Zaful damaged items

I had quite a bad experience with Zaful. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered several items few months ago. Most of the items that arrived didn't look nothing like the pictures on their website. Material was very cheap, sizes were tiny and some items were damaged. Communication was useless, they don't have any interest in helping their customers. Finally got a return postal address in China from them. But I'm not sure they'll refund my money. I'm very scared that I may have lost $300 because of them. I don't want their ugly clothes! This experience has served as an important lesson. Don't order anything from Zaful.

Zaful awful!

I ordered a skirt on October 25th. It's now December 14th, but still there is no item delivered. They have a customer service on Facebook and it's the only way to reach them. They told that they can't give me a refund. Then I asked to resend the item, but they said that item is no longer available. I checked their website and found the skirt I ordered. So, I contacted them again and said that there is my item in their online store. They replied that information on their website is false and they are just expecting to come. But they also promised sending it to me, when they'll get my item. Well, I'm not sure if I will ever get anything. I do not recommend buying anything on Zaful. I have been waiting too long and don't actually don't need that skirt anymore. But I hope I'll get something, because I paid money for it.

Zaful I feel I have been scammed

I placed an order the first of Sept and still have not received my order. I placed 2 more orders shortly after that and also have not received those. They told me that this was shipped a week I ordered, but when I try to track my orders it doesn't let me. When I try to contact them by phone the answering machine just says that I have reached Magic Jack. When I try to send an email, they never get back with me. I think these people scam Americans and I know I'm never going to get my order. I'm will warn others about this website. I would like an refund but will never get that either. Lesson learned.

Zaful received wrong item

I ordered a green sequin skirt but I received a black and white hat. I submitted a ticket but when I tried to reply to their response, I got a message saying the ticket was deleted. I then contacted their chat service and was told to email Zaful. I emailed them and I never received a response. I tried to submit a new ticket and I keep getting a message saying the verification code is incorrect. I have been trying to contact someone through the chat service and I can't get anyone. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

Zaful non-receipt of order

I placed an order for 1 item for which my credit card was charged on 9/10/15. Received email saying order had shipped. I've never received the order. The Zaful customer service webpage says that their phone service is down, the customer service online messaging page does not allow me to send my message ("the order number is wrong"), and the online chat service is for "pre-sales" conversations only. I will not order from Zaful.com again.

It's been over a month and I have not received my order from Zaful. If I am lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they give me the run around about how it was shipped the same day I ordered and it should be here anytime. This place is a fraud. Tracking numbers are made up and you can not get any real service. Beware!

It took several months for my order to arrive. Two items were not included because they had been discontinued. I got no refund on those items. The "ticket" they had me fill out did no good. I kept getting the same response each time - as if it was my fault the problem occurred. When I finally did receive my partial order, the items were crammed into a plastic mailing envelope that had been repeatedly re- taped. The items were badly wrinkled and none of them fit properly. Once again it was MY fault the problems occurred. The response, which is one they ALWAYS use had to do with my inability to order the proper size. I told them I used their size charts, and I explained the measurement differences. They CLOSED the ticket letting me know they had tried to reason with me, but failed. Also, for each question I submitted, I would get 4 responses all saying exactly the same thing. I strongly suspect that Rosegal is the same company. DO NOT order from these people.

I ordered goods on 28th September 2015 and have not received them. I cannot contact them as they say the order number is wrong but it is the one i was given!

Zaful I returned the whole order, but haven't received refund

I have placed large order on the website www.zaful.com, because the prices were small and the items looked adorable on the pictures. But of course, there were some drawbacks. The clothes were made from cheap-quality fabrics. As well as these items didn’t look the same as on the website. I was upset and returned almost the whole order. I still haven’t received the full sum back.

I ordered 4 bathing suits, waited 3 weeks for them and when i got them they were so extremely small. I tried to return them but their policy says you cannot return clearance items so i only got 20% of my order back. Make sure you use the size chart!

Worst company ever!
The worst products I've ever purchased! I'm so disappointed I've wasted my money on garbage. I ordered five dresses and none of them looked like pictures posted on their website. I try send back and find out it gonna cost me $80 ! so i don't want spend more money i already spend . ZAFUL company definitely know about it nobody gonna spend money again to send back this garbage! WORST COMPANY EVER!

I have placed large order on the website www.zaful.com. The clothes were made from cheap-quality fabrics. As well as these items didn’t look the same as on the website. I wonted return whole order, but I see they don't want refund money, but giving me some kind of Z wallet (which is store credit) and i don't want send and spend more money for shipping if they not gonna refund my money, so this company is spam end they just make money from nothing to full people! i don't want ever buy anything from this company, so why i have to send items end spend more money for shipping?! items (dress) was short and cheap and miserable like they made for 10 years of girl? I am so upset what i pay money and i can't even give to someone this "dresses" or something look like dresses they are so cheap! this company should not exist they are miserable, i can't call them phony number is NOT working and NO live chat and customer service is OWFULL and FROUD ! this side should be close but how return my money can anybody tell me? i believe it should be some service where i can complain and get money back? ORDER NUMBER U1601201822190769 this is 2 attachment $68 dress, is this dress look a like for $68 ?!

Zaful they delivered bad-quality clothes

Don’t order from the website www.zaful.com. I have bought white blouse and white pants from them, but the order was badly packaged and therefore my blouse and pants were dirty. As well as the blouse has several small holes, and I haven’t noticed them before. It was terrible to waste large sum for the clothes, which we torn and dirty. Stay away from this company and don’t waste your time.

I had placed online order with zaful.com .in dec still not received the material .More than 3 months over . Every time i write to them i am given a tracking number .

I ordered a bikini in February and still haven't received it. Keep being told its on its way. Wait 3 to 5 days. Still haven't received it. Where the hell are they.

I had ordered two things and cancelled one and the cancelled one didn't return the money back onto my card. It's been about 3 1/2 weeks since I haven't gotten my shoes and pair of clothings in the mail.

And it's saying my order is not to be found when I try tracking it.

You are the worst company .. I ordered my stuff from a month ago it still says it's processing... every time I call the customer service line it rings 3 times and hang up.. I will be taking this to court ...it's cheap things but at the end of the day you guys are bad business ... THE WORSTTTT

Me gusta mucho su ropa, la calidad es buen, tuve algún problema con la talla, pero fue porque no leí bien el size board... Muy buen servicio contestan rápidamente. Me llego TODO lo que pedí, y les cuento que no fue poco. Me gasté aproximadamente 180 €... muy buena la recomiendo. Mejor la app que la pág web

I placed an order two months ago. It still hasn't arrived. Every time I check up on it they keep sending me a link to track my order but that tracking site doesn't show where my order is. Now my order is late. It's been two months. I want a refund...

I ordered swimwear around 30th August, I still have not received my goods

Where are my goods I have paid it was not given to me for free. I tried tracking the parcel and that doesn't give me any positive feedback, Has anyone in South Africa received there goods.

Absolutely shocking ! Placed a order on 24th September 17 and it's now 18 days later... still nothing that I have paid for! ... I understand about distance but it's not even stated with the courier and still with you ! Shocked at the lack of customer support and how hard it is to get in touch with someone human !

Zaful - they deliver orders too slowly

I have ordered some clothes for summer vacation from the website www.zaful.com. I thought that they would deliver order, because I have ordered it one month in advance. I patiently waited even when the deadline was over. The seller replied to my messages and told me that day by day I would get the order. I have already bought some other things and decided that to apply for refund. Don’t deal with them.
