Dream Products slowwwww service

i ordered 2 sets of toe straightners for my husband who has hammertoes and it is difficult to find shoes that dooesnt hurt his feet we were excited to see this product on the market since he is diabetic and his podiatrist says surgery is out of the question, we are on social security and we managed to send them a check on june 13 it was abruptly cashed and posted a week later for 19.89 this is july 6, i called them and they said the order would be filled this next week, however to allow for four to five weeks delivery...will we ever get our order, i will try and call again today as their website says orders will be filled on the next buisness day it was received. and it definatly should not take four or five weeks for it to reach us...beware of these people, other vomplaints have been filed.

Dream Products money not refunded

My 90 year old grandfather mail ordered some items and did not receive 2 of them. He returned a shaving kit that he did not order. It has been a month and a half since he sent everything back and asked to be refunded for the 2 items that he did not receive, which comes to a total of about $20. He has not received anything and is worried that he will not receive his refund.

Dream Products Customer Service

I returned an item that supposedly has never been received by Dream Products. In my several attempts to track down the return or find out what recourse I have, the Customer Service representative is basically unconcerned with my business and happily took my name off their mailing list without any apology, offer of assistance, trying to make me happy about Dream Products Inc. or anything. To all of you out there, you'd better hope you don't have to return an item or deal with Customer Service. They are unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB over this issue.

I ordered the back support front zip bra. There is absolutely no support ANYWHERE with this bra. I have had better posture support with sports bras. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Dream Products Made me pay for their mistake

This company is very disreputable! I tried to place an order over the phone and was cutoff before the transaction was complete. I called back and was told I had to start all over again which I reluctantly did. Then 2 weeks later I received 2 packages in the mail instead of the one order that I wanted and, you guessed it, I was billed for two separate orders including 2 separate "handling" charges! When I called, the rep was extremely rude and said I had called twice and placed 2 separate orders. He went on to say I could return the 2nd order at my cost and the handling cost would not be refunded. When I expressed concern over having to pay shipping costs he curtly replied "We do not pay shipping". I said "Well maybe I will return them both and then you will have lost both the order and a customer." And he replied "Maybe you should do that". I then asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told someone would call me back. It has been over 24 hours and no one has called me back. Surprise. It is apparent that they have no concept of good customer service and do not care if they get any repeat business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Dream Products Return of item but the full refund was not given. That's fraud

I ordered a pair of slippers at $21.94 from them which were too small. I returned them and they refunded only $9.97. I paid the return postage at a mere $3.09. They short changed or to put it more correctly cheated me out of $11.97. They do not answer their phone number. Clever don't you think? It is best if all of us with a complaint report all these to the Better Business Bureau. Go do it now.

Dream Products Never received order

I order the D-Tox health patches in May 02 2008, for $42.00. At the time you get one pack for $10.00, so i sent my money never received anything. And i know it's took me a long time to complain, But sometimes you are so busy it crosses your mind. Also it sucks that people can take your money without having a guilt conscious on their minds. I also still have my moneyorder i'm going to keep just an case. I've learned my lesson, what ever you see on t.v. might look right, but doesn't mean it does. I will like to receive my money back.

Dream Products sleep bras

First off, I've been ordering Sleep Bras from Dream Products for at least 7 years, same sz. without any problem...that is until 8 mos. ago. Suddenly the bras didn't fit right, they were too tight. So I emailed them at least 4 times (from Nov. of '08 to Mar. of '09) and all I got was the runaround. I even called customer service which was a big mistake. This person who didn't really understand English told me they never refund shipping charges even if they made a mistake? All she did was send me another set of bras...and again they were mislabled. After closer inspection I found out the straps were shorter by 2-3 inches. So I filed a complaint with BBB and somebody by the name of Linda Denninger responded by saying something totally idotic, " we modify the bras per customer's feed back" plus, " if it doesn't fit to her liking, not much we can do." What? I've never heard of anything like that before! If they actually modified the order per my request the straps would all be the same size. What I think they're trying to do is chintz out on the material so they can make more $$$.
The best I could get out of them is a refund of the shipping & handling, but what I really wanted was the same bras I had been ordering for the last 7 years! Very unhappy with this company.

Dream Products anti arthritis gloves

sent check and form for anti arthritis gloves on 6-25-09 and got papers back saying i couldnt get gloves. No check was with papers and now 7-26-09 the gloves are advertised in sunday paper again but i didnt get them or check [protected]@jdweb.cc Who or what do i have to report this to? I see a california address and should have known it would be a scam. Do not buy in california as you will be ripped.

Dream Products Tomato plants

Ordered 3 tomato plants, which were suppose to produce big tomatoes in 60 days. It took 2 weeks for them to come up Then they didn't grow even with tender .care. Now 60 days later the plants died' They only grew to 2 inches tall. We followed the directions. They are guaranteed or your money back. I want my $13.92 back.

