I would like to inform to all indian citizen who want to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arab specially for Zahran Operation & Maintenance Company which is a black list company in indian embassy just because of low salary giving to employee and harrassing the indian citizens working in this company, every time this company's delegates visit india with the name of Sister Concern Company namele AL-JAOUDHA CONTRACTING COMPANY & AL-- MAJAAL COMPANY .and hired manpower from india through GULFA TOUR AND TRAVELS, having its different branches in different city like MUMBAI / NEW DELH / HYDRABAD/ KERELA ETC.
This company has name only Operation and maintainance but actually this company's basic profile have only cleaners work, little work in maintenance.
The main reason to compliant against this company, at first this company hires people showing new project in city after few months they transfer them to old project in forest alike, desert alike, as well as in somwhere where is nothing to eat good food and water, giving the worst accomodation for living.

The most important information i m giving to u that this time this company delegates will go to india in mumbai office and new delhi office for hiring some new people for airport project, in Al -Wadgge And Al-Ula airport not in the name of Parent comapny name Visa but in the name of Al-Joaudha Contracting company's Visa .
I m the sufferer from the last few months, i m still sitting idle in this company for few months jsut because of low salary and transfer me to in a desert project. I m qualified Mechanical Diploma holder having work experience of 5 years in india.i came here from last 10 month. They hired me as a Mechanical Supervisor, but here they want to place me as a Instrument Technician / Mechanic/Machine Operator, They have no position to affer me as Mech. Supervisor. If i agree to work as per his wsh then they will reduce the salary .What a Justice?
I m not the only one here, thousands of qualified and unqualified people are in the same situation, some of them are bound to do their work as they wish.and some of them lost their life because company didnot release them and they make suicide.
I want to publish this mater in all news paper if possible do it not for me atleast for all those people who like to come in this company by accident.

Sa mga Pinoy dyan na medyo bata bata pa na gustong mag apply pa puntang Saudi Arabia, kung pwede lang wag nyo ng piliin ang Zahran Operation and Maintenance as your employer, minsan nagpapalit sila ng sponsor, masabi lng na hindi Zahran, itanong nyo mismo sa agency nyo ha.. malaki ang pag sisisi nyo sa bandang huli, sa mga naranasan ko rito sa loob ng limang taon na aking pamamalagi, marami na akong naranasan na kalunos lunos, at pa final exit na rin ako sa darating na January 2017, tinapos ko lang ang pang limang taon ko, Sa bawat buwan na mga dumarating maraming nag pa file ng final exit ma babae man o ma lalake na pinoy at pinay. Pero kung gusto nyo kalbaryo sa buhay, hala sige ipagpatuloy nyo..ang akin lang ay malasakit sa kapwa Pilipino. Maranasan nyo ang hindi nyo pa naranasan sa buong buhay nyo, hanap nalang kayo ng medyo maganda ganda na kompanya ha, tinapon na ako kung saan saan ma Tabuok, Rabigh, Madinah, Yanbu, Taif project nila at pinangakuan ng umento sa bawat lipat hanggang pangako lang, kasi sila ay mga malalaking sinungaling. Nagtitiis lng ako at nasa kolehiyo ang mga anak ko, kaya ako nagtagal dahil sa part time ko, at di maasahan ang sahod ko sa sobrang liit at delay pa.
To those selected applicants or selected candidates by Zahran Operation and Maintenance Recruitment Department in different countries (Indian, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesian, Shrilanka, and other asian countries) please think a million times if you join or not with this bullcrap company, you know why? the TOP Management are mostly Egyptians and Sudanist, they don't know how they can manage their people in a professional way, they don't know how to speak english or even writing in english. To the owner of Zahran, maybe someday or somehow your project in different areas were lost due to mismanagement and impolite employees, your management is very very weak, the secretaries must know even basic english langauge, because as far as I know the Management and the Secretary of General Manager (Khalid-Egyptian) of Jeddah Head Office HE DON'T KNOW EVEN BASIC ENGLISH LANGUAGE (and very unprofessional to approach people especially employees in low ranking profile), FIRE HIM... maybe they can read but they cannot understand. And also some of the employees are go for EXIT due to very very low salary and management is NOT GOOD. And also employees living in camp are using salt water and the facilities are not good as well as the Zahran City Camp Boss-Jeddah. To the owner of Zahran, please select the right person or the employee with good scholastic record or with bachelor degree not as sitting the whole day and receiving big salary with nothing happen. And for the technical works must know their skills and with diploma, maybe Zahran will last more than 100 years in service if it will happened that select the right person to their right positions. And the salary must be on time not delay, because we are suffering from delaying the salaries. Selected applicants, look for another employer or company, you will be suffering the same what we experience NOW, if you have another chance to other company go ahead..This is just only a warn with you for not being a part of this Zahran Company. The Admin Manager also cannot be speak softly, and he don't have etiquette to deal with there employees, because he don't have a formal education as an Admin Manager and not as a Messenger before and he become an Admin Manager. The attitude of all Managers are like an animal as worst as very worst, and they are all cheating.
yes sir u are right say! zahran company is ruins by all Egypt employees, I don't know zahran what has find out from Egypt guys...I am also harassing in zahran company..this is not good company..if any body want to came zahran company..I say don't come this com..

living condition here is not good
salary is not compensable
we worked in zahran like slaves
we are not allowed to go out
when they allow its so limited time
the managers are so inhuman
keep on shouting
if i were you guys.
there are many companys to work with
that can offer u good salary.
if u apply in zahran u are just wasting time here.
u can not save anything
only the management is getting good business
from the people who work here
they cut ur salary each month for 11 months
they will say no placement fee but there is!
in manila, they will not ask u money but
u need to sign a blank documents
that says u are having a loan and u agreed to
pay it here monthly from ur salary
which happened to all staff who joined here.
now all the people are unhappy
for many years of work

zahran company in saudi is no good
salary they are giving is not worth it.

cleaners salary is only 700 sr
do u think it will help u.
u will need to buy ur own food and other needs with that low salary of 700 sr
that is why many ladies working here chose to have an affair here with other married man
they could get extra money from it...

It is true that most of the company hire for some profile selected from diff profile and depot work on some different profile.But non skill people like worker can manage but people from engineering background have to denied.You are well educated and knew well about rules and regulation of the company and government, So don't keep ur mouth shut oppose it.Company is against you but not the government, you have other option also find it.
I am also working in some company in dubai, their management are also from eqyptian, so treat like that.
You are employee of company not bonded labour .Always oppose wrong!

Tommorow is my interview of al zehran o&m in Pakistan for the post of maintenance work .I have done BS in Electronic Engineering and i have a working experience of 2 years should i go with this company or not would it be beneficial for me or not. They are offering me 2000 sar gross salary.
