I called Domino's and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes then hang up on me without saying a word, I called back and on hold for 15 say can you hold and hang up again . I am not the only person who has gone through this they do this all the time here at 1836 Darby Dr Florence Al. When we order our pizza is always missing something either a topping or wrong pan size so aggravated hopefully you all can fix this, because we love Domino's Pizza and I haven't complain to not get anyone in trouble but enough is enough.

Jeanpiero from the east elmhurst, ny location called for me to send someone downstairs in order to hand over the pizza. From what the website/pictures ask to specifically leave directions as to where to leave the pizza "contactless" which I did. So why promote contactless if jeanpiero had to hand over the pizza. That is not 6ft apart.
The manager (demas) at that location was not helpful and had no idea what he was talking about.
Is this a new dominos policy where 6ft apart and contactless goes out the window?
If he rang my bell I would obviously be expecting my delivery so nobone would have the chance to steal it. In case the same excuse the manager used comes up in this complaint.

Ordered pizza and other items from Edmonds WA store, where we have always ordered. My husband went to pick it up. He was informed that there was no order there for us. He called me, and I researched it and discovered that the order was sent to a Lynnwood store, which we have never ordered from. My husband went to locate this store. It was very hard to locate! Needless to say, it took an hour and a half and way too much gas to get our dinner!
I must say, the staff at both locations were very nice and apologetic. I do not fault them. I fault the online system.. I am hoping that this is not happening to others.. Thank you for your time!

On the evening of 18/09/2020 I went to collect my order of which I did for collection and was met with where your mask! I felt totally belittled and embarrassed for all your staff members to stop and stare... I am medically exempt and under the discrimination's act I do not need to explain why I was not wearing a mask. When quizzed about this she said well wear 1 next time... I had gone to pick up the pizza . At 6:18 after the order was ready, we clicked on the button after parking the car right outside the store. After waiting for more than 15 mins and even on being hold, my wife also drived to the store as no one was coming out to deliver the pizza. I too went pysically inside the store. The guy gave it to me after waiting inside for 5 mins. He was not ready to take my complaint. My wife too walked in, the manager - by name Ariel asked us to file with you online or @customer care service . So technically the pizza that was order was finally delivered @ 6:42 p.m to us and we would like you to take action against insensitive staff and manager who were not even sorry for not brining it outside.
