I sent a bouquet to friend who loss her son. When reviewing the message on the card, as noted on the invoice below, I was totally embarrassed not just for me but for your company. Something sent to soothe a loved one was nothing but a garbage can of missed spelled words. Having to explain what happened was not what I paid for...

Edible Arrangements Tried to cancel order. Store never answered phone or emails. Called main office and got a complaint number. No one ever contacted me

I had placed an order with the Edible Arrangements store in Manassas VA on 4.28.22. through the internet. I found out no one would be home to accept the delivery on 4.30.22 at 10 am. I tried calling the store - no answer - for hours! I emailed the store - no reply. I talked to their customer svc in Georgia and received a case number. as a matter of fact I got 2 case numbers. I was so upset the order was delivered and sat outside the door for 2 days. needless to say it was garbage when finally retrieved. why do I have to pay for this? I admit the cancellation was short notice BUT it was more than 4 hours for them to cancel the delivery IF THEY WOULD HAVE ANSWERED THEIR PHONE! who runs a business with no phone?

Desired outcome: i would like a at least a partial refund

Edible Arrangements Order not delivered on time "rip off"

I ordered edible arrangement to be delivered to my 85 year old mother for Mother's Day yesterday, instead the order came today Monday 9, 2022 @ 2:30 pm. I tried calling the shop on Grand Street in Jersey City all day from 8am to 7pm, and nobody picked up or answered my calls today. I wanted to stop the order and get a refund, but instead of shop taking my call, they delivered at 2:30pm today (Monday) a day late! I will file a complaint with BBB and blast this horrible service on social media. This Edible location "ripped me off" and refused to answer calls, then delivered the order late! I was charged $90 for a service I didn't receive. This is a racist company and I will not use this company again, instead I will use a African American owned company from now on. The least they could have done is call me back, apologize and offer me a credit. Horrible service! I will tell my Facebook friends not to use this company or affiliates. I will post this message on social media.

Edible Arrangements Customer service at overland park and broadway locations in kansas city

On May 9, 2022 at 9:32 am MT I placed a call to the Broadway store location in Kansas City. Knowing it was just after Mother's Day, I wanted to confirm that I would be able place an order for a same day delivery for my daughter's 30th birthday. The gal that answered the phone said she was busy dealing with complaints and someone would call me right back. At 9:34, I received a call from a woman at [protected]. She took my order, complained about the system being slow and had a hard time taking my information. She was able to charge my credit card $87.72

After calling my daughter to wish her a happy birthday, I found out she was not at work today. I had placed the order to be delivered to her work address so I called [protected] to see if I could change the delivery address. I was unable to get through to the store directly and after being on hold for 45 minutes, a representative from corporate answered the call. This representative also had a hard time getting the spelling of my name correct. We spent about 5 minutes back and forth on the spelling of my name. There were long pauses in the conversation and several times I had to confirm he was still on the line. He finally told me that he needed the order number to help me. I did not receive an order number when I placed the order and I did not receive an email with the order number and receipt of payment. I was told I had to call the store number again and speak with them directly.

I called the store phone number again and was on hold for approximately 10 minutes when the call was answered by a woman. She had a very hard time taking the name and phone number. I said it. I spelled it. I used words to identify the letters. Still she read it back to me wrong every time. My last name is SCHOOB. Among other difficulties, she read it back with a U and had a difficult time with it ending in B. She could not find the order and asked for my phone number and then my daughter's phone number. Another woman joined the call and I was told my order number is 3226 and that the order had be transferred to the Overland Park store. The two women started having a argument amongst themselves about how the change of delivery address process worked, with the 2nd lady stated that the Overland store would just have to call them back, so they should make the changes. This went on for 30-45 seconds. I told them I wanted to cancel my order because it didn't sound like changing the address was going to be possible. Another argument ensued about how to cancel the order. Eventually, I was told that I had to go through corporate. Then they argued that corporate would just call them back to make the change. I let them know that I was going to leave a bad YELP review because of the incompetence I was being subjected to. At that time, one of the women asked me for my credit card information. I asked if she would be writing it down or entering it into the system. She said she would be writing it down and then figuring out how to issue a refund. Since I had just said I was taking negative action against her business, I did not feel comfortable having my credit card information laying around. She was extremely offended by that and the call was disconnected. I called the Overland Park store [protected]) to see if I could change the address or cancel the order. The gal that answered listened to my situation and apologized for the treatment by the Broadway store ladies. I appreciated that. Then another woman took the phone and asked if I had just gotten off the phone with the Broadway Store. I said I had and she started in on me saying I was accusing the other store of stealing my credit card information. I tried to explain the situation, but she was not interested in my side of the story or concerned about how long I had been trying to get the order changed or that I had not been given the information I needed to make changes. She was unable to change the delivery address because she did not have that access to the order. She was unwilling to give me corporate's phone number so I could contact them directly to get a refund.

