We don't know much about how FedEx handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with FedEx and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

FedEx Driver delivered to wrong address and no help and support from anyone

I am not happy with the whole team of fedex. My parcel was lost by careless and stupid and idoit behaviour of driver choose to deliver my parcel on wrong address on 16th May at 1:14pm. I had made several contact and spoke to may agent to find out and ask the driver manager to ask the driver where the hell he drop th eparcel but nno one seems bother and show any interest. this was an international courier ht took almost more than a month to deliver and due to stupid and free paid *** workers work in fedex has lost my parcel. I also have cctv footage from my leasing management that saw driver went to side of buliding to drop the parcel. I had never been get any update calls neither got any manager call for this since the case open. I am very disappointed and will circulate this on social media and never use and recommend using FedEx anymore. worst people with *** employee

FedEx Fedex Lying about attempted delivery

Fexed texted me a notification that they would be delivering today. I specificaly set up the shipment to NOT require a signature, but now it says it needs one.

So I sat right next to the front door all morning waiting for them to deliver the package. I was periodically checking for updates and then it suddenly changes to "Delivery Exception: Customer Not Available or Business Closed"

NOBODY from Fedex ever attempted to deliver the package, they didn't even drive past.

Calling up their customer service is a waste of time, they just told me it's being returned to the shipper. I AM the shipper, I sent the package to myself when I was in Kentucky. What the hell am I supposed to do if they send it back to Kentuky? I'm not there anymore.

Judging by what I'm reading here, apparently lying about attempted deliveries is pretty common from Fedex.

Desired outcome: Do what you're paid to do and deliver the package and don't lie about attempted deliveries when you never even try.

FedEx International shipment lost by driver - fedex

This is to inform you that my parcel has been missing since 16th may after god knows where he delivered and I had not received my parcel although it says it was delivered but due to lack of stupidity and carelessness of the idiot driver choose to be delivered on wrong address. he didn't took any picture, nor he ask proof and was signed by P. Patel and I am not P. Patel I am A Patel. I can imagine what type of people work in FedEx as it is taking more than 5 days to locate my bloody parcel and still searching that shame on the entire team. I was calling daily from last 5 days and asking to contact the driver where he left the parcel, he shouldn't suppose to drop anywhere else. I am not happy with the whole experience and the journey and very dissapointed. The call log many times and customer service are worst and all getting free pay as I lost my valuable things and stupid and idiot driver lost my parcel. It took almost a month to clear the shipment hold for customs clearance and finally driver made whole mess by wrong delivery. I need to make complaint about whoever involved and look for justice

FedEx Misdelivery to wrong place, left package in the street and lied

April 20, 2023 I got a call around 5:00pm stating that furniture in my name was delivered to the wrong address. Because of the size of the furniture, I left my home and went to the previous address where I used to live to find that FED/EX left the furniture in front of the gate, basically on the sidewalk of a busy downtown street. To this date they have not picked up the package. I saw the picture they took of the furniture on the street, and I got a text stating that they left the future on a porch. There is no porch. It was too many steps for 3 of us seniors to carry the large furniture so it would not remain in the street. At my place of employment, it's just as bad. FED/EX agents drop the packages anywhere and they do not check in with desk clerks, security. It seems as if this company does not care about the complaints, just the money.

Desired outcome: The furniture is still at the place where they misdelivered it. I need a letter sent to me. The owners of the house have to pay for FED/EX to come and get the package and that's not fair because its a womens aged home.

FedEx Delivery to a business

FedEx was supposed to deliver a package today to the church where I work. I waited around for hours because I needed to sign for the package. The driver didn't come until after our office is normally closed, which I knew might happen so I waited for him/her when I could have been doing something useful. The driver apparently just assumed the church was closed and never stopped at all. The driver didn't even pull into the parking lot as far as I can tell. I don't understand what is so hard about checking to make sure that you can't deliver it, why assume?

The customer support person I talked to on the phone emailed me a link to the FedEx delivery manager so I could pass on special instructions to the driver. However, it wouldn't allow me to complete the process because it was only for residential customers, not businesses. I talked to her shortly after the tracking said the driver had failed to deliver the package, I don't know why it would be so hard to call him/her and instruct them to go back and do their job. If I could use the FedEx delivery manager, I could pass on the instructions that drivers should use the West Door (which should be obvious anyway)

Desired outcome: Instruct your drivers to attempt a delivery even if they think the business might be closed. Get it right in the future.

