I keep getting zoosk flirts and I never signed up for zoosk. I am a married woman and my husband saw it and thought I was cheating. I called their number and talked to someone and she said I WAS signed up. I NEVER did though. I think they hacked my info from Facebook. Since all this my husband had an affair, I'm sure it was partly from him thinking I already had one. I want to sue zoosk for posting my info without consent from me. This IS NOT right for them to do to people. I am furious!

Ok, first off why can't there be something free. Chats, messages, or even profile. I mean, having messages pilling up is so annoying I was even thinking of buying the subscription just to see the message but I found out here that if you buy it you won't get what you want. As for chats, at least let people talk to each other if you call yourself a dating app. And for the profile change, I've had this stupid moderator, whatever that is, check my post as my story and they make sure that you don't meet anyone in real life. If your a dating site let people talk to each other. As for reviews, I BETTER SEE THIS REVIEW OR IM GONNA SUE THIS APP AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! Does this app offer any type of expression or is it just good for getting itself sued? Either way, I'm going to sue this app for misdemeanor and fraudulence. It's not a dating app it's just a good way to get saps to buy into the subscription only to be blown off and mistreated. Any form of interest anyone has with this app better expect that they'll be ripped off by the people who have this app in the dating site section! You don't even deserve one star for this app! How can people even put 5 without realizing that it's a fake?
Second, THIS APP IS A FAKE! Zoosk is a SCAM. ITS PURPOSELY DOING WHAT THEY WANT TO GET PEOPLES MONEY IN THIER POCKETS! I've read this statement in the page that was planning to sue zoosk! DO NOT GET ZOOSK OR ITS SUBSCRIPTION THIS PLACE IS A FAKE AND WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS POST AS LONG AS IT IS UP! I recommend that people who are about to get the subscription to unsubscribe from that app or site it's a FAKE. The people who started zoosk are CRIMINALS. They will stop at nothing to get local people's money.
Third, switch to this app SKOUT. It's the best dating app ever. It lets people chat, message each other, and hang out where ever you are. This is by far the best . I gave it a 5 out of 5 and it deserves more.

BEWARE OF ZOOSK! I wish I would have read these comments first. I joined the 'free' membership to Zoosk which only allowed me to view other profiles. When someone e-mailed me, I could not reply unless I joined. OK... I joined, but after they got my money, they said I had to post a picture of myself. They had a list of rules for the picture, which I followed and they said it broke their rules (Rules that I was not informed of until after I joined). It did not. They said "no children". I posted a picture of myself at a young age. When I asked about it, they said "no children" means not me as a child, and technically those are different. They REFUSED a refund and said they were in the right when legally they were in the wrong. It is not worth it to me to fight this battle over $30+, but I do want other people to know that while this is a dating site, it is not an honest one. BEWARE OF ZOOSK!

After submitting my profile with zoosk, being a non subscriber, I can only send a wink., to potential dates who are alledgedly also zoosk members. For every 10 winks sent, 7 would reply with, "sorry, I dont reply to winks, please send a message ". I did this 10 times, with 100 different members, and recieved 70 identacle replies again reading " Sorry, I dont reply to winks, please send a message." Next I paid the $ 30.00 subscription fee, in addition to a 1 time initial activation fee of $ 19.95 and became a subscriber allowing me to now send messages. I then sent 70 messages the 70 alledged zoosk members who just 2 minutes earlier responded "Sorry, I dont respond to winks, please send me a message." It turns out that of the 70 members who dont respond to winks, All 70 didnt respond to messages either. They didnt respond at all. Stunned with disbelief that Zoosk, Facebooks own online dating site is openly robbing its own Facebook members of, Im sure, millions of dollars, I had to verfy what just happened . So out of curiousity, I sent another wink to the 70 members which just 5 minutes earlier didnt repond at all to messages, and got back, you guessed it, 70 "I dont reply to winks, please send me a message." I DEMANDED MY MONEY BE REFUNDED but was rejected. This scam cant be legal . Wheres THE BETTER BUSINESS What good is it to file this crime to the crimminals committing it?... donaldkirbo@yahoo.com [protected]

Wish I would have checked the complaints about Zoosk before I lost $55.00. I joined after getting a message from a "member" and had to pay to respond. I filled out all the info and then clicked to submit and then they added an extra charge on top of the monthly charge of about $25.00. Now I am trying to respond to someone and have already came this far and reluctantly paid the total of $55.00 so I could talk with this "person" who supposedly lived nearby. After paying, I never got another response from the "person" and I checked to see who viewed my profile and it showed that not one person viewed it. I find this strange that someone tries to contact you but did not bother to check your profile. I am sure Zoosk does this with fake profiles just to get people to pay them to join the site. How are they getting away with this? I tried to call but they have a recording that states that they do not take phone calls and I sent emails also but they sent a response that states that they can not accept emails because of the large number of members. Time to put an end to this ###! How do we get something done?

Girl .. I have been apart of zoosk for years and Never experienced anything I have software that does face recognition and none of my intrests were on Facebook. How did they get your pics and more so credit card number? I think your jst covering your sneaky ### for getting caught. LMAO .. Or you would have taken Zoosk to civil court because it would be a good one especially when they show electronic type records of You typing and giving your information. Oh Yeah.. What about your email address how did they get that? Good Luck sneak :)

Egyet értek a már elöttem tett bejegyzésekkel. A Zoosk egy szélhámos csaló társaság. Én is utaltattam a bankommal 1/2 évre fizetéselőleget már 2 hete. De én nem tudok belépni. A hölgyeket küldik sorozatosan. 2011 okt 26

Hey Donald, I wondered about the same exact thing about the "winks" and responses on Zoosk. The first thing that became obvious to me is that the"women" on Zoosk only have a few nearly word for word answers to the to the non- subscriber's wink winks, and all of these are trying to get u to send a message which you must pay to do... What a huge time and money wasting scam! I see lawsuits in Facebooks future if this doesn't change. What a blatant misrepresentation of what their dating site really is. A place thats seems to be mostly populated with simulated people, or what I would call "cyber lures, "
created by the website with the sole purpose of misleading people into subscribing to a worthless dating service...

Pay no mind to Beckie2795. She never has anything constructive to say regarding ANYONE'S complaints. She appears to go around and belittle everything that everyone complains about. It's because she's a c.u.n.t. of course. Smile Beckie. It's the only way we can tell your nasty ### from your ugly face.
