For over a year now I have reported and requested the fake profile of my name to be removed. Yet this account is still up and searchable on facebook. The fact that I have no affiliation with facebook but have to start/have an account to file complaints and report the fake page is ridiculous.

The fake account has no information up and seems to be an inactive account but it is still on facebook.

I bought a product from Facebook Marketplace which was paid for and never arrived. I raised complaints through Action Fraud and my bank in an attempt to recover the funds.

I have reported both the vendor and user profile to Facebook and in spite of there being a clear scam and the product that I have bought and paid for, Facebook have allowed the person to relist and continue to sell under the same profile. I reported it to them on several occasions starting five days ago. I have had no contact from Face book. I have evidence of the whole interaction.

I had my FB account stolen , my idenitiy , the person who has stolen my account is still using my name and I get messages from friends using that account but I can NOT access the stolen account

I want this person found and my account returned to me

I have tried to contact FB many many times and NO answers

The Police maybe involved to investigate FB and my stolen account and Identity

Hello.: I got a message, that I have been chosen to recieve the Facebook Customer Grant Reward.

The amount: US 920.000 should be withdrawed by the Italien bank: Sisalpay Banca Rome, to my danish bank.

But it has not be possible to fulfill the withdrawing. The contact person at the bank: Sebastiano Devastato, want me to pay several transfer costs. upfront.

I have until now payed Euro: 5.840 and US$ 1.055 and he still claims for more.

I have stopped paying now. Can you check if this a internet money-fishing attempt or tell me if everything are fake or not.

I had previously opened a complaint but thought that it was resolved so I have marked it resolved

However the fraudster has now seized my account altogether and changed my password. I do not even know what the password is.

I had set up a new page and the new page is working ok. It is my original page that has been taken over by the fraudster.

The fraudster deleted my email and added their email. They changed the password. They have seized my account

I try to report this to Facebook but can not communicate what is happening. Facebook does not realize that I am writing about my original account, not the new one. The one that I am talking about has. a picture of me in a red blouse not the brightly colored shirt

This is actually now the fraudster impersonating me

could you please report this to Facebook for me

I am a new member and I have been banned every single day that I have been a member. I have done nothing wrong. I had two hours left on yesterdays ban and bang I got another twenty four hour ban. I have been on less than ten minutes. Please fix this problem. I share what is already on FB only. I add nothing. At least have the consideration of telling me the problem.

today 21/06/2023 i went to go on facebook and it won,t accept my password. i tried about 4 times then clicked forgot my password,you sent me a 5 figure code which i put in and created another password but you would,nt accept the new password either. i done this about 3 times still no joy then a box comes up i have been suspended and after 180 days i,m out altogether. i,ve done nothing wrong please help, thankyou.

A fraudster attempted to take over my Facebook account. Facebook froze my account . I received an email from. Facebook that this had happened. I was glad. I was informed of this by Facebook on Saturday June 17, 2023

Then the email continued "let's get you back on Facebook"

I followed the instructions which included taking a picture of my Driver's License.

Then we came to the final step. I was asked to enter. a different email which I did.

And then we came to the password and here is where there was. a problem. I had to change my password but I had to request a. code before I did.

I had to request a code. I got an email with the code. I had to put the code in a box ands then I got the ok to reset my password.

I can not remember what went wrong but now it was not going to be ok. There was a problem reseting my password. I began to get messages that the password was incorrect and did I forget my password. I had to use the "forget the password" button This happened more than once.

I was having problems with the password.

Then I got messages that I was going too fast or that I had requested a code too many times and try later.

Now I am blocked and can not get into my Facebook account. I do not know how long the block is going to last.

I have gone to the Help Center which is no help at all.

Like others on this site, I have been on Facebook several years. I have over 200 friends. I only communicate with some of these friends on Facebook. I have no other way of getting hold of them any other way than Facebook.

I can not go to my Facebook page but my friends on Facebook can.

There is a Facebook group called "Friends of people who like occupy Democrats" that Facebook refuses to give you the option to block. You can block your friend who shares the page or the friend who shared to your friend but you do not get the option to block the page. The memes are are obvious Trump Derangement Syndrome driven and put out hate, miss information and is very distasteful attempts at humor.

My Facebook account was hacked in Nov 22. The hacker changed my email, phone number and password. This has been reported to Facebook 40+ times by myself and many friends. I also lost access to a business page when my profile was hacked. Nothing I do will get a response from Facebook. I have provided original details of my account every time I have contacted them and keep going in circles. I was scammed out of money from my bank account and am aware that my friends list is also being targeted by the scammer trying to get money. I cant even shut down this account profile to protect my friends and family. And then I have over 10 years of photos and information on my account I wish to recover. It is sending my crazy trying to get help from Facebook support. There just isnt any. I dont know what to do. I am so disappointed in Facebook.

