Facebook My Facebook has been locked.

There seems to be a deployable misunderstanding concerning my Facebook

Account ([protected]@gmail), which has been locked a while back.

My name is Poul Langemark, and I am a Danish citizen, who has been living in the Philippines since July 2001.

My present address is:

Barangai Nabago,

Zamboanguita,

Negros Oriental,

Philippines.

I have attached picture-scanning of my ICR-card, back and front, as my proof of living on this address, as annex A and B to this complaint.

It should be noted that I since 2014 have been without internet, because the only provider with coverage in my area (Guavatel) went bankrupt at that time.

On Feb 26, 2021 I applied for a job in Qualphone, Dumaguete, and was shortly, while the training was ongoing, online via a Wi-Fi in a house further down the road, which already had access to optic fibers.

During the training I was told that it was a requirement to open a Facebook account, which I did. I believe I made a mistake by not putting a picture of myself there, but of a monkey, which I later, after having studied your rules, have understood is not allowed. I was not aware of that, since I seemed to remember that back then, when I last had a Facebook account many years back, had several friends that for extended amounts of time did not display their pictures.

It turned out that the Facebook Account was of no import for neither training nor work, and I only used it occasionally to communicate with my sister, who at that time was hospitalized with severe sickness.

Not long after the training, all work at the call-center was converted to homework, but I could not comply, because I still did not have access to internet in my home. I tried from the house further down, but was informed by the company that the environment was too noisy, which was quite true.

After that I had for a long while to stay in my house under lockdown and await a government vaccination program, before I was able to go to Manila to renew my passport, which in the meantime had expired.

I have attached as annex C to this complaint a Cash Transaction Slip that proves that I in advance had paid the expenses for the services at the Embassy worth 8,188.00 pesos via BDO Bank, Dumaguete.

I have further as annex D and E to this complaint attached xerox copies of my Itinary and its receipt that proves that I actually purchased a flight-ticket and went to Manilla on March 28.

My application, fingerprinting etc. in connection with the renewal of my passport was made on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 11:00 at the

Royal Danish Embassy.

I have attached a picture-scanning of said passport as Annex F to this complaint.

About two month ago an internet-provider finally had laid optic fiber all the way up to my house, so I could get online, and it was only then that I noticed that my Facebook had been closed.

Sometime after that I - following Facebook instructions – attempted to reopen my account via an Android belonging to a Romnick Francisco , who lives about 3 kilometers further up the road in upper Nabago. Unfortunately, my simple push-button cell-phone without neither digital nor picture scanner nor internet had namely stopped functioning, so I had to ask Rominick to assist me with the scanning of my passport with his android.

It was actually Rominick and not me that did the scanning. He is a very switched-on young man who is assisting me with some EDB-issues that I have found hard to handle myself, since I after so many years without internet have become somewhat unused to it, and furthermore cannot see so well, because I am very long-sighted.

I can, however, assure you that neither Romnick nor I have undertaken any criminal activities nor anything revolting via Facebook Accounts whatsoever.

I can, furthermore, inform you that the company I for a short while was working for - according to what I have been told - had an incident, where two employees in co-operation had gathered sufficient information to rip a clients bank-account, whereupon they disappeared to another address on another island, which is quite easy here in the Philippines - a rumor that might be substantiated by the fact that the company's employees, while I was working there, were forbidden to bring ball-pens, notebooks or cellphones into the inner recesses of the workplace.

I have, however, no knowledge of any suspicious activity via my own Facebook, and don’t know who have had access to it aside from my family.

Our efforts did, however, not result in the opening of the account.

I cannot follow the last advice I was given to reopen the account with a cellphone I have used before, since I have never locked on to my Facebook via a cellphone. I do not have a phone with access to internet, because I cannot use it, since I am too long-sighted to see the small figures on the screen.

Furthermore, I cannot, as suggested, lock on with a computer I have used before, because a couple of weeks ago - when I was ready to start looking for work recommended to me by the mentioned Romenick - my computer, which has worked perfectly since I bought it many years ago, suddenly packed up, so I had to put it in for repair: corrosion of the motherboard, which had to be exchanged.

The reparation was made in a computer-shop called Algorithm on Daro Higway, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental.

I have to this complaint as annex G attached a xerox copy of the receipt.

I can further assure you that no-one has attempted to access my account with my password, as insinuated in your 'Critical security alert for [protected]@gmail.com', since no one knows my password but I.

It’s probably because I have become a bit elderly here (I am 66 years old), and somewhat easily confused, so I admit I panicked and desperately tried various ways on my own several times.

So, what can we do to resolve this situation?

If I have to receive anything via sms it has for the time being to be to another phone (+63-[protected])

As further proof of my identity I attach photocopy of my Birth Certificate, front and back as Annex H and I.

