Domino's Pizza Constant order cancellations from the same location

I'm writing in regards to the location at 2929 S Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73108. They have consistently canceled my orders in the past year without any kind of notice, regardless of the time that the order was placed. Please contact that location and see what is going on. Today 12/05/2022 I'd placed the order at 11:45pm and they ended up canceling again right before they closed. When I called in regards to why it happened again they said the drivers car broke down and that I should just go and pick it up. I can't leave my job because I'm the only one here, thus why I ordered for Delivery! When I asked for the number the guy refused to give it, and when I asked for his name or for his managers name he refused and hung up on me as well.

Domino's Pizza product and customer service

December 4th approximately 5:40 pm. I placed an order online around 4:30 pm. I was tracking to see the progress of my order and it stayed at pizza being prepared for a long time. When the tracker changed to say the order was ready I left to go get my order. I live maybe 2.5 to 3 miles away. I paid for the pizza and wings before looking at my order. I looked at it when I got in my car and immediately went back in to tell them my pizza was cold. Then I was told I was late picking up my order and I said I came when the status said ready. The guy on the register called the manager and he came and said its nothing I can do about this and proceeded to walk off. I said i will never order here again and said you can keep this pizza and I left. I truly feel like the customer service was poor and its sad they didn't even try to make it right. This is unacceptable.

Order #1642, store #7608, order ready at 8:57, ordered online at 7:28-7:33, given p/u window of 7:43-7:53, left the house, 4 minute drive @ 7:46 pm on 11/27/2022. Got home @ 9:03 pm. No order should take them an hour to get to my order. Was told they had 40 pizzas to make and 3 people in the store. Saw 3 drivers come in and out, plus the 3 in the store...

Domino's Pizza It took over an hour to make my order and then over another hour to deliver it

Dominos on cleves Warsaw in Cincinnati Ohio 45205 zip code has spent 2 hours on my order and it has yet to be delivered. I tried to call the store and they hung up on me 5 separate times. We then called the costumer service center who were entirely unhelpful with cancelling my order. I still have not been able to cancel my order and it has still not arrived. This has happened before but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt I will not be ordering from there again.

Domino's Pizza Liter soda and 32 buffalo wings

I ordered an Extravaganza, 1 Liter Sprite soda and 32 wingets on 11/16/22 and received the wrong Liter soda and the wingets look like a rush job. Many of the wingets were not covered with buffalo sauce. So I called the Domino's at 8700 Flower Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901 location and spoke with Allen. He stated to me when the driver returns he will send him back out to bring me the correct Liter of soda. Allen never called me back so I had to call the store again. I spoke with Allen again when in fact he changed his story telling me he cannot correct the problem by having the correct Liter of soda sent out to me. I stated to him we do not drink coke soda and that coke soda is used on planes and used to get the corrosion off of car batteries and besides coke soda was not what I ordered and you got my money. He got into a debate with me by saying Sprite is a coke product as well wherein I do not see what that has to do with them delivering me the wrong item. I went on to say Sprite is not used to get corrosion off of batteries or used on planes. Then I said, besides you took my money and delivered the wrong item. He was going to send the driver out to give me what I paid for then he changed his mind, SMH. So we were unable to enjoy our pizza with the correct liter soda and had to eat half-covered wingets. I remember having trouble out of this Domino's location and many complaints were made about this store location in the past. How can you take a customer's money and not give them what they paid for, SMH.

Domino's Pizza Social media attack by delivery person

I am an emergency room nurse at a local hospital, which has been extremely busy lately. On Saturday night, I decided to order enough pizza to feed all the staff present that night. While I was ordering online, I was notified that there was a Level 1 traumatic CPR patient coming to one of my rooms. I finished the order just as the patient was wheeled into the room. I chose contactless delivery because I knew that I was likely going to be busy for quite some time. We managed to resuscitate the patient and flew him to a larger trauma center, where he was immediately taken to surgery. The entire staff, security officers, housekeeping, physicians, and (when they got back) the flight crew enjoyed delicious cold pizza and pasta! We are very used to eating when there is a gap to grab something, and your product was much appreciated. The next morning I checked my phone and there was a Facebook message for me. I am sending a screenshot of it. I never would have neglected to put a tip for the driver if I hadn't been so rushed getting to the trauma patient. I do not think the Facebook message and/or threat is appropriate. I would have gone by the store and tipped the delivery person, but don't want to cause more drama. This certainly gives a negative feeling towards ordering from Dominos again. I did regularly use this store.