Please check your shipping schedule and advise me accordingly. I will have to cancel the referenced request if I have not received the order within the next 2 weeks.

My father ordered a pair of slippers off of an advertisement in the newspaper. He sent them a check for $14.92 on Nov. 9th; the check was cashed on Nov.14th. It is now Dec. 2nd and he still has not received the slippers.

On 10/29/08 i Mailed a check to DREAM PRODUCTS, check was cashed 11/3/08, but I've never received the product and we are very close to December 2008...I will report this to NYS, Ca, State and city of Van Nuys Better Business Bureaus as well as my Sunday paper and the publisher of the advertising segment that paper. After reading all the claims whereby Dream Produccts have cashed chks and not return the pr0ducts...watch out I now have a goal. And to top this off one of my son's is an attorney...he will be most unhappy that they have taken advantage of so many people and especially his mother. I will be sending a notice to the Van Nuys newspaper(s) to publish regarding there fraudulant business practices as well as referencing the comments that are well documented on their poor business practoces on the internet. $40 mzy not be much but when I look on the internet as to other customer losses...this company and their customerprofessionals will possible have more problems as they run, sun, run.

Dream Products Order not received

I sent $ 13.97 to Dream Products Inc. a little over a month ago for Therapeutic Memory Scuffs slippers, and I haven't seen the product I paid for or my money back. If I don't get the product, then I want my money back. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau for further investigation!

Dream Products broken merchandise

I ordered a variety of products from Dream Products.com, I also was sent a catalogue; but I chose to purchase from the online products.
It took Dream Products.com a day to debit my account; but I did not receive it for approx.2.5 weeks after ordering. The package finally came Saturday 02/29/2009 - one of the products is broken (glass)
and it's a pain in the ### to have to return. I may just chalk it up to experience; but Dream Products.com, in my opinion, should describe their willy-nilly, novelty items in a better fashion, ship asap, ensure
so-called "breakable" objects are packed as they should be. Peace

Dream Products Did not receive paid for product

From a Parade magazine advertisement, I ordered, Jan.21, 2009, 2 coupon organizers and sent a check #5922 for $13, 62. The check was cashed by Dream Products on Jan.27, 2009, today is Feb.10 and no product received. I have placed 4 calls to the [protected] and Iam told all representatives are busy. My hold times ranged from 7 to 13 minutes without connection to a representative, each time I disconnected with increasing frustration!

Dream Products I ordered replacement merchandise after the merchandise I bought didn't fit and never received anything.

My customer number is #6734887. I notified the company last November that the two bras I purchased where way too small. No problem I was told simply mail them back. I did exactly that. I went to Long's Post Office, paid the shipping and have heard nothing. I have made repeated attempts to contact them by telephone, but their machine, "we are busy right now, please stay on the line, etc." just played over and over again. I ordered some slipper socks for my husband that were actually cheaper than the two bras. I figured they would come around Christmas time, but nothing came. Every chance I get I will continue to pursue this. I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you, Linda Moore

Dream Products non-receipts of goods

I placed an order with dreamproductscatalog.com on 11/13/08, my credit card was charged on 11/14/08. I assumed that my order was shipped because my credit card was charged. Also I got a confirmation email stating most internet orders will be shipped in two days.

On 11/18/08 (tuesday) I contacted the company to get the tracking for my order. O was informed at that time my order was not shipped and it will be shipped out by the 11/21/08 (friday). They informed my credit card was charged because the order was already sent to the warehouse and was ready to be shipped out. Also stated that they were very busy with orders (ha ha a big fat lie).

I contacted them on 11/24/08 (tuesday) and was informed again that it was in the warehouse ready to be shipped and will go out by 11/28/08 (friday). Was told the same exact lie just the week before.

I contacted the supervisor wendy she informed that the other representatives were wrong and she checked with the warehouse and that the order was shipped out on 11/21/08 (saturday). Remember now, I said she confirmed with the her warehouse. Got a call back from another representative cindy and was now informed that the order was shipped out on 11/24/08 (I guess she forgot today's date, which is 11/24).

She also gave me a tracking number for my order, I checked the tracking on 11/24, 11/25 and 11/26, said invalid tracking number. When a label is printed with the usps it won't take longer than a day for a record of the transaction to show up.

This company has business ethics. They take steal money and tell you lies. I would have rather them telling me the item was not in-stock or not available. How do they think they would get repeat business? I don't think they would!

Are they going out of business, that's why they are taking their customer's money?

Hope you guys don't go through the same thing like the rest of us here.

