FedEx Wrong label was put on my package and it never got to where it needed to go.

I sent a claim (Case Numbe C-[protected]) for a package where the FedEx guy entered the wrong label number, He entered it manually from the number I received from the company for which I was returning some headlights I ordered that were the wrong type. I called FedEx customer service and was told that I should contact the shipper (the company that created the label) to file a claim. I contacted them and they were no help at all, therefore I am filing the claim myself. I am at a loss and very concerned about this as it is $309.76 which being on a fixed income and the state of the economy, I cannot afford. I returned the headlights because they were the wrong type. I then reordered the right type as soon as I dropped them off at the FedEx station. I will be glad to send correspondence to the address on the label for which the package was sent, however I need to know what to ask them to do. Please help!

The claim was denied stating I signed and contract with an addendum that I would not file any claims.

I was shocked!I signed no contract! I was just trying to return some headlights and the FedEx guy put the wrong label on the package. I have consulted with an attorney and she says because I signed no contract, your addendum does not apply to me. I tracked the package with the wrong label and can see where the package went. I have sent a letter in the mail to that address. Something that I thought you guys would do and try to get the package to the right address. I called customer service and received no help at all so the only action I could take was to file a claim (and again, I signed no contract). This was your mistake and you should at least try and locate my package and help get it to the right place so I can get my $309.76 refunded. The money for these headlights was a gift. I ordered the wrong type and returned them. As soon as I dropped the package off with fedex (assuming that the package would go to the right place and I would receive a refund) I ordered the correct type. I am a very brittle type 1 diabetic and also disabled with rheumatoid arthritis and live on a fixed income. This mistake resulted in me having to choose whether to pay the light bill or buy groceries. I have worked out a plan with the electric company and they can attest to the stress this put me under, which in turn has affected my health. You may not understand what it is like to live under my circumstances but it is not easy. I guess I will have to file in small claims court; I don't know what else to do.

FedEx Shipping quality and customer service.

Do whatever you can to avoid using Fedex!

I spent hours carefully packaging a very rare clock with a ridiculous amount of expensive packing materials and they destroyed it. I paid for the extra insurance just in case, but of course they flat out denied my claim and said packaging was inadequate. I have shipped thousands of boxes with very little issues, I know what I am doing. When I tried to dispute the claim they bounced my call around and disconnected me many times, when I finally got ahold of someone who told me how to dispute the claim, they just came up with the same answer.

They do not care about you or your package, they robbed me of my money and left me high and dry.

Desired outcome: Warn others to stay away so they do not experience the same issues.

FedEx Export item is not export and stuck without no information from FedEx

India my shipment is stuck at custom without no information it's been 16 days .my shipment is from India to Malta europe. But it cannot be outside India .My Export shipment tracking number [protected]

Reciever name is Simon Galea. I have been contact to india customer care around 20 time, but no one answer me we'll. And also without no information till now. Custom clearance or examination scan can be done 24 hours or 2 day. But why it delay i can't understand . Mrs Supriya Jain clearance adminstrator of FedEx Delhi is the incharge but how can it be hold long days . Kindly help me

Call [protected] and make them create a case number or trace for your missing package. Most likely it is stuck in customs. I called this number for my package, was eventually assigned a FedEx agent who meant to obtain missing info needed by customs. It took a full week for him to acknowledge he had received all the documents I sent. Then he failed to give those documents to Customs. The only thing I did get from him was the customs ‘Entry Number” for my package.

Yesterday I called US Customs myself and managed to get my package released after I gave to them the info I had already given to FedEx. The number I called for customs was [protected].

All FEDEX shopments seem to enter at Memphis Tennessee. If you call the number above, you can leave a voicemail but also the outgoing messages provides some email addresses and a website that you can upload documents to. I recommend trying to push both FEDEX using the FedEx number and customs. My package was sent on the same day as yours and I still haven’t got it yet, I was promised a delivery today - and instead it was more hours on the phone being given the run around, Bottom line is that FEDEX is the worst company with the least trustworthy workers I have ever encountered (truly saying something in this day and age) and I categorically won’t ever use the again,

FedEx Misdelivered package.