Desired outcome: Reopening of the account or deleting it so I can open a new one.

Facebook community principles

I get banned for violating the community principles, and when I report a completely identical case, it doesn't count as a violation. Please check the announcements I made and the responses of the Hungarian FB team. I have the feeling that the ruling falls under political judgment. Several times I deliberately made similar statements, for which others were not punished, but I was.

Facebook Facebook not allowing me back into my account. FB keeps showing the old account that should have been deleted long ago!

Tried to get into my account tonight. I couldn't. I was accused of making a statement to someone in a post that I did not say. My Gramybear account was hacked so I started over with Donnajean Sherrard. All of a sudden I am having trouble with this account too. Facebook is inundated with hackers and catfishing and it's getting worrisome. FB claims that I said, "Burn 'em to the stake". I did not make any such comment! They tell you what you did but won't let you explain as if they don't care and don't want to hear it. They claim I'm just getting a warning but if that is the case, why can't I get into my account via my laptop? I use my laptop the most under Donnajean Sherrard, and my address is [protected]@gmail.com. I also sign in with the two methods where they call my text me # which is [protected]. I am really getting tired of feeling like FB does not care about the people who spend a lot of time on their site. I am a 70-year-old disabled woman. I don't think I am much of a threat. In fact, with all of my health issues, I'm sure of it! The biggest threat I've ever made is to tell the kids to clean their room. or else. If FB chooses to not want to work with customers who are there a lot, then I can find a lot of other good sites to spend my time on. If they don't want me on FB, say so, but don't offer phone numbers that are useless and no one who ever answers questions or complaints. I

Facebook Required my account back

Facebook Restore my Meta accounts!

On November 19 someone in Ghana hacked into my account and made some posts that went against community guidelines. It was a scam to get my debit card information, because right as I was being locked out of Facebook for going against community guidelines (even though it wasn't me) a window popped up from "Facebook" asking me to update my payment information. And sure enough, charges were made to my bank account that also weren't from me. I saw the email from Facebook saying it looked like someone accessed my account, and also I disputed the decision to lock me out. But it's been several days and I'm still unable to use any of my Meta accounts or pages. Please restore my accounts! I'm sure you can see from my history that I don't go against community guidelines, and I've never been to Ghana!

Facebook My account has been permanently disabled

While I was @ work on Sunday, October 16.I believe my account was hacked. I have not posted anything since,Thursday,13 Oct. Which was a thank you for the Birthday wishes. I have tried several times a day to contact Face Book,I either get a computer generated response, or notifications that with COVID they are short handed & can not review my account at this time. With my Birthday I kept getting "pings' on my phone, you can image how many posts go with a Birthday, and while at work, I can not stop working, to look at all the posts.(Stupid me) When I got home I had a notification on Messenger, which said 2 posts were against "standards on nudity or sexual activity"( I have attached a copy to that notification) I didn't understand what 'posts' since my last posts was of my Birthday dinner( food only, on 10/12) and a Thank you on 10/13. The notification appeared like I should be able to follow it, or at the very least look at the offending posts,but no..I tried for hours to click on the arrows that did nothing but spin..and the blocks to the left, were as you see them...nothing. I then tried to sing into my account on my home computer, and got the Notification that my account has been "permanently disabled" I followed the links to contact them, submit my drivers license..I then get the other notification that they are too busy to review at this time. I keep trying, in the morning I get an email asking if I had requested a password change,I did NOT, and I reply to the email telling them I did NOT request this change. I have replied several times a day, to which they reply..too busy to review at this time, try again later..I have asked to have my page reviewed and notice my posts over the past 15 some odd years, and all of them are good posts..I have asked them to check the IP address of the "bad' posts.( I have read the rules of conduct and I know that they can review my page, and that they can see an IP address. I'm trying to report my page hacked..and no one seems to realize that I am a victim and have not posted anything wrong. While COVID has me working 12hours a day,I so understand shorthanded..I am away from a computer the majority of that time. I cant understand why someone will not at least look into what happened while I was at work that day.

Facebook Online posting suspension

Recently, Facebook ads, send a very sexually provocative and offensive message to me under the heading "Something You May Like". I have screenshots. This was after I was warned that a Joke Meme was me soliciting for payment for sex (which was so wrong and off-base) that it was obvious it was a joke and not a solicitation for sex. I disagreed with the decision which was never reviewed or responded to.

A few days later, this sexual degrading ad came which originated from Facebook itself in their ad feed.

I screenshot the ad and reposted it to my feed stating that the "Facebook algorithm got it wrong again!" I also showed that the ad was plainly from Facebook and today I was warned and my Facebook account shut down again and they cited the content of the very ad that they had sent me. I once again disagreed with the decision and now my account is suspended again - this time for showing my followers the information that Facebook itself sent me.

