is easy, the sales are great, and I purchased 2 pair for $130 for the same quality of glasses. They were processed quickly and arrived well packaged with a nice hand sided case. The glasses fit perfectly, looked great, at half the price. I now realize that I have been getting ripped off for years. I have cancelled my insurance, pay $70 for an exam, go to Glasses USA and get 2 pair of quality designer glasses every year for over $100 less than my yearly insurance premium, which allowed for an exam and 1 pair of glasses.

Glasses USA Customer service where?

Bought 2 pairs within a week. Had to return the first one because i thought they were too expansive for the brand and the glasses felt cheap. The other one I was exited about because after all, the prescription on the first pair was good. I chose usps mail as my method of return but realized i needed a physical label on the package and i dont have a printer. Got the second pair and the frame was small, so i submitted a return again, but this time i had the option to return without box or label at a game stop. So i contact customer service to see if they can change the first return to the same option as the second. I get an email saying that i needed to get the label printed, to go to a usps post office or a library. Or that if I drop it with the other one to send a tracking number. I needed a qr code for the employee to scan this particular pair, so i emailed back asking for the code, im still waiting on the response. I go to the post office, she wouldn't print the label for me. I contact customer service again thru chat, because theres no live agents on the phone and the chat guy tells me, go to the post office they should print it (after i had just told him that they told me no) then he asked where i submitted the return and i said on the website. He asked on a desktop? I said no, my phone. He sent me to the library to print the label again. I said can i get a qr code, thats all i want to return at game stop, he says, we only can do qr codes on desktop returns. I told him i just told you i returned a pair today with a qr code from the return done on the phone. He responded " its there anything else I can help you with?" I left the chat.
I had to go to ups buy a print paper label to use on the package and drive around to find anothe post office. All this, completely unnecessary. Good customer service would've help me since i was returning 2 pairs on the same day. Never will i buy from here again.

I am now at a loss of $279.00 because GlassesUSA will not allow me to return the product that they have unsuccessfully completed my order request. Along with their chat is a total waste of time. Their customer service via telephone is not helpful either. I want to return an item that I am not satisfied with and will never use and the company will not accept my return. The company does not provide immediate feedback and its return process takes months I want my money back!

I was skeptical about ordering glasses online, thinking they surely couldn’t get all the measurements and fit right. But because of the refund policy & the potential savings, I took a chance and ordered 2 pair of glasses. They got my progressive bifocal, polycarbonate, transitions just right in both pairs. I got 2 pairs for $400, when I normally pay $600 for a single pair! Only the length of the earpieces/arms was too long. That was my error & I was able to easily remedy the issue. I recommend you give *** a try.

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Glasses USA, and they have delivered on all products. My prescriptions have been accurate, and they provide a wide selection of quality high fashion frames to choose from. The only two things I don't like are the reply you get from the BOT when trying to reach customer service, and the that they don't produce tri-foculs in the lab. This is a dependable company to do business with.

Do not buy eyeglasses from this company! Lesson learned. Going to review BBB before ordering anything online from a company that I don't personally have experience with. Similar to other complaints, they use an offshore call center solely to make excuses for non-performance. Company claimed my eyeglasses, ordered on 10/17/22, were delivered to *** on 10/25/22, As of today, a week later, *** hasn't even received the package yet so who knows when or if they will actually arrive or whether they will be acceptable. Although the advertised prices seem reasonable, my order for progressive glasses ended up costing over $400 since everything is an add-on, no bargain even if they were delivered when promised. If you want glasses quickly, go to ***.

Horrible customer service. Can not get any live person on the phone. I sent back the glasses for being too strong of reading magnification power, and that was 3 months ago August 2022 It is now November 2022. I inquired about where my corrected glasses are, and I got asked via email about the prescription info. This info is on your website, I need the reading power lowered from 1.75 to 1.25. This was the third time I had submitted this information. 4 different customer service representatives, that all get the same answer. I used them 2 times in the past. This will be the last. Not to mention I paid for the rush service and they took a month to send out my glasses in the first place. Utterly disgraceful.

