Complete Savings / Complete Save Money being taken out of my bank without any supervision

I was checking through my bank account today as I noticed a payment I did not recognise which was referenced as ‘WLY*completesave.co.uk’.

After searching them up and seeing some reviews I realised it was must have been some sort of scam to get people to sign up to a monthly direct debit, posing as signing up for offers.

This back dates all the way back to June 2022 which is 21 monthly payments of £15 to this date, making it a total of £315 what has been taken out of my bank.

Obviously after finding this out I rang up their number to make a complaint and requested a refund, to be fair to them the women on the phone did help me out and make it straight forward.

She said, she is sending out a form for me to fill out to put a request in for a full refund. And said it should be in my bank 3-5 working days later.

But we will see.

Complete Savings / Complete Save WLY*CompleteSavings

£15 has fraudulently been taken from my account each month under WLY*CompleteSavings.

There have been at least 42 payments taken for at least a 4 year period totalling at least £630.

At no time have I requested to join the complete savings plan and have not authorised this amount of money to be taken from my account.

With it being £15 taken from my account monthly it has gone unnoticed however it has now come to my attention when looking into the matter that over a long period of time it has totalled a large sum of money stolen from my account.

I believe I have now closed the account which I did not sign up with to begin with but this money needs to be refunded to my account.

Claimed loss: £630

Your company fraudulently had taken £15 out of my bank account without my permission. Because I didn't sign up to your company. You send me two emails on the 7th and 7rh of January, and then you took £15 out today the 9th of January. You said I'll be refunded within in the next 3 to 4 working and that you are going to cancel my membership. When I didn't sign up to your company in the first place. So I find it strange that you said I had an account with you, when I clearly didi not. I have over 4 and a half thousand people who follow my reviews. I'll be telling them that you are shady business and never to ever deal with your company. Because I'll say it again you fraudulently had taken money out of my account without my permission, as I didn't sign up with your company. Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorised chargers:Fraud, Scam

Complete Savings have been taking £15.00 a month from my account. I did not authorise this! They have stole my money! I am currently contacting NatWest (fraud team) and will also be contacting Obesom, and the local news!

Since December 2022 complete savings have taken £15.00 out of my bank account every month. I did not authorise these charges! This has been done unlawfully! You have committed fraud/scam. I do not know how you got my bank details! NatWest are investigating this, and I have reported you to the government pishing site. I want my money back immediately!

Complete Savings / Complete Save Unauthorized bank charges.

I have just going through my bank statement for the last month, and I have seen that you have twice taken £15 in the last 20 days from my account. One on the 21st November, and one on the 11th December. I noticed it today because I had no money in my account when I went to get this week's food shop! You have quite literally taken the food off my families table! I'm absolutely fuming!

Please refund this as neither my husband or myself have ever signed up to the service, and we do not use the account that the money has gone out of for online shopping. This account is only for our household bills!

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 was taken out of my account this morning, I want it back

On Wednesday 22nd November, I had seen that £15 was taken from my bank account by this vendor. I was not aware there is a "membership fee" when I first registered with this company.

When I first registered, I couldn't get any cash back despite several attempts, so that was the first red flag. But I thought I'd keep the account for any future purchases. Now £15 was taken from my account, and I was not at all aware that this would happen. I've cancelled my membership. I want my £15 back

Claimed loss: £15 taken out of my bank account for a service I only attempted to use once, and did not even receive my rewards for.

Desired outcome: I want my £15 back.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Complete savings asking for personal information

I have been using complete savings for about 4 weeks with no issues. However on November 8th my account was terminated with an email asking me to send my passport photo and bank account details in order to keep using it!

I was not told what I had done wrong (or if i had done anything at all) but if I wanted my cashback and monthly bonus amounting to around I would need to send in those personal details.

I called customer service whi said that there was nothing that they could see that I had done wrong other than that I had used Complete savings in the past and hadd, had multiple accounts. This is true, I asked if it was therefore not allowed to use complete savings due to having had multiple accounts, I was told that I was allowed.

Noone will tell me what I am even accused of! Feels like a scam to get my personal details.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response as to why I am asked to send my bank details over an unsecured email address to address an account issue. I want to know what the account issue even is before I do anything

Complete Savings / Complete Save Monthly payment

I have cancelled my monthly payment from Complete Savings. This is a company that gives you cashback whenever you do online shopping. Because I do not shop online as much so it is of no need to me. However, on Saturday the 28th of October, money has been taken out of my account from Complete Savings. £15 to be exact.

I request a refund because I have cancelled the monthly payment but money has still been deducted of my account.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Stole 15 pounds from my bank account

On the 9 th of October 2023, they took 15 pounds from my bank account without my authorisation. Never heard of them before, they seem fraud company stealing money without authorisation. No email was ever sent to me from them to show we ever had online contact. None. Frauds! I never clicked on their website, never heard of them before.

They took 15 pounds from my card on the 9 th of October. Never heard of them, unauthorised transaction. How do we bring these guys to financial higher board complaint? I never clicked on any of their website, never received an email from them saying they took money for some service. Nothing. Without my authorisation.

