CVS Bathroom at 11 mile and Lahser Southfield Michigan

To whom it may concern,

I am writing about the disappointment and concern regarding the condition of the bathroom facilities at your cvs drug store @ 11mile and lasher.. Southfield michigan..

During my recent visit on july 11. I had the unfortunate experience of encountering an extremely filthy bathroom. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was not only unsightly but also raised serious hygiene and health concerns.

The state of the restroom left a lasting negative impression on me, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.

I observed overflowing trash bins, dirty and wet floors, visibly unclean sinks and toilet, it was evident that the bathroom had not been adequately cleaned and attended to for quite some time.. As a customer, this level of negligence is unacceptable and it reflects poorly on the overall quality of your establishment. As loyal customer I believe in giving feedback to help improve your establishment...

CVS Closure without notice and incorrect prescription information

I went to the CVS Pharmacy within Target at 1 Mifflin Street in Philadelphia, PA on Friday, 7/28/23 around 3pm as my prescriptions were due to be ready for pickup at 2pm. I was picking up two epinephrine pens and seizure medication for my four year old daughter. Upon arriving at the pharmacy I learned that it was closed "because the pharmacist never showed up and the backup pharmacist apparently got into an accident."

I called customer service and spoke to two different representatives. The first individual I spoke with was incredibly rude and continuously interrupted me or cut me off mid-sentence. He offered no solution and transferred me to his superior. The woman I then spoke with did much of the same thing: she did not offer any solution and continuously spoke over me rather than listening to my concerns.

It is unethical to close a pharmacy without notice and without a backup place to open during scheduled hours when people are in need of life-sustaining and life-saving medications. If a physician is unable to make it to the hospital, they certainly do not close the hospital - they have a backup plan in place and emergency coverage in place. It is absolutely unacceptable and unethical to prevent people from getting medications that is pertinent to their health and well-being when they need it and are scheduled to have it.

Further, I was told that the medications would be available for pickup when the pharmacy reopened, although a date or time for reopening was unknown. I returned to the pharmacy on Saturday, 7/29/23. The pharmacy was open, but the seizure medication was not available - the supervisor who was the second person I spoke with on Friday sent the prescription to a different pharmacy without my knowledge or permission. The pharmacy that was supposed to have it only had enough for a three day supply so now I am still waiting for the full prescription to be filled three days later. Lastly, when I asked the pharmacist about the unexpected closure on Friday, he immediately lost his cool by raising his voice and telling me that he's "had a few rough days and they continue to be rough so I will probably close the pharmacy again and no one will be able to get their medication."

Desired outcome: Leadership team to create a comprehensive plan for coverage to keep the it open during all scheduled hours.

CVS Pharmacy workers

Went to cvs to pick up antibiotics for a 5 month old with an ear infection. When asked date of birth I said 2/23/23. The lady said no. Thinking I had my dates wrong I said 2/22/23. Again she said no. The correct date is 2/23/23, as I said the first time. Worker asked me for first and last name, which I gave her. She again said no there is nothing. I said I dropped off a hour ago to the guy right behind you. She left the window and a few minutes later another woman came and asked dob. I said 2/23/23 and she said she found it but the last lady put in the wrong dob. I rolled my eyes but said nothing. The lady said that’s disrespectful and she doesn’t need to deal with that. I asked what is disrespectful and she said my action. I then said whatever can I get my Rx so I can go. She said no that I was disrespectful and had to talk to the pharmacist. The pharmacist came and I said “ can I please get my Rx and go? “. He said 2 minutes it’s being mixed. I then got my Rx. At that time I told the pharmacist that what is really disrespectful is to deal with his working instead of giving me a Rx for a sick 5 month old. That is crazy to me. I’m the customer and this is t high school.

CVS Amazon gift cards1

My name is Mary Shea I go to the CVS in O'Fallon Illinois. to buy all my Gift cards. I went in there a couple weeks ago and bought 2 -25 dollar Amazon gift cards for a Birthday. I go in there 2 times a month and buy 50 gift Cards and I always get a receipt. This time I didn't get a receipt she said they were out of Paper. Because I go in there so much and I work almost right next door I trusted her it happens to us at work sometimes. So I gave the gift cards to my Husband for his Birthday and there was nothing on them. We tried a lot of times said nothing on them. I was very sad because that should never has happened. I handed the girl a 50.00 Bill. Can we Please resolve this matter. I would like to get my Money back. Please contact me Thank you very much God Bless

CVS Refund not received after online order canceled.

