Zillow my listing

935 S Street Merced CA 5341 still segregated from your public listing (Bias)

Incident dates 7/17/19 and 7/18/19

Hello,
Below is the copy of the email I sen to your care@zillow.comsupport i asked to be escalated to a supervisor and read below why, ...

Please have this email escalated to a supervisor over tech support and to contact asap i have 1 hour and 1/2 before my open house and i doubt anyone is going to show up due to the tuck out of sight move done my your tech.

Hello,
Zillow my listing has been segregated from your public listing and i would like an explanation for this is potentially cause me
monetary damages,

My home had a open house for 3:30 TODAY and listed on zillow, then it was taken down and according to your tech
support was placed hidden in a fsbo category.

Although it is as such I consider that bias because all your listing are in one way or another still categorized as well my
beds, bath, city and state to name a few and yet they are in public view.

This seems strange and almost feels like a bate in switch done 1st on me a few days ago, where as i'm asked 1st about a customer service quality from your Tech Maricar, then my listing after i answered, was tucked out of sight and separated from all the other listings.

Today I was expecting to have a open house from 3:30 to 7pm with the Zillow listed I posted days ago and now no one will know about this one today at 3:30 nor the open houses for this weekend.

Consequently a $195.000 sale not sold and you are my primary source of listing platform.

I have been asking for days to have my listing with all the rest of them here in merced back in the general public and Maricar and Steve have basically i feel playing games.

Please have this email escalated to a supervisor over tech support and to contact asap i have 1 hour and 1/2 before my open house and i dout anyone is going to show up due to the tuck out of sight move done my your tech.

Time is money.

Please contact me via this email now.
Andrea Mason

Resolution Request: please promptly place my listing back where it was in plain site in the public eye (not where a buyer would have to type fsbo or my address to find my listing) with all the rest of the listings as it was before 7/17/18. in THE CITY OF Merced CA Listings

Thank you please reply to email: [protected]@gmail.com

Zillow new subdivision and zillow is providing estimate!

We are in a new subdivision and only homes that have been sold are via the builder. One home across the street is listed at 40% higher than mine and it's same model. We are on Lakeview and they have pond view.

Zillow should not provide estimates until the homes have been sold from one owner to another ; and again since it's a new community it's only 70% complete . Zillow should stay out of trying to provide estimate !

Zillow zillow posted wrong house number on foreclosed property they listed

Zillo posted a property as foreclosed for 1547 days with the wrong house number! The incorrect address posted was for my property which was not for Sale and is not in foreclosure as listed on the website.

I just became aware of this from a neighbor who informed me. I had no reason to be on Zillo's site. I am concerned that this incorrect information posted by Zillo has been shared and need it removed immediately! There is no email address to contact on the website or local phone number to contact

Zillow false information

Zillow has provided false information on a couple of my listings. Heads up Realtors check the information from Zillow, in my opinion, you may find false information as well. They will not return phone calls or emails. Even a letter to the CEO Richard Barton 1301 Second AC Floor 31, Seattle WA 98101 . Advise from Homesmart is to delete Zillow from Broker Distribution on our listings. Armls AZ is contacting them on the false information they were not pleased with the information I gave them.

Zillow estimate

Everyone looks at zillow and the zestimate to get a quick picture of a home's value. We are busy people and do not take the time to understand that the zestimate might not be accurate because they make mistakes and refuse to correct them. I am in a heated battle with zillow right now to fix the inaccurate zestimate they have put on my house.

Re zillow:
"zillow does not offer the zestimate as the basis of any specific real-estate-related financial transaction. Our data sources may be incomplete or incorrect; also, we have not physically inspected a specific home."

So - why do we believe it? They should not be allowed to set what they even admit is probably wrong.

Re zillow:
"the list price and zestimate for this home are very different, so we might be missing something."

We have legislation for everything under the sun. How about something to protect homeowners from this kind of misrepresentation without recourse? Zillow refuses to do anything about it because they know you want your home viewed by as many people as possible.
This is simply not right.

You know that Zestimate means estimate, right? You know what estimate means, right? If you can't be bothered to read and understand things for yourself, that's nobody's fault but your own.

Zillow online listings

Please! Remove homes that have gone through closing and are sold! We did love zillow until we made contact to view listed homes on zillow and so many were already: under contract, pending, sold or the same property is listed with zillow as by agent and fsbo not possible.

Numerous times we have inquired about these homes to find the above aggravating information. Please remove these listings

Zillow inacurate zestimates with proven appraisal and sale

Zillow is using an algorithm machine to estimate the price of our home, they have dropped the price from the original appraisal over $50 in several weeks since I email them via help/support
Maricar
Maricar (Zillow Help Center. I am not sure why they keep dropping the value of my home unless the help desk is a machine also. I am not dealing with a person via email. We want to be off Zestimate and can not get them to take the incorrect home value off. Please help we want to sell soon and not worry that we have lost $55 on our home in 12 months of purchasing the home., Because Zillow is not correct. Used to be Zillow way over Zestimated the homes, now they are reducing the price of homes, upon sale. This is not a new car that loses value after rolling off the showroom floor. Please help!

