The fellow who signed us up, BRAD VEACH, called often to get us to sign up. He then disappeared and is supposed to be in charge of our case. Then we had an attorney consultation and this attorney was arrogant, unhelpful, rude and did not answer our questions well. He left us more confused than satisfied with his time. We want our money back and are going to fight this until we get our money back. We are going to work with the Attorney General of the State of NY if they do not give us our money back.

We would like to issue a retraction to our former complaint. Apparently our correspondence with youwalkaway.com"crossed in the night".
We were able to reach an understanding and mutually agreeable modification - all through the management intervention, care and responsibility.
The company honored its commitments to us - albeit taking longer than we hoped. But they did come through in the end and we are very satisfied clients.

YouWalkAway.com fully refunded this customer, within the timeframe requested. The focus of the complaint is referencing only a small part of the services YouWalkAway.com offers. The advocate, Brad Veach, whose name is mentioned maintains a strong working relationship with his customer base and works hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The attorney that the customer has referenced has not been the subject of complaint before.

YouWalkAway.com contacted the customer to resolve the dispute. During our conversation we discussed the promptness in which YouWalkAway.com refunded fees paid, to which the customer seemed satisfied and pleased at our response; even offering to remove, retract, or add additional comment to the negative reviews. Having only been subscribed to the membership for a short while; we do not believe this customer had the opportunity to take advantage to all the resources YouWalkAway.com has available. We value each customer and would like every customer to experience the benefit and relief our service can and has provided to so many.