They are a scam. Charged me $332 for my glasses upon order. 7 days later, sent me an email stating my frame was out of stock ? so I immediately replied with replacement options. I have received multiple emails stating that my glasses are being processed despite their website order tracking only saying “order received”. I keep asking them to provide me with an order update - which glasses am I receiving and what is the cost breakdown and they keep sending me automated replies. Most recently they said my order has shipped despite online order tracking still saying only “received” and no updated frames. They make it difficult to talk to an actual person. Their “live chat” is a robot who can’t answer any actual question. You have to lie on their phone line and say that you want to place a NEW order just to get a rep on the phone. If you say you are checking on an existing order, they redirect you to more automated options that are absolutely worthless then they hang up your call. I finally got someone on the phone who said my order has been shipped. I asked for a tracking number and he said the order hadn’t been processed so he could not provide that. I’m confused - has it shipped or has it not been processed? They charged my card three weeks ago and seems like they’re just giving me the run around. Oh to make it better, I asked the guy on the phone which glasses I was getting since my original pair was out of stock and no one ever confirmed my new pair - he said the order stated I was getting the ones they emailed me we’re out of stock. Oh okay, so basically no one has updated my order and they just took my money. Such a scam.

Glasses USA supposedly offers a year-long warranty to glasses when you purchase and have the option to extend that service. When I bought my glasses, they came in fine. One of the screws wasn't secured or something because the frame fell out and chipped on the side. I asked for a repair which they refused. I asked if I could have my money back, but they declined. They then sent me multiple-page documents of a policy stating they would not provide refunds. The "warranty" is a 50% store credit for the item. So not even enough to purchase a new pair. This policy is not clearly explained well to purchases. Buyers beware.

This company charged my card for $1 trail package then a week later took $32 from my account without my knowledge or consent. I had a trail package so why would I order without getting comfortable with the new contacts? They sent out another package to a address that I was no longer residing after speaking to a supervisor informing me that it was sent out by mistake! For 2 weeks now I have been lied to by several different reps and supervisors regarding my refund back for goods I didnt order nor receive! They keep lying and misinforming me. I have an email dated 10/8/2022 that my refund has been processed and may take 5-7 business days and here we are business day 8 and theyre still giving me a hard time after having my bank on three way to witness the conversation. Today I will dispute chargeback and never do business here again $1 trail package turned into fraud!

Incompetent or is fraud their business model. Its been 2 months since I paid for glasses that I dont have. Their promotions are crazy so I called to confirm price before placing order. Placed the order, they sent glasses with the wrong prescription. I returned them, and they asked for prescription again to remake them. They dont provide updates. I used chat to follow up and they didnt have any info. Then they sent an email asking for more money. I said no and demanded a credit to my card. The next day the happiness team offered to make them at the original price. I accepted, but never received a confirmation. Tried to follow up. Chat has no info, they dont respond to email, you cant reach anyone by phone. I asked for a refund again. No response after repeated emails. Filed a charge-back to get my money back. Just stay away.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses and paid the bill with all the fees and taxes, Or so I thought. The next day I received an email stating I needed to pay an additional $30 dollars because my prescription requires prism. So I paid it, plus tax again, never being told about this charge the first day or anywhere in the fine print. But its fine, whatever. That was Saturday, this morning I was awakened by my phone going off at 6am. Another email from GlassesUSA. The email states they need yet another $30 plus tax for the prism in my other pair of glasses before they can even start processing my order! I'm livid at this point and just canceled the entire order, I was informed it would take 10- 14 business days to receive a refund on my card. I should have come here first.

The glasses themselves are fine. The customer service is horrendous. You can’t talk to anyone who can actually affect change to your situation. They have to send emails to the people who can make changes and provide service. They take forever to ship your glasses. I sent a pair back to be exchanged. It took an email from me to get them working on the new pair 6 days later. Then they started emailing questions I promptly answered. Then they emailed me that they were unable to process my exchange request due to the price of the new frames being higher and gave me a store credit. Had they processed the exchange when they got my glasses, the frames were on sale for $26 less than the ones I originally got. Now I’m fighting for my money back. Like I said, the glasses are good quality but getting them is a hassle!

I placed an order for my RX glasses at 6 AM on 9/29/22. My credit card was charged on 9/29/22. After 8 emails and talking with customer service, they would resubmit my order, days later they say we don't have those frames to pick another frame. I picked another frame, but days later they said they don't have those frames. 15 days later now I'm back where I started. I will ask for a refund. I WISH I HAD LOOKED THEM UP ON THIS WEBSITE BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER

My glasses are great and we're a fraction of the price of my previous pair of bifocals. My only complaint was really with the shipping/ delivery as it took over 5 days to go from "label created" at the *** facility to "item shipped". I sent an email to the company and they promptly replied encouraging me to wait the full delivery window of *** days which was an accurate time frame. This was the 3rd pair of glasses we have ordered and the delivery company seems to be the limiting factor as a pair shipped with a different company arrived in less than a week. Overall an easy experience for me.