FedEx Lying about attempting delivery

I order a weekly food box, and I swear at least 75% of the time it is delayed because of Fedex. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, 5/20 and at that point has been in a box since Thursday just with an ice pack. It normally arrives fine if on time. Well, I realized today it wasn't delivered and I never got tracking information so I look online and find the tracking, and pull it up and it says that "Customer Not Available or Business Closed

Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day" and gave the exact time the driver put that in. I immediately pulled up both of our ring cameras and have proof that not a single driver attempted or even GOT out of their truck to deliver my package of food. Lucky me, because the next business day isn't today (Sunday) it's tomorrow...IF they deliver it. I guarantee my food will be rotten, just like the driver who clearly lied about doing his job. Also, I've never ONCE needed to be home for a food delivery so they clearly did not even try to stop. I also never had a sheet on our door saying they attempted delivery or anything. Fedex is the ABSOLUTE worst.

Desired outcome: I'd like a refund of my order that will clearly be rotten and for the driver to be in trouble for lying. I can even send proof they never arrived.

FedEx A person impersonates a fedex delivery man

Me and my friends were expecting some important paperwork from a notable banker. He used a so called Courier service to deliver. We have spent thousands of dollars on this one package because the so called impersonator is requesting money every day and hour. He sent me his badge that he is using. He is using Fed ex to steal money from innocent people and its wrong. I can provide his badge that he sent. I am praying that whomever is using this email and badge be caught and locked away. So very sad. We loss thousands. He goes by the name of Mr. Paul Boler. He uses this email address "paulboler. [protected]@gmail.com". I hope google can expose who is really using this email and using a fake Fed ex badge.

Desired outcome: I would like to find out who this guy really is. And he needs to refund all our money back. We never received any paperwork. All he does is make excuses and ask for more money or else he will not deliver.

FedEx 300$ package not delivered! But marked as delivered!

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday May 18th anywhere from 10am to the latest 4:30pm. They never showed up and marked my package as delivered. I am extremely pissed. I am the only house at this address. So, they couldn't have mistaken someone else for it! FedEx can either bring me my package, or they will be getting sued for lying and basically being a THEIF. I will keep on and on about my package because it was worth almost 400$. -

Desired outcome: My package better be delivered to me, or I won't hesitate to take other measures because this is unacceptable.

FedEx Multiple packages never attempted

I ordered a package through Amazon on May 9th, 2023. The package arrived at a FedEx facility in Cambridge, OH. It is being delivered in Glen Dale, WV. Mind you, where I live is over an hour away from Cambridge, OH. The packages tracking states that it was out for delivery from Cambridge on May 10th at 6:32am. The package was allegedly delivered at 7:28am. That’s 56 minutes. Impossible unless the driver had only 1 package to deliver on his route.

Secondly, another package was suspiciously “delivered”. This package was out for delivery at around 8am. The package wasn’t able to be “delivered” until 11:42 PM. I don’t know of any delivery company delivering packages at midnight.

I have video surveillance of the property, and I can see that no delivery attempts were even made at these times. FedEx clearly still has my packages, but they want to say they were delivered.

Desired outcome: Investigate and locate where the packages are within FedEx’s system.

FedEx Dangerous drivers

Fedex drivers are constantly speeding down Raccoon Hill Rd and surrounding roads in Andover NH. Just Saturday, May 13th, I had your driver run a stop sign at a high rate of speed coming off of Shaw Hill Rd in Andover NH and almost hit me and my family in my truck. The truck number was 2CDA8R6 if that helps. I know this because his next stop was my house and I got him on camera. The time of day they are speeding down these roads is when the neighborhood kids are getting off school buses and they walk these roads home. I have spoken to drivers in the past but nothing has changed. The speed limit on these roads is 30mph, and they are driving significantly faster than this, and ignoring stop signs.

Desired outcome: Train your drivers on proper driving, especially in small neighborhoods with people walking before they hurt someone.