Domino's Pizza a veggie pizza

I ordered two pizzas on 11/7/22 at around 9:40 pm and did carry out at the location in des monies at 401 grand avenue. After receiving the pizza I ate one which was made perfectly fine. However the day after when I went to eat the other it seemed fine at first but then realized they were pieces of bacon AND chicken in my completely veggie pizza. I am a vegetarian and have not eaten meat in years and was flabbergasted by this.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund and some compensation and/or caution around this happening again to me or others.

Domino's Pizza Pizza

We ordered Pizza Halloween night. Two of the four pizzas were floating in oil and so disgusting we threw them out. I have called the store over and over, there is never a manager available or they hang up on me. I have tried every venue to get my money back, no one responds. My order # was 918 from the Merced Main Street store. I want my money back for two medium extravaganzas because we will never return. Little by little, pizza by pizza, Dominoes has become one of the worst pizzas in our town. How do i get my money back please? I have tried everything I can think of. I have covid, and my next choice will be to visit the store in person if I cannot get a response with any other method.

Domino's Pizza The service and the manager on duty

My husband ordered pizza for us at the 824 hull RD , Athens GA location on November 5th. He chose the curbside pickup option and the two minute countdown started. They stopped our countdown at 1 minute and 37 seconds and it said our order would be out by 8:08:09 pm. We gave it at least five minutes and when our order was never brought out we drove to the pickup window. The person who gave us our order was nice but didn't acknowledge that our pickup order was never brought out and we should receive a free pizza next time. We got home and he complained online. The manager called him and was extremely rude and told my husband "thanks for being a baby about it." My husband was very upset and did call him back a couple of times and was rude but if the manager had just acted professional, apologized, and said we would get that free pizza on our next visit, we would have been more than satisfied. Everyone is short staffed, but the managers attitude was uncalled for. My name is Stephanie and my email is [protected]@gmail.com if contact info is needed. Thank you.

Desired outcome: We would at least like the free pizza we qualified for and either a refund for our order the night before or gift card/ credit would be appreciated.

Domino's Pizza An acknowledgement treating a customer as such is wrong and a written apology.

 On October 28th, 2022, I made an order on my phone for carryout. I ordered chcken wings, lava cakes, pasta primavera and a pizza. I get home and it looks like the pizza was dropped on the floor before being put in the box. A slice was flipped over, the crust of another slice was pushed up against the box, the pizza was separated and pulled apart and not even straight on the white paper. I went back to Domino's to have them make a new pizza, not realizing how horrible I would be treated. I walked in and asked a worker "would you eat that?" He looked at it and said no. Another worker comes and demanded to know what's wrong with it. I told him it looked like someone dropped it on the floor and then put it in the box. He said there's nothing wrong with it, and refused to make me a new pizza. He yelled at me in front of customer's and his many co-workers. He crumpled my receipt and threw it into my open pizza box. He accused me of dropping the box, well if I had, how did a slice flip over? I told him I have camera's at my house to show I never dropped it. He accused me of slamming on my brakes, no that never happened. I asked for a manager, he ignored that. I asked if he was the manager, he ignored that. He walked away. I stood there waiting. Clearly he was trying to bully me and embarrass me so I'd just leave. Another customer comes in while he's still ignoring me. That customer paid for his order and I said "you might want to look in that box". The worker yelled at me to leave, I said I would not, either make me a new pizza or refund it. He yelled at me "I told you to give me your credit card". I told him "No, you never asked for it or told me you would refund it". I spent 12 minutes of my time waiting for this worker to either make me a new pizza or refund my money, which he did refund it however he had no business treating me that way. I am 59 years old. I have better things to do than waste my gas for a mistake I made. I paid good money for a decent pizza and ended up with no pizza at all. No one would eat that pizza because you had no idea why it looked as it did. This was clearly a hostile work place. I called the next day, October 29th and asked if there was a manager there the night before, I was told there was and that they would be there at 5 PM again. I asked for that persons name, wouldn't tell me anything about who the manager was. You can call any other retail and ask for the manager and they will tell you their first name at least. On October 31st, I made a report to Domino's corporate to no avail. I believe the man who was yelling at me and accusing me for the appearance of that pizza was the manager.

