They came to my door with an order an I saw them with a package an thought that can't be mine I even ask them they couldn't even tell me the name on the package h e just hold it up to the door screen said is that your address yup well sign it happen to be my roommates why not tell me the name instead of being rude . Then when I went to sign I ask him how do I sign it first of all I haven't sign anything in years an rudely he said use your finger an just sign very impatient with me so rude he seem to have some ms man problem for sure I was about to give him attitude but decided to keep quiet I told my roommate never use dhl service again . Plus the package he got to find out was my cats grave stone my cat had passed away was a gift for me an that man had to make my day worse .

DHL delivered a document of mine to the wrong address. The DHL rather stupidly insistent that the courier was at the correct location despite the image not being of my house. They have not sought to retrieve and have taken no responsibility. This was a sensitive personal document that took time and expense on my end, so not something can can easily be recovered in terms of cost.

DHL Express Philippines is running a scam.

December 2022 I had a package sent to me from the US. DHL is wanting to charge me upwards of 85k to get my package or they will abandon it. 85k is clearly not a fair price and payment by sender was already made. I’m willing to pay what I need to but at a fair price. They are threatening to auction off my package.

DATE 09/29/2022 Pkg stopped by Customs Erlanger KY. Talked to customs many times and they report in DHL API abandonment or something like that. Recvd letter, sent it back to get my items. Still have not received this shipment. Its almost 2023. Some of the items support a nonprofit organization and promote my business. Where is my package?! Remove designed Bengals items but please send me the rest of my bags!

This claim is addressed to supervisors of Customs contact group for Serbia, Belgrade.

I have to report careless, negligent and irresponsible attitude of Nemanja Tosic, the Customs contact group clerk.

From the very beginning of my packages clearance there was/is zero initiative from the clerk. Moreover, I have to make numerous reminders (via chat service, customer support phone and email) in order to get my case moving. Particularly, I had to ask twice (!) to receive forms to fill for customs clearance. After that I had to remind 3-4 times to get confirmation that my documents have been received by the clerk. I had to make 5 (five!) requests via chat support, phone support and direct email to receive a phone call from the clerk (since he is never available at work place, so I can reach him). Nonetheless he never called after all these notices. Finally I managed to reach him by phone. To my surprise I have found out that he didn't notice half of my documents. Neither has he apologized for my wasted time. After the documents have been found and discussed, I have sent three more files that were missing. It was on 28th December, morning. After that I emailed twice to get a confirmation that documents have been received. Today is the end of day 29th - still no reply – for two workdays! Again I have to call the support to remind this clerk to pay attention to my case.

This quality of service is totally unacceptable. This is nowhere near quality of service I got used to in DHL Germany. Moreover, this is much worse than ordinary state mail service (who calls you and takes care of your requests).

I traveled to Mexico during Thanksgiving and purchased insurance for the three boxes to ensure proper packaging and handling of the pottery I purchased and shipped. Boxes had lots of fragile stickers, pottery labels, handle with care stickers and so forth. All arrived damaged and every content completely broken. We opened these boxes in front of the DHL representative at the office and they did not care one bit to see our goods coming out of the box broken. Did'nt even offer to assist in where we could file a claim since I paid 475.00 of shipping and packed items within three boxes to secure no cramming. We submitted claims to DHL in Mexico as we were instructed. No one replies to your emails, they lie about them not able to receive the pictures you send, they tease you back and forth as if they are wanting to help but never give you an email to personally communicate with someone else. Their emails come back as UNDELIVERED. Time after time making a phone call direct to Mexico and they just tell you someone will call you within two hours and they dont. They closed my claim the moment I initiated when I had 30 days to continue my claims. They told me I could do as I pleased to resolve this referring to filing claim or suit. Please trust me, DO NOT TRUST DHL.

I have shipped a watch to UK under AWB [protected] and I'm asking for the Proof of Delivery with receiver's signature, and they cannot provide.