This was a first time online glasses purchase for me, and I was hesitant. But, I'm so glad I did this, and that I chose Glasses USA ! I ordered 3 pair. Loved the look of all of them,however the one pair wasn't quite right to correct my vision. I had no problem contacting them. They promptly remade that one pair of glasses, at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company. Lots of pairs to "try on", good service, and at a much lower cost . Overall, I was very pleased, and will definitely order again with them.

The fit was amazing and looked EXACTLY as it did one the ( virtual try on ) picture ! i also got transitions which came with an authenticity card - they give you your prescription on a little plastic card which is really neat and a beautiful hard glasses case with money off code on your next purchase! I see ver sharp through these glasses ! i found this company state of the art and the glasses were HALF The price as anywhere else ! I highly recommend !

This company Glasses USA is a trustworthy and quality company to buy eyeglasses from my experience. The first time I've bought prescription glasses online and for that matter at all. I went to an eye store and wasn't completely prepared with prescription, however I did look at prices, styles and when I shopped the prices that Glasses USA, it was obvious by far a quality purchase! In addition, the styles actually blew me out of the water to have so many choices, it was great. I included the enhanced coverage insurance and after about 2 months had an issue, it was addressed quickly and I've been assured that an exact new pair was being sent, Whew I feel great about this company and their trustworthiness and will continue to buy any and all glasses on GLASSES USA! THANK YOU!

I'm totally confused by the negative reviews I've come across here since I've only had positive experiences with this company. I've now ordered 3 pairs of glasses from them and have been totally satisfied with each pair. I did return 2 pairs with their very convenient return policy. Those returns were simply due to one pair being too small and one pair where I wasn't happy with the look on me. Each time the return was easy and a store credit (which I chose over a refund) was promptly applied once they received the return(s). I then simply ordered 2 different pairs. They have always been prompt with their email correspondences regarding the production and shipping process. I just received a pair today in the mail which were ordered with the store credit. Once again I'm completely satisfied, and I love the look! The frames are always great quality, the prescription is always accurate (but I also supply them with an accurate written prescription from my eye doctor) and the packaging is top notch. They do take at least 2 weeks to receive but I think that's understandable since it's an online business and ecommerce must flood the delivery services. I really hope whatever glitches the business may be having, which all businesses do, they remedy them so that I can continue to do get great glasses and relatively inexpensive prices. I am a totally satisfied customer.

My overall experience with GlassesUSA has been absolutely AMAZING! This review is in response to their customer service. I would especially like to give credit to the person chatting with me on ***. When I originally asked a question they responded very quickly, checked to make sure I had purchased the insurance, and told me where to send and what exactly to put in the email. They have also been in contact with me through the whole process, making sure I received notification on the progress of my claim and the progress of the new glasses being made. It's nice to feel like a priority and that they take the time to reach out to you and actually chat so you know it's not just some automated message. However that was not the only great thing about their customer service...after I sent my email claim for the 20/20 insurance with pictures , I received a response that my claim had been reviewed and approved in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! That is unbelievable! When I finally had the money and remembered to call to pay the $15 co-pay the lady on the phone was easily able to find my account. She was very nice and spoke clearly and made the process of paying and verifying info into a pleasant experience. So Thank You GlassesUSA! Their customer support team has clearly showed their buisness ethics and I'm not sure the last time I've been able to say that about a buisness, especially one online. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a pair of glasses. After receiving then I returned them because they were waaay too small.

I did the chat crap and got NO help.

I sent them back 4 weeks ago and put a note in the return explaining I need the same style/prescription in a LARGE size.

4 weeks now and had no email or phone call or update as to what is going on. I either want my money back or the glasses fixed and shipped.

I can never get a live person! I am pissed off and going to report this to the BBB!

Glasses USA Glasses

Ordered glasses approximately three weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping 3 to 5 days. Serviced status post production. Glasses landed in Georgia. One full week ago and label was applied. No movement since that time. Have not been shipped in the week. They have been sitting there to Massachusetts, where I live. Extremely angry about this and frustrated. Not able to speak to a human being regarding situation at all.

