FlyDubai Refund

You have been exceptionally incompetent and unprofessional in handling my case. You are not consistent with your evidence and are now blaming me for the bad advice given by your employees. I do not understand why no one is answering me properly- YOU have cancelled the flight, YOU have forced me to rebook just so I can email for a refund and now YOU are saying this is my fault? You have absolutely no rights to hold on to my money and you certainly cannot force me to use your services against my will. This is illegal what you are doing and I need my money back ASAP or I will have to take legal action against your airline.

Desired outcome: Refund ALL my money back

Hi JF, FLYDUBAI did the same for my ticket from Kolkata to Tirana yesterday. They simply cancelled my flight with no explanation, and now they are forcing me to take vouchers. They didn't even reply to emails and Twitter messages. This shameful behaviour on their end is ridiculous. I'm never going to book through FLYDUBAI ever again. I can't figure out what to do with these bloody vouchers. And if anyone from FLYDUBAI is reading this. Get this sorted ASAP, otherwise there remains no option other than taking legal action against the airlines.

I have traveled with flydubai 3 times
Everything was very perfect.
But I booked flydubai ticket last time 9 April 21
When I came in Pakistan I was stuck because of
Covid 19 then Dubai Gov started flights 5 August I booked my ticket again and I called flydubai office there is one person the Name is Nasir attend my call I asked him bro flydubai will operate fz338 he said All flights suspended from Dubai Gov I called him more then 5 times Nasir August 8
Nasir said Fz338 will not operate August 10
Then ask him bro if flight will not go to Dubai then please send me Notification This guy didn't send me Notification. Email 📧 when I call on sialkot airport they said Fz338 going to dubai Almont 3 times And 9 August Again I called 20 times nobody received my called Your employ gave me wrong information and heart me And 9 August I canceled my ticket because nobody send me sms email Next time I will never use flydubai Thanks a lot

FlyDubai Gate closed before timing stated in the ticket

It's unequivalently when I found myself stuck In front of gate at DUBAI airport.
When flight gate was closed 55 min before departure of airplane.
My flight was booked under NJHI3Y "fly DUBAI".
All flights in words they will not close their gate before 45 min before departure of airplane but fly DUBAI dose that .
I think the main reason is transportation between airplane and airports passengers.
I don't why and how the gate can close 45 min when in the ticket mentioned 20 min before departure.

I was in counter begging fly DUBAI Perssonal to allow us to go in .But unfortunately they rejected .
I did lost my flight and I did rebooked again which cost me 3000AED for tickets.

FlyDubai Ticket future travel

I have dubai ticket on 18th august.
I cant fly on 18th because of vaccine i have taken in india both doses, so please 🙏 extend my ticket to future travel

FlyDubai Headquarters Al Warsan 3 customer service reception of Headquartered fly Dubai

Very very very Bad service very rude the Reception staff name is Haneen working on the reception as a costumer service in fly Dubai Head quarter In Dubai Warsan 3. She is very rude very bad talking to ppl this is a third time I visit a Head quarter fly Dubai and again this staff name Haneen So Rude with me 🤦‍♀️First two times I lived but again and again this not possible so how the costumer service of Government company Fly Dubai can talk rude and loudly with the people. I shocked Really.

FlyDubai Customer Service

Dears,

What is the purpose of your Customer Service?

I wanted to change my booking - to add luggage.
I am trying to reach anyone on [protected].
No on is answering at all.
I calculated - I spent 45 minutes and 23 secunds on the phone witing someone to answer my call.

FlyDubai Item left on aircraft

I travelled from Zanzibar to Dubai on 23rd july 2021 from flight FZ1260 and an orange foam seat for wheelchair was left on aircraft. I had been following with all possible ways to find that yet didn't receive any positive reply. Its a very important item for my daughter's wheelchair. Please find it asap.

FlyDubai Flight service precautions

Dear sir,

Travelling from dubai to tivat flight # fz749.

No precautions is taken at all when taking the bus to the airplane. Travellers are packed like sardines and no ac. The same in the airplane no ac flight is full... Where you can smell the breathes of all..