The customer service representative just insisting that their UK team called the consignee and confirmed that the item has been received.

As I believed that upon delivery or collection it is the DHL SOP to let the receiver sign as a proof that it has been received.

DHL Express lost an important package of mine that went from London in the beginning of October to San Francisco. We have been speaking to the depot there and the behavior of the depot in San Francisco was beyond appalling. First, they gave a lame story about the delivery guy forgetting to lock his truck and someone got in and stole 2 packages, then they said that when the packages label changed for an address change, the box was misplaced in their sorting section, or as they call the area, the hospital. They changed the label and 'misplaced' a fairly large box.

I want my package back but they're not bothered to even search for it or give any indication that they've checked surveillance on cctv footage of the days my package was still being tracked.

AWB [protected] "stuck" in Customs Clearance for 7 days. All documents provided 6 Days ago. Paola Varela from this location, DHL Express 1910 W Rio Salado Pkwy Tempe, AZ [protected] is repeatedly asking for information that has been provided...6 days ago. She does not communicate, customer has spent $25 thousand dollars daily... For 7 days... Throwing away produces due to this "delay" in customs clearance. Whoever is Paola Varela's boss needs to remove her or DHL will continue to lose customers. No more DHL for us!

I have used dhl twice and both times were terrible. First time I sent a package from Canada to South Africa was told I would be there in time for my Mom’s birthday and the package was delayed. This time I was told the package would be delivered 2 days ago on 7th December 2022 and all I have had was problems from the start. I wasn’t asked to make an invoice for every single item in my package and I must give the cost and also saying it’s new or used? Because dhl Canada never told me this my package has been on hold for 2 days now. And to make matters even worse dhl Canada is blaming South Africa they said South Africa needsa the invoice. South Africa says they are waiting for the invoice that Canada forgot to send to them! I asked Canada how long it’s still going to take before my package gets delivered and he said it takes 3x before it’s processed? I don’t understand why it takes 3 days to process when you have acknowledged you have the invoice? If anything is missing from my packing I will be taking this further. DHL is incompetent and when you try phone them you can’t reach them and when do you reach someone he tells you the packing is moving it’s on its way to the receiver which is a lie. I still have no idea when my package will be delivered? Useless and atrocious service. Don’t ever use DHL!

I have a document sent from China a destination to Yemen city of Aden. Everything was fine till it reached Amman Jordon. It stayed there as transit for more than 10 days then in DHL Yemen office 4 days and is still at Sana'a - Yemen DHL office. This is not an express service anymore. The documents contains shipment clearance for the customs and I have to pay fine for late declaration. It is the worst service I experienced in my business career. No more DHL.

On Friday 25 November 2022 a DHL Mercedes Van '1GFP 671' backed into my driveway then proceeded to then deliver a parcel to the next door neighbour. Whilst it is illegal to park on someone elses driveway or to block access to that driveway, it is note worthy that, whilst that neighbours driveway had two cars they owned and parked on their driveway, it does not give that driver the right to block my driveway or park on it when delivering to another address. In particular, whilst the neighbour is a corner block, there is no reason why he could not have parked down the otherside of his block (Flagstaff Road) or, parked in one of the two car spaces in front of the park opposite, or, on the side of the road opposite. Blocking my driveway is illegal. That a member of my household was due any moment is irrelevant s the law clearly says, not in front of or on someone's driveway. I have a photo and a video from my security cameas, happy to send to you. However, it is odvious, YOU must inform your drivers it is both illegal, inappropriate and unreasonable to block or park their vehicle on the driveway. This Van has blocked my driveway once before. Maybe it is the direction of DHL to deliver quickly and blocking someone's drive is an acceptable procedure. It is not. Please advise this driver and others it is illegal. Thank you.

I ordered a part. I paid full price for the part and shipping. They shipped the product via DHL but DHL shipped it back to them for a reason neither DHL nor Rock Auto will provide to me. According the DHL tracking number, the part didn't even leave the processing center.