I placed an order on March 5, 2023, but the order was cancelled due to a system error. I immediately contacted CVS for a resolution and was transferred to 3 different departments with no resolution. I was told that a representative would research the incident and get back to me. I received a call back almost a week later and was advised that an incident would be opened and a refund request. After several weeks of not receiving the refund, I called again only to be bounced from department to department. Then I decided to submit an email inquiry on April 29, 2023. I received a response to the inquiry confirming that the issue was resolved and a refund was issued. The email advised that it would take several days for the refund to be returned to the gift card. As of July 26, 2023 I still have not received the refund. I have called numerous times of the last several months but the employees have not been able to assist me. Today, I spoke with 3 different employees in customer care, the gift card customer service and the refund department but none of them were knowledgeable enough to provide a resolution. The last representative in the cvs.com department told me that "there was nothing she could do because it had been too long since I placed my order. This is both disappointing and frustrating. My customer service experience with CVS has been extremely poor.

CVS Pharmacy

Every time u go to pick up your medication they r never ready. Wait time is horrendous and it doesn’t matter if it’s outside drive thru or inside pick up someone needs to audit this store unannounced and see what’s going on

The store in question is in Millerton, NY

They keep telling us they r behind and not enough staff

CVS Pharmacy

It is unacceptable for anyone to be put on hold for over thirty minutes when trying to check on a prescription. On hold for 43 minutes and just finally hung up. If the pharmacy in Benton, MO can’t handle it’s job, maybe you should hire more people or just close said pharmacy! This happened on July 26, 2023 at your Belton, MO location with the phone number of [protected]. This is an ongoing problem with this pharmacy and should really be looked into. I don’t know why the government with TriCare would use such a corporation that cares nothing for its customers!

CVS I believe I have been discriminated against at you New London Ct, 06320 store

I called in 2 refills, 1 for Alprazolam and one for zolpidem on 7/7/23. I went to pick them up on the 7th and was told they never received any from my PCP Dr. Doherty. I sent in a refill request through MYCHART the next day at work. The PCP office let me know they were sent. long story short I work with the Dr. who Rx'd the medication, I watched him send it through my chart. on Friday 7/21/23 before I left work I checked both EPIC as an employee and the I check MyChart as a patient they both indicated that it was sent to Pharmacy. I get to the pharmacy and they tell me once again it's not in. EVERYONR behind the counter was laughing. I then called my Dr. on his cell phone and he assured me that is was sent in on the 10th but he was nice enough to send it again while i was in the store. I waited 20 mins and they said it wasn't there. So I ended up calling it Walgreens 6 mins later and I was able to pick it up. I was very upset. I had been without my prescriptions for over two weeks and started having withdrawl symptoms. This is very serious. Now Im wondering how many other people they've done this too. Im scared to get my meds from CVS now because if someone (the Pharmacy team) is hold a grudge how can I be sure they're giving me my correct medication. i and diabetic and have High BP and I take my meds regularly but how can I be sure its actually what my Dr. ordered. they basically called my Dr a liar when I was on the phine with him at the counter. I also took pics of Epic saying it was senton the 10th and mychart pics saying the same

CVS Apple gift card activation

Description of Issue: I purchased 4 apple gift cards on July 15 at the 30-97 Steinway street store, one was activated and 3 of them gave error message, as it shows on the receipt.

The manager told me to call Apple that it was not his problem, Apple said the cards were not activated because the terminal in the store had a problem.

I called CVS, the lady said I needed to call back in 2 days, but I was going overseas that day (the cards were supposed to be a gift)

Now has been a while and nobody contact me about the error, I need to fix it asap as it is charged in my credit card.

Please let me know how to solve this issue.

I will be back to USA on august 8, so please all communication should be email, text message or whatsapp.

CVS Prescriptions

The pharmacy in Bozeman repeatedly sent texts that prescriptions had been filled, then when I arrived it had not done so. I could wait, though I was traveling but others arrived expecting that the prescription had been filled and had to leave because they were from different towns. The staff was rude and intolerant, especially to older people. The manager was unable to address various problems. The standard over the counter medicine had been inexplicably shelved in areas that I’d never seen before. What a mess!

CVS Pharmacy technician

Patient call provider office on tears due to the experience she had at CVS when she went to obtain the prescription for her transgender care child who is protected by the Fl. Law, our patient is 16 years old who is under mental health care and medical care Dr who specialized on Gender Identity.