The website states that in order to receive a refund or cancel an order, I need to contact to store. So I called back and was told I was rude and that she wanted nothing to do with me. She did give me the number for corporate however- [protected].

Corporate took about 15 minutes to answer and I was told that the order number is 10 digits long and starts with a W. Clearly, I did not have the correct order number and the CSR was unable to find my name in the system. While I had the corporate gentleman on the line, I called the Overland Park lady to get the correct order number. The Overland Park woman was hot right out of the gates when she answered the phone. I let her know I had corporate on the phone and they needed the correct order number. I had to talk over her yelling at me to ask her to give the order number to the corporate guy. She told me to shut up and told the corporate guy to call her (she did not give a phone number so the corporate guy has no way of knowing who he should be calling since I was unable to provide the correct order number) She also said she was calling the sheriff and was having a restraining order issued against me.

At this moment, nothing is being delivered to my daughter (its too late to order from another business), I have not been refunded for the charges and it doesn't appear that I will be since they don't have my credit card information. I don't have an order number so I can't call corporate to get a refund.

This situation has been handled in a ridiculously absurd fashion. I routinely order from Edible Arrangements across the country and have had absolutely no problems. The recipients of the fruit arrangements love them. There is a store located near my house that I frequent when I need arrangements locally. I love this franchise. However, these Kansas City locations have serious customer service issues so I will find a different delivery service when I have occasions in this area.

Edible Arrangements Mother's day balloons & bouquet bundle

My order #f0215122850. Place order from poughkeepsie ny store on may 4th with samantha for delivery to 14130 covert green place, riverview, fl. Order paid for and placed to go from edible arrangements store #1487. Arrangement not delivered. Made multiple phone calls. No answer. On hold over 15 min. Each time. Called today, may 9th... Still no answer. I am a good customer and have ordered many arrangements. I am disappointed in the customer service and ngry that my mother's day gift did not arrive to my daughter.

Desired outcome: Response, arrangement delivered gratis and a refund to my credit card. My. # is 914.456.5085.

Edible Arrangements Customer service & the order was what was shown on website

NEVER AGAIN!

Needed a bday gift for the guy I am dating. Saw a choc fruit platter on line, (where I was told I needed to order from, not in person), so I ordered it on a Monday night for p/up Tuesday. On Tuesday morning I decided to resched. for Thursday p/up instead, so I called the McAllen business. The call went to the corp office. The lady at corp. tried transferring my call to the local shop but no one was answering. The lady said she would email the McAllen business & for me not to worry they would get the message. Tuesday I decided to go in person to assure myself that the order would be ready Thursday & not Tuesday. I spoke to a lady who came across as the manager Iris or Isis. Explained everything & told her I might consider the planter of fruit instead of the platter. She said that they had a power outage & this is why no one was answering. She found my info. in their system and said if any changes to let them know by calling. Noted. On Wednesday I called the business number & left a VM explaining who I was and my order #, that was paid for from Monday night, & said there were no changes & that I would p/up order on Thursday at 10 a.m. On Thursday morning I called & Jackie answered. I explained everything & she said the lady I spoke to was not in but would arrive shortly & for me to call back. I asked if my order was ready & she said no because I was supposed to call in w/ changes. I told her I had called the night before, left VM saying no changes. She then said again for me to call back & speak to Iris or Isis because she, Jackie, had to work on her orders, NOT MINE from Monday!. I then asked if she could work on mine & she said no that I needed to speak to Iris or Isis. OMGEEEE! She said if anything, my order might be ready by 12 or 12:30, not 10 a.m.

I decided after that call to go in person, I did & spoke to Iris or Isis. She gave me her novela version that Jackie had left and she was alone & still had to make chocolate, so my order would not be ready until 1. I was upset but it did nothing. At 1:30 I arrived and a difft Spanish speaking older lady brought my order. I was looking forward to the med/large platter of choc fruit as it appeared on the website. The lady returned w/a red rectangular med. size box. I asked what this was & she said my order. I told her NO cuz I ordered a platter. She replied & said this is the way it comes. I opened the box and a saw a plastic white tray w/ some choc fruit pcs. NOTHING LIKE WEBSITE PHOTO. I told her the website did not say that at p/up I would be handed this. She replied this is the way it comes. DIOS MIO!

