I dropped off a Chromebook at Dollar General in Stearns KY. For FedEx to pick up. It was March 30th around 930 am. The lady said she had to reboot the gun and she would get it scanned in. Parking lot at store #14189 has several potholes. One in particular is right where you are trying to park. It is getting bigger and deeper. Can be a danger to the tires of a vehicle. It needs fixed before something happens.

Unsafe store and shelves bare
Aisles blocked with stock carts and can't shop because items not put away or they are blocked by carts. This isn't a onetime occurrence it is almost every time I shop there, which is usually a couple times a week. The cashier named Amy at the breakwater place in cape May NJ was unbelievably rude and combative! She left to go to the bathroom with a long line of customers and was gone 20 minutes. Leaving the girl alone up there. Going to the bathroom is of course understandable. However; after 20 minutes I went to the bathroom to check on her concerned she may have fell or something. I knocked and she came out. I asked her if she was ok? She began to yell at me and calling me rude for knocking!?! Told me to put my stuff down and get out! The other woman working who I believe was her supervisor told her she cannot talk to customers that way. She then started yelling at her! She was yelling at everyone and cursing. Personally, I believe she was doing drugs! She clearly didn’t want to be there. This woman needs to be fired! I however will never step foot in that store ever again! Which is a shame since I’m right down the street. The store looks like a junk store now and the woman Amy could care less. You had a line of 20+ customers at this time and she’s yelling at people.
Desired outcome: Fire her!
Unprofessional display
June 15th, 2022 I was shopping for a few things at the Dollar General store in Shoals, IN and the attached picture was written on a box located in the freezer section with the words “look, you don’t work here, leave the da* boxes alone. I ask if the restroom was locked and the lady said yes then I ask if I could use it and she said no. I then ask why she replied it clean and it’s going to remain clean l said I’m not going to mess it up she said I know because you’re not going to use it
I then ask to speak to the manager
She replied I’m the manager her name Kim Whitley
I then said I was going to notify Dollar General about this
Then she said well I could use it but I would have to clean the entire restroom myself if she let me go pee
Is that the way a manager should treat people
I thought this should be brought to someone’s attention
I feel like I was discriminated
I’m sure that other people get to use the restroom or it would have signs saying employees only
I hope someone can take care of this problem so I will NOT need to seek legal advice

Desired outcome: Personally I would fire the manager if they work for me but I know how hard it is to retain workers So I would expect that the restroom to be open and clean for everyone after all it is there job maintain the restroom as well as the store
aisles full of products on carts on june 9 2022
aisles were full of carts with products.couldnt get thru aisles with cart and couldnt get to products on shelves.
Desired outcome: being the only store here it would be nice if the carts would not be in the aisles.
Dirty Store
Store # 11519, This store is so dirty and messy every time I go in, But today was the worst 06-08-2022 I was standing in line and two guys were standing at the doors fighting with each other and the girl at the register didn't know what to do. I know one thing I will telling everyone I know NOT to go to that store, till it gets cleaned .

Not marking shelves correctly, people in the store with no shoes. Expired products on shelves, dirty store, products left in the isles.
Regarding Store #19851 On 6/6/22 As always, pricing issues with the Dollar General located in Mottville Mi.
The shelves state one price and the computers charge another. The manager stated that I obviously had the time and maybe I'd like to come in and price check all the shelves. I have pulled past due cereals and put them into baskets.
Not the first time I've brought this issue up to her. She also wouldn't change the price to what the shelf said and said "do you still want it?". No, I want it for the price YOUR store has on the shelf. FIX IT!
It is ridiculous that a small store such as this one can not get its pricing correct, or that I have to take a photo of items to PROVE my point.
Desired outcome: The manager needs to be terminated.
Client/customer fell in store
I was representing a customer that injured herself in your store. I have attempted to contact Ms. S. Peet on multiple occasions in for the form of calls, emails, faxes, demands and letters all to no avail. I need to hear from someone immediately such that we can avoid legal filings. I was there buying spaghetti Sause and the shelf said $1.00 it rang up $1.30. the manager on duty said she is not giving it to me for 1.00. and she said we have to change it. let me speak to the head manager.