I was to receive a package from Amazon on June 16 but it never arrived. Fedex claims it was delivered and even showed a picture. Problem is that home in the picture is not mine. I live in a double wide trailer and they left my package at a brick house with a patio in the rear. I searched my neighborhood and no one received my package by mistake and no one has a house matching that picture. I contacted fedex in Corinth but since my supposed shipment was ground they wouldn't do anything. They gave me the 800 number and there all I got was the runaround. I asked to speak to a customer service representative and was told only the shipper could do that and ask for a trace since it was a smart post shipment. Not to smart if you ask me. Fedex will not accept any responsibility for what is blatantly their fault.

Desired outcome: Either my package intact or refund my full purchase price including tax.

FedEx Attempted delivery

Every time I have a delivery where a signature is required, I always receive a message of Customer not available even if I am sitting of from of my house the whole day.

The driver even try to ring the bell.

I have to go pickup it at a store.

Yesterday, it happened again.

I call customer service like last time, but this time the CSR was not in the mood to be understood.

I opened a complain about the driver.

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered to my address.

Hello Our Packages are Missing. It says delivered but not here. The Delivery Picture Does Not Match Our Door Where They Left IT. I checked all apts in this building and they are not here. I've called numerous times and get no one but automated help. I would have liked to speak to a human but it seems impossible. We would like some help please thanks

FedEx I want to know what happened to my delivery? I want it delivered!

Fed up with Fedex, This is the last time I deal with them. Too many issues, too many times. This time I had a scheduled delivery on an especially important item. Waited days, as expected, then I got an email saying delivery will be a day early. Great... I thought. So I wait, all day, then the next.. Then it disappears off the map. No shipping updates, no progress, no information whatsoever for 5 days except that it left California and now after the early delivery update and no further progress posted for days, there was a shipping exception! Tried to get an answer as to what happened to it.. nobody knows anything other than what is online which is nothing but a confused mess., and nobody takes responsibility for a single thing. Just one excuse after another but not a single answer as to what happened to it or or where it is. A Warehouse? The drivers house? Are you kidding me with this? In this day and age? How are they still in business? So now it's up to the seller to start the long search/refund process and they have to deal with this FedEx mess. I am out an irreplaceable item and I have to wait for what could be weeks for a refund. The item can't be replaced at anywhere near the price I paid and I am furious with the FedEx incompetence and their line of excuses and lack of knowledge. I despise this company and their ignorance and their poor excuse for service. What a joke! What a sad Joke! Never had an issue with Amazon! Good riddance FedEx!

Desired outcome: I should be compensated for my time and trouble lost waiting, not just shipping cost refund. How about refunding the replacement cost?

FedEx Overnight envelope

My tracking for this showed it was delivered,

Unfortunately I am unable to locate it. The proof of delivery picture shows it propped up next to my pond fence facing the Hwy.

I looked for this package and it is not where it shows in the picture. The fact that it was not delivered to my door has me wondering why.

This is the first time anything was not left at my door

FedEx Delivery

I specifically requested the a/c unit I ordered be left on porch inside front door. Driver left 75 lb. package on sidewalk of a busy street in the rain. Top of box was open, not sealed. I am a senior with health problems and had to pay someone to bring it inside for me. Glad it wasn't stolen or damaged because that would be my problem right? What? My complaint is not long enough to get your attention? Well blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Is that enough for you?

Desired outcome: Would've liked to know if it could not be brought inside as I would never have ordered it. I was hom I'm sure it will never happen, but I'd like to be reimbursed for the $20 I had to pay a neighbor to help me.