I dont think its the standard of dubai or either dubai airpirts regulayions

Unacceptable and comai will not be only here

FlyDubai Check in from Batumi to Dubai

I am an Omani National accompanied by my wife who has Pakistani nationality having residency visa in Oman as house wife for the last 30 years.
As per Dubai immigration law, Omani national wife including house servants gets entry visa on arrival. Hence there is no need to obtain prior tourist visa. We travellled from Dubai to Batumi for a week, while returning to Dubai, flight booking No. Y7M158 Fly Dubai staff did not allow her to travel back to Dubai unless she obtain prior electronic tourist visa.
As a result after spending 3 hours in Batumi Airport we were not accepted and missed our flight.
My 4 kids travelled alone and me and my wife returned to hotel in Batumi, obtained online tourist visa and rebooked our flight for 30/7/2021.
I strongly demand compensation of this miss informative act which is not in accordance with the Dubai immigration law in order not to happen to any othe fly Dubai passenger in future.

FlyDubai Bad and worst fly dubai airways 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I haven't witnesses one of the worst ever airline and itz services that is flydubai. People suffering is nothing for them but putting innocent passengers into troubles. I have booked flight from flydubai it has cancelled itz flight without any reason plenty of times they don't care what ppl has urgency. Covid PCR tests done 2 times but again flight cancelled without any reason. If you book once your trapped into their scame business. Flydubai is a scammers due to ZERO refund and hefthy cancellation charges which is no one can bear.There staffs worst ever seen they don't know how to deal with passengers.they are putting everyone into huge troubles and risk.

FlyDubai Cancelled flight

We booked a flight from Alexandria to dubai and just 24 hours before our flight the flight was cancelled with no explanation and no replacement flight around the same timing. To make matters worse they block the amount of cash on my credit card without withdrawing the money for two days now and I can't use my credit card to book another flight which has to be immediately because of the validity of the PCR test which will expire tomorrow

FlyDubai Flight cancellation and rebooking

Dear Sir or Madam,
Reference: Flydubai PNR EJASM6, 6BSJ1A AND 3JV801
I am writing to you in connection with the above flight PNR which we were booked our flight on June 23rd, 2021, Departure from Bahrain to Kyiev Ukraine
The flight was supposed to depart from Bahrain on July 27th, 2021, at 12:50 pm but unfortunately the flight timing has been changed see Email 1, then from here the scenario has been started please look bellow all emails
We are totally disagreeing with this process. Our reservation was made to travel on the 27th from Bahrain to Dubai with onward connection to Kiev. Flydubai cancelled our reservation and the message we received for all of us without considering that we will transit more than 18 hours in Dubai. We have paid for hotel and car rental based on our arrival on July 27th, 2021.
Flydubai started to re-book our flight on July 28th without even considering the payment we made for hotel and car rental. Please find bellow emails.
This process kept us wondering and disappointing our feeling and we were thinking what to do with these emails receiving every time from one of the most popular airlines in this region which is not accepted by us and does not leave a good impression to trust Flydubai for any future travel and would reflect negatively on reputation
Under EU Denied Boarding Regulation 261/2004 we are in title for compensation for July 27th hotel and car rental charges what we have paid.
In ACAO working paper Re: Council 25th session C-WP/14804 information English only Revision 13/9/18 Clouse 4.2 with accordance to the IATA, it is clearly stated that.
passenger entitlements enshrined in the regulations should reflect the principle of proportionality and the impact of extraordinary circumstances. Safety-related delays or cancellations (for example, those resulting from technical issues with an aircraft) should always be considered as extraordinary circumstances to exonerate airlines from liability for such disruptions. Where circumstances are within the airline's control, the right to rerouting, refunds, compensation, or assistance to passengers affected should be observed
I believe that flydubai airline needs to take full responsibility for the inconvenience and expense we suffered due to company's inability to plan for the problems, and communication breakdown that occurred among your staff. I expect to be compensated in the form of vouchers or similarly made whole