I explained to my friend, he thanked me for my efforts, tasted the choc fruit & said they were good. If he was being nice, IDK!

BUT I KNOW I WENT THRU A HELLISH NIGHMARE TO GET A FREAKING TRAY OF FRUIT! NEVER AGIAN!

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response. Also, no business strives for this type of customer service so is it training that is needed, better qualified employees?

Edible Arrangements Order not delivered to recipient intended

On or about December 23, 2021, an arrangement was ordered to be delivered by the end of the year. The order was to go to Sandi MacCalla,16625 Redmond Way M385, Redmond, WA 98052. The phone number for recipient [protected]. The order was billed for $35.21. It appeared on my cc statement 12/26/21.

Recently I discovered it was never received by the intended party. I called the company to get a credit for non delivery. The information given to me was that this address was a business. (I was unaware of whether it was a business or personal address.) The company did call Ms. MacCalla. However, what the customer service told me was that the business closed at 7:00 pm. The delivery time was about 8:30 PM.

If a driver made a delivery to a closed business after hours, it of course is not going to be received by the intended party. The agent I spoke with did not have the authority to make any decisions. An authorized person was to call me the next day. That was about three weeks ago.

The whys and wherefores do not matter. I just want a credit issued to my account for non delivery. This avoidance and non action is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: Please refund me or credit my credit card.

Edible Arrangements Arrangement not received

I placed an order on 3/15/22 to be delivered on 3/18/22 to surprise my parents for their 50th wedding anniversary and the order was delivered to someone else. The delivery guy took a picture of the person that accepted the arrangement and it's clearly not either of my elderly parents which I would think is proof enough since he took a picture of a young lady however when I called the store located at 3530 Johnson Ave in the Bronx she told me that the delivery guy said he delivered it to the right address so there's nothing they can do. I offered to send pictures of my parents, along with their lease and a picture of their front door entryway to compare to the picture the delivery man took so she can clearly see that he delivered it to the wrong address and she said "No, the delivery man said he went to the right address". I asked her if it's the deliveryman's word against the customer's whenever these situations happen and she said again "the delivery man said he went to the right address". She refused to even try to believe that this order went to the wrong person even with proof that it didn't. I asked to speak to her manager and she told me to call back on Monday. Pictures speak a thousand words and I don't understand how me as a customer can be held liable for a $70 arrangement that was clearly not delivered with proof that it wasn't. Please refund my money

And to the young lady that accepted that arrangement, shame on you!

Edible Arrangements no flowers, fruits werent fresh and wrong ballon

i placed my order on march 1, 2022. i decided to surprise my husband with fruits, balloons, flowers and a card. My husband didn't receive the flowers and he didn't receive the correct ballon i ordered which it was the kissing emoji. i quickly called the location at 3530 johnson ave bronx Ny 10463. The manager at the location answered and she was very rude unprofessional. She said that she going only refund me for the flowers and i have to wait 10 days. The balloon she can't give me a refund because they didn't have the kissing emoji so they give me whatever they want. I never heard of that new rule because if i am paying for it i should get what i asked for. I was so in shocked the way i spoken to i never experience this from edible arrangement. As the ten days pass i didn't see no refund or even a email why the delay for my refund. i called the customer service number and a gentleman picked up and he was able to get them to send me my refund for the flowers but i also told him i ordered two balloon one was a smily face and the other was a kissing emoji. i didn't asked for a star and he can review the picture once they delivered the items. i also told him the manager at the location was rude and her say that i would get whatever i want. he said that he was speaking to someone at the location and they were also being rude to him. he told me they only will give me the refund for the flowers but that the manager isn't in so theyll will call me back about the ballon if they don't call me in 24 hr to call the customer service number again. this was on march 14, 2021.

i called today and i spoke to the manager of the location about the balloon and she was yelling at me and speaking to me with no respect. I want my money back for the emoji ballon.

Desired outcome: i want the refund for the emoji balloon. i also think the manager at the location needs to take courses on how to speak to customers. i feel because i am a soft spoken person she was trying to intimate me.