Zillow website facts

We have had our house listed for over a month now and every time we log on to your site you've changed our square footage from 2800 to 1400 (a 5 bedroom 3 full bathrooms) and devaluing it. Now it ssys its off the market. We have cameras set when people come to view and they mention these mistakes costing us time as well as sales. Each time we've told our agent who has tried contacting you another misprint is found. I suggest you rectify this matter immediately to avoid a law suit. 475 Ridgeland drive Howard Ohio 43028 agent Sam Miller [protected]

Zillow zillow marketing

I have a $400 balance charge from 3 years ago. The original agent said he could give me a credit if I signed up again. I spoke to his supervisor because billing said they could waive the fee. The supervisor basically told me my budget for marketing wasn't high enough and that he would do nothing for me. This company rips off real estate agents and home owners by providing false information.

Zillow worst website

I regret I started working with them.
It takes them forever to update any information about my property and I have to call each time if something changes. And wait for several more days before they do something. Incredibly slow and it irritates, especially, if you need something to be done urgently (and it's always like that).
People call me and ask questions that are based on old information and each time I have to explain them. Zillow could have made our lives easier, but they only make it more and more complicated...

Zillow problems with my account

Never thought I would complain about anything.
But it happened. I have an account on their website and it turned out that there was a problem with signing it. I had a luck to talk to one of the representatives, she was nice and polite and promised to call me back the next day. However, she never did. And it actually was the first and last time I heard anything from them. Of course, there's no problem to create one more account, but I would like to delete all the information from the old one first.
I have no idea how though.

Zillow do not use zillow to sell your home!

Do not use zillow to list your home. Zillow removed my listing and put in my listing off market without my knowledge or consent. My home was active listed. I can't get in and change it, they do not respond to emails and have blocked me, they do not return phone calls. Zillow is the worse site I have ever worked with and the worse customer service!

I will never use zillow again in searching or selling a home.

Zillow house listings

I currently have a house that is being shown on Zillow. There have repeatedly been numerous mistakes in their description. My Realtor and I have both contacted them with no success. In fact, my Realtor has reloaded corrections several times, but Zillow continues to reload their erroneous data. I have spoken to several Realtors about Zillow. Their assessments range from "Zillow is often wrong" to Zillow is always wrong". When I questioned them once, they promptly lowered their bogus "Zestimate". Such practices make it difficult to find or sell a house.

Zillow the company lowered my price, because the house was in flood zone

The company Zillow estimates the houses value. I wanted to sell my house and went to this company. After some calculations and after their check, the representative announced the price and it was rather small. It turned out that the house was in flood zone, but I didn’t know about it and this company refused to provide details about it. Therefore, the price went down and this company declined all my proposals and requests.

Zillow real estate ads

Purchased real estate agent ads from trulia through a phone sales rep. Zillow misrepresented the ad service and failed to disclose planned changes. I purchased real estate agent ads from trulia on may 4, 2015 based upon statistics the sales representative shared with be for the advertising area. I received leads (16-20 leads per month) for the are for the first 3 months of the 6 month term as the rep indicated. After the second month using the ad service, zillow group sent a notification that they were "integrating" the advertising platforms of trulia and zillow and that advertisers would benefits from the changes. Once the change was complete, I was beginning my 4th month of the service and from months 4-6 received zero leads. Zillow group/trulia blatantly misrepresented the advertising service they sold me over the phone. I repeatedly contacted the "newly assigned" sales rep who was very nice but told me that they don't have a means to cancel the term. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he agreed to look up the number of "impressions" that were delivered in september and told me that the minimum threshold according to my agreement was not met, therefore they would refund that month of service. He informed me that he would contact the billing department and have a refund issued. After 15 days of no communication, I sent an email to the rep and his supervisor to ask about the status of the refund. The supervisor replied that they will not issue refunds and they I can only stop payments when the end of the 6 month term is reached. The terms and conditions were not reviewed with me at the sale. When purchasing the ads the rep made no mention of the planned changes to the advertising platform, or what they called the "integration" which directly resulted in the lose of all leads being sent to me for the last 3 months of the 6 month term. I didn't not physically or electronically sign a contract. The contract made was a verbal contract which the salesperson misrepresented in my opinion by not disclosing the upcoming changes. If these changes were disclosed I would have never made a verbal agreement to do business with an unknown advertising systems change.

Zillow - wrong location and inaccurate value

Several years ago, Zillow showed my home in two different locations in same community. I contacted Zillow, but nothing was done nor was i advised how to change it. Thus, my address showed up on both sides of street. In an attempt to change it, i was able to go online with help from Zillow, but still couldn't get it removed so i tried to delete with no luck...

Zillow realtor rating

Talk about a disappointment. I had a very bad experience with a realtor. Ya ok so many of us probably have. But what ticked me off was when I tried to do a review of him on Zillow.com.

My review was far from stellar but factual and with a couple of opinions. But it was never posted after I believe 2 attempts.

I believe if you don't post a good review on Zillow it won't get posted.

Zillow allows agents to easily create fake reviews of themselves. This is lying to the public, and breaks Real Estate Ethic Laws as well. Please be aware of agents that have multiple 5 star reviews that have no names associated with them. I think it is ridiculous that they would allow fake reviews to be written.

Zillow inaccurate information listed

Zillow listed inaccurate information about my house and property and won't correct it. My house and property has never been listed for sale much less sold. They have it as being sold on 2/15/12 for a low price, which I think was conjured up in order to list other properties for low prices. I have contacted them on several occasions and they have yet to remove the inaccurate information.

Zillow deliberately lowballs real estate estimates, undermining the market values of local homeowners. Their "Zestimates" hurt the market for sellers. Their inaccurate "estimates" give false hope to potential buyers and unfair detriment to sellers.