I called the Pharmacy myself to find out if something was wrong with the prescription, this pharmacy Tech. explained to me that he has the right to deny this medication, cause many studies support his beliefs, he used his own judgment to deny the testosterone who is been prescribed by our Dr since 02/2022. This technician overpowers the rights of my patient who is a minor and vulnerable, he ignored the civil rights and the law who protect kids who are already transitioning. This Technician is a threat to vulnerable community and is uneducated.

We encouraged CVS to please take care of this issues for providers we still having trust in CVS, and we can continue treating our patients without personal beliefs.

Desired outcome: Parent will proceed to file complaint. and Dr Office will call his manager. Incident took placed today 07/21/2023 at 9:am

CVS Prescriptions

This is a serious problem in the Barnesville Store #5683. This is not a one time issue, but a recurring monthly nightmare. It's like the pharmacy has no one supervising the section. I was told to pick my prescription up anytime after 12:00pm on July 20, 2023. But since this is an issue I decided to call to see if the prescription was actually ready for pick up before driving to the store. I was told at that time that they didn't have the medication in, but it might come in later in the afternoon. I called CVS and have been on hold for 30 minutes so far. This is nothing new. They tell you your prescription will be ready at a certain time and when you get up there, they haven't even started on it. If you say anything to them about the issue, they threaten to not fill your prescription and get a serious attitude. I remember years ago CVS ran effeciently and there was no other store better. That's not the situation today. It's as if they don't take pride in their work performance. The prescriptions are never ready even if you get a text from them saying it's ready for pick up. These problems have been going on for a long time now and it's time to say something to someone because I can't imagine the issue getting any worse, but I bet it can! It's not just me having these issues because waiting in line customers talk and almost every customer says the same thing. By the way, I am still on hold. I don't want to go to the store unless I know my prescription is ready because I don't want to get into an altercation, but I am so ill at this point. I actually have 2 phones on hold for CVS. No one ever answers thje phone after an hour of being on hold. I finally, while staying on the phone, went to CVS and they had 1 customer in front of me, but no one was manning the phones. They were not answering them. I found out that my prescription couldn't be filled until July 22, 2023. Why was I told to pick it up after 12:00p.m.? Why didn't you tell me that on the phone earlier when I had spoken to you? This, in some way, has been an all day event which it shouldn't be that way, that's bad business. Now, after writing this complaint I am terrified of the type of service I will receive. I have shopped at CVS for a long time and want to continue supporting CVS, but something needs to be done to service customers better. CVS Service

I went to the one 101 park plaza in san diego california, I had to wait over 20 minutes there ringing bell 5 times so someone could come up to unlock the shelving to get a razor. when finally this employee arrived I said it has been 20 minutes wait time. He said that it is not his fault and was by himself and was very rude about it. I requested his first name only for he had no name tag on and he refused to give to me. I then proceed to down stairs and seen him again and requested his first name only and he refused to give again and very rude to me. this happened at about 10am on 07/20/23. I am very disappointed in my service and also I get all my medications there for I am diabetic so you no how much this is and buy lots of other items there, If this is the service I can expect from you then maybe I should move all my items to another chain store. He was so unprofessional to me and makes you wonder how others feel about your employees there.

CVS pharmacist rude and unprofessional Jacob

cvs pharmacy pharmacist at 13650 bear valley rd victorville, ca 92392 name is jacob, walked away and decided to go to lunch in the middle of a transaction, he needed to change something in computer to put prescription on a workmans comp pick up, then decided to leave and the lady helping me said he couldn't do it because he left to lunch, he was at the register overlooking the issue then walked out. very unprofessional, clock wasn't even at the top of the hour, it was 4:44 pm and they said he went to lunch before his 5th hour

July 6, 2023 4:44 pm, Grace was also helping me. I ended up having to pay for my prescription instead of getting my prescription free of charge through Optum Liberty Mutual.

Desired outcome: would like a refund/ apology for walking out in the middle of a transaction.