I’m seller at Facebook Marketplace since 2020 . And I’m happy to do business to them but starts Jan 17,2021 up to now my problem is not totally resolve because there response to me they unable resolve because no tools . Or is not there job scope and the link giving me was giving me error . No connection. Someone wrong peoples connected to my account from Florida and uk . And their payment or commerce department I don’t trust them to resolve this problem because one of them is involved to this problem. Please any question I’m here and all this report are true

My daughters account was hacked, she has no access to the account to change it. Someone had gone in and put that my daughter is a prostitute that does oral sex. Please this is damaging her reputation. The Bot help desk does not work in resolving this issues. Please this is causing serious depression and anxiety which could lead to suicide. Please Please delete the account off facebook. The account is of her with her baby in her hands. She created a second account but because that one is still active she is being harassed by people expecting sexual pleasures. It is Madonna Keyser [protected]

My account was hacked back in February of this year, I have tried countless times to try and report it and get it back! The hacker managed to change my email and removed my phone number.. All my pictures of my children are on it which is a big concern and my friends are being messaged and asked for money all the time.

My name has also recently been changed by the hacker.

Please please help as this is very distressing and I keep going round in circles.

Can I not provide ID and have my account recovered ?

My Facebook account was hacked on Saturday 3rd June and I went through the process to secure it, but the hacker had changed the email and contact number of my account. I did the whole process and gave my email for the OTP to be sent and it is now Monday the 5th and still no response from facebook. I cannot even find myself on facebook anymore and they have changed the name, etc of my account. Please assist, not sure why facebook takes so long to respond, have I lost my account as it say's that my email is not registered on facebook anymore

My Facebook Page got Hacked and the hacker is using it with their name. I tried everything possible but even Meta couldn't do anything about it. I lost my multiple pages, 15+ years old facebook account and ad account which was associated with multiple pages.

How it started:

On 5th of April 2023 I reported to Facebook Business Support about quality of my leads. I filed this issue because 49 out of 52 leads had no idea they ever filled any form on Facebook. Meta support staff asked consent or permission to view my account and I allowed that.

On 25th of April one of the admins lost access to the page and I thought that was some minor issue or maybe I removed accidentally. So immediately I added that admin back from other admin panel.

On 1st of May 2023, we, all three admins and one editor, lost complete access to our page. I reported this to Support right away. They acknowledged the unusual changes but couldn’t take any strict action.

As a result, on 5th of May, page name was changed to some Vietnamese Language named as “ nhà khung thép dân dụng hà nội “. Hacker also deleted all my page contents.

I was reporting it to Facebook Support almost twice a day but surprisingly nothing was working.

I contacted the new page admins via page chat and the guy who was using it acknowledged he bought it from the hacker. I took screenshot of this conversation and sent to Facebook support team but they didn’t even care about this as well.

The most horrible part is, last week of May, my Facebook account got locked and now I don’t have access to my personal Facebook account as well.

There was active ad running and the page had a level of legacy. (SEO, Festival Posts, Promotional Posts, Updates, Etc Etc). I lost everything.

I have screenshots of almost all the events that happened during this disaster.

I’d like to know if anyone here also have gone through similar issue and if YES, did you get any support from Meta Team?

My Facebook account was hacked; someone changed the password, as well as the e-mail address. Without either, I cannot log into my account, change the password, or do anything suggested by their "help" pages. Ironically, when you select the "someone changed my e-mail address," they ask you to log in with... wait for it... wait for it... your e-mail address.

For a incredibly large company, with so many opportunities for identity theft, there must be some way to talk or chat with tech support to resolve problems like this.

I have used the same Facebook account since 2009. My account was hacked and login information was changed on 10/11/2022. The person has messaged numersous friends and family members ask to borrow me pretending to be me. I have had charges on my PayPal account from persons in Nigeria. I have filed ever from in help center seveal times I have sent 14 emails. Several people have reported the person. I am blocked ffrom it, My Instagram account is linked to the account which I still have access to. I have messages of the person try to extort money from me to get back into account and messages that was sent to others asking for money. Scam post have been posted on the account. I am not sure if they ever scammed anyone out of money in my name. The person is still using my account. I am at a loss as what else I can do. I have Years of memories on the account that I can not get back without having access to the account I exported my data from account in July of 2022 but can not access it now with out logging into account. I don;t understand how there is no flags when to account linked are being logged in from 2 different countries. the current email on the account is Outlook email. not mine

I filed a report with IC3, they never got a response sent me email saying they could not do anything else.

The poster on the private facebook page has doctored a image I got from the rights holder originally. I had permission to restore the image and colourize it. I inserted three watermarks with my name on it. The poster removed those watermarks to give the impression they did the work.

I spend a great deal of my own time restoring images and colourizing them I dont not take kindly to a person plagiarize my work. This isnt the first time they have done this.

I want this image removed the admin warned. I cant be productive in my work whilst the admin go unchallenged.
