They stole money from my account also. When I called to complain about not getting a refund I could barely understand either one of the women
I spoke to. I finally got a call back from a manager, who I could also barely understand, and he talked over me and was very rude. He ended up hanging up on me. I told him this was a scam and that they were robbing me.

Your Better Tomorrow stole $84.97 out of my checking account with order # 6597. I received a product from them which I didn't want or have any use for and sent it black to them immediately, but did not receive the expected refund. If this company has any decency they will send me the money they stole from me.. Please send my money to me!

I have cancelled this and continue to get billed on my credit card..3 months now what can I do?

I was also scammed by them but contacted my credit card company who called them and they agreed to cancel. Now they are still sending these Cd's and charging for them.

I also got scammed! the phone # is not valid. Can not get into sight.

Also involved in scam, they are deducting $85/month and will not refund.

You cant call these people ive tried several times. I stay on hold being told im first in line. once for 30 min then for over an hour. this company is a rip off

I received the cd, tried to call a day before the deadline and got no answer, I had to be on the phone" 1st in line. thank you for your patience" for at least 2 hours, I had my daughter call from her cell phone and she was 2nd in line . Together we never got anyone to answer. This went on all day .That was the 2nd of July, on the 3rd and 4th same thing, now I have a charge for 84, 90 on my card, how am I suppose to cancel when they won't even answer the phone. I'm on the phone now, first in line and it's been a hour already, no answer.

If you had followed the terms, and didn't want to avoid being charged, you would have cancelled the program. It is very easy to cancel. You can call in to our live rep, or you can login to your member's area and cancel. We have people cancel all the time to avoid any charges.

This company needs to be shut down! Taking advantage of innocent people especially when on a fixed income. They outta be ashamed of themselves.

I did not sign up for automatic sending of their products, but they have billed my for over 13 months, a total exceeding $1000 I believe this company is nothing but a scam.
I will most likely never get my money back from them.

I ordered my daughter a free stop smoking CD and accidentally got enrolled in some sort of automated hypno CD program. I called and

cancelled my enrollment and sent the unopened CDs back according to their instructions. I have yet to receive my refund minus their

restocking fee of course.

I have proof of tracking ect but the format is not allowed.

In the terms and conditions it reads:
By checking the box marked, "I agree to the terms and conditions, " you are entering into a legal commercial contract and you certify that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions of this offer.

THEN it goes on to read about automatic charges every month for each set at a rate of $74.96 plus shipping of $9.99.

This is one of the WORST looking agreements I have ever read... Good Luck

they did the same thing to me sent me 1 disc in a plastic cover" then charged to my account over 80 dollars in which my bank payed" now i will have to re do my account with a new card" and call all my payment people so they dont get upset..i am turning this company into the BBB in the morning...

No where does it mention you have to cancel in 10 days...it was for a free stop smoking CD I called my bank and had the charge removed and I am reporting them as fraudulent.

This exact same thing happened to me off a Yahoo "news article" I saw. They never mentioned me joining club-ybt.com at cost of $85 (they must have gone up). Anyway I had to get a new CC# my bank replaced my card and now I get to set all my automatic payments back up. Joy. Avoid these scam artists - shame on yahoo

Same thing happened to me. I immediately called my bank and had them reissue me a new card. Of course now I have to change ALL my automatic payments over to it but my bank did refund my $84.97 they charged me. I ordered the stop smoking one and they sent me a weight loss video. Should have known better.

Sent for a stop smoking cd for #1.99 now my account has been billed for 74.97! I am on social security and cannot afford this! I was not made aware of this before ordering...I will persue having my account closed and the return of that pending payment...they were not authorized to just take money from my account