Edible Arrangements Over the phone order

I called in my order to kenosha wisconsin location march 1st 2022 and spoke with one of their fruit experts to make sure my order was going to be correct and it arrived missing items. i called and asked about the missing items i was told i ordered something else. I specifically wanted a platter that included grapes and they dont make substantions to their arrangements. So I was sold a platter over the phone that i was told included grapes. No grapes arrived. When i called and asked about the grapes i was told to go to their store and pick them up. That didn't seem right so i said i paid the $15 delivery fee it would be fair if you just delivered the grapes like you said you were going to. They said they would need to speak with the owner. I called again to try and get this problem solved and the manager snapped and started yelling and hung up. I can understand that complaining about grapes seems petty but if you spend almost $170 with a company and i made it a point to want a specific item in an order, and i called and made the order personally over the phone, you want what you paid for. I didn't yell at them, just explained that i feel i deserve what i was sold. they wont do anything about it. I feel a refund would be sufficient. It was a mistake and i could be more reasonable and brush it off but they wanted to yell at me over the phone so now i want a refund. Nobody cares. Not the store owner, not the corporate office. With corporate they say its my word against theirs basically but the phone calls are supposed to be recorded and nobody is reviewing the call apparently. Do yourself a favor and dont use edible arrangements. You will receive whatever you get and if the delivery was made then thats all you're gonna get. If you have an issue, no one is going to care and you might get yelled at and hung up on. On their "on hold" music they say lovely and reassuring things about delivering happiness like they care. Evidently they don't.

Edible Arrangements Bad customer service

I am writing this IS THE 2 ND letter to inform you of the rude behavior of one of the assistant managers in this company. This past Saturday afternoon I phoned your business for informational purposes in hope to place a order for the local military base. A woman identifying herself as Missy Dodd answered the phone and proceeded to talk in a most rude and unprofessional manner ever imagined. The words she used are commonly referred to by their first letter by people with manners. I doubt that she is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to her soon before your business suffers. All of us need to learn something new occasionally. I guess it is her turn. I experienced such rude treatment from this individual at the Edible arrangement’s located #4501 Stateline Avenue Texarkana, TX 75503 Suite 104. The CSR indicated to me that her name was Missy Dodd or Dowd and she was indeed THE assistant manager her over the top rudeness on the phone was so overwhelming that I refused to tolerate it any longer ask for the managers name and day she would be available and ended the call. Each time I try to make conversation and ask a simple question to inquire about the product and price transact she acts as though I were an annoyance. In one instance, she said she has "Are you placing a order or WHAT?" I personally feel she has no place interacting with the public over the phone or in person when she lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.

I trust that you will speak to her about polite customer service. Customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones who pay her salary. It is important to take acton on this issue to maintain the high reputation of your establishment.

Desired outcome: I expect better better service from that particular staff member.

Edible Arrangements Flowers

10 days ago I sent the following email to [protected]@edible.com and have not received a reply. Disappointing.

"I am sorry to say that this order did not meet my expectations. The strawberries were perfect but the flowers left a lot to be desired. What is on your website and what was delivered is in no way close in my opinion. Where are the roses? The image shows roses. I have attached pictures."

For more details, I ordered from the San Antonio store at the medical center.

The order number is W1005793371-1.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and an explanation. If the store ran out of roses, they should have contacted me and ask if I want the flowers still delivered or at least offered a discount since the flowers are not the same as advertised.

Edible Arrangements delivered on wrong day

I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I was going to be out of town working. I thought it would be a great surprise for her. The order was placed at 8:30am. I had not gotten a phone call from my girl thanking me for her strawberries. Around 8:30pm she received a call from the delivery driver telling her that the delivery would not be made until the next day. I have no idea why they would call the recipient of the gift instead of the person that ordered it. The surprise was ruined. I don't know why they would wait until 8:30 at night to let it be known that they could not fulfill the order. If they let it be known that the order could be fulfilled on that day, I could have made other arrangements with another provider. Who wants a Valentine's Day gift the day after Valentine's Day? The 15th of February is not a holiday. This is not the only time this company has messed up. I ordered my girl something for her birthday December 30th and the order was delivered that day, however it was missing items. They have to bring the rest of it the following day. Both of the incidents were from the Orange City, Fl location. They have horrible customer service. I did contact corporate about the issue and was told that it is up to the store to make it right. Corporate did tell me that they would have the owner contact me within 24 hours by phone. Today is the 19th of February and I have yet to hear a peep from the owner. I will never do business with this company again.