FedEx Overnight shipping

I was in Lancaster PA on a Wednesday and needed to overnight a package to my lawyer who was less than 3 hours away in NJ. This was paperwork for a house closing that was to take place on Friday. I went to the local FedEx office. The gentlemen was very helpful and processed my package quickly. However, the package was not delivered on Thursday as paid for and not on Friday either. Our house closing was therefore delayed, causing us to incur additional costs. The document was finally delivered to my lawyer that Monday and we rescheduled the closing. I filed a claim with FedEx to at least get my money back, but was denied. I will never use FedEx again.

Desired outcome: A refund of my shipping fee as well as a portion of the additional expenses. $200 will do.

FedEx FedEx said delivery was attempted - bare face lie. Video to prove

I stayed home all day today waiting for a FedEx package. I was sitting in my home, watching my security camera on my driveway and my doorbell camera when I received a text at 4:56 saying delivery had been attempted at 4:47 and nobody was available at the home. Of course there was also no note at the door, because the camera shows that no delivery was attempted. I have the video clips to prove it.
I am astonished at this absolute LIE.
Package tracking number is [protected].
I paid the shipper almost $100 for shipping on this package (46 lbs from Texas to San Diego).

Desired outcome: Delivery tomorrow, an apology from the driver who lied, and full refund of shipping costs paid

FedEx Package delivery

I ordered a set of 4 whitewall tires, company said tires would have to be signed for. I received an automated call from fedex on wednesday evening 5/10/2023. Telling me iwould need to be home to sign for this package on 5/12/2023. This automated call did not allow me to place delivery on hold till I would be home or speak to a human. I tried calling again, but again no # that would allowme to speak to a human. I figured if I wasn't home and they said this delivery required a signature. I would get a attempted delivery notice and I would pick up package when I returned from my trip on 5/15/2023. I received an ebay email saying my package was delivered on 5/12/2023. Calling fedex automated # said the same and it was signed for by b. Webb. That's me, but I wasn't home. So who signe for it and why do you make it so hard to speak to or email someone in your company? When I finally spoke to an agent you couldn't understand her broken english. Spoke to leiey? And don't know what she said. I'll go to a fedex location and see what happenned to my $600 tires

FedEx Fedex delivery

ON 12/21/2022. I was facing my door and unleashing my dog (on my front step) after a walk. The fedex delivery person (Jefferey Johnson, Portland Oregon) walked behind me and made no attempt to announce himself. I turned around and was very startled as he was behind me. My dog reacted to the fact that I jumped and then she jumped at him and nipped his wrist. She did not draw any blood but you could see that his skin was broken. I got her into the house and then went back outside to talk with him and show that my dog was fully vaccinated. He had already jumped in his truck and taken off. I contacted fed-ex to let them know and they stated that they had no report of the incident yet. The fed-ex person informed me that typically in these cases Animal control would be called and then it would proceed from there. Three days later animal control did call and she wanted to hear what happened. I told her and informed her that I felt bad of course but that what he did and how he approached was " pretty much everything they tell you not to do. She agreed with me and stated that he had tfold them that the dog was unattended and off leash in the street. He had lied and did not belive his version, no consequences were placed on my dog other than her requiring vaccination status. I have just now recieved medical bills (workers Please be ware of this situationcompensation) from the parties involved. I have since called fed-ex and basically put a restraining order on them to NEVER be on my property again.

Desired outcome: Never to use fedex again and Warn others of this situation with driver. Not only did he lie about the situation they obviously don't train their drivers in home delivery 101.

FedEx Delivery of replacement credit card not attempted, but driver lied

Tracked and waited for a replacement credit card sent Express FedEx and it was to arrive by noon. At 1 pm, I tracked it again and the site said delivery had been attempted at 12:01 pm, but no one was available to sign for it. I had been sitting in my living room with a view of the front door's window. There was no knock on the door. There was no doorbell ring. No door tag was left. The driver f-ed up and lied to his company. FedEx blows and I'll NEVER use such an incompetent, lying company for ANY of my shipments.

Desired outcome: Delivery the stinkin' card, numb nuts!

