Frontier Airlines Unacceptable Customer Service: My Experience with Frontier Airlines

I had a really bad experience with Frontier Airlines recently. I missed my flight because the kiosk didn't recognize my flight information, which has happened to me three times in the last eight flights with them. Even though I was there in plenty of time, I had to wait an extra 45 minutes for them to take my ID and search for a supervisor. When they finally came back with an alleged supervisor, they refused to waive the rebooking fee, which I think is unacceptable since their staff created the issue in the first place.

I know Frontier is cheap, but I missed a really important family event and a meeting that cost me a lot of money. It would take 100 discounted flights to break even for the loss. I can understand when front line employees make mistakes, but when management arrives and doesn't even let me finish a sentence before declining my request, that's just not acceptable.

We fly weekly with a staff of four, and most of our flights originate from their base. It's going to be tough, but we're paying double now just to avoid the headaches. I feel sorry for the shareholders and employees who are actually trying to make things work, but the apparent short-term savings have cost me dearly.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines Overbooked My Flight and Caused Inconvenience - Refund Needed

I had a flight booked with Frontier Airlines to return to San Diego on May 30th. I was all set to fly out at 6:45 A.M. and had my confirmation and everything. However, when I arrived at the airport, I, along with many other people, were told that we had missed our flight. This was not true because the plane was still being loaded. The real reason was that Frontier Airlines had overbooked the flight and put about 15 of us in an inconvenient situation.

I had to book another flight through one of the airlines at the airport at an outrageous price of almost $800.00 just to get to San Diego. This was unacceptable, and I want half of my fare returned to me on my credit card or I will accept a check. I will not accept anything less. Frontier Airlines caused me a lot of trouble, including finding somewhere to stay for the night and getting me to El Centro, which was my final destination.

I have left a message on Frontier Airlines' complaints and compliments number, but they seem to think that I am not important enough to return my call within 2-3 days as they promised on the recording. I expect to hear from them soon, and I will not stop until I receive my money back. I am sure the other 14 people affected by this situation feel the same way.

Frontier Airlines needs to take responsibility for their overbooking practices and the inconvenience they caused their customers. I am willing to share my experience on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter if necessary, but I hope Frontier Airlines can resolve this issue before it comes to that.

My booking number is *** and my confirmation ticket number is RKRMMD. The credit card I used to book the flight ends with the numbers 9404. I hope Frontier Airlines can rectify this situation soon.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines: A Tale of Incompetence and False Information

Frontier Airlines is the worst functioning business I have ever had an interaction with. I don't know how they spread so much disappointment and rage and still manage to stay in business. Our flight to Cleveland was one of hundreds canceled out of Denver the weekend before Christmas, but not before it was moderately delayed so we still had to get up at 3am and drive two hours through the mountains in the off chance that it left on time. They tried to claim it was weather related so they wouldn't have to comp any hotels or more expensive tickets for the thousands of people they screwed over, even though it had been beautiful for days and no other airlines were having these problems.

Lines were horrendously long to talk to customer service and remedy our canceled flight. We were the lucky few in the first thirty people or so of the line and only waited a little over an hour. Other poor souls were hundreds of people back in line and, if they are finally done waiting two days later, should sue for emotional distress damages. When we finally got up to the service counter, the customer service agent seemed like she could care less and just wanted a nap. She was not helpful at all. She had no recommendations for us. We were told we couldn't fly into Cleveland until Friday! (Mind you, this occurred at 9am Monday) We finally got out of her that we could get tickets on a flight to Cincinnati, but that was only after we asked about flights to 4 other cities. She was completely unforthcoming with any helpful information.

Upon asking about our luggage that had been checked to Cleveland, we were told that our checked bag would be taken off the canceled flight to Cleveland and we could pick it up at baggage claim, recheck it on the new flight to Cincinnati and go back through security. When we arrived at baggage claim there were hundreds or suitcases strewn around the carousels. After waiting half an hour (at this point our flight had been canceled for about 2 hours already), I was told that our bag was going to go to Cleveland anyway, despite the fact that the flight was canceled. I was ready to leave baggage claim on that knowledge, when my husband talked to someone else who said to wait there and the bags would come up on the carousel in about 45 minutes. Now we had conflicting information and we had to track down someone else to confirm which was correct. It turned out our bags would indeed be showing up. Get your story straight people! How does a company allow an employee to go around telling customers completely false information? If I had relied on that information my day would have been even worse! From the time the flight was canceled to the time the luggage made it back to baggage claim was almost three hours!