Desired outcome: Removal of all holds and a review of the posts by a person not an algorithm or a computer.

Facebook Customer service.

Can Facebook bring back live chat support. It is a nightmare (impossible) to get a hacked account restored. A lot of these accounts that get hacked, like mine are business accounts. Facebook as become incredibly frustrating.

They earn enough money, so give better customer support, instead of support that's confusing and sends you on a wild goose chase, just to get you back where you started.

Basically, I have had enough of facebook, it just to risky, with hackers and no support and now use other options.

Desired outcome: Get my account back and have live chat support returned.

Facebook I deleted the approved URL then submitted it again , but the web URL cannot be recovered after then.

Hi meta,

I think ia is having bugs recently and meta inform me that my website is not approved for having ia then it will send traffic to the mobile site. But the problem is I still have instant articles without ads.

System not allow me to appeal via the appeal form because there is no violation. I just followed the fb instructions to review and reset all settings but unfortunately the web url cannot be recovered.

I deleted the approved url then submitted it again, but the web url cannot be recovered after then.

No one from meta team willingly to solve my problem after the deletion.

Please accept my resolution and approve my web url.

Facebook My personal facebook page was shut down 3 weeks ago. I cannot write on it!

I have 300 friends on Facebook. 3 weeks ago, my personal Facebook page for 2022 was shut down. The other pages available are from 2013 & 2019. I cannot write to my friends on Chat. I cannot call them. I cannot post a statement on my home page. In actuality, I cannot do ANYTHING on my Facebook page. This is a big problem, because my Communications System has been interrupted. I was not doing anything wrong!

Desired outcome: I would like my page back so I can communicate with my friends & family members.

Every six months to 1 year, Facebook shuts down my page. I'm not usually doing anything wrong. I observe situations around me, & I write about my impressions of what I see. Every January, every Spring (March-April) & every Fall (September-October-November), my Facebook page gets SHUT DOWN, & it takes weeks before it comes back again, or never at all. I have filed MANY complaints with Facebook, & it never changes. During Election Years, it's 'specially bad, due to "Hate Talk!" Enough!

Facebook Unauthorized credit card charges

I just checked my debit card statement and saw about 6 to 7 charges taken from my account by some FACEBK account on 7th November 2022 between 1:42am and 3:29am. The amounts range from US $1 to US $100. I did not authorised any of these charges. I do not have anything on Facebook that I am paying for.

Facebook My facebook page

Someone hacked my Facebook page and changed my email and password as well as I think they changed the phone number too. My initial email was [protected]@yahoo.com and phone number was [protected] I have always used my iPhone and iPad to go on my Facebook page and the person has been adding nasty pictures and Saying im moving which is a lie and trying to sale furniture. My friends have been upset

Facebook account has been taken over and they are committing fraud

There is a person that has taken over my account that has the picture of my face. I have tried to report this several times and nothing is being done. Now this person is asking my friend for money and is being a fraud. Pleasemake this account go away. my real account is the picture of my dog and i keep getting notifications that I cannot comment , but i have not done anything wrong. I have been unable to get into Facebook in recent days and have received no error messages, or anything similar, just a blank page when I log in. I am able to log in but only get blank pages. Today is the 11th (now the 12th...) and the last time I was able to get on was the 9th I believe.

I used this form because I can't easily get to a simple reporting form for general problem resolution or get easy access to help elsewhere. It is pretty useless when people are having trouble with the site to direct them to access account details that are not accessible until after someone solves the problem and returns access. It is a poorly conceived support system that assumes people having site problems have normal access to the site.

Desired outcome: An answer and the ability to use my account would be the outcome. My account is SevenStarHand.

Facebook Account be restored immediately. I am travelling overseas and require messenger to communicate.

On the 11th of November I was requested to relog into my account. I was not permitted. So I changed my password, again it did not allow me to asking to verify that I was a real user. I did so, asking my mum to assist me from Australia as I did not have service overseas. I uploaded my authentication and was informed that my account was disabled due to a breach. This all occurred on my birthday., while I was travelling. I use messenger to communicate with family to let them know I am safe. This is very unsafe that this happened during a time of travel and I find it essential to communicate with my family and partner.

I have never had an issue with Facebook or posted inappropriate content. Never been given even one warning for inappropriate content.

I was told to authenticate myself and I did. Then face book asked for my id which I thought was a bot much but I uploaded it anyway. Facebook said it was closed and that was it.

I have been trying to delete my Facebook account and all I have been getting is the.

run around and delays. It was locked because someone hacked it and now I can´t go in to delete my account. If this not settled real soon, then I will file a law suit for your incompetent customer service and how unhelpful they have been to help me delete this lousy account.
