never received my product
Zabiva is a fraud company I placed a order with the on December 27, 2019 and it is now January 19th 2020 and no product nor refund all I've been getting is a complete run around when I call their phone number. I warn anyone before ordering with this company please do your research you have been warned they will take your money and you will get nothing but a run around I wish this company nothing but bad luck because they deserve it !

Estee lauder eyeliner refill
On 9/17/16, I placed an order on-line with Zabiva.com for one Estee Lauder Eyeliner refill in the color of charcoal. The amount was $74.26. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that I was charged for three eyeliners, all at a price of $74.26 each. Now I cannot reach them by the telephone number that is listed on the credit card statement [protected]). I would like restitution for the two eyeliners that they billed me for, but I can't reach them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Ordered several items from this website Zabiva and when I received my order I found out that one item was missing.
Contacted Zabiva customer care and their rep was extremely rude. They claimed that I received everything I paid for and that there was no way I was telling the truth. Very poor customer service. They did not give me a chance to explain and refused to help. Never received the missing item. I will not order from them again!
