On August 28, 2013 I purchased $540.00 of Dual nail systems from YS Nail, after two week have not receiving the merchandise i proceed to call the company, I was informed by someone by the name of JUAN MAYORAL that they was having some problems getting the merchandise from china . Until this day I have not received the items, I call on numerous and I have not received any answer I went to the Miami address and they' re no longer at that address . Please can someone advised me what should i do to get back my money.

Honey you still have time call your credit call company and tell the company to cancel the charge let the credit card company know that yennis abella is a scam all so please call the attorney general and file a complain

I had placed my order on December12, 2015 and I yet to receive my order. I've called all 3 phone numbers, I've emailed and left many voicemail messages and still No Response.. These people are robbing inocente human beings and someone has to put a stop to them... I have some friends and I'm going to have the company, URL, email and phone numbers investigated.. This Has To Stop...

Today is Jan 30, 2015 I placed an order with this company on Jan 6, 2015 I have to agree with all the comments here they are still taking peoples money and not making good on the orders, I have contacted them several times via phone and e-mail and not one reply. Buyers beware of this company DON'T order from them!

please beware about this company. I ordered $3000 Australian dollars which is over $3000 US and have never received anything I am now at 18 months and know that I will never get a thing from them, they are theifs and should be shut down...I cannot believe that a US company can get away with fraud like this...I has destroyed my business and my faith in human beings...they are not human and have not heart or soul...they just want the money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. LEANNE

I just made the complaint with the Internet bureau of the attorney general.

I have been trying to contact them for days now about the order I placed on March 23, 2014 in the amount of $237.23 US dollars. I still haven't received it. I live in Canada. I paid via credit card. What can I do to get my money back? Please help.

I am calling the attorney general at my state. You can call to report internet fraud. Same happened to me and, although it wasn't a lot of money I will fight them all the way.

Pueden llamar al 311 para informacion de como denunciar a fraudes por internet. Yo llame al state attorney general que tienen una division de fraude. Les recomiendo que hagan lo mismo hasta que cierren el negocio.

I Don't understand how the American Government is letting these people get away with this scam. It's ridiculous all the address they list on the Internet are FRADULENT they are not located at none of the address except for 1808 SE 17th ave Suite B Cape Coral Fl 33990 My Sister live in Florida, I ask her to check out Cape Coral Address, she went there and found on open door, they were no one in that office it seems like they're running but she was able to go inside and take some picture for me please see attachments

YENNIS ABELLA IS A SCAM, THEY'RE STELING PEOPLE MONEY, THEY NEED TO BE STOP SINCE 2009 THEY'RE STILLING PEOPLE MONEY AND NO ONE HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT. IT'S A SHAME.

I Don't understand how the American Government is letting these people get away with this scam. It's ridiculous all the address that they list on the Internet are FRADULENT they are located there, except 1808 Se 17th ave Suite B Cape Coral fl 33990.My sister live in Florida, I ask her to check out Cape Coral Address she went there and found on open door, they were no one in that office, she was able to take some pictures please see attachments.

buy since December 2013, and I do not respond the phone or emails, I've called many times.

distribution offered me in my country and that if they called me many times and when I finally did accept and sales were again not communicate.

I'm still waiting even send me a tracking number for my package but nothing.

compre desde diciembre 2013 y ya no me responden el telefono ni los correos, ya he llamado muchas veces.

me ofrecieron distribucion en mi pais y para eso si me llamaron muchas veces y cuando al final acepte e hice la compra, no se volvieron a comunicar.

aun sigo esperando siquiera me envien un numero de rastreo de mi paquete pero nada.

I purchased product to and have not received my order. I placed it 1/14/14. I have emailed many times and yet to get an answer. This is theft! So sounds like i will never get my order...

I reside in South Africa,   I purchased R4600 worth of products last year in August.  To date no merchandise has ever been received.   I have corresponded with the company on countless occassions.   I have had 2 responses to my numerous emails, received a fraudulent postal tracking number,   when I tried to track the number was told no such tracking number exists.   My correspondence has been professional but to the point,   my emails are now blocked.   I have written a letter of complaint to YenisAbella herself on Facebook,   giving het the courtesy of corresponding via messaging, to which she apologised,   and promised that she would follow the order up,   and resend the order if necessary .  Nothing further has happened.   This is pure theft,   unbelievable that a company can get away with doing this. There are may instances of such reports on the Internet about this company.