Feb 1st 2020- I ordered glasses (Burberry 0BE1313Q Black/Gold) order number *** Feb 15th they arrived July 9th- my glasses started peeling off at the sides after 5 months of use. I reported this issue July 10th I was told that they would replace the glasses at no additional cost. "We appreciate you sending your pictures to us for review. Our sincerest apologies for this situation; we understand how frustrating this must be. Please know we take our customers’ satisfaction very seriously and we prioritize the quality of our products. We will reproduce your order for you at no additional cost to you and regardless of the 14-day returns period. We’ve attached a prepaid shipping label to simplify the returns process of the damaged glasses to our facilities. As soon as your glasses return to us, we will reproduce your order and we will send an updated Order#. Request number *** August 9th I reached out to inquire about the status of my glasses. I was told that they were out of stock and I would have to pick another pair from the link provided. I asked for my original glasses back and I was told I could not get those back as they send them to charity. August 10th I picked a new pair of glasses for them to remake. They were in stock the day I selected from the link provided. August 16th I reached out again to see the status of my new glasses choice. August 17th I was told that those glasses were out of stock and I would need to pick another pair from the link provided. I selected my new pair that same day. "Burberry 0BE1334 My prescription is attached below. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a tracking number for me. I need to ensure my original selections are processed as such. These include Gold Lens Package($39) with my previous upgrades of Upgrades: Blue Light ($29), Super Hydrophobic ($9). " image.png No response August 18th I asked for confirmation. It said there are 4 units left. I do not want this to happen again. No response August 19th I asked for confirmation No response August 20th I asked for confirmation No response August 23rd I asked for confirmation No response August 25 I have been without glasses for a month and a half and I have headaches every day. It says there are three units of Burberry 0BE1334 left in stock. August 26th- Order # *** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As per checking with your order, there is already a request submitted to our Returns department to provide a status update of your exchange. Kindly monitor your email regularly for updates. Thank you. Sept 10th - checked in - automated kick back message Sept 14th- Order # *** We know that you’ve been looking forward to receiving your new order. We’re sorry if it took us this long to update you. We regret to inform you, the Burberry 0BE1334 black gold you chose for exchange is out of stock. Sept 14th - I swear I’m never actually getting any glasses because this is the third time! I emailed everyone everyday for weeks looking for a response or confirmation. I Never want to work with this company again and this is all contingent on the fact that I sent my original glasses back and no one ever told me that I could not get them back I have been without glasses for three months I have headaches every single day and this company is horrific. I have done every single thing to ensure that I received those glasses I have responded to emails immediately after they have been sent I reached out every single day and this is horrible customer service please escalate this to your superiors because I am livid. I submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau They responded that day 9/15 and stated my glasses would be produced in 3 business days. 9/28 Today is the 11th business day, they are still in production. No one has reached out to me.

I bought and paid for eye glasses on web site Glasses USA. I paid for and requested expedited shipping and was supposed to receive within 3 to 5 business days. I was provided a tracking number to CDL shipping. I kept checking the shipping website daily but there were no updates other than they "received the info" When I called on the 5th day I was told that I needed to wait one more day cause the first day doesn't count. I was also told that the package was probably not scanned yet. So I contacted them on the "REAL" 5th day and was told that the shipping company is having issues. So now I got a different excuse! I asked for a refund and they will not refund cause the merchandise is in transit. I have to wait till it somehow miraculously arrives. And then I can go through the hassle and cost of shipping it back to them AND then they would issue a refund.

On nov 15th I placed my order online with GlassesUSA and 5 days later I am getting the “run around.” I am convinced that I will never get the product that I payed for, and that this company is a SCAM. When you place your order, you have to provide info from your prescription and they validate it, well what had transpired is madness. From day 1 I gave them the phone number to my optometrist and their name, next day i get emails from the validation team saying “it cant be validated we can’t reach the company” … this goes on for days, and I call yesterday and with permission of ***s’ supervisor he allowed me to call my optometrist and he verified my rx over the phone! I was so elated, his supervisor even approved expedited shipping! I get off the phone and get another email from their validation team who says “sorry we can’t approve expedited shipping because we are still validating your order” now I am more angry, I call and am assured its still going out and to disregard the email…so today comes I call to see since its 48 hours why hasn’t this shipped out….I get the rudest girl and i ask for her supervisor… this time I get her supervisor, *** tells me that unfortunately my order can not be validated by phone and only by fax and that the validation *** did, is no good! I was told they are going to work on it by fax, but it gets better, my optometrist has told me to date that NO ONE from this company has reached out to verify my rx. At this point I feel like I am being strung along and lied to! I was also told I would not get expedited shipping even though ***s’ sup approved it

This is my second time ordering from GlassesUSA. I paid $101.90 for the Elliot frame glasses. My order number is ***. I was told it would take 2-3 days for them to do the 5 stripe test, it has been 8 days and I have not received any information about my glasses since then. All I am asking is that I get some information on where they are with my order and if they could ship my order to me as fast as possible.