After checking our bag to Cincinnati, the plane to Cincinnati ended up being 5 hours delayed! At one point, it was delayed a half hour every half hour for three hours. Get it together people! Don't string someone on like that. As hope that we would make it to Cincinnati that night and still be conscious enough to drive to Cleveland ebbed away, we started looking for other options. We ended up getting on a standby list for a flight to Columbus and getting on that plane. With all this bouncing around between flights, I was told we could fill out a form directing the airline to ship our bag to us in Cleveland when it landed in Cincinnati. When we landed in Columbus I asked a frontier agent where I could fill out the form. She didn't know what I was talking about! She told me to call customer service. More conflicting information, imagine that. I called customer service and proceeded to wait on hold for 2.5 hours! Yes, the entire drive from Columbus to Cleveland consisted of me waiting on hold with Frontier customer service. But wait, there's more! Upon talking to a person, she told me my bag had actually been pulled off the Cincinnati flight when it was discovered we were no longer on it and was in Denver. She took the address for delivery and said the bag would be overnighted. Imagine my surprise when I got a voice mail the next afternoon saying I had to call Frontier baggage at Cincinnati and provide delivery information because our bag was actually in Cincinnati! Six hours and 20 phone calls later, I was finally able to talk to someone who said my bag did, in fact, make it to Cincinnati and I had to give them delivery information to ship it.

Does no one know anything? Who spreads all this false information to so many employees? How is it that one company can have so much conflicting information? This fiasco is the absolute epitome of incompetence. And my story is better than some others. I made it home that day. The same cannot be said for everyone Frontier screwed over this past weekend. I hope these atrocities indicate a company in its death throws that will soon be nothing but a distant memory of anguish and a warning to others how not to run an airline.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines: A Total Disaster - Beware of Booking Through flyfrontier.com

Frontier Airlines is a total disaster. They straight up lie to you and take your money. I'm telling you, be careful when you book through flyfrontier.com. Their customer service is terrible, too.

Let me tell you about my experience. I booked a flight through Frontier's website and everything seemed fine. But then, a few days later, I got an email saying that my flight had been cancelled. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I tried calling their customer service line, but I was on hold for over an hour and no one ever picked up.

So, I decided to try and rebook my flight online. But when I went to do that, I found out that Frontier had charged me twice for my original booking. I was furious. I tried calling customer service again, but still no luck.

Eventually, I was able to get a refund for one of the charges, but it was a huge hassle. And even though I got my money back, I still feel like Frontier stole from me.

Overall, I would not recommend Frontier Airlines to anyone. Their website is a mess, their customer service is non-existent, and they will straight up take your money without any explanation. Stay far away from this airline.

Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines Review: Affordable but Beware of Extra Fees and Limited Leg Room

So, my wife and I decided to give Frontier Airlines a try on our trip to Seattle. The price was a whole $100 cheaper than other airlines, which was a big draw for us. However, we quickly realized that the cost savings came at a price. We had to pay extra for everything - bags, seats, drinks, you name it. It felt like we were being nickel and dimed at every turn.

To make matters worse, the leg room was pretty cramped. We're not particularly tall people, but even we felt a bit squished. It would have been nice to have a little more space to stretch out during the flight.

All that being said, we did appreciate the fact that Frontier doesn't charge for carry-on bags. That's a nice perk that some other airlines don't offer. And the flight itself was pretty smooth - no major turbulence or delays to speak of.

Overall, I'd say that Frontier Airlines is a decent option if you're looking to save some money on your flight. Just be prepared to pay extra for everything and don't expect a ton of leg room.

Frontier Airlines Watch Out for Frontier Airlines Gate Agents: My Experience in Denver

I gotta say, I've been flying with Frontier Airlines for a while now and I've had some pretty good experiences. I mean, I've been able to use my underseat bags on all my flights without any issues. But then, when I was in Denver, these gate agents came along and charged me $99 per bag! Can you believe that? I mean, they were acting all high and mighty, like they were the kings of the airport or something.

Now, I've flown with Frontier in Atlanta, Cancun, and Vegas, and I never had any problems with my bags. They had these little wheels that stuck out about half an inch, but the gate agents there didn't seem to mind. But in Denver, it was a whole different story. I don't know what their deal was, but they were just looking for any excuse to charge me extra.