FedEx Delivery

I received a notification saying my package was delivered today at 12:28. When I got home, no package was found. I called several times each time I received a different response. The first girl closed my account, when that’s not what we discussed. The second girl said it was signed for, when I was at work, and I have no neighbors. The manager I spoke with, Amy, let me know the previous girl was wrong in saying it was signed for, as I didn’t pay to have that service done in the first place and there was no signature. Several hours later, I had a gentleman come to my house and bring me my package which was laying on the ground on a different road, completely and no homes around. The picture the fed ex driver sent me as proof of delivery was a pic of his leg and some gravel. When I tried to call back to advise of this, another girl answered the line and just kept saying I can only track packages I can do nothing else.. she refused to provide me any other numbers as she said she didn’t know any other number for me to call. When I told her I’ve called the same number several times and was able to be transferred she went silent for a few mins. She then came back and said she’s transferring me to someone else and that lady said she can take a msg for. This Is insane and I want to know what’s going to happen. No one had a straight answer for me and all of them were completely different.

Desired outcome: My parcel was dented and very dirty. The contents inside was $382.03.

FedEx Damaged lawn and topsoil

1:10pm on 05/05 23 driver dark in color appeared as a female parked her truck on my private driveway, she then purposely damaging my private property, SHE pulled a LAWN JOB (25 feet with all six wheels rutting the ground under my grass) causing damage to my lawn and topsoil, I need her to come back here and repair the damage or send someone that can. she has done this before but not to this extreme level of damage. if this does not get repaired I will send a Cease and Desist order to your company explaining that we will not accept incompetent FedEx drivers and your are not allowed on this property any longer as it is a private property and a private driveway. FedEx Delivery of a package

I was to have a package delivered on 5/4/23. At 1:27 pm on 5/4/23, I received a notification that my package had been delivered along with a picture of where the delivery driver left the package. The photo was not of my house and did not show much to indicate what house it was. I called FedEx immediately and let them know what had happened. They offered little more than to file a claim and stated that they would let me know by 5/9/23 what the outcome was.

The contents of the package totaled over $100 and that is not so much my concern as it can be replaced but the fact that if the package contained a packing slip, which I am sure it probably did, whoever got my package has my personal information.

This is not the first time this has happened with FedEx and one of my packages and I am extremely frustrated by the incompetence of their drivers. As I understand that they have policies for this type of occurrence, my question is why could they have not just contacted the driver on the route and had them correct the issue?

I have attached a screenshot of what I received from FedEx after the delivery was made. This is not even close to what my home looks like.

Desired outcome: I would like FedEx to either retrieve my package from where they left it or refund the amount of my purchase for the items that they "lost".

FedEx Shipment of a very expensive musical instrument with severely damaged package

on Friday April 28 the music store handed Fedex a large box for the VERY ESPENSIVE keyboard that I had purchased. The Store manager took several pictures of the box and sent them to me prior to handing it to Fedex. The box was in perfect shape at the time and had several labels on it and large printed words saying "Fragile, Handle with care, Delicate musical instrument". The package was in PERFECT shape when it was handed to Fedex.

The Package arrived on 5/3 (travelled from San Diego, CA to Marietta, GA) and the side of the package was burst open, ripped up, where you could clearly see the musical instrument inside from the huge visible open hole. I asked the driver what had happened. His response, was "Sorry, we get a lot of packages". That is NO EXCUSE. They get paid handsomely for shipping and delivery and they MUST take care of fragile equipment. Took several pictures of the driver next to the ripped open package as proof that it was delivered to me that way. I asked to file a complain with Fedex noting tha the box is damaged he said there was no way he could do that.

Tried to contact someone in the customer service phone number that Fedex provides to complain. The recorded message said that my package was delivered. I asked several times to talk to someone, kept saying that the agent has no further information, and it hung up on me.

Fedex is a VERY poorly run business. ZERO customer care and their handling of packages is VERY POOR. This is not my first bad experience with Fedex. No one at Fedex does anything about my complain. the order umber is [protected].

Desired outcome: Someone from Fedex to call me and take care of this situation. Other people beware that if they use Fedex is at their own risk.

FedEx Bad delivery

The issue of FedEx delivering our packages to the wrong address is one we ha endured for 13 years. We live in rural Oklahoma their drivers apparently think it is ok to throw your package out at any random gate along the roadway. NONE of our last 4 deliveries have made it to our home. We were able to drive around and locate 3 of the 4 but the last one is still unaccounted for and FedEx customer service is awful.