Edible Arrangements Order #e1264093002

I ordered a box of strawberries to be delivered to my daughter in Nashville for her birthday on the 17th. I placed the order on the 14th. I had to call the company on the 17th because it never arrived. They told me the door dash person they hired brought it back because “they couldn’t find the house or contact my daughter”. Not only was she at the house but had her phone with her the entire time so that was obviously a lie. The girl I talked to refused to handle it to get it to her on the day promised and told me she’d get it out the next day by 11am. It is now the next day and the girl I talked to didn’t leave a message for it to be delivered so AGAIN it has not been delivered. We were told they’d door dash it over but at this point the birthday surprise has been absolutely ruined and instead turned into an upsetting nightmare. I want my money back. Edible Arrangements Delivery

First time ordering an edible arrangement. I ordered a $79.99 which totaled to $87.09 arrangement at 9:32 am on 2/15/2022 to be delivered the following day on 2/16/2022. I called the store completing my order located on Steinway St, Long Island City NY at 12:06 pm on 2/16 to verify my order was indeed received and to confirm an estimated delivery time. The girl that answered the phone said my order was waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up and should be picked up shortly to be delivered. However the status of my order only updated at 2pm on 2/16 stating that my order was being arranged. I kept monitoring the status and no updates took place. At 6:30 pm I called the store twice to discuss the delivery and no one answered, I left a voicemail for a call back. I woke up at midnight on 2/17 to a text and call from the delivery person confirming that my order had been delivered at 10:35 pm left on the steps of a multi family house on a busy NY city street. This is unacceptable, your policy says that deliveries for residence are not made past 9 pm. The person that I was trying to surprise didn’t get the delivery!

Desired outcome: Please refund my order. The person I sent it to never received it.

Edible Arrangements Flower Bouquet delivered was withered, limp (dead), pink paint on leaves

Order # W2005704047-1, was delivered on 2/11/2022. Flowers and fruits were delivered to a family member who suffers from depression. This gift was to cheer her up, however the flowers that were delivered were practically dead, and the leaves consist of pink paint. Instead of my cousin being happy about these flowers, its upset her and made her even more sad because of the conditions of the flowers. She thought that it was a purpose for her to receive flowers in such bad condition; making her day even worse. I immediately called the store located at 1557 Ralph Avenue Brooklyn 11236 and spoke with a manager who stated that their store received a batch of flowers that were already in that condition and there wasn't anything she can do about, which included not providing me with a refund. I asked why did the store not make a phone call and inform me that the flowers were in those conditions, and she stated that her job is to ensure that placed orders are being delivered. With that being said, I am requesting a full refund of $64.21 for the order that was placed. I've attached pictures of such withered/wilted flowers. Edible Arrangements Delivery and service

Back on December 14, 2021, I placed an order for a Birthday Celebration Bundle, product code: 7781; on edia-bles.com (Order no.: W2005263834-1) The store the system auto selected was, 299 located on 2362 N Clybourn Ave, Chicago IL 60614.

Unfortunately, your service has not performed to my expectations, because my order was placed ten days in advance to be delivered on 12/24/2021 and I received a call the day prior to be informed the order had to be cancelled due to the business having too many orders. On many other occasions, I’ve placed orders for next day deliveries and most of the time these have arrived outside of the timeframe delivery window provided by your company. These are or-ders that are placed 24hours ahead and, in multiple times, I’ve been guaranteed timely deliveries.

Then again, we placed an online order (W1005562061-1) to be delivered to Red Oaks, Texas just to be

informed by the recipient that her edibles were left outside and by the time she got to her arrangements, the fruit was no longer good. (It was left outside in 80-degree weather)

I am very disappointed as I am a loyal customer to your company, who orders about 30 edibles annually, and a busi-ness owner who understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service. The worse part out of all this is not making my clients birthdays extra special.

Being a business owner, with this type of service I would be out of business.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

Edible Arrangements Sweet love platter

I had ordered a sweet love platter for my son in Austin Tx for thanksgiving order#W0100584542 I paid $65 for it but they delivered the mini platter instead which is only $29.I have called 4 times and and left a message and no one has returned my calls. Edible Arrangements Just Because Bouquet® Dipped Strawberries - Large

Item was ordered online, never delivered on date I paid for, had to go to the shop to get arrangements and when picked up Pineapple was bad and old, the chocolate on them was falling off and not edible. store never answered the phone calls, then after I picked up the arrangements i get an email saying that the arrangement was successfully delivered. The chocolate covered strawberries were supposed to have pink swirls I paid an additional 5.00 for. but this one had white swirls which is free. I am totally never using edible arrangements again if this is not rectified. 93.00 for an arrangement that half of it was inedible.