This is regarding my order *** which was doomed from the time it was placed. Firstly the order took at least 3 weeks to arrive due to their choice of shipper. Fine. But then USPS misdelivered the package and instead of helping me with the carrier to track the package, the staff simply asked me to wait. I had to run to the post office myself and get the situation sorted out no thanks to any staff at the company. Still fine, at least the product works... ... not so fast, after wearing the glasses for less than 14 weeks, I sent them a message that the lenses are not beveled properly and cut my temples. I also gave them an example of their competitor whose glasses are beveled and they are not supposed to cut the face. But today I received a no non sense email from *** with a scripted reply that 14 day time had passed (it has not if they actually ever recorded the date the package was hunted down at the post office by me) and I should settle for a "store credit". The last representative's reply totally left a bad taste in my mouth since this is the height of dishonesty; don't deliver the package in 14 days and then point to the 14 day return policy.

Glasses USA Customer Service is only bots, and unable to find a live person,

No one has returned my online requests regarding a missing pair of glasses.

Order #[protected] was two pair of glasses, and according to DHL tracking it appears both glasses were packaged in one container. On Saturday 2/24 I received the package with one pair. Ottoto Polk Black is missing, and contacted your company via online chat that day, and was advised a ticket would be created and someone would email me. No email has been received, Either refund one half of the $307.00 payment I made February 5th or replace the missing glasses.

Please advise,

Glasses USA Can’t get a hold of an agent

My order was supposed to take three days max for production and I ordered them the twelfth and they still say they are in production. I even paid to have them shipped quicker because I was needed them asap. I can’t get anyone on the phone to request my money back for the quicker shipping or to address the issue of how long it’s taking them to finish my glasses.

Again this was ordered on the twelfth! I can’t tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am by this process and not being able to talk to anyone about it

This people are scamming.. Took my money fast, but needing help took days and wasted my time... Disrespectful and very poor customer support led to my cancelled orders... Now getting some [censored] about delaying my refund... Remind you they took my money in 1 second, gave me nothing but headache, yet they want my business? I don't think so. Glasses USA Incorrect prescription

I have received glasses two weeks ago ( Dec 23, 2023) from Glasses USA and they are so blurry that I cannot see with them. Order # [protected]. Glasses USA Glasses Order

Representees and supervisors do not care about the customer. They would rather cancel the order than try to help even after stringing me along for weeks. They have been in limbo. After two weeks I called and spoke to Bruno who would never answer a direct question and hung up on me twice. Ashley the supervisor lied about what we discussed. Beyond disappointed. It appears from other reviews that this may be standard business practice.

Glasses USA Prescription sent via fax. Ordered multiple times. No answer or human assistance.

Being forced to fax my eyeglass prescription because upn initiation of order prescription parameters were so narrow that they did not list my cylinder and axis requirements. Although my script being single vision. So, on11 21 FAXED PRESCRIPTION TO GLASSES usa.As they stated via email that they did not receive it. i\And was unable to enter into computer because the parameters given were not robust.Great balls of fire, it took me an hour and multiple calls to speak to a live person after being routed to several automated ques. What a frustrating afternoon.

Glasses USA Glasses returned for exchange as required but not received.

I returned my glasses for replacements on September 11, 2023 and I haven't heard anything nor have I received my replacement glasses. I requested the lens be superthin, scratch resistant coating, UV protective coating(UV400), Premium Anti-reflective Coating, and a Free Prescription card due, but that was not done. I have attempted several times to find out what the delay is only to receive a recorded response. Please let me know what the status is and when I will receive my replacement glasses.

Glasses USA Order # [protected] 2 pairs of glasses

2 pairs of glasses were received with the incorrect prescription in the left lenses. It appears a non- prescription lens was inserted in the left lenses of both glasses.

Theses lenses distort my vision.

I am requesting a refund.

I no longer want to conduct business with a company that blatantly ignores the prescription I sent to them, by using fake non- prescription lenses.