CVS Service

I've been a customer of the CVS on McWhirt Loop, Fredericksburg, va, for over 30 years and never had any issues until the last few years. The employees never open the second register anymore, when before they always would when more than 3 people were in line. Today it was 5 deep and still no one opened it. It seems to me there are fewer employees too. I had been dealing with the pharmacist Ricky for a few years and he was always kind and would actually talk with me and explain anything I had questions about. Suddenly him and the rest of staff are gone, only recognizing one person there now. I take a controlled narcotic and I can't count how many times I've had to wait because its not in stock and add on top of that the rudeness in which employees deal with you over it. I hope you can figure out and resolve whatever issues you are having operating this store, if not I will probably move to another pharmacy, my husband has already moved his prescriptions.

Desired outcome: I'd like to see some improvement in service.

For 21 years Ive been going to the CVS 0n 930 Montauk Hwy in Copiague. I got a couple of items and went to cashier, I asked to be checked out there, stating that last time coupon didn't work at self check out , I wasn't feeling well and was more comfortable in general at register. Man refused 4 times during verbal exchanges. He actually agressively came over to me and picked up my items that were along side me. I was horrified and stated, "leave my things please". This person stated he was the manager when I asked for one. I went back to the pharmacy who were happy to help. They said this new guy, who's name is David, was the new Store Manager. I will be switching to Rite Aide across the street after 21 years.

CVS Robot answering service about 10 years

The robot answering machiine , when it was male it was awful but at least every question did not prompt you to get an app .

The new female voice is identical as the old save that it aggressively wants you to download their bloody app . It never tells me i have presciptions ready , never ever . So when I call i am made to wait through the endless nonsense that does not pertain to me and wait until i may push the button to speak with a pharmacist .

Not only all of this , i do not receive a phone call or a message when my scripts have been filled ,

And when i call , the damned robot says nothing as to whether or not my scripts are ready . It is endlessly frustrating .

I am on 24 medications and this "Service" needs to be junked , it is worse than useless .

I have transferred all of my prescriptions from your store back to a competent, well staffed, pharmacy.

My Medicare advantage only covers CVS. I tried to transfer all of my prescriptions to your store on Cerillos in Santa Fe and experience a service vortex.

I pull up to the drive through, I am handicapped, and my prescription was not started. I was told that I should go to another store because this store takes 3-5 days to fill prescriptions unless I wait. I picked up my prescription 4 hours later.

I tried to order my regular medications through the site and called the number that the site prompted. The humans answering the phone had no idea and told me I would have to go into a CVS to fix the issue with my account, again, I can't walk. I tried to file a complaint and all I got was snark from the man who answered my call.

Your current CEO makes over 4 million per year, why? Your managers on site make 45 thousand. Why? The results of this disparity are obvious. Getting on this site to complain warns that your company is mostly non-responsive to customer inquiries.

I am a handicapped, 65-year-old female professional and was treated like a dog. I will see you in small claims court along with the St Christus Medicare advantage team.

I will report your actions to the Department of Aging and Disability.

CVS Inability to get in touch with CVS on Bragg bvd in Fayetteville OH

I moved to Ohio at the beginning of June 2023. I have tried to get in touch with the CVS on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville, NC but cannot get them to answer phone. The CVS on State Rd in Parma OH has also had the same problem. This has grossly affected my getting one of my prescriptons.l CVS in Fayetteville keeps refilling my prescription which precludes the CVS in OH from filling it. I even had my former provider with Aetna change the CVS for my prescriptions. All are ok except one, the one for acid reflux. The CVS on Bragg Blv in Fayetteville is shorthanded but it is ridiculous that they won't even answer calls from the CVS onState Rd in OH. I will be getting a new AETNA provider/principal physician up here in OH and if this is nt resolved, I will change all prescriptions to Walgreens.

Desired outcome: I want to be able to get my prescription filled at State Rd in OHIO. I also want to be assured that CVS is doing something about the poor serice at the Bragg Blvd store in Fayetteville

CVS Pharmacy customer service

Registering a complaint concerning Pharmacy Customer Service. In Little River & North Myrtle Beach, SC pharmacy a person never answers the phones! When going through the drive-through, no one comes to the window! I'm handicapped and struggle to walk. I've had to get out of my car, go to the prescription counter and retrieve my prescriptions! Poorest service ever! For this reason, I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere.

When I asked for a manager, the workers seem to have no one managing them?

CVS Pharmacy, 1370 Highway 17, Little River, SC 29566 - No one answers the phone, no one comes to the drive through window.

CVS Pharmacy, 1010 Highway 17 N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 - no one ever answers the phone.

Desired outcome: For the sake of your business and for handicapped and senior customers - improvements. I'm not a complainer, but this whole experience was absurd!