CORRECTION

Dream Products D-Tox Health Patches

I ordered D-Tox Health Patches(30 Day System-Set of 60)
on June 8th, 2008. They said to allow 3to4 weeks for delivery.
Well, here it is November 11th, 2008. That's more like
"5" months! My credit card was charged, and I still have no product. What gives? Send me my product, or credit my credit card, accordingly. This makes me think that I more than likely will not be purchasing from your company again, anytime soon.

i called before returning them to make sure i would not be charged for the return and to make sure i was sending them back correctly-the customer service person said i would not be charged that the packing slip had a label for that

when i got to the post office i found that not to be the case .
i had to pay to return them-when back home i called to find out how to get my cost returned

in total i talked to 3 different reps one being a suppervicer-none would give me a person or phone # of higher rank to speack with

the suppervicer did give a corp. address (which i already had)

and all 3 stated it was not policy to refund my shipping.

the point is -the company states i will get my money back i
want it all back
the company states shipping & handling are free if i bought at
a quanity amount -i did -how can this be free if im out ANY amount of money and how is it "your money back" if some is missing?

Dream Products order never received despite check cashed

Have mailed order and check for $12.97 accompanied by paper coupon for a podiatric product[which would reposition big toe] on August 18, 2008. My personal check with my name, address and phone no. has been deposited and cashed by Dream Products through their Bank on Aug 21, 2008. I have never received the order.

The Company Dream Products Inc. is advertising and encouraging people to buy their products . No phone number found when I have tried to contact them. I also have read many complaints like mine about the Dream Products, is this a bad Business or scam ?

I received a letter with a great wonder pull that makes you lose weight quick. I couldn't find info on the so called Dr. Nor could I find info on the pills. I googled the address and seen all of these complaints. No wonder they ask for a check and don't give any other info. They are scammers!

Smokeman, If you've ordered products from a DMW Direct at 91-J Auburn Street, Dept #1163 in Portland ME, it was a SCAM! Please contact your bank to warn them of this and other possible fraudulent charges, as well as your local BBB.

I order product from DMW Direct, 91-J Auburn Street, Dept #1163, Portland ME, 04103 and never received their product. I have since written them three letters requesting my money since they have cashed my check since 11 Aug 2914 and still no product nor response. I just want my money back and forget about this incident. Thank you

Dream Products Inc. is advertising and encouraging people to buy their products, no phone number found when I have tried to contact them. They send advertising inside daily newspapers . I bought on May 16, 2011, 2 Circulation Stockings for $7.97 each. Today is July 29, 2011 and I haven't received them. If this company is a scam, be careful Maritza - Puerto Rico.

Well, i just recently sent in a money order as well, it has been 5 weeks since i mailed the money order... I called them, and they said they have no record of receiving the money order and that i should contact the bank and see if it was cashed! WEll, thats going to cost me 15 bucks...just to do that.
I hate to say it, but i think the Better Business bureau needs to get involved unless someone has already done so...

I ORDERED A WALLET FROM DREAM PRODUCTS. I ALSO FILLED OUT THE FORM AND SENT IN A CHECK FOR AMOUNT PLUS SHIPPING FOR MY PRODUCT ON 9.1.7.08. TODAY IS 10.2.08 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WALLETS.
I FILLED OUT ALL MY INFORMATION INCLUDING MY UNIT # 11. IF THEY NEGLECTED TO INCLUDE THAT NUMBER I WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY WALLET NOR WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK. I, TOO AGREE YOU HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING DREAM PRODUCTS TO SEE IT THEY EVEN RECEIVED YOUR ORDER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Dream Products Items ordered and not recieved

I Mailed personal check along with hand written order, as requested by Dream products. The check cleared my bank several DAYS later. It has now been eight weeks and the merchandise has not been recieved.I have contacted this company, spoke with several people who said my money would be returned. As of today some two months later, it has not been recieved.
How can a company like this take innocent peoples money and ignore their request and concerns afterwards?
I do not reccommend to anyone to place an order to this company. Sincerely, Mildred Largin

I bought the therapeutic toe alignment slippers and found that they are coming apart on the side. I do not have the package but wondered if you would accept my word and send me another pair. I can't see sending a small item like that back when shipping is so high. My order number is [protected] and my customer number is [protected].

They currently have an "A" rating with BBB.

I ordered a couple things in February and paid by credit card. Received a shipment in March minus 4 swimsuits they said were on back order and should be shipped in JUNE! I should have asked for a refund then. I emailed in May, when should I expect shipment. They said everything was sent in March. I sent a copy of their invoice, they they said whoops approximately 2 wks. 2 weeks later I sent another email. Another whoops 2-3 wks. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and then forwarded that to Dream Products. Now they claim they can't meet demand and I will be getting a refund. I agree, DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I sent a check along with a flyer I recieved for a pair of shoes. The check was dated 3/24/09. It was cashed on 3/31/09 and cleared my bank on 4/1/09 and I have not recieved my shoes. Something needs to be done about this.

Regarding Dream Products.
I think since they are located in california all these people with complaints need to contact the governor, state representative, etc. whatever it takes. thats their job. I have changed my mind about ordering since the prices listed in the sales paper differ from the prices they want to charge when ordering on line. But there is a phone number that i am going to call.