I have attempted to contact them by phone several times. They informed me they would send an SMS to my phone to have someone contact me; none have been received.

Today, I received an email advising to use their website to refund the glasses. There is no refund option available. I feel as if I’m getting the runaround from this company.

Claimed loss: The loss is $266.40. I still have the glasses and am happily to return them, as they are useless to me.

Desired outcome: I am requesting a refund from the company. I believe an exchange would result in receiving the non- prescription lenses that I have now.

tried calling eighteen times and they never answer the phone...Just keep sending you you to other websites.

When i went to the suggested location to return the glasses at fedex, i was told by fedex they would charge me an additional $15.99 to ship them back to glassesusa.Com

they sent me glasses that were not the same frame that i had tried on and agreed to purchase. The glasses were fitted to someone else like a child possibly.

I expect my total cost of $86.09 plus the return shipping by fedex of $15.99 to be returned.

This total is ...$102.08

They never respomd to any emails or Facebook messages I accidently ordered only for distance been trying to get it changed to bifocals when I can get someone through chat they say they can fix the order bit they don't now my order is on hold been trying to get my.momey.nack plus what insurance paid the glasses if they do send them to me I'll have to return because I need bifocals

Glasses USA Insurance Accepted on GlassesUSA Web wasn't valid

On website Glasses USA, it stated that VSP insurance would accept my purchase for reimbursement. Glasses USA even provided the form. I submitted my request to VSP, but was denied.

Reason for denial was stated, “Your plan does not allow reimbursement for service(s) from a provider who in not a Preferred network Provider."

Therefore making your claim is FALSE and misrepresented.

Because the site stated VSP would reimburse me for my purchase, is my sole reason for purchasing my glasses from Glasses USA.

Glasses USA My eyeglasses have not shipped as promised

I placed an order for two pairs of glasses. Order #[protected]/16/2023. I tried to call and only received pre recorded messages that did not answer my questions. I emailed customer service only to receive a response saying the email account is not monitored and even tried other email accounts listed same message. Live chat is a robot cannot get a response of any kind. I followed their instructions each time to check the status the date or progress has not changed in days.

Glasses USA Scam;Never Received Order

I ordered a pair of Oakley eye glasses on August 15th. For payment I used my debit card. In order for the debit card to be authorized the correct zip code had to be entered. After the order had shipped it showed the address I used the other time I ordered to ship the glasses to. They said they sent another pair however I still haven't recieved any. I have spoke to 5 people who say "they will be there, is there anything else I can help yiu with?" NEVER ORDER THROUGH THIS COMANY. I needed new glasses as had broke mine. I am thankful for the place in town who rushed my glasses after telling them of this NIGHTMARE of a place.

Glasses USA rab ban rb 6421 order no.[protected]

I received my order from glasses usa last week of August. I was very disappointed when I received my Ray Ba RB6421 made in China instead of Italy where I was expecting it to come from. It is no wonder that the price I paid for your Ray Ban glasses is almost half the price I paid for a Safilo glass made in Italy. I am very sure that this so called Ray Ban eyeglasses will not last as all my other frames were either made in Italy or France. I ordered this Ray Ban glasses because wanted to wear it with pride and tell whoever praises it that it is made in Italy. Now I have to tell my friends that the reason Glasses USA is able to offer cheap prices is because their frames are mostly made in a cheap country such as China. Shame on you for misleading good customers like myself on cheap products"

Desired outcome: I would like a genuine Ray Ban frame made in Italy if this is even possible at all. I don't wan a refund because I need my current glasses.

Glasses USA Cannot get any response about a no-show order.

Order placed and corfirmed: August 16, 2023

Conditions: Six business days production (even though website stipulates three days for somple lenses), then info on tracking delivery

As of August 30, 2023, 11 business days later, no info.

Phone contact and chat are entirely automated and would not even respond to the pre-formulated questions. Seems impossible to reach a real person that may be able to help. Tried several times.

Final approach, sent email August 30, 2023.

To compound the frustration, since placing my order I have received 10 emails soliciting further purchases.

Desired outcome: I would like to know when my glasses can be expected so as I can make a decision to cancel my order or not.

Glasses USA Glasses

I wasn't going to complain about the first issue, which is that the glasses took 4 weeks longer then had originally been stated. Fine things happen. Now just over a month after receiving the glasses the lens is popping out. OK there is a year warranty right? What that means is they offer a store credit for another pair of glasses. They are not standing behind the product that is only a month old. Don't buy any product from this company.
