Manufactured Home Contract
DO NOT do business with Rhonda Ziegler. She sold us a home in October of 2015, taking $11, 000 down payment. Once she demanded that the rest of the money be deposited into her account, before the house went into production, we said NO WAY, she cancelled the home and kept the down payment.
Yes, she will change prices! I
We contacted Fleetwood in Woodburn and they would not try to help us. I also contacted Fleetwood Corp in Phoenix, and they will not help either. She is not a Fleetwood Dealer, but independent and does not fall under their standards.
The Attorney General was contacted and she would not mediate. Please, before even thinking of buying, make sure you do a background check. Also, contact Washington State Attorney General, DOL, Clark Co. Realtor's Association.

The agent changed prices too often
Before you sign any contract with Ziegler Homes, check reviews about them! I wanted to buy house through this company, but I didn’t do it and was really happy that something has stopped me. You can’t trust the agents, because they have changed the prices too often and said that it was factory’s decision. It was lie. The agents wanted to earn more from you, therefore they have changed prices.
I dealt with this woman once before,what A nightmare,she would never return my calls,most of the times,she would not even pickup,very aggravating,very unprofesional.
The worst experience...those mechanics in service department they are dangerous for the reputation of the company!
Rhonda Ziegler is not an ethical person. She stole our down payment. If anyone has dealings with her and has been scammed, please contact the Washington State Attorney General, Washington State Division of Licensing, Clark Co. Realtor's Association, and Fleetwood Corporate in Phoenix, AZ.

I cant believe this woman, is still In business,I guess the long arm of the law ,has yet too catch up with her,buyer beware.
And what was she suppose to do, order your house have it built and then when it gets delivered something has changed in your life and she is now stuck with a manufactured home and the rest of the balance? Come on man, its no different than buying a house, its called escrow and if you decide not to buy the house with the rest of the funds you loose your escrow. Did you sign contracts? I'm guessing not. My experience with Ziegler homes was completely the opposite, certainly time consuming but it was a whole new experience for me to learn. But as far as the sale and the work the whole company put in as a team, meaning Jim and Rhonda, it was well worth the time. I have a small budget to work with and they really worked hard to make me happy. (champagne taste and a beer budget) They made everything work so I could have the home I wanted. It was not hard to work with them yes'es and no's worked just fine. You should of did your homework, shame on you. They have been totally upfront with all the information I needed (all you have to do is ask) . I was never lied to and even when I was cranky, they tolerated it. My two cents... This dealership is upfront honest, though they go to work to make money like we all do, its no different than buying any other large ticket item. I give Rhonda and Jim a 100% positive mark. Rhonda is not a thief and doesn't deserve the bad review you gave her.