Hello, although I cannot help you in this instance, I can offer some insite which might help in the future. I was a travel agent for 35 years. In short, use a travel agent whenever possible. An experienced agent. And have him or her make sure the airline you are booked on is a commericial carrier or associated with a large commercial carrier. Though the smaller carriers often sell bulk tickets at a much lower rate, you often have no recourse for terrible treatment as many of them are actually charter airlines and do not operate under the same regulations as commercial carriers. Keep in mind that they also do not operate under the same safety standards as large commercial carriers as well as the smaller carriers affiliated with them. This is a common problem in some parts of the world, particularly the Middle East, Africa, and some parts of Asia. You may have to spend a little more in the short term, but you will save a lot of headaches and money in the long term. I understand you predicament. I had clients who insisted on the lower rates offered by unscrupulous charter airlines and I eventually had to stop assisting with those bookings. When things went wrong on these bookings ( and they often did) I had no recourse for them. I wish you and your family much luck and safe travels.

FlyDubai Canceled flight

I will complain about my flight August 5 riyadh to dubai, it was canceled, but i have to know the next available flight for it because i have my connecting flight from dubai to hongkong on Augusst 6 at 5:20pm, i will make sure that i can depart on the said date so that i cannot have any problem. And i call the number you will not answering, please give time for this. Thank you

FlyDubai Unprofessional and insensitive staff, missed our flight because of them

We had to board the flight FZ1207 from DXB - MLE at 02:00 AM on July 19th . We were at the airport and checked in as well, but to my surprise, there was no announcement, no call to us to board the flight. we reached at the gate sharp at 02:00 am after checking the display board - but the staff who was there did not let us board the flight and when we checked it later - it showed that the flight was 30 minutes delayed.
Unfortunately, we missed our flight and had to buy the the tickets for EK657 which costed us AED 6500, we were not at fault as we checked in and were waiting at the airport.

FlyDubai Refund Of cancelled flight

I booked a ticket from Delhi to dubai and dubai to Entebbe, but the flight got cancelled and i got the voucher(8QWG77) worth USD 316.74. Due to Covid environment i will not be able to travel in next one year and my voucher will expire, which will cause loss of money to me. In view of this, kindly return my money to avoid any financial loss to me.

FlyDubai Stranded in Georgia no revert on email sent

Case ID [protected]

We had ticket booked from Tiblisi to Georgia on 18th July for 3 passengers upgraded to business. We had additional paid over 900 aed for seats.

My wife got Covid and we had to cancel the flight. Have mailed the details twice and my brother has called the call center. They said approval will be taken for rebooking. However. No revert. We are planning to return around 28th or 29th as advised by the doctor with the PCR report. Due to last min hike in prices we would like to book in advance.

Awaiting revert as it's getting too expensive and problematic with the flight booking.
If out of customer service you can consider the business class upgrade given her condition will be very happy. We had upgraded on our 1st journey too and would be able talk about fly dubai service levels if this could be considered.

FlyDubai The cancelled flights not being rescheduled. Not getting any response.

Dear sir,
I had a booking of 4 tickets, from Male to Kathmandu with fly dubai (reference number: PYWDT2). It was scheduled initially on june 9 and then shifted to july 6 (which also got cancelled), due to the COVID situation. But now I am unable to get any updates for my booking (which i have asked multiple times to shift to nearest next date). As our visa is going to get expired so we need to travel as early as possible (august 1 st week). It has come to my knowledge that the flights on this route have started to operate, so its humble request to arrange us a near future booking for our cancelled flights.
Hope you will understand the situation. Kindly revert back.

FlyDubai Cancellation refund

I was supposed to travel by 22nd July from Doha to Chennai. On 21st July got message from airlines that the flight has been cancelled. I have booked my ticket (including family members 4 passengers) in flexi considering the flexibility of re-schedule and cancellation. However airlines informed me that they will refund only flydubai voucher which is valid for one year. My money will be locked with airline for next one year without any fault from my side. this is really cheating the passenger. I dont want to travel in this airlines anymore I want my cash refund in my credit card.