Honestly, I'm just done with this BS on Frontier. I don't want to deal with these self-righteous little gate agents anymore. I just want to get on my flight and not have to worry about getting ripped off. So, if you're thinking about flying with Frontier, just be aware that you might run into some gate agents who are out to get you.

Frontier Airlines Mixed Experience with Frontier Airlines: Be Careful About Bag Size and Extra Fees

I recently took a flight with Frontier Airlines from Charlotte, NC to Denver, and I must say, it was a pretty smooth ride. I didn't have any issues with my personal item, which was a travel bag measuring 18 inches. However, when I was boarding my flight from Denver to Sacramento, I encountered a bit of a problem.

There were two people checking the size of bags, and they were being quite strict about it. When I tried to fit my personal item into the bag check niche, one corner of my bag didn't quite fit. The two people checking the bags were not very friendly and made me pay $99 for it. I must say, I was quite disappointed with their attitude.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Frontier Airlines was mixed. While the flight itself was fine, the experience at the airport left a bad taste in my mouth. I would advise anyone traveling with Frontier to be very careful about the size of their bags and to be prepared to pay extra if they don't fit the requirements.

Frontier Airlines Terrible Experience with Frontier Airlines: Hidden Fees, Rude Customer Service, and Short Voucher Validity

My experience with Frontier Airlines today was just plain awful. I tried to book a reservation for my family of three, but the website made me pay two different prices. And that's not all - they charged me extra for seats, carry-on bags, and even coffee! I couldn't believe it.

When I called customer service, I had to wait for over an hour before someone finally picked up. And when they did, they were so rude to me. After arguing with them for a while, they finally agreed to give me a credit for my next flight. But when the voucher came, I was shocked to see that it was only good for three months - no extensions allowed! Are they serious?

I used to love flying with Frontier, but after this experience, I will never fly with them again. Their customer service is just terrible. It's such a shame, because I really enjoyed their flights before. But now, I'll be looking for a different airline to travel with.

Frontier Airlines Warning: Stay Away from Frontier Airlines - Dishonest Practices and Poor Customer Service

Frontier Airlines is not a good choice for booking or making reservations. I had a bad experience with them recently and I am currently in a dispute with them. I ended up losing a few hundred dollars because I canceled within 24 hours. I was just trying to make some changes before I made the purchase, but they charged me anyway. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all.

To make matters worse, I found out that they charged me $145 in my checking account without my permission. I never gave them my checking account information, so I don't know how they got it. When I asked for a refund, they only gave me $.40 on the dollar. This is not fair at all and I would advise anyone to stay away from Frontier Airlines.

It's obvious that they are cheating 80% of their customers and they can't be honest and stay in business at the same time. I don't know how they are able to stay in business with such bad practices. I hope that other people will read this review and avoid making the same mistake that I did.

Frontier Airlines Wild pass

I'm currently a wild pass member with frontier airline. I been trying all day to book a ticket to go to San Juan Puerto Rico from Jacksonville Florida. The website let me pick the flight and everything related with the trip. Even that I have a wild pass in which I should be covered on the price of the ticket since I paid my wild pass membership for the summer (false advertisement) they are charging me 32 dollars for the tickets going to Puerto Rico and 131 dollars for the return ticket. Well at the end of the reservation while trying to pay for my bags, the 32 dollars and the 131 for the return ticket that they are charging for the flight the system won't let me pay. I tried for HOURS to complete the transaction. I decided to chat with costumer service online because they don't have a costumer number where you can talk to someone live, the person that I was chatting with told me that he couldn't help me because I had a wild pass, and he couldn't book me a ticket and told me to book it online later. an Hour and a half later I got on my account again to book the ticket and now the wild pass is not available even when I see that they have open seat. I can book one if I pay a full price but I couldn't use my wild pass. This is False advertising and I want my wild pass money back.

I agree also that the pass is a scam. I am out of $599 for the purchase of the Go Wild Pass. ALL of the flights I am interested in are UNAVAILABLE ! I am in the process of complaining and want a FULL REFUND !

Frontier Airlines Customer service, no phone number to call, no one responds to chat

I am trying to cancel a one seat reservation for 6/19/2023, Denver to Syracuse

Confirmation Code: KGKFWK for Clifford J. Sovocool. He suffered a stroke in February, his Dr. has grounded him from flying for 6-12 months. I have done everything I can to cancel this on the Frontier WEbsite, which stinks by the way and no one responds. They have my emal and phone number. HELP!