Complete Savings / Complete Save I have been charged 15 pounds and got subscribed to completesave without my authorization

Today, I noticed an unauthorized charge of 15 pounds on my card by CompleteSave. I haven't signed up for any of their subscriptions, and I only learned about CompleteSave when this unexpected charge was deducted. I have never received any emails or SMS notifications indicating that I subscribed to their service. This situation raises suspicions for me, and I'm perplexed by how such a company can legally operate in the UK

Money has been taken out of my account today of £15 which I've received no emails and didn't sign up for any subscriptions I've also has online chat and the email I am registered with they don't even have to find a membership number I did not sign up to anything and I request a full refund which I haven't even authorised I do not know how this has happened but I didn't sign up to anything

On checking my Bank Statement today I noticed that there had been a withdrawal of £18.00 by a company called COMPLETESAVE.CO.UK NYON CH I have never heard of them, never dealt with them, and have no idea what they sell or do {except Scam bank accounts}

Complete Savings / Complete Save so called membership with Complete Savings

I have only just discovered I have been charged over £1,2060 since 2016 by Complete Savings 'membership' service. I was unaware of these charges. When I spoke with them over the phone they informed me I had signed up via Debenhams in 2016! Debenhams has since gone out of business in my town and I certainly have not received any paperwork to confirm membership. I have now found emails from Complete Savings, but these went directly to my spam box and are unopened. I do not remember registering with Complete Savings. I would like to sue Complete Savings as it is a scam.

Their letter back to me as I requested cancellation immediately is below:

Note the sentence 'We try to make our offer as clear as possible' - well that is completely false and grounds to take to small claims court.

This notice confirms that your membership has been cancelled on 16/08/2023 and no further membership fees will be charged on your debit or credit card account. Your cancellation reference number is [protected].

You can continue to use your membership benefits until the end of the current paid term, which is 15/09/2023.

Our records show that your first membership fee of £15 was charged on 16/06/2016 and your last membership fee was charged on 16/08/2023. However, we noticed that on 16/10/2017 and 16/11/2017 your membership fee was not processed due to a failed payment.

Therefore, you have been charged 84 membership fees of £15.

Our records show that you or someone with access to your credit/debit card completed an online transaction with www.debenhams.com on 17/05/2016.

After your transaction, you were offered the opportunity to join the Complete Savings programme with a £30 cash back voucher and a 30 day free trial

I had first come across this after a payment to Pretty Little Thing. However I did not give authorization for my card to be charged. I have been charged for two months. I would please like my 30 POUNDS refunded to me.

Please do not even sign up for this service as it is FRAUDULENT.

I have never signed up for this service but discovered that I have been regularly charged £15 for the last 3 months, I do not want this service and I do not make use of it.

Complete Savings / Complete Save Total reimbursement of last 6 months paymnt for the amount of 29 £

This is three [censored]ing months I'm asking you to stop to take money from my bank account with card Lloyds bank finishing 2951 since January for someone I'm not legate with. Then I'm asking now to be reimbursed totally of that scam. I'm not your milk cow, and that bloody enough. If this is not resolved in the next 24 hours, I m to denounce you to postal police for extortion and bloody abuse of dominant position. Who the hell are you to defraud honest people? I want the total reimbursement of my last six payment for the amount of £120. But are u crazy or what?

This another ultraliberal [censored] taking customers in hostage of your fraud

We can't do it anymore of you [censored]. Do you think I poo mu money to every month to gift you money like that

The transaction is still pending in my account as of now, but I can see that £15 has been taken out for no reason and I am quite annoyed by this as there is no apparent reason for this credit charge. I hope that you will be able to refund the £15. the date of the £15 being taken out was August 4th. Please can you respond to this message as soon as possible. I would like a refund and to be unsubscribed from complete savings immediately after my refund is given as this is not acceptable.

Complete Savings / Complete Save £15 subscription fee taken from my account without me signing up

I have never signed up for this service but recently discovered that I have been regularly charged £15 a month for a subscription I do not want and never signed up for since August 2022. I can see no record of ever giving my details to this company or ever agreeing to sign up for this service, I have received no emails or calls. I want this cancelled and refunded ASAP as fraudulent charges.

Desired outcome: Cancel the charges and refund the monthly charges starting from August 2022

This isn't the first time you have taken money from account why are you still taking £15 a month from my account I was refunded first time and I have just noticed you still been taking £15 a month for a few months without my permission so can you please refund me please

Complete Savings / Complete Save Cash back rewards scheme

This company has been taking £15 a month from my bank account. I have no idea how thery got my details. When I called them to enquire about this they said it was through Trainline or See Tickets that I apparently signed up to this reward scheme.

I have had no rewards from this scheme at all over the years, nor any correspondance to inform me of how I claim these rewards. I don't even know how to claim these eldeged rewards. I don't shop at any of the places they offer rewards for.

I feel that i have been mislead and this company they have been very sneaky and somehow I have ended up being signed up to this scheme when i have either bought a ticket for a gig or a train.

They have been taking £15 out of my account on the first of every month and this has been happening for at least a year. I am going to my bank to get full statements to find out how long this has been going on.

Desired outcome: I full refund and to make other very aware of this. Trainline and See Tickets also need to take responsibilty for this. I feel like i have been mislead and taken advantage of.

I have never signed up or registered to complete savings. Com before and this is not the first time I complained I was refunded last time so I got in contact with barclays fraud team that you have still been taking £15 a month on the 25th of every month since my last complaint you have my account details can you reply soon as possible because the fraud team want me to let them no the outcome because they are waiting to investigate if I'm not happy with with your outcome

I had been taken £15 monthly from my bank account last 3 months without authorization!

On 12/20/2020 was canceled.

Cancel confirmation number: 5061887.

On 14/03/2023 after 3 years, £15 was deducted from my account again.

Email sent questioning the situation because my membership had already been cancelled.

On the 29/03/2023 at 09:06 I received the email confirming my cancellation on the 26/12/2020 and Confirming 3 refunds between 3 to 5 working days.

On April 14th, May 14th and June 14th - £15 was deducted from my account again.

Email sent questioning the situation because my membership had already been cancelled. All these 3 months I send proof that they are stealing £15 from my account and they reply:

Because your name and email address do not correspond with a membership in our member database.

If my data is not in the database, how is my bank information in the database?

Literally stealing money!