FedEx Delivery drivers

The delivery driver/s for Golden Valley Arizona 86413 is leaving packages with people who dont live in the park and with just random people who do live in th e park. We have maybe 10 spots rented on this property and the rest are being evicted ,( and with that they want to get back at me and this is one way they are doing it and thats by stealing the package given to them and signing my name) so they have been grabbing packages from fed ex and signing my name to it . I had stopped one driver the other day because when i seen him come in i followed him up the drive way , i asked him if he was looing for me and he said no , he left package with the manager. this person he left it with doesnt live here. Some of th epackages being brought are left with the neighbors of those who are already gone. Theses spaces are clearly marked with a number so if he doesnt see space 30 ( which is empty) you dont leave packages with the thieves' in 28. this happens all the time here. I dont appreciate people signing my name and i dont think it is right that the packages are being left with unknown people to do so. I live at 3535 W. Chino Drive #20 Golden Valley Arizonamy name is cynthia snyder, i have proper ID to prove it and these packages should be left with no one but me.I am the only manager here and i appreciate is fed ex would not drop packages with anyone and everyone. please.phone number is [protected]

FedEx Can't file a claim

I'm very disapointed in how fedex treated me i've called many times to get rudely hung up on and ran around 1st girl told me I could do it on the phone but couldn't help because she had other people waiting and she needed an address I gave her the girls address and she told me that wasn't the right address. I knew it was right 2nd lady emily didn't help us either 3rd was a guy we couldn't understand he didn't help us either the fedex guy in morrow county, told us we needed to go to fedex in mansfield where we sent it out from, so we did that and they told us they couldn't take the forms so that wasted our gas and time then we talked to 4th girl she was really nice told us we need to do it online so when we got home tried to claim a form wanted me to pay money so called again the guy that we got told us to fill a claim out and hung up but I can't cause it says smart post

The tracking number that you entered is for a fedex smart post shipment. Only the company that shipped you this package can file a claim on it, (i'm not a company, but I am the one who shipped it) and the claim cannot be submitted online. FedEx Fedex next day service

I am a 72 years old widow in florida living alone and a have children out of the of Florida in Maryland to be exact my samsumg phone is compromised and I can't get calls out an verily some texts.

My children and grandchildren are very concern because the don't receive my call or my texts for more than 2 weeks now.

I received via FedEx few days ago a got to pay $276 for a new virgin phone from Samsung and it was an ordeal to get a human to talk at Mint my provider for my reeplacement sim that I need to place in my new phone before I can get a corrected data on it.

Mint charges a $9.95 for a replacent sim and 3 to 5 days delivery but they went out of their way as expected and they sent my sim next day and charge nothing at all for everything.

Then I received confirmation from FedEx that I will received my package at 8:00 pm today at the latest.

This morning that was change to today at 8:00 pm today

When call finaly talk to a human been and i explain why i wanted my package by tomorrow at 8:00 AM the said that could not happen I ask for supervisor or a manager and he also said that could not happen I said I reserve my right to file a complain and review and that wouldn't be pretty.

Because now I will also go and I do the same with the BBB and anywebsite that have reviews for FedEx because I am retired and I have nothing better to do.

My question is why the brillant minds of young people big IT Mayor from Harvard that are pay handsomely well,they go out in the morning and they leave their brains at home watching Netflix that is the most awesome computer that God gave us for free and go out and they do stupid things all day long because if you don't have your brain on you can't think.

Since I am 5 years old I thanks

God everyday for the brain that he gave me and I use it all the time day and night my brain is always on.

When they send me to talk to a computer that is not a match for my brain their computer are also stupid and my brain is a better computer that anyone created by man.

Just saying...

Desired outcome: Get that package at 8:00 AM TOMORROW. Make it happen Fedex

FedEx Fedex driver

One of your driver in the state of Maryland came to deliver a package today at 12003 Tarragon Road in Reisterstown, Maryland at 1:30pm. He threw the package in front of the mail box and he left. I asked him to put it in front of the Unit which was Unit L. I told him that he have to put it in front of the Unit. He said that he did not have to do anything and left the package in front of the mail box. However, stealing packages is a major issue with buildings that people and any stranger can go in and out. Nevertheless, I took it to the unit myself. This is the foolishness that we have to deal with which is unnecessary. His tag number is 8B-D5823.

FedEx wrong house

Delivery 6/10/23. I'm sick of calling their customer service - lip service, nothing ever changes. Fed up with FedEx! Their drivers can't read or are too lazy to actually read the street signs to know where they are. They obviously don't know the difference between Terrace and Drive, ultimately getting it wrong every time. My packages get delivered to the house on ** Drive, a block over, and I get their packages at ** Terrace! There's plenty of street signs and we have big house numbers, so what's the problem FedEx?