Frontier Airlines Flight change

On May 24th 2023 I was scheduled to fly out at Chicago Midway flight F9 3761 at 1:18 pm going to Atlanta to catch another flight to San Diego my designation. I was at the Midway Airport waiting and Frontier Airlines changed the time for the flight to 3:05 pm. I missed the plane I was scheduled to catch due to the F9 3761 was too late. I had to catch two more flights to reach my designation San Diego to visit my 97 year old father. I had traveled for 8 hours, didn't get to my hotel till 3;00 am. I was hungry and tired had to drive from San Diego to Escondido where my hotel room was. The other two flights were F9 2299 and F9 891.

Desired outcome: I would like some compensation for the all day flights, driving at night being so tired, and not being able to visit with my father a full day due to being so late coming to the hotel for sleep at 3;00 am.

My first complaint was on May 3rd 2023, I was scheduled to fly out of Chicago Midway Airport at 11:54 am to Las Vega to catch another plane from Las Vegas to San Diego my destination to visit my 97 yr old father Flight number F9 2115 and F9 2127, Frontier changed my flight schedule and I did not see the change until I arrived at the Airport on May 3rd at 9;00 am and Frontier attendant told me they had changed the flight. It would have been impossible for me to try to make the changed scheduled flight. I would have had to sleep in the Airport going there to San Diego and sleep again in the Airport coming home, I would come back a day later and missed work, my trip would have been cut short for my visiting my father to one day only. I couldn't do this change, so I am canceling my flight thru my credit card , disputing the charges, I also had to cancel my reservation with my hotel and car rental that I booked ahead, the worst part of this was having to tell my father I would not be coming to visit him, he cried. The following is the changed scheduled flight, Flying out of Midway May 3rd at 9:42 pm F9 881 arriving Denver 11:23 pm, sleeping at the airport due to flight changed for the next day, Thursday May 4th depart 10:57 am F9 553 from Denver arrived San Diego 12:23pm, returning flight, leaving San Diego F9 2126 Saturday May 6 arrive Las Vegas 9:14 pm, sleep at airport, leave Las Vegas Flight F9 2114 at 4;00pm arrive Midway Chicago 9:29 pm, Late for work! I should not have to pay for any of this flight change!

Frontier Airlines Refund

I received an email this evening 5/26/2023 and it stated that a time change was made on my families flight. It at first glance appeared to be an hour so I clicked on confirm. Later and with further review I noticed that the actual time change for a direct flight was over 8 hours. I attempted to go back into the original email to select cancel but the option wasn't available. so I canceled it via the Frontier website. I had no other choice as there website is impossible to navigate and there isn't a phone number that allows you to speak with another human being, how convenient. Now the same day in the evening I get a email that says the reservation is canceled and i'm hit with a hefty penalty and they applied the balance to flight credit. I believe and am requesting a full refund as was originally offered and the credit will go back to my credit card. My wife is wheelchair bound and this entire experience wasn't necessary if only one could correct a mistake by being able to talk to another human and not a system that sets up the customer for failure.

Desired outcome: Full Refund and applied to my card of purchase. I do not want any airline credit.

Frontier Airlines cancelled flight,charge for backpack on connecting flight and lost money on hotel that i did not stay in due to cancelled flight

My flight was cancelled on 1/8/23 and rescheduled for 1/9/23.I lost money on a hotel in Miami due to the cancellation .I had to travel from Midway to a hotel near o'hare airport for the night only to travel back to midway in morning of 1/9/23 to catch the rescheduled flight. I was charged on a connecting flight on frontier for my back pack that i had no problems with on the first flight .I would like a full refund for the roundtrip airfare paid, the back pack paid for, the hotel money lost in Miami as i have requested. I do not want a $100 voucher to travel . I really don't care to use your airlines again ,ever. Confirmation #BBUJTJ

Frontier Airlines Go wild summer pass

Frontier Airlines has a huge Billboard on Interstate Hwy 44 going West out of Springfield, MO. They Advertise Flights in and out of Springfield/Branson Airports. They also advertise Online for Flights in and Out of Branson. Nothing is further from the Truth. So I paid for Frontiers Go Wild Summer Pass, which started May 2 to September 30th of this year. This is for unlimited travel, with some black out dates. When I tried to book a Flight to Denver, I found out that Frontier does not fly to either Springfield or Branson. I also tried to book a Flight from St Louis, tried so many dates only to find out that everything was UNAVAILABLE. When I tried to contact Frontier Customer Service I was told that this GO WILD PASS was NON-Refundable. This is Robbery, They wont even give me a Complimentary Round Trip Flight. Don't Get Screwed Over By Them. They have FALSE ADVERTISING

