We ordered the Philly cheesesteak pizza and we have ordered this pizza so many times that we know every single ingredient that supposed to be on it and trust me when I tell you red sauce is not one of the ingredients. They also burnt another pizza that we ordered. Aransas Pass Texas Domino’s Pizza is where we store number 8047.

How can we get a coupon for a replacement pizza or how can I make this right?

your local dominos took $$$ for my online orders three (3) times consecutively since april, 2022. these orders amounted to over $450 which dominos failed to deliver, and only on the 3rd (last) failed order did the store staff bother to notify me. it's a shame because the quality of pizza cooked at this location is really good.

this local dominos provided no notice the 1st or 2nd undelivered online orders i placed in april. when asked the dominos (phone answering) staff member falsely claimed the driver called me. i pointed out my instructions were to please text any questions. then staff member changed his story and said the driver also texted me. both claims untrue. then the staff member claimed they may not deliver to my area. also untrue. in my opinion, whoever took that call from me should be indefinitely suspended without pay.

small local family owned pizza shops around here were forced to shut down as a result of large multinational pizza corporations moving into our neighborhood. the only delivery choices left for this neighborhood now are the few large entrenched food corporations, like dominos.

nothing was done to compensate me for these fraudulent transactions. each time my credit card was refunded $150+ several days after each fraudulent transaction. i am not wealthy and cannot afford to be used as a payday loan service. i am not here to float this dominos outlet weekend numbers, or here to throw away quality food that was ordered.

if good service and good quality were reliably provided, and better management oversight enacted when a store such as this goes "rogue," then the absence of our old local family owned pizza shops might be tolerated. otherwise, boycott and complete withdrawal of our business may be our only appropriate responses.

i live at a recreational boating facility where hundreds of seasonal family vacationers visit every summer. why shouldnt i warn all my neighbors of this store's shady practices? why should i ever order (from this dominos) ever again?

Rude customer service rep who dont want to entertain the call.

The Saraland Al store says that they no longer deliver to my area (7305 Grissom Drive, Saraland, AL 36571 off Kali-Oaka drive). I've lived here over 20 years and Dominos has delivered and now they won't deliver. Why? I always tip. I just don't understand why Dominos no longer wants customers.

I went to dominos for a pizza and Buffalo wings when I ordered I let the cashier know to I wanted my wings well done and my pizza with sauce cause the last time I ordered my pizza was dry and this time it was the same results dry pizza with hardly no sauce and wings where not well done. So when I came home and looked at my order I was unhappy I had to put the wings in my oven and bake them some more. To be honest I did not eat the wings cause I was not satisfied

Ordered from domino’s last week (boneless wings and Alfredo pasta) left on the porch no knock or doorbell ring food was ice cold. Called domino’s about the issue and had a employee screaming in the background by the name of Adam saying it’s not our fault you didn’t go get your food and no can’t nothing be done you got what you paid for. Rude and disrespectful towards customers after they spend their money is not good customer service and a person like that should not rep nobody business.

Hello, I ordered pizza Friday and have been sick since. Couldn't eat all yesterday and have been having major stomach issues. I have been throwing up and in the bathroom sleeping on the floor all weekend because of it. I couldn't even keep my medications down. I will be missing a day of work because of this and my God Daughters 4th birthday...

It's absolutely ridiculous we can't cancel orders online and have to wait for the 5 minute automated voice before we can reach the store to cancel. My finger accidentally hit my enter key as I was entering a custom tip and it enter an $80 tip. I couldn't cancel my order through the site and that is absolutely ridiculous

I had a free pizza available on my account but when I tried to redeem it I was told i needed to enter a code that would be sent to my email but the email was never sent. I honestly would just like to redeem what I earned or I'm not going to order from Dominos anymore. Its bull that I buy from you guys that much then when I want to redeem a reward I am unable to.

I ordered from Dominos number 639 I asked for no jalapeños. And it was a delivery this is not the first time I have had to go pick up my order. But on January 27, 2022 I waited over an hour for delivery then went to the store to get it they had my breads and pasta ready but not the philly, Philly, also put on the order no mushrooms on sandwish.it had mushrooms. There was 6 people working or they should have been working they went to the back.the phone rang for 10 minutes they were not that busy yet Noone answered the phone they were more interested in taking in the back my husband had surgery on his tongue and they put jalapeños i. His. Bread I put none.i order from that store alot and I don't think I will be going back this store is in really bad shape they don't understand that the phone calls are part of their job but most of them were not doing anything I seen one person really working. Please address this store I Love Dominos very much and really am upset with the attitudes of whatever they are not there to work they are there to talk. Thank you for the wonderful food but this store is awful bad really bad they need to be managed learn to work.

On Jan 3, we ordered 4 pizzas from the Dominos store in Davie, Florida on Broward and we paid for delivery. An hour and half later, the order still hadn't arrived and we ended up picking it up ourselves and lost the delivery charge.

this is my first delivery order and my last from your company! I have covid so I felt I would order your pasta for my wife and self and have it in a reasonable time! Computer showed the time as 3:59pm for order time, delivery time on my receipt was 5:38pm. The food was warm at best and we did not eat it. My store #5762 3100 Washington Rd. Augusta, Ga. Order# 128342, server# 9118. My info: Richard Ashworth, 2064 Bridgewater Dr. Augusta, Ga. Phone # [protected]. Paid for with debit card last 4 digits 9285, Reference [protected], approval code 045902, Total $24.94. I believe a refund is in order here because of the delivery time, the food was not edible, and the service was lousy! I have always picked up my order, but with covid, my wife and myself have been self quaranteed.

I just want to suggest changing the menu option for build your own pasta bowl. You guys only allow 3 add ins for the pasta bowl, but when you build your own pizza you can add way more toppings. Just doesn't seem fair and doesn't make sense. Even if the toppings will cost extra I wouldn't care, I would like to have more then 3 options though. Thank you

The New dominoes in West Florence has a cut off of delivery 2.5 miles from my house. There are about 75 houses in this short distance and more being built. When I lived on Wrenfield Circle the old Dominos in Timmonsville delivered to me on a regular basis at least once a week sometimes 2 and the distance was far greater than where I presently live. I love the pizza and the wings but I can not see how to drive after dark. I was wondering if you would please extend the distance to cover my house 5815 Langston Road Timmonsville. There is only one red light and low traffic so delivery time would be shorter than in busy town. Thank you

Store #3523 I ordered online a large Pizza and Italian Marinera pasta for my dad I live very close, so I usually walk to this store. Tonight, I had to wait a much longer time and there was an individual-(guy) boxing up the pizzas, I saw my pizza come out of the oven as well the pasta I called the store back at 7:33pm 12/28/21 and the person answered I asked his name and he stated Juan. He was very rude to me in the store I tried to get his attention, being the other person was heavily into a phone call and he said that wasn't mine I had to knock on the plex glass to get the lady on the phone attention. She was asking where his order and it was just sitting there, he made comment to me: (The next time I come into his store wear a damn mask and he said you piece of trash) I felt insulted and will definitely take this further. How dare him insult me like that! I work for the City Government and own my home here and have another property in Puerto Rico