Domino's Pizza Customer service

Placed on online order arrived for pick up. Employee shouted when I walked in and I told employee I was there for pick up. Employee proceeds to tell me I didn’t place an order for pick up at that location and was rude and disrespectful. I showed employee the email confirming the address and she said well I will start them now with an attitude. Multiple customers came in and was told their pizza was ready either. Employee was super nasty to one customer and advised the customer to stop interrupting her and she had been working 49 hours straight ….customer informed employee that she was angry at the wrong person. I sat for 46 minutes waiting for my pizza and employee slammed it down on counter and didn’t say anything to me .. order was incorrect when I got it home. Never will I go here again and be treated like this.

Domino's Pizza The store

So, my tracker is not working. I try to call the store and I'm hung up on several times, until I choose that I'm ordering. Once they answered and found out I was wanting to know about my order, the phone hung up. I called back and was put on hold; my tracker is still not working. I'm charged on my debit card. For wings, pizza, and soda. I cannot even update my phone number on my site. It keeps going back to my old number. I think it's unprofessional to hang up on customers. We've been customers for a long time here. My number now is [protected], my email is [protected]@yahoo.com I'm Sheila Gowans.I reside at 6545 Cinnamon Oaks Court, Dallas, Tx 75241 The awful store is number 6564. Acelawayne was to check my order. I thought things were awful on our last order, but this really checks it off as the store has has downhill.

Domino's Pizza online problem, delivery problem, nobody answers their phones problem

This is the 4th time Iin recent weeks I have tried to order dominos delivery. The website does not work right and keeps changing my order to carry out. I cannot do carry out I am disabled. None of the THREE stores in Bowling Green Ky will answer their phones, all i get is recordings. I am extrememly angry and frustrated and want you all to call me at [protected]. Order not place and also Dominos wallet amount Deducted .

I am very surprised ,when my order was not placed and also wallet amount of Rs 100 deducted by dominos .

I have ordered Paneer Paratha Pizza of Rs 209,after offer applied and wallet amount 100 rs it comes around 69 Rs .

My money deducted ,wallet balance deducted and my Order also not placed .

Domino's Pizza Specialty chicken, Pizza

On 9/23/22 at approximately 5:00 PM I ordered Specialty chicken with bacon and tomato. I received Specialty chicken with bacon and tomato and BBQ sauce. I do not like BBQ sauce it ended up in the trash.

I also ordered a large pizza with marinara sauce, mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. I ended up with a Large pizza with white sauce, 9 mushrooms, and sausage.

It was so loud in the Barre Vermont Dominos I could not here the cashier and she couldn't here me. I had to write down my order number so she could find my order.

Domino's Pizza Scarce product on Pizza

I ordered a large three topping pizza from Domino’s #6716 on 9/20/22 at 6:15pm. I didn’t receive it until 7:15 pm and there is hardly no product on pizza. Dough is over cooked and dry. I am enclosing a photo of pizza. I had my daughter order pizza thru her delivery service app and I paid her for it with check. Please send email to my address so that I can see how you handle this. Domino's Pizza Delay in delivery of order

I have ordered a pizza online through zomato at about 2203 hrs on 13 Sep 22. the order was accepted by Dominos outlet at Madipakkam/Nanganallur, Chennai, India. and was showing the status as the order will be delivered by 2230 hrs. However the same has not been delivered till time and also the status is shown as "preparing your order". this is happening with the dominos for the second time.