Frontier Airlines Surbooking et pertes de nos 3 bagages

Nous avons ete surbooke dans le vol de miami to la guardia du 01/05/2023

Nous etions 3 et nos bagages dans l'avion (n° de vol 2878 et confirmation g9wtkc) nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que de prendre un vol sur une autre compagnie (jetblue) mais qui arrivait à jfk le 02/05/2023 nous avons demande la livraison de nos bagages à lhotel à nyc aucunes reponses a ce jour services clients contacter à de mutiples reprises se contente d'enregistrer les incidents mais aucunes reponses! Nous sommes rentrees en france aucuns remboursements de nos vols, aucunes reponses de nos bagages ni de leurs vouchers qui n'ont jamais fonctionner malgre plusieurs appels à nos differentes banques

Frontier Airlines Over charge for baggage

Recently my wife and me and 2 children out of Trenton airport to Orlando airport on April 13 2023. We had 4 pieces checked bags and 4 personal bags . I had fly with frontier airlines every year never had issue with checked bags this time which I had paid online they couldn’t find that so they charged $150 remark as over weight for 3 bags .I call the costmercare to figure out why I have to pay $150 when I had paid online for 4 bags they never call me back with their answer . I will never travel again with frontier airlines if they don’t resolve my issue . . I still gonna corporate office.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my refund back $150 dollars

Frontier Airlines The offer for 399.00 dollars that my wife purchased.

My wife in good faith purchased your flight deals from May 2023 until September 2023.

She had a flight booked from San José. Costa Rica to Atlanta. GA.

She got to the airport and because your representive Kevin Rogers did give her a six digit number, she had to purchase another ticket for 199.00. She had paid 49.99 when she booked the ticket plus another 75.00 for a retrun flight from Atl back to San Jose for May 11, 2023. Jana Irwin Strange. Flight # 214 return flight 215 for May 11. 2023.

My Question Way and is she going to have to pay forvher return flight.

Frontier Airlines Over charged

flight LAS to SFO flight # F9 2079 time 5:15 AM seat 6D

Overcharged for traveling with my emotional dog, I was charged $100.00 for her to travel on a carry, $100.00 for her bag, which only had a bottle of water a foldable container, her leash, and a small package of her food.

the attendant was rude and overused her power, she threatened me that if I did not pay for her bag, I would be paying more by being forced to take another flight, she was the only Spanish speaking at that gate.

Unfortunate experience, on my first time, using this airline and being treated as a second-class citizen

On the Internet, promotions sound like great promotions, but in the end, they come out paying more and having to deal with rude personal spoiling the great memories of your vacation. I would happily pay more to another airline where the personnel is very nice and respectful.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund of $200.00. For the $100.00 overcharged for her bag, and $100.00 for being miss treated by your attendant.

Will not recommend Frontier Airlines to nobody. Rude unprofessional personnel

try to get your money by charging even to print a boarding ticket ($25.00) for a piece of paper, you ask for water they will give you a bottle of water for a charge.

Frontier Airlines Cancellation and poor customer service

My daughter Maya Parks has been stranded at the Orlando airport since 5a on April 16th due to pilot not showing. She has been speaking with Rep Nico trying to get a resolution to this matter but unfortunately he has not been able to provide any assistance or accommodation for this inconvenience. When asked to speak with a Supervisor, another Rep Cierra had interjected into the conversation with such attitude stating that she would not provide the requested Director/Supervisor's contact information, she removed her name tag and made a comment of "[censored]ing [censored]" which she thought no one could hear that statement. My daughter has stated that she would be reporting this matter, which Cierra states "that she (my daughter) will not be flying". Now the flight has been cancelled and my daughter has no way of continuing her trip to Charlotte. This process with Frontier has been very stressful and the staff very unprofessional. Something should be done to assist my daughter and the other passengers who are now left with no answers and stranded. I need this matter to be looked into and resolved expeditiously.

Desired outcome: I think an apology should be made as well as a refund for the flight and checked bag, Most importantly, the company need to retrain the staff on how to provide quality customer service.