FedEx on time delivery and leaving packages on ground 1/4 mile from my home.

Drivers leaving packages on ground by road or placing in mailbox, which makes USPS remove package and toss on ground. Now I have provided a large box by my shop. UPS and USPS and amazon use this delivery location. The end of the lane is about 1/4 mile from my home and not visible unless the use of binocular's. Last time it was medical supplies!

Now I pay for delivery to my door! If I wanted it on ground 1/4 mile away I would not pay you for delivery. I intend to talk with my suppliers about using UPS. They are a great service you should learn from them.

I have signed up for your so called delivery location service, that was a waste of time.

I would like my shipping charges returned to me,you have not fulfilled your obligations.You contracted with me to deliver to my home, this you have not done.

FedEx Delivery issue discrepancy between tracking website and representatives

Package was sent to me ground on 6/2/2023. Showed a delivery date of 6/8/2023. On 6/8 package did not arrive, status went to "pending" no estimated delivery date. Spoke with a Representative on 6/10/2023, was told package was still in Inidianapolis due to high volume of packages, but would start moving on Monday 6/12/2023. I asked why the website says that it left Indianapolis on 6/6/2023 at 2:12PM, her answer was "it is still in Indianapolis. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this I was told that I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor because of the type of service. It is one thing to have a delay, things happen, not to inform the customer of the reason, and the progress, is simply horrible customer service. To have a website that delivers different information than a represent is misleading.

Desired outcome: To speak to someone in a managerial position about the issues of tracking, the discrepancy between the representatives information and the website. I can be contacted at bill.[protected]@gmail.com.

All 4 identical items shipped from the same location, same date, same time.

3 arrive at the same time, the 4th item, [protected] misses the destination BY 1050 MILES AND WITH NO ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY!

While I appreciate the sympathy and apologies, I only have one request. Please explain the REASON, not the EXCUSE.

Desired outcome: Be an exception and take ownership of a problem. You don't want this done to you so how do you expect a customer to be tolerant of the same?Find the damn thing and do what a shipping company does, "Get it to the customer."

FedEx Tracking Number [protected]

Tracking number above. Urgent Overnight package sent Monday, June 5, scheduled to arrive at my home, Tuesday June 6. Subsequently notified of delay, until Wednesday June 7. FedEx Driver with my package seen multiple times in or near my neighborhood. Notified late Wednesday June 7 of a delay until Thursday, June 8. FedEx App states a “delivery attempt was made at 7pm on June 7”. Completely untrue!

Desired outcome: Immediately delivery before 9.40am June 8.

FedEx Package Delivery

I have a package/box of 1000 rounds of Ammunition that was purchased and shipped via FedEx. Initial delivery was suppose to be May 31st. Then it got changed to June 2nd. The package didn't arrive that day either. I opened a ticket to find the package and no one that I have spoke with can give me any information on the package. No location or delivery date. Here is is June 7th and still nothing. I believe someone at FedEx has sticky fingers and took the Ammunition to keep or sell to their local gang bangers or something. FedEx has really poor customer service and tracking methods. I understand that delays happen, but totally losing a package. Unless the plane went down and Tom Hanks is going to deliver my package in a few years...

Desired outcome: I would like my package delivered in the next couple days or a full refund needs to be paid by FedEx for the $500 worth of ammunition that I purchased and they somehow misplaced or their worker stole.

FedEx delivery

Online tracking shows my package got to Chino, CA on 5/28 and 5/30 is the last update. There is no delivery date yet a week ago, it said 6/5. NOW, no delivery date available. I finally got a "real person" whom was no better than automation. She merely repeated I had to go back to the shippper...yet, FedExs own data shows it was last with the package. How does it make sense to go to the shipper? The shipper did its part, why isn't the supervisor at Chino, CA going to find out where this package it. According to FedEx records, Chino, CA scanned it 6 times.

Desired outcome: I want this packaged delivered as soon as possible.
