The Yoakum tx store is never open they say due to technical issues or it’s hot in the store, if that’s the cause how come you can’t fix the ac or technical issues. Kaley Highsmith, unprofessional, wouldn't get off her phone, was using inappropriate language in front of my children & was taking merchandise without paying for it & her baggy of dope fell out of her pocket when she bent down to pick something off of the floor. Complaints on a store manager in Waverly VA 23890
There is a miniature named Sonia at the Waverly Virginia Family Dollar every time I go in there she is very rude she makes me feel intimidated I don't even want to go in that store if I know that she's in there. I understand she's doing her job with asking for an ID but she proceeded to be very rude and asked me what are you trying to hide always getting someone else to buy your stuff for you and just making smart remarks.. I had went in there with my toddler one day she didn't have shoes on so I put her in the buggy she told me I could not be in that store with my daughter in the buggy with no shoes on so I left I go to the store very frequently I know the other managers and assistant managers Natalie and Tara they are very sweet. Please call me to give my complaint about my Family Dollar APP. I clipped all of my coupons and was NOT allowed to use them in the Monticello Store. I went to your store 08\11\23 @10:21 and the system shut down. The employee had to reboot the system. The system came up and went down again. The customer behind me got upset, said she had to go to work and I was holding up everyone. I explained to the customer it was the system. She got angry and started threatening me. She kept saying what she was gonna do to me and going in her purse like she had a Gun. The Empolyees in the store, along with other customers, in the Store began to laugh. I couldnt leave I was due a refund. Im 56 years old I'm a Diabetic and I wear Hearing-Aids. The Manager should've explained and apologized, to the Customers about the System. They should've asked her to leave after the cussing and threats. They don't know if she had a gun or If I had a gun. They were very unprofessional and escalated the situation. Please hire individual's capable of problem solving and communication skills.