Domino's Pizza ordering over the phone/mobile

I ordered over the phone while on a walk, hoping to place an order for a single pizza and chicken wings

The call center operator apparently doesn't know what either of those things are!

It took me 10 minutes, TEN MINUTES to place an order w this person, and the guy at the store made the food faster than this person took my order, which made me lol

They confused everything about my order, including giving me the wrong size of chicken bites, ordering it in such a way as to price gouge me, then also put ranch as the sauce on pizza, not on the side, and they didn't possess the wherewithal to inform me of such a dramatic change from marina tomato sauce on my pizza! I expected ranch dipping sauce on the side, as I stated in the call, not to replace the tomato sauce with ranch!

This operator apparently couldn't even read the menu online where they were placing my order while on phone w me

It took them over a minute to look at menu to search to see if dominos offered chicken bites, which they couldn't understand when I asked about chicken, they kept replying about GARLIC BREAD!

What is Dominos doing removing any competent person from the ordering process like this!

Totally horrible business decision, seriously. My call, no joke, no exaggeration, lasted TEN minutes. TEN minutes to take my order of chicken bites [plain] with pepperoni pizza. TEN MINUTES

I call and place an order w any other pizza place takes me less than 30 seconds.

I don't know why I would ever buy another Dominos after such an exhausting and tedious experience, but the guy at the actual physical Domino's location prepared the food faster than this person took my order! And he made it right for me too.

LOL! LOL!

I ordered:

16 pieces chicken bites, which got placed by operator as 12 piece while also placing that order as bacon + tomato seasoned bites but withholding the bacon + tomato so that I had to pay that little bump for the flavor.

No amount of explaining did they ever ever grasp the concept of my order that is clear and easy to find on the menu

CHICKEN!

IT TOOK PHONE OPERATOR AN ENTIRE MINUTE WITH ME ON HOLD TO JUST SEARCH FOR CHICKEN ON THE MENU, THEN THEY REMOVED ME FROM HOLD ONLY TO HAVE PLACED AN ORDER FOR GARLIC BREAD, SO I HAD TO EXPLAIN WHAT CHICKEN WAS AGAIN!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING DOMINOS!

PS: all of this made me LOL but it did annoy me, plus yall have to be losing revenue if every phone order takes a solid TEN minutes, no joke, no hyperbole, ten minutes is waaay too long to take an order of a single pizza + chicken wing/bites... LOL

Desired outcome: Placing an order over the phone should not take TEN minutes. The operators should also understand your menu

Domino's Pizza Discrimination and rudeness towards dietary requirements

I visited dominos in South Woodham Ferrers Saturday evening , I have visited this store many times , I have just had a food intolerance test and it told me my body struggles to digest gluten and diary , I popped into my local store and asked if it was possible to have a gluten free base and vegetarian cheese , I was told straight away “ no I’m not prepared to do that “ at first I thought it was a joke but then he continued to say “ I’m not doing that I’m not prepared to loose my job “ I explained that it’s not an allergy and just an intolerance he still refused . I found this very humiliating and felt like I was being discriminated against purely because of dietary requirements and offered no explanation at all , my email address is [protected]@gmail.com I would really appreciate you contacting me regarding this , many thanks

Domino's Pizza Pizza

On sat. Aug.27, 2022 at 11:00 am. I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza from denton domino's. Mind u this is the first thing I have eaten in 3 days bc of being sick. When I got my pizza and open the box.

I was so so disappointed. If I wasnt starving i'd have returned it for my money back. It costed $16.00 for a small pizza with nothing on it. What a huge waste of hard earned money. I loved domino's but after this horrible experience i'll think twice about ordering from them again. It was such a sadly made pizza I took pics of it to show u.. It was so dried up like it was sitting around all day.