Now RockAuto is claiming that the cost of the return is more than the part so they won't refund me!? The return is not my fault so I should be getting a full refund!

They have stolen money from me.

I rearrange on 16 Oct and the earliest recollection date is 17 Oct 11:30 - 13:30, however finally still no one come to collect.

My parcel is important document which need to send to Taiwan, if it is not urgent i don't need to pay so much for dhl.

The delivery was meant to be today (26/09/2022). I got an email toawrds the end of the day stating: "We were unable to deliver your DHL Express shipment with waybill number [protected] from UNIVERSITY OF BATH today because you were not home at the time of our attempted delivery." This is total rubbish. I have been in my home office all day which is next to my front door. No attempt was made to deliver and instead the delivery driver made up a lie. I have wasted a whole day. Pleasde resolve this. Utterly uselss service

On August 15th, 2022 @ a little before 5pm, a DHL Express driver delivered my package, all was good till he went to leave. That is when he hit my son's basketball goal and destroyed the whole base, so much so that the pole would no longer stand up, and he broke the backboard as well. He knew he hit it stopped looked at it then drove away. My husband and daughter witnessed the whole thing as well as a couple of gentlemen that were working on my neighbor's house. I contacted the local office in Oklahoma City and was contacted the next day by someone who just keeps telling me that he will get back to me and never does. I have witnesses and pictures but still nothing is getting done about it. It is going to cost me a minimum of $350 dollars to replace his goal. This is unacceptable and bad customer service.

I got 2 shipment from Japan and each package are the same dimension and weight. 1st shipment I got a duty fee for a total of $97.50 and it shows all the breakdown of the fees.

2nd shipment I got a duty fee for a total of $187.50 and I was charged $90 more. I saw the break down on each fee and it came out to be $97.50 which is the same as the first shipment. So I like to know where is the breakdown for that $90 charge? I called DHL and they routed me to the Clearance Department and was left with an automated voice message. I left a message and did not hear a response from them. I might have a feeling that I might be overcharged overall on my duty fee

UPS came to my door, rang and left the package at my door. DHL driver came to pick up an international package and stead of ringing he took the package and left. He looked before through the glass door to make sure noone was watching him.

I have it all in video both the ups driver leaving the package and DHL driver taking it with him. His face is nice and clear.

I live in a gated community so there are videos of him coming in.

I tried the ''deliver to safe location if not in'' and nominated greenhouse - was very niaive of me to expect it to be followed

We were in the house but the driver failed to knock and left it outside the garage, and must have illegally signed the sheet on my behalf.

Yet again DHL has let your customer down, following last weeks episode - THREE attempts to call at the correct property for a collection

Also the parcel was left at 13.45 - way different from your stated time of 17.44 to 18.44

Your form is telling me that the postcode is wrong - it is not although YOUR label has been printed in a distorted fashion and has probably been read by your equipment as SP1 5AT - no it still says it is incorrect, so cannot submit this form

You need to seriously pull your socks up. Next time I will be submitting my invoice for wasted time and expect it to be paid.

A copy of this note will be sent to your company secretary for action.

On Sept 12, 2022 we had a package delivered from DHL. The driver stood at the stairs and threw the package onto the porch. This package was clearly marked Fragile Glass and Beni Cultural Work of Art (See Photos). This piece of custom glass artwork was the result of several months work in which the artist passed away shortly after completing the project. This artwork required us to fly to Venice Italy to approve, inspect and pay for the piece. The malicious actions of the driver with no regard for the contents was intentional and has caused great emotional trauma to my wife who had a personal relationship with the artist. The piece was broken and there is no possible way to replace it. We spoke with a DHL representative who could only apologize and say that we would have to work through the artist to get reimbursement. Well since the artist is no longer with us that is a little hard to accomplish. I hope you can view the video from the link below.
